교대근무간호사의 욕구만족, 소명의식, 직무스트레스가 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Shift-Working Nurses' Need Satisfaction, Calling and Vocation, and Job Stress on Retention Intention)

  • Purpose: This descriptive study aimed to identify shift nurses' retention intention, need satisfaction, calling and vocation, and job stress, as well as the effects of these factors on retention intention. Methods: The participants of this study were 193 nurses working shifts with more than three months' clinical experience at general hospitals. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from February 1 to 28, 2023. Nurses' Retention Index and Nurse Needs Satisfaction Scale, Korean version of the Calling and Vocational Questionnaire, Korean Occupational Stress Scale were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were conducted for statistical analysis. Results: Regarding nurses' shift work, the mean scores for retention intention, needs satisfaction, calling and vocation, and job stress were 32.12±9.04, 94.87±14.74, 26.95±6.84, and 66.12±10.34. Moreover, the nurses' retention intention differed significantly by age, education level, religion, marital status, clinical experience, satisfaction with wage, and job satisfaction. Furthermore, retention intention was positively correlated with needs satisfaction and calling and vocation and negatively correlated with job stress. Needs satisfaction, and calling and vocation as well as education level of bachelor's degree, job satisfaction had positive effects on shift work nurses' retention intention. Job dissatisfaction had relatively negative effects on retention intention compared to having neutral job satisfaction. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop programs that promote needs satisfaction, calling and vocation, and job satisfaction to improve nurses' retention intention in relation to shift work; moreover, institutional support for acquiring a bachelor's degree or higher is needed.

콜센터 상담원의 감성지능, 조직시민행동과 IT활용능력이 직무 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 상담원의 경력 비교 (An Exploratory Study on Effect of Call Center Representatives' Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and IT Utilization Ability on Job Performance : A Comparative Analysis by Representatives' Career)

  • Corporations look for their competitiveness in many different areas, and one of them is customer call center, which provides professional, special service to the customers. The importance and the value of realization of customer satisfaction at each call center have become significant as it plays a leading role and is responsible for customer recreation and follow-up services. This study held in-depth interviews with 3 groups of professional call representatives (categorized by experience) from popular property and life insurance companies in Korea who operate in and outbound calls. Three variables, emotional quotient, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and IT utilization skill, were selected and it was observed how these variables affect the job performance of in and outbound call center representatives. The importance of the relationship between the variables and the key factors in the future direction of improvement of the call center representative organization was analyzed. Emotional quotient refers to the ability to recognize and use the emotion of oneself and others. It was considered it would be effective in enhancing the counseling ability of call center representatives, This study identifies the effect of emotional quotient on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, which is defined as actions outside of normative roles in the organization. Also, the study aims to prove the effect of emotional quotient on the rapidly developing IT utilization ability in relation to job performance. As a result, it was found that service career (3 months, 3 years, 10 years) had a significant effect on the key factors that affect the organization-emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB. Especially for OCB, it was considered relatively less important to the new employees, while it greatly affected the job performance, rate of settlement, and sustainment of the working life for those with longer experience. Also, the result of the interview for each variable differed by the service career. Emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB were close connection for the representatives with longer experience than for those with shorter experience. And the level of intimacy of their relationship with job performance was in proportion to the years of service. Thus, to secure stability for the call center representatives and enhance their job performance continually, the importance of emotional quotient and IT utilization skill shall be reflected in the operation process actively. In particular, in order to lead a organization with outstanding culture, a management system shall apply OCB from the recruitment process.

  • It is revealed that there is still considerable interest in job satisfaction and that a growing number of methods are being used to study satisfaction. In particular I reviewed studies using methodologies such as interviews, questionnaires, and diary studies. Overall. my review suggests that working roles change for individuals and theoretical perspectives fade or rise for scholars, the experience of job satisfaction continues to play a central role in understanding life at work.

