This study aims to improve the situation in which accurate job information for small and medium-sized enterprises is not known and it is difficult to identify jobs that meet the preference criteria from the perspective of the 'employer brand'. To this end, through a hierarchical regression analysis of 700 young job seekers, the factors affecting the intention to get a job centered on five value factors (Interest Value, Social Value, Economic Value, Development Value and Application Value) were identified by reflecting the brand categorization theory. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that young job seekers are more interested in work culture, environment, and utilization of their majors, which directly affect job seekers, rather than characteristics of companies such as talent development, products, services, and management, and are influenced by their intention to work. This suggests that the job policy for SMEs needs to be changed from the existing quantitative support-centered to a qualitative improvement that strengthens the use of platform-centered job information.
Background: The need for an investigation into the hygiene and awareness of hairdressers regarding Corona infection has emerged. Purpose: To investigate the level of interest in health and hygiene of hairdressers and their awareness of COVID-19. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted with hairdressers located in Daejeon Metropolitan City. The SPSS 26.0 program analyzed a total of 260 collected questionnaires. Results: The interest in the health and hygiene of hairdressers showed a statistically significant difference according to age, educational background, job title, type of hairdresser, and years of service. The hairdresser's risk and degree of awareness of COVID-19 were higher in those in their 30s or older, managers, medium-sized stores, and ten years of service. In terms of optimism about Corona, it was found to be high among those in their 20s, assistant staff, large stores, and less than five years of service. In addition, there was a positive (+) correlation between health care concerns, hand hygiene and mask hygiene, and awareness of corona risk and optimism. Conclusions: The level of health and hygiene interest and awareness of hairdressers significantly increased according to age, educational background, job title, type of hairdresser, and length of service. Therefore, it evaluated that this result would serve as primary data for research in this field.

This study is a descriptive research study to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction of 119 paramedics on their job performance ability. The subjects were 119 paramedics working at the fire department who agreed to participate in the study, and data collection was conducted from July 1st to September 10th, 2020. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 23.0 program, with frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, correlation analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. As a result, the average job stress, job satisfaction, and job performance ability of 119 paramedics were 2.85±0.29 points, 3.35±0.30 points, and 3.53±0.89, respectively. A higher job satisfaction indicated higher job performance ability. An examination of the characteristics of the variables according to the general characteristics showed that the job performance ability was related significantly to the marital status, age, and first aid experience. Based on this, to establish a positive professional intuition to increase the job performance ability of 119 paramedics, lower job stress, and increases job satisfaction, it is important to raise awareness of job satisfaction, establish a job view, and promote job satisfaction through performance improvement. This study of the living environment for rural residents to identify the relationship between perception and satisfaction are as. Jeollabukdo rural residents survey and SPSS 18.0 statistical program utilizes improvement of rural environment and living conditions were discussed. The main analysis results are summarized as follows. First, rural residents use the facility convenience and accessibility, economic burden, there was a tendency to recognize the important, good natural environment or their children / relatives for the distance was a low awareness. Second, the location and land a job for men, the women have a higher awareness of the use of public transportation inclination showed less than 50 age group showed higher awareness. Third, the rural living environment of residents' satisfaction with 3.544, and overall satisfaction with village life showed a high propensity men have higher satisfaction than women. Purpose: Infection management is important for physical therapists in order to protect patients and themselves since they often provide patient care and have physical contact with patients. This study examined the performance of infection control and associated factors among physical therapists. Methods: The study subjects were 174 physical therapists working in the G metropolitan city. The performance of infection control according to general characteristics, job-related characteristics, and infection-related characteristics were compared using t-test and ANOVA. Associations between awareness and performance of infection control were tested by correlation. Finally, multiple linear regression analyses were performed to examine the factors associated with performance of infection control. Results: Overall performance scores for personal and therapy room were $87.47{\pm}11.70$ and $70.08{\pm}13.68$, respectively. Both personal and therapy room infection control were lower for the degree of performance than the degree of awareness. In multiple linear regression analysis, the degree of performance at a personal level was related to current smoking status, type of charge therapy, supply of protection equipment, and awareness of personal infection control. The degree of performance of therapy room was related to injury experience in the workplace, supply of protection equipment, and awareness of therapy room infection control. Conclusion: Performance of therapy room infection control was lower than that of personal infection control. The performance was associated with the supply of protection equipment and awareness. Therefore, the degree of performance for infection control will be increased with proper supply of protection equipment in the hospital and increase the degree of awareness with adequate prevention education.

