정보기술의 급속한 발달에는 다양한 혜택과 정보유출 등과 같은 위협이 공존하고 있으며, 이에 따라 정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식이 증가하고 있다. 기술적인 솔루션도 중요하지만 점차 고도화되는 보안위협에 대응하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 보안역량을 강화할 필요가 있다. 정보보호 교육은 보안역량 강화를 위한 대표적인 방법 중의 하나로, 국가, 기업, 학계에서 다양한 노력들이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 거시적인 측면에서의 발전방향을 도출하기 위해서는 현재까지 수행된 연구들을 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문은 국내외 정보보호 교육에 대한 연구 동향을 분석하여 개선사항을 도출하는 탐색적 연구로서, 해외 4개의 저널, 국내 2개의 저널에서 수집한 정보보호 교육, 훈련, 인식관련 177개의 논문을 대상으로 게재현황에 대한 기본 분석을 수행하였다. 또한 이 중에서 정보보호 교육 관련 70개 논문을 대상으로 상세 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 국내의 경우 교육과정 분석에 대한 연구가 대다수이며, 향후 교육 분야의 다변화와 실험연구 등을 통한 교육 효과성 측정관련 연구가 수행될 필요가 있다.

According to the amendment, the part of the public peace of peoples livelihood were slough of the visual angle in knowledge which function of the civilies security were only be in under the government dimension were put in order to be tointly according to the such state of affairs, should found the consider a counterplan fundamentally regarding to the what to doing efforts foster the civilities securitylaw and qualitalive elevation of presidential guards. To make a long story short by few words, the question resolves itself into the following five points. The first, peoples arrengements for the attitude fo public duty service with devotedly Sustaining publicity work activities for the thire divert of the understanding of civilian security guard. The secondly, Existing security traders and security association should to support to the civilian security works. The third, The government office concerned should strengthen the licensing system in order to improve the quality of existings in order to may establishment newly systems of license and technical institute of regarding to them. The fourth, Should be newly organixed the exclusive organization of personal protective works in the police buroau for the sustaining development of civirity guard works and soundness of the upbringing. The fifth, It is necessary to found the reserch institute for the study on oretical, scholarly, study for the technical reserch and enlargement of effeciveness And try to find a solution to the Universitys function and duty, activity plan, support plan to the Department of security specialist for the come forward in succession it under the national assistance. The finally, I am sure that the Korean security association could be transiormed into the organization which reliable and receive a love from the peoples when doing best utmost to do pursuit of the structure to be a securitys legalism, specialization and total security systems.

정보보호시스템(Information protection system)기반의 IT 환경 구축이 보편화되면서 공공기관 및 기업체에서는 정보시스템 자원의 활용과 통합을 위한 하나의 필수적인 환경으로 인식하기 시작하였고, 클라우드 시스템(Cloud System), 클라우드 보안(Cloud Security), 빅데이터(Big Data), 빅데이터 보안(Big Data Security), 산업보안(Industry Security)등이 이슈화 되고 있다. 이러한 영향으로 인해 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 구축에 따른 내외부적인 보안 위협요소 분석과 대응방안 수립하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 도입에 따른 여러 가지 보안 위협요소를 알아보고 특히 산업보안적인 측면과 내외부 보안위협요소에 관한 측면을 조명하여 대응방안 수립에 관한 기반 지식을 제공하고자 한다.

보안평가 시스템은 다양한 요소로 구성된 대규모 네트워크 도메인 전체의 보안성을 평가하고 이를 바탕으로 보안 관리자 혹은 보안관리 시스템이 네트워크 보안관리를 수행하는데 필요한 의사결정을 지원하는 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 보안상 취약점들로 인한 공격을 방지하기 위해 어떻게 네트워크의 보안 관련 설정을 해주어야 하는지에 관한 의사결정을 지원해 준다. 보안평가 시스템은 네트워크의 “현재 상태”를 분석하고 공격 가능성을 찾아내어 불법적인 침해 행위를 사전에 예방하도록 보안관리의 의사결정을 지원해 준다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 요소로 구성된 대규모 네트워크의 보안성 평가를 자동화하고 침해사고 예방을 위해 보안관리의 의사결정을 도와주는 보안평가 시스템에 대한 요구 사항을 분석하고 이를 반영한 보안평가 시스템을 설계한다.

군 조직의 보안수준 변화요인을 확인하기 위해 시작된 본 연구는 현역 간부들이 군의 보안수준 향상을 바라며 국방일보에 투고한 기고문으로부터 수집된 데이터를 근거이론(Grounded Theory)이라는 질적연구 방법에 의해 분석 후 조직구성원들이 내부자 보안위협에 대해 어떻게 대응하는지에 관한 인과적 관계를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 인과적 조건은 '내부자의 보안위협', 맥락적 조건은 '군 조직의 특수성', 중심현상은 '군인으로서 가치관의 충돌', 중재적 조건은 '보안의식', 전략은 '보안위협에 대응', 결과는 '보안수준 변화'로 나타났다. 핵심범주는 '내부자 보안위협에 대한 가치관의 충돌 정도'로 제시할 수 있으며, 두 가지의 가설이 도출되었다. 첫째, 군 조직의 구성원은 안보를 중시하는 성향이 강할수록 보안위협에 대한 가치관의 충돌을 강하게 느끼며 이에 강경하게 대응하여 조직의 보안수준을 발전시키는데 일조하고 있었다. 둘째, 동료를 중시하는 성향이 강할수록 보안위협에 대한 가치관의 충돌 정도가 약하며 이에 미온적으로 대응하여 조직의 보안수준을 퇴보시키고 있었다. 최종적으로 조직의 보안수준 향상을 위해서는 조직구성원들의 확고한 안보의식 확립을 위한 방안과 더불어 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 제도적 발전이 필요함을 나타낸다.

