The investigation of Magnetohydrodynamic nanofluid flow with Arrhenius energy activation

  • In this article, an analytically and numerically 3D nanoliquid flow by a porous rotatable disk is presented in the presence of gyrotactic microorganisms. The mathematical model in the form of partial differential system is transmuted into dimensionless form by utilizing the appropriate transformation. The homotopy analysis approach is applied to attain the analytic solution of the problem. The effect of promising parameters on velocity distribution, temperature profile, nanoparticles volume fraction and motile microorganism distribution field are evaluated through graphs and in tabular form. The existence of Brownian motion and thermophoresis impacts are more proficient for heat transfer enhancement. Further the unique features like heat absorption/generation and energy activation are also examined for the present flow problem. The obtained results are compared with the earliear investigation to check the accuracy of present model.

민간조사제도 도입시 쟁점에 대한 연구동향 분석 (Research trend analysis of the introduction at the issue of private investigation institution)

  • 이 논문은 그동안 민간조사제도 도입에 관하여 논의되어 왔던 쟁점들에 대한 연구동향을 분석하여 그 시사점을 돌출함으로써, 바람직한 도입 방향을 제시하는데 연구목적을 두고자 한다. 분석한 쟁점들은 민간조사제도 도입에 관한 기존의 연구물들을 대상으로 추출하였다. 연구자들이 지적한 쟁점사항들은 명칭, 업무범위, 법인, 자격제도(자격기준 및 시험), 교육, 협회설립, 감독기관, 입법형태 등 8개의 범주안에 포함된다. 명칭에 대해서는 '탐정'이라는 명칭으로 통일할 필요가 있다고 본다. 업무범위에 대해서는 개정이 어려운 법률에서는 일반적인 업무규정을 개괄적으로 두고, 보다 구체적이고 세부적인 조사업무내용은 시행령을 통하여 규율하는 것이 합리적이라 할 수 있다. 민간조사제도는 법인으로의 제한적 운영이 필요하다고 본다. 교육에 대해서는 민간조사 종사자에 대한 신임교육과 재교육이 정기적으로 이루어져야 한다. 관리감독기관에 대해서 경찰청으로 일원화하여야 한다. 입법형태는 독자적인 법률로 규정하는 것보다는 경비업법의 개정을 통해 민간조사제도에 대하여 보완 규정하는 것이 효과적일 수 있다는 것이다.

  • The most difficult problem encountered in impulse test of transformer is the determination of exact fauly for coil layer short. This paper is to establish one of improved standards in the above case by means of wave form analysis, based on the equivalent circuits and experimental investigation. During the fault occurs, the local oscillation in fault circuit is applicable where as the reflection wave is utilized to the main circuit. The result current wave form at neutral impeadance point is similar to the wave form by impulse test and has the singular wave form respectively.

목포, 남원, 예산지방 Burley 엽중 형별질소의 경향 조사 연구 (Investigation of some Forms of Nitrogen in burley Tobacco Leaf Cultivated in Mokpo, Namwon and Yaesan District.)

  • 목포, 남원, 예산지방에서 각각 재배한 Burley 엽중의 nitroate form nitrogen, alkaloid form nitrogen, ammonia form nitrogen, protein form nitrogen과 form nitrogen의 함량을 조사하였다. Total nitrogen 중에서 protein form nitrogen이 차지하는 비율이 30-33%로써 가장 높았고, nitrate form nitrogen이 10∼23%, alkaloid form nitrogen이 8∼16%, ammonia form nitrogen이 6∼9%, 그리고 amide form nitrogen이 2∼2%였다. Nitrate form nitrogen의 함량 비율은 예산, 남원, 목포 순으로 증가하는데 반하여 alkaloid form nitrogen은 반대되는 현상을 보였다. 등급에 따라서는 alkaloid form nitrogen과 ammonia form nitrogen의 함량 비율의 순위는 H5>3>L1>3>5이였으며 nitrate form nitrogen은 이와 반대되는 경향이었다.