종합병원 간호단위에서의 간호만족 영향요인 분석 (A study on the Factors of the patient satisfaction for nursing care in general hospital)

  • The study was done to evaluate patient satisfaction with nursing care. The study subjects were patients admitted in a general hospital in Gangwon province. The instrument used in the study was developed by Lamonica. The reliability alpha of this tool 0.8596. The survey method was applied to collect data period of data collection was total 21days from September 4rd to September 24th in 2000. The data was analysed by statistical method of %, mean, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients though SPSS program. The follows are the summaries of results of the study. 1. The highest scores of satisfaction was shown in the area of technical professional nursing and the lowest scores was shown in area of nursing education. 2. The crossed analysis of patient general characteristics and satisfaction of nursing care showed a significance by marriaged status(p<0.05) but no significance by factors of sex, ages, education, religency. 3. Job satisfaction of nurses showed 2.79 in average on the basic of 5 marks. 4. The significant Correlation were found between job satisfaction degree and bed rotation rates , number of patients by one nurse, experience of nurse(p<0.05). 5. The significant Correlation were found between nursing satisfaction degree and ages, job satisfaction, bed rotation rates, number of patients by one nurse(p<0.05), experience of nurse(p<0.01). On basis of the above findings the following recommendations are made : to suggest to improve environment of nursing unit. And to suggest to improve job satisfaction for improvement of nursing satisfaction in practice.

간호사가 지각한 간호조직문화 유형이 혁신행동과 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Nursing Organizational Culture Types on Innovative Behavior and Job Embeddedness Perceived by Nurses)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the impact of nursing organizational culture types on innovative behavior and job embeddedness among clinical nurse. Methods: For this study a descriptive correlational study design was used. Participants were 293 nurses who had more than one year work experience. They were recruited from two university hospitals, one in Seoul and one in Gyeonggi province in 2016. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 statistics program. Results: Hierarchy-oriented culture was the highest type of organizational culture perception and innovation-oriented culture, the lowest. Multiple linear regression analyses showed that, when age and total clinical experience were adjusted for, innovation-oriented culture perception was the most significant factor influencing innovative behavior, followed by task-oriented culture and relation-oriented culture in that order ($R^2$=.33, F=24.50, p<.001). Relation-oriented culture perception was the factor most influencing job embeddedness, followed by task-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture in that order ($R^2$=.48, F=55.98, p<.001). Conclusion: More systematic and sustained organizational efforts are required to improve the hierarchy-oriented culture highly perceived by nurses and to emphasize innovation-oriented, relation-oriented and task-oriented organizational culture to increase innovative behavior and job embeddedness among clinical nurses.

채용정보 분석을 통한 비즈니스 직무 스펙 연구 (Research on Business Job Specification through Employment Information Analysis)

  • Purpose This research aims to study the changes in recruitment needed for the growth and survival of companies in the rapidly changing industry. In particular, we built a real company's worklist accounting for the rapidly advancing data-driven digital transformation, and presented the capabilities and conditions required for work. Design/methodology/approach we selected 37 jobs based on NCS to develop the employment search requirements by analyzing the business characteristics and work capabilities of the industry and company. The business specification indicators were converted into a matrix through the TF-IDF process, and the NMF algorithm is used to extract the features of each document. Also, the cosine distance measurement method is utilized to determine the similarity of the job specification conditions. Findings Companies tended to prefer "IT competency," which is a specification related to computer use and certification, and "experience competency," which is a specification for experience and internship. In addition, 'foreign language competency' was additionally preferred depending on the job. This analysis and development of job requirements would not only help companies to find the talents but also be useful for the jobseekers to easily decide the priority of their specification activities.