In this study, We tried to investigate the relationship between the Caregiver's Autonomy of duty and the Their innovation action at the present situation of awareness diffusion of caregiver's job autonomy and rapid aging increasing. We analyzed the factors effected to the innovative action by the caregiver's job autonomy and demographic factor, to the caregivers who work in Seoul. As a result of the analysis, it was found the factors that effect to innovation action statistically and significantly are job autonomy, work schedule, decision-making, methodology, age, education, type of facility, scale of facility and job title. In other words, the organization tries to invest enough job autonomy to caregiver in their environment and the organizational culture tries to encourage new idea is induct positive effect to the innovative action. In this regards, the principal requires ability to create environment that the caregivers can suggest new idea, and develop the management strategy to improve caregiver's job autonomy.
The purpose of this study is to analyze how the new police education will affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on the Central Police Academy, the new policemen(288th newly appointed officers) were surveyed as a survey of educational satisfaction(education, curriculum, teaching facilities, teaching facilities), and awareness of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results are summarized as follows. First, Educational satisfaction has shown that there is a static correlation between job satisfaction and organizational involvement. Second, the teaching ability has a significant effect on all the factors contributing to job satisfaction, in relation to the effect of the educational satisfaction on job satisfaction. Third, in relation to the effect of the educational satisfaction on organizational commitment, the teaching ability has had a significant effect on all the factors involved in organizational involvement, and education courses and educational facilities have shown significant effects on continuance commitment among organizational commitment. These results suggest that education for working subjects should be conducted in a more case-oriented instruction, and the practice of on-the-job training is required to ensure practical hands-on learning.
This study analyzed the effect of flight stress on job satisfaction and safety culture on 193 domestic civil airline pilots. As a result of the analysis, flight stress had a negative effect on job satisfaction, and pilots with low job satisfaction had a low awareness of safety culture. In particular, there was a difference in the effect of flight stress on job satisfaction and safety culture according to the airlines and rank of pilots. This suggests the necessity of developing customized stress management programs for each airline and pilot position. The study emphasizes the importance of managing pilots' stress and improving job satisfaction to reinforce the safety culture of the aviation industry. In addition, airlines should develop strategies to strengthen safety culture by reducing pilot stress and increasing job satisfaction. The result of this study is to be used as useful basic data for finding ways to manage pilots' stress and strengthen safety culture in the aviation industry.
This research highlights the process of adopting cloud computing technology from users' perspective. Concentrating on perceived mechanism from employees side that lead to job performance at work. Cloud computing, the new player in our modern business environment, authors employ diffusion of innovation theory to capture how this new technology affect employees in workplace in terms of job performance. Education for this new system and managerial support by firm were used as moderating variable to test dependent variable, job performance. Research was done through survey from total 284 people working in metropolitan area at South Korea. The result shows that cloud computing system affect positively on work efficiency, and the extent of diffusion factors that influence from the most to least are as follow: 1. Users' Skill, 2. System Quality, 3. Information Quality, 4. Group Awareness, 5. Attitude towards New System. To test diffusion factors of cloud computing and job performance, South Korean people actually felt that cloud computing help their job performance and the extent of diffusion factors that influence from the most to least are as follow: 1. Users' Skill, 2. System Quality, 3. Information Quality, 4. Attitude towards New System, 5. Group Awareness. As for diffusion factors of cloud computing and productivity, result proved that cloud computing really helps firms, and the extent of diffusion factors that influence from the most to least are as follow: 1. Information Quality, 2. Attitude towards New System, 3. Group Awareness, 4. System Quality, 5. Users' Skill. Two moderating variables, employee education and managerial support were tested to prove whether these two variables affect the job performance and the result displays positive affect for both two factors. To conclude, adopting cloud computing helps firms by increase employees' work efficiency and job performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of dental hygienists about on-the-job training in public health sector in an effort to stir up their on-the-job training(OJT) and to facilitate the planning of successful educational programs. A survey was conducted nationwide for two months in October and November 2006, and the answer sheets from 811 dental hygienists were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. 40.7 percent of the dental hygienists investigated never underwent OJT geared toward public officials, which wasn't linked to oral health. 2. As for the experiences of professional oral health education(or OJT) as members of local public dental clinics by service term, 64.9 percent of the dental hygienists who had worked for less than 10 years never received that kind of education, and 70.5 percent of those with a 15-year or more career received that education just once(p<0.05). The dental hygienists who received that education viewed it favorably, as they found that to be conducive to their job performance. In the event of those who didn't receive that education, a lack of chance to do that was the most common reason. 3. In regard to motivation of receiving professional oral health education(or OJT), the largest rate of the dental hygienists who stood at 71.9 percent received that education voluntarily in pursuit of self-development and better job performance. The training programs provided by the oral health division of the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs were excluded in this study. As to educational spending by the dental hygienists or their employers over the past two years, 56.9 percent paid 100 thousand to less than 500 thousand won. 46.6 percent never paid for that, and about 15.5 percent received education at their own expenses. Concerning the form of OJT, lectures were provided to 50.3 percent. 4. The dental hygienists who worked in local public health clinics hoped for more intensive and better education and training related to oral health projects.
