In recent years, studies about multitasking becomes more important. During multitasking, operators can feel frustration when they are interrupted during the task and frustration can affect operator's emotional state and performance. However there is no research on measuring the frustration quantitatively in multitasking environment. In this paper, we suggested quantitative measurement of frustration during multitasking. In order to measure the frustration, we made a mathematical representation with emotional decay model and the initial intensity of frustration based on cognitive closure theory. The amount of initial intensity could be represented as the ratio of actual remaining time to expected remaining time. By the experiment, we measured the frustration during the experiment and compared this values with values of frustration dimension of NASA-TLX. Finally we got the linear regression model with a good accuracy ($R^2=0.986$). This study contributes to measuring the emotion quantitatively by the relation of expected and actual remaining time in multitasking environment.

Poly-3-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) synthase catalyzed the last enzymic step to synthesize the intracellular PHB of Rhodobacter sphaeroides. No PHB was detected when the phbC coding for PhB synthase was interrupted, and its expression was regulated at the level of transcription. The cellular PHB content increased about four- to six-fold during the growth transition from the exponential to the early stationary phase under both aerobic and photoheterotrophic conditions. The PHB content during the aerobic growth seemed to be determined by the PhB synthase activity. However, the PHB synthase activity of photoheterotrophically grown cells did not correlate with the PhB content, suggesting a photoheterotrophic regulation different from the aerobic control. Thus, the PHB content of R. sphaeroides was regulated at the transcription level only under aerobic conditions.

The most electrical apparatus should be able to withstand short-time current and peak current during a specified short time until circuit breakers have interrupted fault current. It defines the short-time withstand ability of electric a apparatus to be remain for a time interval under high fault current conditions. It is specified by both dynamic ability and thermal capability. KERI(Korea Electrotechlology Research Institute) recently constructed the new short-time current and low voltage short circuit testing facilities. This paper shows short- circuit calculation of transformer and describes high current measuring system, and evaluate the result of short-time withstand test used in $3{\phi}$ 90MVA short-time current testing facilities.

An one-year-old, female pointer dog with conjunctival hyperemia, corneal opaque and ocular pain in right eye was referred to Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital, Chungbuk National University. In the ophthalmic examination the worm was observed in anterior chamber, The heart worm antigen test was positive. A modified Knott's test was negative. The values of complete blood count and serum chemistry (TP, BUN, creatinine, AST, ALT, ALP, albumin, globuline) showed normal ranges. Any abnormality was not detected in the heart using a thoracic radiography and cardiac sonography. Therefore, this dog was diagnosed as ocular filariasis. The worm was removed by surgical incision through a limbus of cornea. The closure of limbal incision was sutured in a simple interrupted suture pattern with 6-0 silk and the eye was reinflated with sterile saline solution. Antibiotics and dexamethasone ophthalmic solution were applied to right eye every 24 hours for 7 days. To prevent latent filariasis, ivermectin was also administered on day 14 of operation. The heart worm antigen test on day 60 was negative. The dog was successfully cured.

Bacterial endocarditis has been well recognized as an important complication of congenital heart disease. The most common. form of congenital heart disease is the VSD, of which natural history is spontaneous closure, pulmonary vascular disease, symptoms, and endocarditis. The incidence of endocarditis is relatively low. But endocarditis is almost universally fatal if untreated. Two cases of VSD with endocarditis, 4 \ulcorneryear male and 17 \ulcorneryear female, were treated at Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Chonbuk National University. In the First case, the VSD was perimembranous type and vegetation located on the septal leaflet of the tricuspid valve. After 7 week medical treatment, simple closure of the VSD, removal of vegetation, and tricuspid annuloplasty were performed. In the second case. the VSD was subpulmonic type and the pulmonic valve was destructed due to vegetation. So the VSD was closed with interrupted 4 \ulcorner0 Prolene sutures and the pulmonic valve was excised. Postoperative course of all cases was uneventful.

An aortobronchial fistula is a rare complication of aneurysm of the aorta. The fistula starting from a chronic traumatic aortic aneurysm is exceptionally rare. Our observation concerns a patient of 26 with previous chest trauma who had atelectasis of left lung following dyspnea and hemoptysis. Aortography and surgical intervention revealed that this was a chronic traumatic aortic aneurysm of descending thoracic aorta, which developed a fistula in the bronchus. She underwent left posterolateral thoracotomy and the surgical repair of the aneurysm was performed with a woven Dacron patch graft using a temporary external bypass between the ascending and the descending aorta. The fistula in the bronchus was closed with simple interrupted sutures. In the immediate postoperative period, double vision, headache, and hoarseness developed but returned normal.

Three neonates with interrupted aortic arch with VSD underwent one stage repair using revised technique of cardiopulmonary bypass with short period of circulatory arrest. A left posterolateral thoracotomy was made to permit mobilization of the descending aorta and placement of polytetrafluoroethylene[PTFE graft for distal aortic perfusion. Then the patient was placed in the supine position and a median sternotomy was performed to permit the proximal dissection, VSD repair, and direct anastomosis between the ascending aorta and descending aorta. This technique has advantages to facilitate direct anastomosis between the ascending aorta and the descending aorta, to lessen circulatory arrest time, and to prevent dangerous laceration and post-operative narrowing of the thin small ascending aorta at cannulation site. There was no operative mortality but postoperative stenosis developed in one case which was relieved with balloon aortoplasty.
