패션 인턴십에 대한 교수 및 학생의 의식 연구 (A Study of Professor and College Students' Consciousness about a Fashion Internship)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the consciousness of the professors and college students about the fashion industry internship and to provide basis data which were to develop an internship program of the fashion company and university and to activate it. The whole country were classified as Seoul and Gyeonggi division, Gangwon division, Chungchung division, Yeongnam division, and Honam division for this study. As object of the questionnaire, the professors of 50 universities and 132 college students from every division were selected by stratified cluster sampling. The investigation tool for this study was composed of 95 items for two kinds of professor's and two kinds of college student's survey. The question results were analyzed by frequency analysis and variance analysis, t- test and f- test by spss 10.0. The contents of research result were as follows : First, it arranged the opinions of the college students and professors about the internship experience and execution reason, the internship application methods and execution contents, the type of preference company and worked company, the company education contents, internship evaluation and postmortem. It also proposed the roles of the academic world, fashion industry circles and government for the internship activation.

패션산업 인턴십 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 - 패션기업과 정부의 인턴십 활성화 방안을 중심으로 - (A Study on Internship Program Development for Fashion Industry - Focused on Internship Activation Method of Fashion Industry and Government-)

  • This study was following one of 'A study on the consciousness of fashion industries internship'. The purposes of this study were to develop the internship program which focused on practical use to introduce and carry out for fashion industries, and secondly to propose some regime for government to activate fashion internship. Reference searching method and depth interviewing method were used for this study. The results were as follows : Fashion industry internship was grouped into two classes, 'on-the-job training'; educating students fields and 'talent hunting'; selecting good persons. Internship of industry-academic world was classified into two types; the one is 'credit type' which has curriculums between universities and industries and the other is 'non-credit type' which has not any credit and is operated by industry own system. This study provided the development courses of pragmatic program to perform internship systematically and it also provided the program models for guide line in fashion industries. Six grades such as ready step, introduction step, selection step, management step, evaluation step and feed-back step were proposed for the internship program development steps of fashion industries. A virtual organization, 'The Fashion Industry and Academy Association' was proposed as a policy for activating internship between universities, industries and government.

  • 단기 현장실습 위주의 양적 성장과 대학 간 과다 경쟁으로 현장실습의 내실화가 요구되며 학생의 실무능력 향상과 현장실습을 통한 채용연계성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 장기현장실습 모형의 필요성이 높아지고 정부와 대학의 참여도 증가하는 추세이다. 금오공대와 3개 참여대학은 2015년부터 중소 중견기업의 R&D 인력 부족현상과 취업을 앞둔 대학생들의 고민을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 중소 중견기업 R&D 관련부서에서 6개월동안 장기현장실습을 통해 R&D 실무능력을 향상하고 취업역량을 강화하기 위해 R&D 장기현장실습 프로그램인 산업인턴을 실시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2015년과 2016년 산업인턴 운영사례에 대한 비교 분석을 통해 사전준비 단계부터 종료시점까지 장기현장실습을 통한 효과적인 연계취업 활성화 방안을 제안하였으며 취업률 비교와 만족도 조사 비교를 통해 그 결과를 확인하였다.
