물류.택배기업의 무선인터넷시스템 사용 성공요인에 관한 연구 (Understanding the Success Factors of Using Mobile Internet Systems in Logistics/Small Package Express Companies)

  • Although many employees in the logistics/small package express companies are using mobile information systems. there is little research on the individual impacts of adopting mobile information systems in the distribution area. Therefore, this study attempts to develop the research model to evaluate individual impacts on using mobile information systems which are frequently utilized in logistics and small package express companies. In order to propose the research model, we attempt to incorporate technology acceptance model and IS success model to evaluate individual impacts on using mobile information systems. To verify the research model, we collected 225 data from staffs who have mobile IT system in distribution and logistics area. We also verified the validity and reliability by using SEM(structural equation modeling). As a results, we found that system use, cognitive judgement and attitude can be the key variables to improve individual impacts by using mobile information system. We further found that perceived usefulness can be ere of the Imp factors to improve the individual impacts. Based on out findings, we can understand that this research model can provide a deeper understanding of individual impacts of mobile information systems.

  • 정보통신기술 발달에 기반하고 있는 4차 산업혁명은 인간의 지식노동을 대체함으로써 대량실업문제 및 일자리 양극화를 통한 소득격차문제를 확산시킬 것으로 예상되고 있다. 더욱이 그 변화의 속도와 범위가 빠르고 광범위할 것으로 예상되어 급격한 사회변화에 따른 선제적 대응조치 마련을 요구하고 있으나, 기존연구에서는 전통적 형태의 일자리가 미래에도 지속될 것이라는 가정 하에 제한적인 해결방안만을 내어놓고 있다. 한편, 정보통신기술은 기존직무의 유연화 과정 등을 통해 기업의 생산방식을 변화시키고 있는데. 이러한 기존직무의 유연화 과정은 궁극적으로 소비자가 생산자가 되는 프로슈머 이코노미로의 전환을 가능하게 할 것으로 보인다. 만일, 소비자가 생산자가 되는 프로슈머 이코노미가 도래하게 될 경우 기존의 일자리문제는 더 이상 일자리문제가 아닌 일거리 문제로 대체될 수 있는데, 이것이야말로 새로운 기술을 활용한 일자리문제의 근본적 해결방안이 될 수 있다. 결과적으로 본 논문은 4차 산업혁명시대 일자리 문제 해결을 위해 프로슈머 이코노미로의 안정적 전환을 제안하고 있으며, 보다 생산적인 프로슈머 이코노미로 전환하기 위한 인적자원개발의 관점에서 첫째, 노동시간단축을 통한 교육시간의 확보, 둘째, 온라인 대중교육 무료지원을 통한 평생교육 활성화, 셋째, 전자정부 사용 의무화를 통한 정보격차해소 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

일-가정 갈등 및 가정-일 갈등과 근로자의 직무몰입과 삶의 만족간의 관계와 성별 및 자녀수의 조절효과 - 몽골 중소기업 사례를 중심으로 - (A study on the influence of work-family conflict on job involvement and life satisfaction and the moderating effects of demographic characteristics - Focused on Mongolia SMEs -)

  • 본 연구는 몽골 중소기업 조직을 대상으로 한 실증연구를 통해 일-가정 갈등이 직무몰입과 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향과 이들 관계에서 인구특성의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 일-가정 갈등(직장${\rightarrow}$가정 갈등, 가정${\rightarrow}$직장 갈등), 직무몰입, 삶의 만족에 대한 이론적 논의를 하였고, 이를 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였다. 가설검증 결과 직장${\rightarrow}$가정 갈등은 삶의 만족에 부정적 영향을 미치며, 가정${\rightarrow}$직장 갈등은 직무몰입과 삶의 만족 모두에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인구특성의 조절효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 도출된 시사점은 일-가정 갈등에 대한 리더의 인식변화와 적극적 대응, 유연근무제도의 도입, 선별적 출산휴가와 육아휴직 지원, 관련 평가체계 수립 등이 있다.

R&D Transitions in Response to Digital Transformation in Korea

  • With the rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation, scientific and technological innovation measures are being devised to overcome Korea's low-growth, high-cost structure. Accordingly, by examining the R&D investment evaluation system of R&D PIE (R&D Platform for Investment and Evaluation), which has been promoted by the Korean government in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, from the perspective of R&D transformation, this study aims to explore a new path for a sustainable national science and technology innovation system following digital transformation. In particular, from the perspective of R&D PIE, a MLP (Multi-level Perspective), which had been conducted as an abstract theoretical study, was attempted with specific cases and analysis for each of the three layers: niche, landscape, and regime. In conclusion, R&D PIE was intended to elevate the abstract R&D investment evaluation system to a platform that leads innovation in the digital space of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition, it was confirmed that the R&D PIE could be replaced or enhanced as a platform for innovation in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, thereby providing an alternative to job creation and an escape from economic crisis.

FMS 흐름 통제를 위한 Look-Ahead Routing Procedure의 적용효과 (The Effect of Look-Ahead Routing Procedure for Flow Control in an FMS)

  • The introduction of general purpose machining centers and the information system based on computer network has added a new control problem to the classical job shop control problems: a routing problem. A routing problem is to determine the machine on which a part will be processed. The modern manufacturing systems are given much system status information including the arrival time of the future parts via the computer network for automation. This paper presents and tests the performance of a routing procedure, LARP(Look-Ahead Routing Procedure) which uses look-ahead information on the future arrival of parts in the system. The manufacturing system considered in this paper has multi-stations which consists of general purpose machines and processes parts of different types. The application of LARP under many operating conditions shows that the reduction of part flow time and tardiness from the cases without using this information is up to 8% for flow time and 21% for tardiness. The procedure introduced here can be used for many highly automated systems such as an FMS and a semi-conductor fabrication system for routing where the arrivals of parts in the near future are known.

