결혼이주여성 통번역사를 중심으로 본 한국의 에스닉(ethnic) 노동에 관한 연구 (A Study on an Ethnic Labor in Korea: Focused on Interpreting and Translation Job of Marriage Migrant Women)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성들의 새로운 직업인 통번역사의 창출 배경과 노동 경험을 분석하여, 통번역사 노동이 가진 에스닉 노동의 성격을 밝히는 것이다. 연구의 주요 결과인 통번역사의 에스닉화된 노동의 성격은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼이주여성 통번역사의 창출 배경은 차별배제적 성별화된 한국 이주정책의 특성에서 찾을 수 있다. 외국인 노동자들에게는 정주가 부인되고 취업이 제한되는 반면, 결혼이주여성은 한국 가족에의 편입을 전제로 한 포섭과 지원의 대상이기 때문에 통번역사로 고용될 수 있는 것이다. 둘째, 통번역사라는 직업은 이주노동시장에서 비교적 좋은 일자리로 인식되지만, 실제 노동조건은 한국 노동시장 내에서 저임금과 불안정 고용을 특징으로 하는 에스닉 층화구조의 하층에 위치하고 있다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성 통번역사들은 이주노동자와 결혼이민자들에게 자신의 이주 경험과 언어 자원을 서비스로 제공하는 중립적 통역자이기도 하지만, 실제 노동과정에서 선주민의 차별과 불신을 경험하면서 그들의 대변인으로서의 역할과 자신 또한 이주여성이라는 정체성 사이에서 갈등을 겪는다. 결론에서는 직업으로서의 결혼이주여성 통번역사의 지속 가능성을 결혼이주여성의 임파워먼트와 노동시장 전망에 대한 쟁점을 중심으로 논의한다.

프리셉터의 변혁적 리더십이 신규간호사의 업무스트레스와 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Preceptors' Transformational Leadership on Job Stress and Clinical Performance among New Graduate Nurses)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of preceptors' transformational leadership on job stress and clinical performance among new graduate nurses. Methods : The study subjects were 180 new nurses in three University Hospitals. General characteristics, leadership, job stress and clinical performance were collected using self-reported questionnaires. Transformational leadership consisted of charisma, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration. T-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed to access the effect of leadership on job stress and clinical performance. Results : Of 180 subjects, 94.4% were female. The mean scores of transformational leadership, charisma, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration were $3.9{\pm}.46$, $3.9{\pm}.46$, $3.9{\pm}.57$ and $4.0{\pm}.58$, respectively. In multiple regression analysis, overall transformational leadership(${\beta}$=.154, p=.006) and charisma(${\beta}$=.388, p=.008) significantly increased the job stress. On the other hand, individual consideration significantly decreased the job stress (${\beta}$=-.671, p=.048) and increased the clinical performance(${\beta}$=2.472, p=.024). Conclusions : Charisma of preceptors was associated with the increase of job stress, and individual consideration was associated with the decrease of job stress and improvement of clinical performance. Therefore, the preceptors' leadership focusing on individual consideration rather than charisma may reduce job stress and improve clinical performance in the University hospital organization.

여성의 인적자원 관리행동: 컨택센터 여성상담사의 직무성과와 이직의도 - 대구지역 이동통신 고객센터 여성상담사를 중심으로 - (Human Resource Management Behavior of Women: The Determinants of Job Performance and Turnover Intention of Female Advisors in Contact Center - Focused on Mobile Communication Contact Center in DaeGu -)

  • This research was carried out to investigate the determinants of job performance and turnover intention of female advisors in mobile communication contact centers located in Daegu. The independent variables are individual characteristics, work duty related variables, working environments and the leadership of the middle managers. The factor analysis and the hierarchical regression analysis were implemented to the subjects of 282 advisors which gathered from 7/14/2008 to 7/23/2008. The results are as follow. First, the older advisors were, the higher job performance was. The higher educational background presented more turnover intention, and married advisors had higher job performance than unmarried ones. Second, the longer employment period showed higher job performance. Third, As advisors were more satisfied with promotion and welfare policy, and with coworkers, higher job performance was presented. As advisors had lower satisfaction with policy and authority, they showed higher turnover intention. Fourth, the leadership of middle managers positively had a influence on job performance and turnover intention. As the middle managers motivated and encouraged advisors well, the advisors showed higher job performance. If the middle managers showed lower charisma leadership, the advisors was intended to turnover more. Fifth, the most influential factor of advisors' job performance and turnover intention was working environments.

클라이언트 폭력과 사회복지사의 직무반응 관계에서 직무스트레스와 직무태도, 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (A Study on the Mediating Effect of Job Stress, Job Attitude, and Social Support in the Relationship between Client Violence and Social Worker's Job Response)

  • This study investigated the effects of job stress, job attitude, and social support on the relationship between client violence and social worker job response. The multi-mediating effect of job stress, job attitude, and social support between client violence and social worker job response was empirically analyzed. 257 social workers in social welfare facilities were analyzed using SPSS. The following conclusions were drawn. First, there was a significant correlation between client violence, job stress, job attitude, social support, and job response variables. Client violence was affecting variables related to social worker job response. Second, job stress, job attitude, and social support had multiple mediating effects. The parallel mediation effect and the serial mediation effect were verified. Third, job attitude was found to be a variable of multiple mediating effects. Fourth, job stress and social support were found to be double mediating effect variables. In response, programs and manuals suitable for the type of social welfare facilities and the policy basis for preparing countermeasures for social workers were limited, and follow-up studies on various variables were suggested.