임상초음파사의 전문직 자아개념이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sonographers' Professional Self-Concept on Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 전문직 자아개념 및 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 임상초음파사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 수행하였다. 자료 수집은 일개지역 임상초음파사 141명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하였다. 회수된 자료의 분석은 SPSS를 사용하였으며, 전문직 자아개념과 직무만족도의 차이검정은 독립표본 t 검정(independent t-test)과 일원배치분산분석(one way ANOVA)을 실시하였고 분석결과 통계적으로 유의성이 검증된 경우 Sheffe를 이용하여 사후검증 하였다. 그 결과 전문직 자아개념 및 직무만족도는 기혼일수록, 실무경력에 따른 급여가 적절한 경우와 전문자격증을 취득한 경우 높게 나타났다. 또한 직무만족에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인은 전문직 자아개념으로 분석되었다. 따라서 임상초음파사들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 업무능력 개발을 위한 전문자격 제도의 정착과 실무 경력에 따른 적절한 보상체계가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

일터 영성이 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 치과위생사의 감염관리 지식, 수행과 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 융복합 연구 (A Convergence Study on the Effects of Workplace Spirituality on Infection Control Knowledge, Performance, and Job Stress of Dental Hygienists in the COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사를 대상으로 일터 영성이 감염관리 지식과 수행, 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 분석을 위해 융복합 연구를 시행하였다. 자료수집은 2021년 2-3월 동안 치과위생사 149명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였고 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation 분석을 하였다. 일터 영성은 감염관리 수행 팬데믹 상황에서 일터영성은 감염관리 수행력을 높이고 직무 스트레스를 경감시키는 것으로 조사되었다. 감염관리 지식과 수행이 높은 집단은 직무불안정, 조직체계, 스트레스가 낮게 나타났다. 직무 스트레스는 2년 이하 경력자는 관계갈등, 3-5년 경력자는 직무 불안정, 조직체계, 보상 부적절, 직장 문화가 높게 조사되었으며 6년 이상 경력자가 직무 자율성 결여 인식이 가장 높았다. 팬데믹 상황에서 일터영성은 감염관리 수행력을 높이고 직무스트레스를 경감시키는 것으로 조사되어 포스트 코로나를 대비하여 전인적이고 체계적인 조직운영을 위한 의료의 질을 향상안이 요구되었다.

연령별 자영업 경험과 소득계층 이동에 관한 연구 (The Experience of Self-employed Business and the Income Mobility by Age Group)

  • 이 글의 목적은 연령별로 자영업 경험이 소득계층 이동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는 것이다. 2000년대 들어 노동시장 유연화와 고령화의 진행으로 50대 초반에 은퇴를 하고 자영업에 진출하는 등 자영업을 가교일자리로 활용하는 경우가 증가해 왔다. 그런데 지금까지 연구들은 자영업의 빈곤화 경향만을 강조할 뿐, 연령별로 자영업 경험이 소득계층 이동에 어떤 차별화된 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 다루지 않았다. 이 글은 2012년부터 2016년까지 5년간의 가계금융복지조사 자료를 이용하여 연령별로 고용상태에 따른 이동성의 차이를 비교하고, 이동성의 변화 추이를 분석한다. 고용상태를 일시적 자영업, 계속 자영업, 불안정임금노동, 안정임금근로, 미취업 다섯 유형으로 구분하고, 연령 집단별로 이동성의 변화를 비교 분석한다. 분석 결과 전체적으로는 자영업 경험 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 소득계층 상향이동 가능성이 높은 편이지만, 자영업 경험은 연령이 증가할수록 불리하게 작용하여, 60세 이후에는 자영업 경험이 소득계층 하락 위험을 높이는 것을 알 수 있다. 연령집단별로 자영업 경험이 소득계층 이동에 미치는 영향이 상이한 만큼 연령별로 차별화된 자영업 대책이 요구된다.

Antecedents to the Job Satisfaction of Fashion Salesperson

  • In the fashion retail research, the role of fashion salesperson and their job satisfaction have been getting attentions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the elements affecting the job satisfaction of fashion salesperson. A hypothetical path model of job satisfaction of fashion salesperson was developed and tested. Empirical data were collected with a written survey instrument. Data were collected from 150 fashion salespersons during 2001 fall, and finally 101 responses were analyzed. As results of series of regression analysis, final job satisfaction model was identified. Job satisfaction of fashion salesperson was affected by subjective job aptitudity, salary, fashion product knowledge. fashion involvement, and work experience. Managerial implication and research limitation were discussed.
