초고속 유/무선인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전으로 언제 어디서나 가능한 인터넷 비즈니스 현상이 전개되고 있다. 이 같은 환경 하에서 이동에이전트(mobile agents) 기술은 사용자를 대신하여 자율적으로 실행할 수 있는 소프트웨어 객체로서 이동성을 지원하기 때문에 개인 휴대단말기들을 위해 유용한 메커니즘을 제공한다. 따라서, 본 논문은 유/무선인터넷 환경 하에서 이동에이전트를 지원하는 휴대단말기용 이동에이전트 플랫폼을 개발 구현한다. 이를 위해, 이미 선행 개발된 자바(Java) 기반 이동에이전트 시스템인 JAMAS를 수정 갱신하여 휴대단말기용 시스템으로 구축한다. 제안된 시스템을 기반으로 하여 유/무선인터넷상에서 네트워크 환경을 구성하고 감시할 수 있는 휴대단말기용 SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) MIB(Management Information Base)를 접근하여 브라우징 하는 어플리케이션을 구현한다. 제안된 시스템 어플리케이션은 SNMP 에이전트의 관리 정보인 MIB를 접근하여 네트워크 맵 뷰어(map viewer), MIB 갱신 등을 브라우저를 통해 관리자에게 제공한다. 그러므로, 휴대단말기용 이동에이전트를 이용하면 홈 네트워크 관리, Mobile-Commerce, 원격지 DB 시스템 통합, Active Message, Active Network 관리 등을 확장성 있게 지원할 수 있다.

인터넷 서비스를 이용하기 위해서 사용자는 일반적으로 가입절차를 수행하고 서비스를 위한 id(identifier)를 등록하게 된다. 그러나 인터넷의 활용이 증가함에 따라, 사용자는 많은 id를 가지게 되었으며 이것은 사용자가 인터넷 서비스를 이용할 때마다, 매번 인증을 받아야 한다는 문제를 발생시키고 있다 또한 여러 사이트에 산재되어 관리되지 않은 id들은 사용자 개인정보의 침해 가능성을 높이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 ETRI에서 개발한 ID(IDentity) 연계 기반의 인터넷 ID 관리 시스템인 e-IDMS에 대하여 기술한다. e-IDMS는 ID 연계를 기반으로 복합 인증, 인터넷 SSG, ID 정보 관리, ID 정보 공유, 개인정보 보호 및 대화형 질의 기능을 제공한다. e-IDMS는 공공기관 통합 ID 관리 시스템 구축에 활용되고 있다.

Customer satisfaction becomes one of the important managerial concerns associated with corporate competency in current competitive environment for Internet communication service companies. Hence, it is demanding to improve a company's customer satisfaction through the total quality management perspective. In practice, engineers as well as the management hope to find major quality characteristics with Internet communication network that is closely related to customer satisfaction, consequently aiming to the raise of their company's customer satisfaction. This paper presents an empirical relationship analysis between network quality characteristics and customer satisfaction on Internet communication. Methodologically, the relationship analysis framework is based on the regression variable selection procedures. In this framework, it is implemented that; 1) iterative model building; and 2) consistent criteria application to statistical tests for selecting significant variables. A case study shows that; 1) the customer satisfaction on the network connection seems to be more closely related to the network quality characteristics compared with the customer satisfaction on the network speed; and 2) the download disconnection rate has relatively evident relationship with the customer satisfaction on the network connection.

Objectives : This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of an internet-based anger management program for school-aged children. Methods : Forty-eight elementary school students took part in an anger management training program; subsequently, participants, their parents, and their teachers answered questionnaires assessing the participants' anger, aggressiveness, and other emotional/behavioral problems, pre- and post-training. Results : At the post-training self-assessment, the participants showed significant reductions in their "anger-out" tendencies and physical aggressiveness. In addition, the effects of the program on "anger-out" tendencies, aggressiveness, anger and peer relational problem were found to be more significant in participants who reported depressive symptoms. Teachers rated the participants' peer-relational problems as having decreased after the training. Conclusion : The proposed internet-based anger management program had a significant effect on the school-aged children's abilities to control their anger.

One of the major issues in current internet architecture is that it was not designed to support the user mobility. In order to overcome this restriction, in this paper, we propose an identifier/locator separation architecture which contain the overlay mapping system to store the identifier-to-locator mapping record. In addition, we design the mobility management scheme base on Identifier/Locator separation above for Furture Internet architecture. We then devise the analysis model to evaluate the signaling cost of our scheme. By conducting the simulation. we show that our scheme can operate with lower signaling cost than other schemes.

In smart home environment, certificate based signature technology is being studied by communication with Internet of Things(IoT) device. However, block - chain technology has attracted much attention because of the problems such as single - point error and management overhead of the trust server. Among them, Keyless Signature Infrastructure(KSI) provides integrity by configuring user authentication and global timestamp of distributed server into block chain by using hash-based one-time key. In this paper, we provide confidentiality by applying group key and key management based on multi - solution chain. In addition, we propose a smart home environment that can reduce the storage space by using Extended Merkle Tree and secure and efficient KSI-based authentication and communication with enhanced security strength.

Understanding user acceptance of the Internet, especially the intentions to use Internet commerce and mobile commerce, is important in explaining the fact that these commerce have been growing at an exponential rate in recent years. This paper studies factors of new technology to better understand and manage the electronic commerce activities. The theoretical model proposed in this paper is intended to clarify the factors as they are related to the Technology Acceptance Model. More specifically, the relationship among trust and other factors are hypothesized. Using the Technology Acceptance Model, this research reveals the importance of the hedonic factor. The result of this research implies that the ways of stimulating and facilitating customers' participation in mobile commerce should be differentiated from those in Internet commerce.

Internet services are utilizing a variety of server/client technologies. In particular internet technologies provide improved accessibility to information for facility management customers and users for the systems. This study is the architectural data exchange system development more effective management and accept using on Internet web environment. The purpose of this study is to examine internet agent of IT(Information Technology) in health care industry Since IT is essential for corporate strategy in service management, this section examines IT in health care service, especially from the view of 'Agent Technology' that has been recently issued. Intelligent agent is a new paradigm for developing software applications. More than this, agent-based computing has been hailed as 'the next significant break-through in software development' and 'the new revolution in software'. And health care service is a non-mechanic, human-based service. This paper reviewed what possible suggestions or advices can be made to the health care service. Since many health care services using internet have been attempted over the recent years, this study will hopefully be able to come up with good suggestions from many aspects. Thus, information inequality between producer(physician) and consumer(patient) in health care service will be decreased through the introduction of agent technology.

Along with the evolution of wireless internet environment, information services in mobile internet are being explosively increased. However, due to the high expense for the use of those services, it is not easy to collect the devoted customers. In order to overcome the adverse conditions, the service should be supported by a strategic application system which facilitates easier and fast service for customer's information needs than that of traditional on-line internet. In this paper, we investigate the strategy how to provide the information service under the customer satisfaction, and also consider some ways of personalization of information service and information provision in real-time. As a result of the works, we develop a system, MoSA-CRM(Mobile Service Application based on CRM) to support customer-oriented information service. We believe that the MoSA-CRM system can provide some benefits for information providers in mobile e-commerce market such as flexibility in business strategy, systematic customer relationship management, and growth in financial ability.
