A Study of the Characteristics of a Partial Discharge of SF6 Following a Fault

  • When faults occur in the power equipment that is used a great deal in industrial sites, it may lead to fatal accidents that cause losses both economically and in manpower. In this paper, the effect of particle impact on the partial discharge of $SF_6$ gas was measured by simulating a partial discharge following the type of fault found in the GIS using $SF_6$ insulating gas as the insulating material. A spectrum analysis was performed on the radiate electromagnetic waves emitted upon partial discharge by using the UHF insulation diagnosis method. This subject of this study is insulation diagnosis by the measurement of radiate electromagnetic waves when particles exist in the GIS and power equipment insulated with $SF_6$ gas.

  • 본 연구에서는 대기압 플라즈마의 처리 조건에 따른 ITO 필름의 접착력 향상을 위한 접촉각 및 표면에너지의 변화를 관찰하였다. 대기압 플라즈마의 처리 변수로는 반응 가스, 처리 속도 방전 전압 및 시료와 플라즈마 헤드 사이의 방전 캡이며, 측정된 접촉각을 이용하여 ITO 필름의 표면을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 방전 전압이 증가할수록 접촉각은 낮아졌으며, 시료와 플라즈마 헤드 사이의 방전 간격은 2.5[mm]에서 접촉각이 낮게 나타나 ITO 필름의 접착력 향상을 위한 친수성 물질로 표면 개질됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

PSIM 모델을 이용한 변압기 모델링 및 회로상수 추출방법 (An Effective Gyrator-based Transformer Modeling using PSIM)

  • Magnetic circuit is a physical modeling method that is useful in designing and analyzing power transformers, especially for a priori evaluation of leakage and magnetizing inductance before actual production. In this study, a novel modeling approach that uses PSIM magnetic elements adopting gyrator and permeance-capacitances is investigated. A formula to determine the permeance-capacitors in the core and leakage path are established, and a simulation jig is devised to link the physical model and the electrical terminal characteristics with an automated parameter determination process. The derived formula is verified by measurement results of the prototype transformer samples. Given its accuracy and simplicity, this approach is suitable for analyzing and designing LLC resonant transformers whose leakage and magnetizing inductance are very critical to circuit operation.

  • This paper shows the discharge characteristics in flowing air with variation of tempearature(T) under the needle-needle gap. Flowing air duct of this investigation is circular tube. The flow at the experimental position's section is described as fully developed laminar flow. The important results obtained from this study are as follows. The ratio sparkover voltages to the Reynolds number(Re) increases with decreasing the Re. The velocity profiles can be visualized by this experimental method. The breakdown voltage ($V_{s1}$) for variation of T at 1[m/s] can be expressed by $V_{s1}$ = $K_1$(23.98$\rho$d + 6.98$\sqrt{\rho{d}}$) [kV].

  • 광역상수도관에 대하여 외면부식직접평가(ECDA)를 실시하였다. ECDA평가는 과거 방식이력 등에 대한 사전검사, CIPS-DCVG-비저항 측정의 3단계 간접검사를 통해서 배관의 부식가능성이 큰 지점을 검출하여 위험성 우선순위를 판정하고 최종적으로 굴착을 통한 직접 검사 우선순위를 선정하였다. 직접 검사후 사후단계로 수집한 모든 데이터를 종합적으로 분석하여 검사구간의 건전성을 종합 평가를 하였다. 이러한 검사기법을 도입함으로써 배관의 부식위험지역을 파악하고 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있는 체계적인 근거를 마련한 것으로 판단하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose an architecture of the DNC system for Shop Floor Control/Point of Production(SFC/POP). The DNC system to be presented this paper retrieves line-up sheets which include the drawing information, making a index database for line-up sheets, NC programs and tool adjustment data. And it is interface with a raw material, jig and tool information. Also, the DNC system transmits operation information to real workers rapidly, and supports realtime monitoring by collecting the state information of machines directly. In the analysis and design phases, this paper models realtime events using the state transition diagrams. In the implementation phase, we use the ORACLE DBMS(Database Management System) as the DBMS and Developer 2000 and Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0 as the programming tools.

Autonomous Sensor Center Position Calibration with Linear Laser-Vision Sensor

  • A linear laser-vision sensor called ‘Perception TriCam Contour' is mounted on an industrial robot and often used for various application of the robot such as the position correction and the inspection of a part. In this paper, a sensor center position calibration is presented for the most accurate use of the robot-Perceptron system. The obtained algorithm is suitable for on-site calibration in an industrial application environment. The calibration algorithm requires the joint sensor readings, and the Perceptron sensor measurements on a specially devised jig which is essential for this calibration process. The algorithm is implemented on the Hyundai 7602 AP robot, and Perceptron's measurement accuracy is increased up to less than 1.4mm.

  • It is to show the problems of the existing techniques to estimate agricultural water demand and to suggest the new methods considering the water demand for non-irrigated area and decrease of water loss in canal. It is to suggest the methods to improve the techniques for estimating agricultural water demand and to analyze the water demand and supply according to the facilities capacity. Until now, the concept of per the unit used to estimate agriculture water demand is useful to estimate demand, but is insufficient to cope with the variations of conditions in future. And the paddy area of government is not realistic against a trend of decrease. Water demand decrease is caused by constructions of irrigation facilities as constructing of irrigation canal, but application loss ratio is fixed. Increase of the water demand owing to the increase of the yield per the unit area is also the actual condition which is not considered. The guide-line must contain these contents for a demand estimate.

  • In this study, the actual water management were investigated and analyzed on site for effective use of the paddy irrigation water. And this study is tried to analyze the difference between simulated irrigation water according to current design method and actual water supply in experimental reservoirs. The reservoirs in Idong, Yongdeok and Misan, which are managed by Korea Rural Community & Agriculture Corporation, were selected fur field investigation. The purpose of this study is to suggest an improved method for irrigation water calculation through quantitative and periodical analysis considering the difference between design and actual field condition.

  • 본 논문에서는 반영구적인 세라믹 유전체를 이용하여 오존발생기를 제작하여, 유전체장벽 방전에 의한 방전관의 방전 및 오존생성특성을 검토하기위하여 원료가스의 유량 및 종류, 인가전압에 의한 방전전력에 따른 방전 특성 및 오존생성농도, 오존발생량 및 오존생성수율 특성의 기초연구를 하였다. 동일한 원료가스의 량에서 산소인 경우가 오존생성농도, 오존발생량 및 오존생성수율 특성이 우수하게 나타났다.