  • Recently, l-deprenyl (selegiline), a relative new antiparkinson`s drug, has been marketed in Korea. As its metabolites, l-methamphetamine and l-amphetamine, are the enantiomers of illicit drugs,d-methamphetamine and d-amphetamine, a method for analysis of enantiomers of methamphetamine and amphetamine in rat urine was investigated. The optical isomers of methamphetamine and amphetamine were analyzed with the chiral derivatizing reagent (S)-(-)-N-(trifluoroacetyl)-prolyl chloride (l-TFP), which was used to form the diastereomers of methamphetamine and amphetamine. And all diastereomers (l-TFP -l-AM, lTFP-d-AM, l-TFP-l-MA & l-TFP-d-MA) were well resolved by capillary gas chromatography. After administration of 10mg/kg l-deprenyl to rat, l-methamphetamine and l-amphetamine were detected without autoracemization to the d form in all urine samples collected during 24hrs, and the ratios of l-amphetamine/l-methamphetamine were 1.1~3.3. l-Amphetamine was detected in only 3 out of 8 urine samples collected during 24~48hrs where as no l-methamphetamine was detected in all cases.

세일링요트 개발을 위한 20세기초 전통 어선의 선형연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Traditional Korean Fishing Boats for Development of a Sailing Boat)

  • A Study of the traditional Korean fishing boat is based on a report on an investigation of the Korean fishing boats, conducted in 1921. The report was completed in 1927 with the conclusion of the Southern Sea region and West Sea region studies, which included the investigation oj the entire region. It was a very thorough and scientific investigation of Korean fishing boats, which has been published in three volumes. Based on this report, this paper surveys the characteristics and the hull form of the traditional Korean fishing boats. As a result, we find ${\cdot}out$ that the hull form of the traditional Korean fishing boat is very similar to that of modern sailing boat. Thus, it is a good candidate for the development of the modern sailing boats for the Korean Sea.

  • Data from IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry were used for the characterization of sulpiride polyethylene glycol coprecipitates related with polymorphism of sulpiride. Sulpiride Form II transformed to Form I during coprecipitating with polyethylene glycol and the transformation rate is increased in proportion to molecular size of polyethylene glycol and the content of polyethylene glycol in coprecipitate.

글리벤클라미드 결정다형의 용출 (Dissolution of Glibenclamide Polymorphs)

  • Glibenclamide is a second generation sulfonylurea that is orally active as a hypoglycemic drug. It exists as a crystalline powder which is sparingly soluble in water. It was investigated that the potential of glibenclamide to exhibit polymorphism. Three polymorphic modifications (form 1, form 2 and form 3) and three pseudopolymorphic modifications (form 4, form 5 and form 6) were obtained by crystallization from different organic solvents. The isolated crystal forms were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and X-ray crystallography powder diffraction studies. Form 1 was the most stable and melt at $175.4^{\circ}C$. Form 2 was metastable and melt at $151.0^{\circ}C$. Form 3 was a new polymorphic modification because it was different from form 1 and form 2 in X-ray crystallography powder diffraction data. Form 4 was a 1 : 7(toluene : glibenclamide) toluene solvate; form 5 was a 1 : 5(toluene : glibenclamide) toluene solvate; form 6 was a 3 : 8(pentanol : glibenclamide) pentanol solvate. All forms were stable in 3-month storage under 0% or 100% humidity condition. The dissolution rate of form 4 was highest; those of form 2, form 3, form 1, form 5 and form 6 followed.

비페닐디메칠디카르복실레이트의 결정다형 (Polymorphism of Biphenyl Dimethyl Dicarboxylate)

  • The polymorphism of biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate was investigated by DSC. From product five crystal forms. Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, Form 4, and Form 5, were characterized and three crystal forms. Form 6, Form 7, and Form 8, were prepared with the recrystallization method. The dissolution patterns of these eight crystal farms were also studied, but there was practically no difference in dissolution rate.