최종사용자의 공동작업과 시스템 성공간의 상황모형 (The Relationship Between End-User Joint Work and End-User Satisfaction : Two Moderate Factors)

  • A significant body of information systems research is concerned with user participation as a means to improve user satisfaction within systems development. In spite of the many studies in this area, findings are not consistent or cumulative. One of the reasons for this is not to be considered the type of systems. Most research are focusing on traditional system development under the mainframe environment instead of under end-user based environment like web-based information system or ERP. End-user based environment requires user's strong initiatives in the system development life cycle. It means the user\`s simple participation is not enough and user-led-development is more appropriate for the system success. This paper can call this new concept is end-user joint work which means user has to participate in the system development as a co-developer. This paper investigates how the end-user joint work contributes end-user satisfaction and two variables in particular-job complexity and technical competence-moderate the outcomes of end-user joint work Analysis of 112 independent systems development projects indicated that end-user joint work has a direct relationship with end-user satisfaction. In addition, the two variables were found to moderate key roles on this relationship. That is, the strength of this relationship depended on the level of these factors.

사회복지사의 조직몰입에 관한 연구 : 조직 냉소주의의 매개효과를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study of Social Workers' Organizational Commitment : Analyzing Mediating Effect of Organizational Cynicism)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지조직 구성원의 성과에 매우 중요한 영향력을 갖는 조직몰입에 초점을 두고 조직 몰입의 선행요인들 및 매개요인과 조직몰입과의 관계 구조를 실증적으로 파악하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 조직 냉소주의를 조직몰입에의 매개요인으로 설정하고, 조직차원(인사관리시스템), 직무차원(직무특성), 개인차원(자기통제)의 요인을 선행요인으로 구성한 우 이들의 구조적인 관계를 검증해 보았다. 분석을 위한 자료는 2002년 7월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 서울 경기지역의 173개 사회복지조직(종합사회복지관, 노인복지관, 장애인복지관)에서 519명의 사회복지사들을 추출한 후 이들을 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 실시하여 회수한 330개 사례를 기초로 구성하였다. 그리고 요인들의 관계에 대한 분석을 위해 구조방정식 모델을 활용하였다. 연구의 결과, 사회복지사들의 인사관리시스템 운영에 대한 긍정적인 인식은 조직 냉소주의를 감소시키고, 조직 냉소주의는 조직몰입에 부정적인 영향을 갖는 인과적 관계가 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 직무특성과 자기통제 역시 조직 냉소주의와 부적인 관계를 갖고, 조직몰입과는 정적인 관계를 갖고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 사회복지조직에서 인사관리의 공정한 실행과 이에 대한 이해를 높이려는 노력 그리고 직무의 구성을 보다 체계화하는 노력이 사회복지사들이 가질 수 있는 조직 냉소주의를 제거하고, 그들의 조직몰입을 강화하는데 무엇보다도 중요한 요인임을 시사하고 있다.

Designing an Integrated Online-guide for Overseas Applicants Seeking to Teach English in Korea: Focus on Job and Visa Application

  • This study suggests an effective online guide for foreign teachers who want to teach English in Korean schools. When designing this guide for overseas applicants, there should be a consistent analysis to reflect the process of the system. Thus, this paper provides an analysis and results for an integrated online guide to increase the efficiency based on the pedagogical framework for analysis of the 'ADDIE' model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The number of job applicants who wish to teach English in Korea is growing rapidly because Korea is one of the fastest growing economies in the world and the 'Korean Wave' has especially been experiencing significant changes with the development of social network services and digital technologies. As a result, overseas applicants' expectations regarding Korea when they are seeking information and applying is very high, but the aspects of the procedure provided by the government are somewhat disappointing. The paper presents customer needs and specific recommendation for each step of the application process to improve the guide's effectiveness.

비정체 로트 - 스트리밍 흐름공정 일정계획 (No-Wait Lot-Streaming Flow Shop Scheduling)

  • Lot-streaming is the process of splitting a job (lot) into a number of smaller sublots to allow the overlapping of operations between successive machines in a multi-stage production system. A new genetic algorithm (NGA) is proposed for minimizing the mean weighted absolute deviation of job completion times from due dates when jobs are scheduled in a no-wait lot-streaming flow shop. In a no-wait flow shop, each sublot must be processed continuously from its start in the first machine to its completion in the last machine without any interruption on machines and without any waiting in between the machines. NGA replaces selection and mating operators of genetic algorithms (GAs), which often lead to premature convergence, by new operators (marriage and pregnancy operators) and adopts the idea of inter-chromosomal dominance. The performance of NGA is compared with that of GA and the results of computational experiments show that NGA works well for this type of problem.

  • In this paper, a modelling methodology for a robotic workcell is proposed and compared with the conventional Petri nets model. Also, a method for managing the cell operation is described through the knowledge base. The knowledge bases for state transition and assembly job information are obtained from the state transition map(STM) and the assembly job tree(AJT), respectively. Using the knowledge base, the system structure is discussed in both managing the cell operation and evaluating the various performance. Finally, a simulation algorithm is presented with the simulation results to show the effectiveness of the proposed modelling approach.