사회복지사의 소진과정(Burnout Process) 모델 - 직업관련 스트레스 요인, 직무스트레스와 전문직효능성에 의한 소진 경로분석 - (Burnout Process Model of Social Workers: Analysis of the Paths from the Job-related Stressors, Job-stress and Professional Self-efficacy to Burnout)

  • 사회복지사들의 소진결정과정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하고자, 직업과 관련된 8가지 스트레스요인(업무모호성, 업무과중, 문제해결의 어려움, 클라이언트와의 갈등, 수퍼바이저의 지지결여, 기관내 의사소통의 폐쇄성, 관료주의, 무책임성), 4종류의 매개요인(직무스트레스, 전문직역할수행, 기관정책 준수, 클라이언트에 대한 편파성)과 소진의 4구성요인(신체적 탈진, 심리적 탈진, 비인간화, 개인전 성취)으로 이루어진 포괄적인 연구모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 모델은 사회복지사 207명으로부터 수집된 설문조사 자료를 통하여 검증되었다. 경로분석을 사용하여 변인들 간의 구조관계를 설명할 수 있는 최적 이론구조모델이 선정되었다(df=66, $x^2$=63.250, GFI=0.962, CFI=1.00). 자료분석 결과, 소진은 업무모호성과 업무과중, 문제해결의 어려움, 클라이언트와의 갈등, 수퍼바이저의 지지결여, 기관내 의사소통의 폐쇄성 등의 직업관련 스트레스요인에 의해 증가되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 소진을 결정하는 감정적 경로의 매개변인인 직무스트레스는 전문직 역할수행과 기관정책 준수의 정도를 증가시키며, 소진(신체적 탈진, 심리적 탈진, 비인간화)을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 소진과정의 인지적 경로를 구성하고 있는 전문적 효능성은 전문직역할수행의 정도가 높고 기관 정책준수의 정도 및 클라이언트에 대한 편파성이 낮을 경우 증대되며, 소진을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다.

장애인근로자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Disabled Workers)

  • This paper examined the relationship between job stressor and job satisfaction according to the general property of disabled workers. Role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload were cast as the factors of job satisfaction to explore their relationship with the general property and type of disabled workers. The results revealed that role ambiguity had the strongest meaningful relationships with job satisfaction and role conflict, role overload had not shown the meaningful relationships with their Job satisfaction. The reason of this results seemed to be from the fact that the work type available or not available to disabled worker was determined beforehand according to their disability type. Finally, these findings provide a guidelines of efficiency human resource management and strategic development program for the disabled workers.

  • In the policy management of the safety&health, the environment and the quality, the documentation of the management system is required in every international regulatory guides. In case of 3 level classification of the system documents, it generally will be identified such name as the manual, the procedure and the job instruction. Each document has the unique role and usage though, the job instructions, especially, would be developed to support the practical job worker. So, the job instructions should be reflect the latest know-how of the job-handling methods. And that, it should be used at any times by the practical job worker. This study is planned to survey the actual usage status of the job instructions of the domestic enterprises, and tried to suggest the effective way of maintaining the documents.

사무직 기혼여성의 출산후 취업지속 결정요인 (Married Women's Decision on the Job Continuity after Childbirth)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore systemetically what makes working women continue or interrupt their job after childbirth, An empirical survey was conducted by using questionnaire and data from 194 women who had clerical job before first childbirth. The major findings are as follows : (1) The significant differences between the two groups are caused by family orientation, motherhood, average monthly wage of her own, emotional support, child carer in the family, maternal policy. (2) The probability of continuing job is higher when the public supports are offered to working married women than in case of being supported privately.

병원근로자의 조직시민행동과 조직효과성 관계 연구 (The Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Effectiveness of Hospital Employees)

  • Background: The organizational citizenship behavior is generally known as the important factor relevant to the organizational effectiveness. This research examined the mediating effect of the organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees on the organizational effectiveness. Methods: Data were collected from 1,112 employees located in city of Seoul, Kyunggi and Chungnam province through self-administered questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS ver. 20.0, frequency analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, regression analysis, and path analysis. The main findings of the study are as follows. Results: First, it was found that many characteristics variables of personality, job, and relationship together affected organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees. Especially, the following variables of negative affectivity, desire for growth, job value, job significance, and job security were found to have significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees. Second, the results of path analysis showed that, through the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior, personality variables of positive and negative affectivity, and desire for growth, job characteristics variables of job value, job significance, and job security, and relationship variables of organizational support and task interdependence, had significant total effects on the level of job satisfaction of hospital employees. Conclusion: As a result, the organizational citizenship behavior seems to have both direct and indirect effects on the organizational effectiveness of hospital employees. Based on above findings, some theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

코칭에 대한 간호사의 인식, 행동수준 및 직무특성 (Nurses' Awareness, Behavior on Coaching and Job Characteristics in a Hospital)

  • Purpose: This research was conducted to investigate the nurses' awareness and behavior on coaching and its relation with job characteristics in a hospital. Methods: Total 300 nurses in a university affiliated hospital were surveyed with questionnaires between April and May, 2008. The data was analyzed using SAS 9.1. Results: The data showed that 88.9 % of nurses responded the need of coaching training program while only 80.9% of general nurses and 75.7% preceptor nurses would like to participate in the training. The current level of knowledge for coaching was not different by the age, education level, and career. However, coaching behavior and job characteristics were significantly higher in the nurse managers than in general nurses or preceptors. The correlation between coaching behavior and job characteristics were identified. Conclusion: The gaps between the perceived necessity of coaching program implementation and willingness to participate in the coaching program were due to worry about the burden of extra hours needed to participate the program. To introduce coaching program to a nurses' organization successfully, the efforts should be made to develop the coaching training program for nurses based on the results and to support them systematically.
