Species boundaries among the Alcyonacean soft coral, the genus Dendronephthya, are often obscured by inter- and intraspecific morphological variations. In the present study, we attempted to infer the genetic relationships of eight dendronephthians based on their molecular characters, the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions of ribosomal DNA, and then compared this result together with the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) data from our previous investigation. Dendronephthya. putteri and D. suensoni formed a divaricate form - VI grade specific clade, whereas D. castanea, D. gigantea, D. aurea and D. spinifera, formed a umbellate and glomerate form - IV and III grade specific clade. Therefore, we confirmed that the main characters the growth form and the anthocodial grade and formula, are important in identification of the species in dendronephthians despite some problems. Also, the relationships of the growth form are clarified as the glomerate form is much closer to the umbellate form than to the divaricate form based on two sets of independent molecular data. However, we cannot determine the molecular markers which limit the species boundaries among this genus with ITS sequences.
This paper describes a preliminary investigation of contracts with a view towards automating the process of contract match-making. A novel approach based on exploiting Standard Form Contracts(SFC) is described. The approach is shown to be implementable with current technology. A second approach based on Standard Contract Clauses(SCC) which overcomes some of the limitations of Standard Form Contracts, is briefly outlined. The flexibility offered by this approach however, is accompanied by a considerable increase in the complexity of contract match-making. Both Standard Form Contracts and Standard Contract Clauses based match-making point towards an exciting area of future research.
The purposes of this investigation were to study the characteristic properties of bismuthoxynitrate formed by hydrolysis of bismuthnitrate according to various reaction conditions and to propose the property difference between synthesized pearl pigment and bismuthsubnitrate as pharmaceuticals by means of X-ray diffraction, IR, DTA and TGA. The pearl pigment could be obtained by reaction of bismuth nitrate-diluted nitric acid solution with cold water (5.deg.) agitation at lower pH. The pearl pigment was BiO. NO$_{3}$. 2H$_{2}$O. in composition and crystalline form was thin plate of monoclinic system and its combination with water was assumed to be hydrated hydrous form between Bi-H$_{2}$O bond. On the other hand, bismuthsubnitrate was 5BiO.4NO$_{3}$.6H$_{2}$O in composition and crystalline form was pillar of rhombic system and the bond between Bi and H$_{2}$O molecules was assumed to be hydrous form. The different properties between two compounds in structure are presumed to be caused by the hydrolysing conditions of bismuthnitrate respectively.

In this study a general method for computing offsets of free form curves is presented. In the method arbitrary free form curve is approximated with point series considering required tolerance. The point series are offset precisely using the normal vectors computed at each point and loop removal is carried out by the newly suggested algorithm. The resulting offset points are transformed to lines and arcs using the biarc approximation method. Tangent vectors for approximation of discrete points data are calculated by traditional local interpolation scheme. In order to show the validity and generality of the proposed method , various of offsettings are carried our for the base curves with complex shapes.
Polymorphs of piperacillin monohydrate were prepared by various sedimentation methods from piperacillin base for the purpose of developing piperacillin preparations for oral use. Solubility and dissolution rate of each form of the polymorphs were compared with each other. It was found that Form IV showed the highest solubility and the fastest dissolution rate among four forms of polymorphs. In general, the solubility and dissolution rate of two amorphous forms, Form IV and II were higher than those of two crystal forms, Form I and III. The apparent dissolution rates in the artificial gastric juice within 60 minutes were $0.65{\times}10^{-6}mole{\cdot}min^{-1}\;cm^{-2}$ for From IV, $0.36{\times}10^{-6}mole{\cdot}min^{-1}{\cdot}cm^{-2}$ for From II, $0.30{\times}10^{-6}mole{\cdot}min^{-1}{\cdot}cm^{-2}$ for From III and $0.18{\times}10^{-6}mole{\cdot}min^{-1}{\cdot}cm^{-2}$ for From I, respectively.

The purpose of current study is about how to construct wall-type APT in slip form and Deck plate applied different connection of materials that wall and slab. A proposal construct's solution is using the continuous a binding string that the main of contents are slab or stairs which horizon structure part construction is joined the vertical structure part, new we Proposed of 2 solution that new technology development. We'll suggest that the development is in the construct of higher stories APT more better other construction method. We expect that the new method is good but we have many things to solute themes. Thus, we decided that this development contents are needed that correct structural investigation and constructor's security of speciality and through a fact construct, correct verification.

The primary objective of the current study is to develop outstanding hull form on resistance performance by using numerical analysis code. Model tests were conducted to assess the resistance performance of the developed hull form. The investigation of an existing vessel was performed for validating the actual ship design based on the drawing. The operating displacement and speed were mainly confirmed through investigation of the existing vessel. The resistance performance of the existing vessel was analyzed using numerical code. The developed vessel was derived through studies on wave improvement of the bow shoulder, the balance of displacement distribution, the modification of the frame shape, and the size and shape change of the center skeg. Based on the results of a computational fluid dynamics analysis, the resistance performance of the developed vessel showed an improvement of 15% over the existing vessel at a speed of 11 knots. Resistance tests were conducted to evaluate the performance of the existing vessel and the developed vessel in the towing tank. Finally, the effective horsepower of the developed vessel showed an improvement of 17% over the existing vessel.
A fingerprint is an impression of the friction ridges of all or any part of the finger. A friction ridge is a raised portion of the epidermis on the palmar (palm and fingers) or plantar (sole and toes) skin, consisting of one or more connected ridge units of friction ridge skin. There are two fundamental principles underlying the use of fingerprints as a means of identifying individuals - immutability and uniqueness. Friction ridges develop on the fetus in their definitive form before birth. Ridges are persistent throughout life except for permanent scarring. Ridge patterns and the details in small areas of friction ridges are unique and never repeated. Friction ridge patterns vary within limits, which allow for classification. We developed the high temperature-moisturizing method to obtained quality postmortem impressions from decomposing friction ridge skin. This technique is a simple procedure that uses boiling water to recondition the skin. This reconditioning process enhances detail present on the fingers and exposes ridge detail not visible to the naked eye. Therefore, we can recover the quality fingerprints, even from the worst decomposed bodies.
The dissolution kinetics for polymorphs of sulpiride, the effect of polyethylene glycol 4000 on the dissolution kinetics of sulpiride polymorphs and the dissolution rate difference between the tablets of polymorph form I and form II were investigated. The results could be summerized as followings: 1. The dissolution rates of two polymorphs of sulpiride were significantly different and the thermodynamic parameters calculated from dissolution kinetics were as follows; transition temperature $98^{\circ}C$, enthalpy change, -2.108 kcal/mole, free energy change, -783 cal/mole $(31.0^{\circ}C)$. 2. The dissolution rates of the two polymorphs of sulpiride containing polyethylene glycol 4000 were significantly diefferent in 0.01N HCl but the effect of polyethylene glycol on the dissolution rates of two polymorphs was not significant at low concentration of polyethylene glycol 4000. The study on the effect by stirring speed showed that at lower stirring speed the promotion rate of dissolution of polymorph form I is greater than that of form II. 3. In the case of tablets the dissolution rates of polymorph form I of sulpiride was two fold as compared with the results obtained from form II.