최근 발생하는 정보보안 사고는 정보통신기술의 발전과 더불어 전파속도나 그 피해규모 역시 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 또한 미래 환경이 산업융합의 시대로 발전함에 따라 가상의 사이버 환경이 물리적인 환경까지 확장되면서 다양한 형태의 새로운 보안 위협이 발생하고 있다. 새롭게 대두되는 보안 위협을 해결하기 위해서는 전통적인 기술 위주의 단편화된 보안인재를 넘어서, 기술적 보호와 물리적 보호를 관리적 관점에서 아우를 수 있는 다차원적 보안역량을 가진 보안전문인력이 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 기술위주의 단편화된 정보보호 교육을 넘어서 산업융합 환경에 맞는 보안전문인력을 양성하기 위하여 직업분류체계별로 특색 있는 정보보호 교과목을 도출하고 이를 이용하여 각 직업군간의 이동시 추가로 교육이 필요한 교과목에 대한 분석을 실시하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 기술적 관점의 정보보호 교과목과 경영 관리적 관점의 정보보호 교과목의 조화로운 융합을 통해 산업융합 환경에 어울리는 다차원적 보안인력을 육성하고, 정보보호 직업군간의 이동 시 각 직업군별 핵심 지식을 효과적으로 습득할 수 있는 교육훈련과정을 개발하는 데에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구는 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델에 기반을 둔 사회연결망서비스를 활용하여 경호경비산업을 활성화하기 위한 전략을 규명하기 위하여 본 조사에서 심층면담과 IPA 분석 기법을 활용하여 규명된 전략의 방향성과 실제 구체화 할 수 있는 전략적 내용 및 개선과제를 확인하고자 하였다. 심층면담을 통하여 규명된 경호경비산업의 미래에 필요한 전략적 개선과제는 모두 11개 항목으로 나타났다. 각각의 개선과제는 3가지의 영역으로 범주화 할 수 있었다. 3영역 11개 항목을 IPA 분석을 통하여 중요도 및 실행가능성을 설명하였다. 첫째, 우선적으로 실행이 필요한 영역은 민간 중심 지역사회 치안관련 포털 사이트 개발 및 운영, 보편적 사회연결망서비스(소셜네트워크서비스: SNS) 활용 확대, IT기반의 보안콘텐츠 관리 및 운용 전문인력 양성, IT기반의 경호경비산업 종사자 교육 콘텐츠 개발, 온라인 경호경비산업 종사자 보수교육 프로그램 개발 및 확충 등 5개의 항목이었다. 둘째, 역량 재고를 통해 효과성을 높여야하는 영역은 공개형 경비보안 공공 종합정보시스템 구축에 관한 1개의 항목이었다. 셋째, 재검토가 필요한 영역은 개별 경호경비산업 종사자 전문인력 정보 채널 운영, 사설 경호경비 서비스업체의 고객전용 서비스 및 이벤트 확충 등 2개의 항목이었다. 넷째, 효과성이 미흡한 영역은 사회연결망서비스의 활용확대를 위한 제도 개선, 지역사회 치안용 폐쇄형 카메라 정보의 공유 방안 논의, 사설기업 사회연결망서비스(소셜네트워크서비스: SNS) 개발 등 3개의 항목이었다. 규명된 전략적 과제들의 특성에 따른 분류 및 실행의 정도는 향후 경호경비산업의 환경 변화에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 인지할 필요가 있을 것이다.

The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

The majority of financial and general business organizations have had individual damage from hacking, worms, viruses, cyber attacks, internet fraud, technology and information leaks due to criminal damage. Therefore privacy has become an important issue in the community. This paper examines various elements of the information security management system and discuss about Information Security Management System Models by using the analysis of the financial statue and its level of information security assessment. These analyses were based on the Information Security Management System (ISMS) of Korea Information Security Agency, British's ISO27001, GMITS, ISO/IEC 17799/2005, and COBIT's information security architecture. This model will allow users to manage and secure information safely. Therefore, it is recommended for companies to use the security management plan to improve the companies' financial and information security and to prevent from any risk of exposing the companies' information.

보안 평가 체계에서 요구하는 보안 수준은 제시되는 세부지침, 가이드라인 및 우수 구현 사례를 이용하여 달성될 수 있다. 그러나 조직이 2가지 이상의 서로 다른 보안 인증 체계를 요구 받는 경우, 중점 평가 기준, 보안 요구 수준, 평가 항목들이 상이하기 때문에, 보안 아키텍처의 재구축 또는 변경 절차가 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ML Analysis를 이용하여 제시되는 다양한 보안 관리 수준을 달성하기 위한 Multi-level 보안 아키텍처(MLSA) 구축 방법론을 제시한다. MLSA는 다양한 보안인증체계의 동시적 달성을 위한 방법론을 제공한다.
