세계 인터넷 사용 인구가 급증함에 따라 인터넷을 이용한 여러 형태의 전자상거래가 두드러지게 증가하고 있다. 이와 함께 인터넷을 통한 거래가 증가할수록 온라인 거래의 익명성과 비대면성을 이용한 여러 형태의 범죄 및 피해가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 인터넷 전자상거래의 신뢰성의 문제를 극복하고 여러 가지 사기, 범죄로부터 소비자와 판매자를 보호하는 해결방안의 하나로서 인터넷 에스크로 서비스(Internet Escrow Service)가 그 대안이 될 수 있다. 에스크로 서비스에서는 구매자가 물품 수령을 확인한 후에 판매자에게 대금이 지급되기 때문에 구매자는 안전한 전자상거래 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있고 판매자는 확실한 물품대금지급을 보장 받을 수 있다. 또한 인터넷 에스크로 서비스 사업자(Internet Escrow Service Provider)는 에스크로 서비스를 전자상거래 계약체결 이후에 거래를 원활히 성공시키기 위한 제반 필요 사항들을 종합적으로 제공하는 종합 거래관리시스템 ( Total Transaction Management System)으로 확대, 발전시킬 수도 있다고 사료된다.

It is necessary to develop a service that meets various environmental requirements so that the Internet of things can be applied to the fourth industry in overall. This paper presents a method for extracting IoT devices information to change the current provider centric service provision environment in order to construct a user centered service provision environment for Web services. Also, it provides users to utilize the appropriate web services through taking advantage of IoT devices information. The existing service provision environment is focused on the method of selecting the service using the provider service information, thus, it is considered necessary for a user-oriented service search method to be in need. In this study, the service list is provided to the user by combining provider information and information extracted from IoT Devices. IoT information collection generates information by separating context information such as information between IoT devices and users and event information between devices through identifiers. In this paper, we propose a development of a user centric service environment by presenting users with a necessary service list through the proposed IoT information.

In this paper proposal to access personality healing data Open Gateway Framework of Healing Platform Adaptor (HPAdaptor) ICT healing platform means Data relaying link to EMR(Electronic health record), korean medicine, life log, wellness, chronic pain, and fineness several personal health data provider and service provider personal healing data with software engine. After Design HPAdaptor can use for data and service provider record storage, mobile platform and analytics platform need data service or platform relying reference model.

Voice of IP(VoIP) technology provides voice service as well as data service via Internet. It has been a promising technology as Internet grows fast and the requirements are increasing. Recently, serveral protocols have been created to allow telephone calls to be made over IP networks, notably, SIP and H.323. Due to introducing SIP and H.323, In this paper, we consideration interoperability of internet telephony service between ITSPs(internet telephony service provider)based on H.323.

The existence of Internet revolutionized the computer and communications world. With the rising demand for accessing the Internet, the mobile technology has incorporated the use of Internet in mobile phones. Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) has combined two of the widest utilized technology today: mobile phones and Internet. This study aims to assess the existing WAP pages offered by the top service providers in the Philippines through usability testing experiments. The paper also aims to identify existing problems in WAP interface by focusing on the errors committed by the users. From the usability study, it was found out that common usability problems are wrong selection of links, unclear grouping of categories, wrong feedback, and redundant links. The type of service provider used is significant in determining the performance of users while experience in accessing WAP is insignificant.

To provide a seamless network to customers, Internet service providers must promptly detect and control abnormal traffic. One approach is to shorten the traffic information measurement cycle. However, performance degradation is inevitable if traffic measurement servers merely shorten the cycle and measure all traffic. This paper presents a software architecture that can measure traffic more frequently without degrading performance by estimating the level of abnormal traffic. The algorithm in the architecture estimates the values of the interface group objects in MIB by using the IP group objects thereby reducing the number of measurements and the size of measured data. We evaluated this architecture on part of Internet service provider's IP network. When the traffic was measured 5 times more than before, the CPU usage and TPS of the proposed scheme was 7% and 41% less than that of the original scheme while the false positive rate and false negative rate were 3.2% and 2.7% respectively.

In a cloud computing environment, a cryptographic service allows an information owner to encrypt the information and send it to a cloud server as well as to receive and decode encrypted data from the server which guarantees the confidentiality of shared information. However, if an attacker gains a coded data and has access to an encryption key via cloud server, then the server will be unable to prevent data leaks by a cloud service provider. In this paper, we proposed a key management server which does not allow an attacker to access to a coded key of the owners and prevents data leaks by a cloud service provider. A key management server provides a service where a server receives a coded public key of an information user from an owner and delivers a coded key to a user. Using a key management server proposed in this paper, we validated that the server can secure the confidentiality of an encryption key of data owners and efficiently distribute keys to data users.

With the opening of digital broadcast services and development of wire/wireless Internet, the current multimedia broadcasting is provided for has various services. The user will be provided lots of various content through the various channel and media. Content provider and consumer want the various service using content with the better quality which is fit to user preference. For transmitting this content in the limited transmission channel capacity, it needs to transmit the highly compressed content which user wants. The content of 3D mesh model-based on MPEG-4 enables the various content service that provides the lower capacity and the better quality, and Targeting service enables just provide the contents that user more wants and likes. The adaption of Java application program and 3D program can provide the content service utilizing 3D mesh model, so content provider and consumer can share the more information about the content. This paper has presented the study on the targeting service using compression of 3D mesh model-based on MPEG-4 and the adaptation of Java application program using it

This paper proposes Personal Information Auto Detection(PIAD) System to prevent leakage of Personal informations in document and image files that can be used by mobile service provider. The proposed system is to automatically detect the images and documents that contain personal informations and shows the result to the user. The PIAD is divided into the selection step for fast and accurate retrieval images and analysis which is composed of SURF, erosion and dilation, FindContours algorithm. The result of proposed PIAD system showed more than 98% accuracy by selection and analysis steps, 267 images detection of 272 images.
