글로벌무역인력 양성을 위한 합리적인 무역학 교과과정 개편방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Direction of Modification of the Trade and International Business Curriculum for Global Trade Expert)

  • In Korea, the major of international trade and business introduced in the 1960s to supply trade expert to trading companies, and the heyday of the trade major was in the 1980s. However the trade major fell into decay from the middle of 1990s. The purpose of trade education in university is to supply high qualified employees to societies and companies. The problem is that companies have difficuties for recruiting of trade expert, on the other hand university graduates have few job oppertunies. It has some discrepancies between education and field. The object of this paper is to propose a direction of modification of the trade and international business curriculum for global trade expert. We research international trade and business departments' curriculums of GTEP universities. GTEP stands for global trade expert incubating program started from 2006 which have charge of MOCIE and KITA. First, in the title of department, a lot of former researchers have taken up the position to return "Trade" or "International Trade". We think more important fact is not the title of department but the curriculum, so we insist on a harmony between the department title and curriculums. The focus of modification of curriculum is to educate global trade expert, so we need to know about global business environment and companies' needs also. Second, We propose the directions for modification of curriculum are "convergence" and "specialty". Trade major is a mixed study in nature and trade major try to treat lots of subjects such as trade, business adminstration, economics, international law, international commerce, logistics and marketing etc to catch up changing global business circumstanses and companies' needs. So convergence of adjacent field is very important in study and training. Specialty means selection and concentration strategy for global trade expert. It is difficult to learn every knowledge and skills for employer's needs in 4 years and 140 credits. A students who has studied basic subject in trade, management, economics can choose 1 or 2 specailty subject such as trade and e-commerce, global marketing, logistics and transportation, commerce and policy, servive trade, foreign language and cross culture etc. In concusion, the concept of convergence and specialty is not separation but harmony each other, so we propose to promote two concept together for modification of the trade and international business curriculum for training of global trade expert.

도금업체 공정별 근로자의 총크롬 및 6가 크롬 노출 평가 (Worker Exposure Assessment on Airborne Total Chromium and Hexavalent Chromium by Process in Electroplating Factories)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to determine characteristics of workers' exposures to airborne total and hexavalent chromium by job title in electroplating processes. Methods: Total Cr was determined through a modified method based on NIOSH Method 7024. Airborne hexavalent Cr, Cr(VI), was sampled and extracted according to NIOSH Method 7600 and analyzed at 520 nm using an ion chromatograph/visible detector. Results: The geometric mean(GM) of total Cr concentrations from all factories was $11.2{\mu}g/m^3$(GSD=4.9). The GM of Cr(VI) concentrations from all factories was $2.84{\mu}g/m$ (GSD=5.2), and the concentrations among factories were significantly different (p<0.05). The Cr(VI) levels were lower than total Cr levels. Total Cr exposure levels were highest among buffing workers ($21.6{\mu}g/m^3$), but Cr(VI) levels were highest among plating workers($4.15{\mu}g/m^3$). The concentrations of Cr(VI) and total Cr from plating tasks was highly correlated(r=0.91). Conclusions: In the electroplating industry, plating workers were mainly exposed to Cr(VI), but others were not. Oxidation-reduction states of Cr and job titles should be considered in the exposure or risk assessments of chrome electroplating factories.

치과기공사의 건강관련 생활습관에 관한 연구 (A study of the health related habits of dental technicians)

  • Purpose: This study aims to present practical data available for the effective health management and improvement for the dental technicians by exploring the interrelationships between general characteristics of dental technicians and seven health related habits like drinking, smoking, breakfast, and snacks among the others(alameda 7). Methods: Out of the random selection of the registered dental offices of Dental Technicians Association of Korea, 2,000 working dental technicians were asked to fill out the questionnaire from January 19 to April 30, 2009. We collected the 1,502 sheets of the questionnaire and took frequency analysis, crosstabulation, t-test, and analysis of variance using SPSS Win 12.0 program. Results: Among the seven health related habits, 54.9% of the subject answered 'never do exercise' in the question of exercise habits, which is the most problematic of all. Hours of sleep and BMI were found to be quite low. Of the general characteristics, sex proved statistically significant to all the seven habits(p<.001). Marital status, job title, and health check-up showed statistical significance in six items among the seven habits. Age, monthly income, job position showed statistical meanings in five items among the seven habits. The frequency of break showed statistical significance in four items among the seven habits. Working environment showed statistical significance only in the item of hours of sleep among the seven habits(p<.05). Conclusion: This study proved that it is vital to educate the dental technicians to learn the right habits for enhancing their health and quality of life and motivate them to practice those habits.

