비닐 아세테이트/알킬메타크릴레이트계 에멀젼 공중합에서 반응온도, 개시제의 종류와 농도, 보호콜로이드인 PVA의 종류와 농도, 공단량체인 MMA, EMA의 조성비를 변화시키며 중합하였다. 제조된 공중합체인 poly(vinyl acetate-co-methyl methacrylate)(PVAc/PMMA), poly(vinyl acetate-co-ethyl methacrylate)(PVAc/PEMA)를 수분 측정기를 사용하여 100, 130, 150, 180, $200^{\circ}C$에서 등온건조 시키고, 그 건조 특성을 고찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 등온법으로 얻은 중합체 고형화 과정의 활성화 에너지는 PVAc/PMMA> PVAc/PEMA> PVAc의 순으로 공단량체의 곁사슬의 탄소수 증가에 따라 감소하였다. 접착박리강도는 동일한 조성의 공중합체에서 보호콜로이드 함량에 비례하여 증가하였고, 내수 접착박리강도는 최적의 보호콜로이드 함량에서 공단량체의 종류와 함량에 따라 PVAc/PMMA>PVAc/PEMA>PVAc 순이다.

The vacuum drying characteristics of water-saturated porous media were studied experimentally. The water-saturated porous media, water-saturated sand layer, was heated by the isothermal bottom wall of the rectangular vessel. The vacuum drying rate and temperature distribution of the sand layer were measured and calculated under a variety of conditions of heated wall temperature, vacuum rate, and thickness of the test material. It was found that the drying rate due to the heat and mass teansfer is greatly influenced by the heated wall temperature, vacuum rate, and thickness of the test material.

본 연구는 질소 분위기의 등온 열중량 분석기를 사용하여 도시 폐기물 폐목재 시료 wood, particle board, MDF의 건조특성을 측정 및 고찰하였다. 폐목재의 건조속도는 잔류 수분 분율에 대한 1차 반응속도로 잘 표현되었다. 건조 활성화 에너지는 12.72~18.31 kJ/g mol, 빈도인자는 0.2155~1.249 1/s이었다.