국내·외 초음파사의 아랍에미리트 취업 과정에 대한 고찰 (Analysis of Healthcare Employment into United Arab Emirates : Focused on Korean and Overseas Sonographers)

  • This study was intented as an investigation of the employment process into UAE for Korean and overseas sonographers to understand requirements for working abroad in regards to primary education curriculum and employment expansion abroad. A total of 10 candidates are selected who were working together with a job title of a cardiac sonographer in the same department under one hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidates had clinical experience over 2 years in other countries after graduation and for 1 year at least in UAE. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, a web search and literature reviews. We analyzed the process regarding their curriculums studying in colleges, educational courses and certificates related medical fields. The findings were created with four essential themes: first, there are specific colleges or diploma courses corresponding academic major in United states, Portugal, Turkey, India and Pakistan. Secondly, healthcare professions were systemized by certifying as a specialist relevant medical fields. Thirdly, it is mandatory to be employed in UAE that are clinical experience for 2 years at least after graduation of specific courses. Lastly, It is required to work in UAE that is a license of healthcare authority under each state by taking a national examination or transferring own certificates to a current license in UAE. In conclusion, the results indicate that employing process for healthcare professionals depends on the educational requirements or clinical experience accumulated due to the various systems to be certified in each country. We believe that this study suggests experimental information for Korean job seekers considering working abroad in the medical ultrasound fields.

인구·경제·조직 측면에서 공기업 임금피크 근로자 분석 (A Study on Public Enterprise Workers with Wage Peak System -Population, Economic and Organizational Aspects-)

  • 본 연구는 고령인력 증가가 다른 영역보다 빨리 진행되며, 인적자원관리가 쉽지 않은 공기업 임금피크 근로자의 인구 경제 조직적 특성과 임금피크제 및 퇴직 간 관계에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 임금피크제 실시 공기업 19개사에 종사하는 임금피크 근로자 211명이었다. 연구결과에 따르면 인구 경제적 특성에 있어서, 교육수준, 가계총수입, 퇴직 후 생활비, 퇴직대비저축과 투자금액은 임금피크만족도, 임금피크수용도, 퇴직준비와 퇴직태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직적 특성에서는 직급과 직군, 근무기간과 정년퇴직잔여기간, 퇴직준비프로그램 참여 그리고 임금피크 적용 여부에 따라 각각 차이가 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 고령사회를 위한 실효성 있는 임금피크제 시행을 위해서는 복지지원, 교육훈련, 전직지원과 같은 고령친화인사제도의 직군, 직급, 경제수준 및 교육수준 별 시행의 필요성을 시사함과 동시에 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

Administrative Leaders and Their Role in Bringing About Development and Organizational Change in Universities (Northern Border University Case Study)

  • The research aims to identify the role of administrative leaders working in universities in the success of organizational development and change, and the extent of the relationship and ability of administrative leaders at all levels of leadership within universities to the effectiveness of the process of development and organizational change at Northern Border University. In addition to presenting some recommendations and suggestions that can contribute to identifying the best leadership styles that contribute to the success of the development process and positive organizational change. Where leadership, whether in the private sector or the public sector, is one of the main functions concerned with the processes of direction, development, and modernization in the performance of the facility and an important element to activate the organizations' ability to perform their role and achieve their goals. The behavior and trends of leaders represent an important indicator in knowing the type of efforts made by them to improve performance and develop organizations and human resources. The research reached many results, perhaps the most important of which is that the dominant leadership style in universities is the democratic style, followed by the bureaucratic leadership style. The results also showed that there is a significant role for administrative leaders in bringing about development and positive change at Northern Border University at the level of individuals, groups, and organizations. And it became clear that there is an availability of leadership capabilities to an acceptable degree in the administrative leaders. The results of the statistical analysis showed a positive relationship between administrative leadership ability and democratic style. In addition to the existence of a negative relationship between the administrative leadership ability and the bureaucratic style and the freestyle. It was also clear that there were no differences in dealing between males and females, as well as age, educational qualification, experience, and job grade, but there were differences in dealing with the job title.

국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 재직자 교육훈련 만족에 영향을 미치는 변인 탐색 (Exploring Factors Affecting Satisfaction of Education and Training for Consortium for HRD Ability Magnified Program)

  • 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄은 중소기업 재직근로자의 전략분야 인력양성사업의 일환이며, 공동훈련에 필요한 인프라, 훈련비, 인건비 및 일반운영비 등을 국가에서 지원하는 사업이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 재직자 교육훈련 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 교육훈련 재직자 과정에 참여한 707명의 자료를 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 컨소시엄 교육훈련 참여자의 성별, 강사 만족, 교육시설 및 서비스 만족 요인이 교육훈련 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 강사 만족, 교육시설 및 서비스 만족, 성별 순으로 교육훈련 만족에 미치는 영향이 높았다. 성별의 경우 남자가 여자보다 교육훈련 만족에 더 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연령, 직위, 직군은 교육훈련에 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하면, 첫째, 강사 만족이 교육 훈련 만족의 가장 큰 영향 요인이라는 점에서 강사의 역량을 강화하고, 강사에 대한 지원을 체계적으로 실시하는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 교육훈련 참여자가 교육훈련에 효과적으로 참여할 수 있고, 현업에서 교육훈련전이를 높일 수 있는 교육훈련의 환경 조성 및 시설 제공이 필요하다. 셋째, 여성 재직자의 교육 훈련 참여를 높이고, 여성 재직자의 특성을 고려한 교육훈련 교육과정의 설계 및 시행이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 교육훈련 내용의 적절성, 교육훈련 시간의 적정성, 직무의 연관성, 직무의 기여도 면에서 질적 수준을 높이는 데에도 보다 많은 노력이 요구된다.

인트라넷 관리자 및 사용자 응용의 설계 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of Intranet Administrator and User Application)

  • 본 논문은 PEC(Protocol Engineering Center) Office 인트라넷 시스템에서 사용되는 관리자 및 일반 사용자 응용 기술에 관해 기술한다. PEC Office는 웹 문서와 실시간 멀티미디어 정보 전달을 위한 인터넷/인트라넷 표준 기술을 이용하여 플랫폼 독립적인 응용 프레임워크를 제공한다. PEC Office 응용은 관리자 기능과 일반 사용자 기능으로 구분되며, 관리자 기능은 그룹/사용자 추가, 수정, 삭제 기능을 포함하여 응용 전반의 관리를 위한 환경과 사용자 디렉토리를 구축하며, 사용자 기능은 스케줄 공유, 가상 도서관, 업무 보고, 결과물 관리, 예산 관리, 그리고 실시간 오디오/비디오 브로드캐스팅 서비스를 제공하도록 설계하였다. 이러한 응용 서비스는 한 조직내의 사용자간의 소속 부서와 직급에 따라 사용자 별 차별화(differentiation) 및 맞춤화(customization) 기능을 지원한다.

군사 교육훈련분야의 예비역 활용 적정성에 관한 연구 (A study on the appropriateness of utilizing retired persons to military education and training sector)

  • 본 연구는 하루가 다르게 변화는 국내의 안보 환경과 이를 보강할 첨단무기체계와 이를 운용할 우수한 인력의 확보차원에서 현재 각 군에서 활용중인 예비역 용역관에 대한 취업요구 직위의 적정성을 판단하고, 군사전문지식과 경험이 있는 예비역을 활용하여 부족한 인력의 보강으로 전투력 향상에 기여하며, 각 군에서 요구하는 예비역 용역관의 취업직위 운용의 필요성과 정상화 목표 직위수 및 연도별 운영계획 직위의 적정성을 판단하기위한 자료로 제공하고자 한다. 특히, 군 전투력에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 전투임무수행이 가능하도록 교육역량을 강화해야 할 부대인 부대에 대해 중점적으로 연구하여 개선과 보완의 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

간호정보시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도 (Users' Satisfaction with Nursing Information System)

  • Purpose: To identify the degree of users' satisfaction with Nursing Information System. Methods: The study is a survey of users' satisfaction with Nursing Information System. The subjects of the study are 300 nurses who use the Nursing Information System at least for 6 months or longer; data was collected from August 26th to September 1st, 2005. The collected data was analyzed on SPSS 12.0. Results: The results showed that there are noticeable differences in the degree of satisfaction among the users using the Nursing Information System depended on the subjects' marital status, working department, job title, types of computer training and other facts, such as individual's ability of using the system finding necessary references. Nursing records (including administration and prescription of medicine) was chosen to be the priority for the recognition of the Nursing Information System; for motivation on establishment of Nursing Information System was the efficiency of work; and for any problems or troubles with the Nursing Information System was the delayed work due to the system-suspension. Conclusion: The study implied that Nursing Information System have improved and effective Nursing practice.
