As the hacking technology for cyber-terror and financial fraud evolves, the research and development for advanced and standardized information security technology is growing to be more and more important. In this paper, the domestic level of technology and standardization for information security as compared to advanced country is diagnosed, and future policy is presented by analyzing the influence effect for market and technology. The information security is classified into information security-based & user protection, network & system security, and application security & evaluation validation with details of OTP-based validation, smart-phone app security, and mobile electronic finance, etc. The analytic results indicate that domestic level is some poor for advanced country, the technological development and standardization capability for smart-phone app security and mobile electronic finance is needed, and finally the government's supporting policy for the future Internet is urgently needed.

The purpose of this study is to objectively quantify the degree of social exclusion of the disabled and verify the impact of the derived degree of social exclusion on the quality of life of the disabled. And the purpose is to verify whether job satisfaction moderates the impact of social exclusion and quality of life of disabled people. The subjects of the study were 1,280 people extracted through a panel survey on employment of the disabled. The independent variables of social exclusion are economic difficulties, employment status, mental health, and social activities. The dependent variable was quality of life, and the control variable was job satisfaction. The research results are as follows. First, the sub-factors of social exclusion that affect quality of life were economic difficulties, mental health, participation in social activities, and employment status. Second, job satisfaction showed a moderating effect in the relationship between social exclusion and quality of life. And the sub-factors of social exclusion that have a moderating effect on quality of life were identified as economic difficulties, employment status, and social activities. In follow-up research, it will be necessary to investigate employment programs for the disabled in developed countries and analyze the implementation background, implementation details, achievements, and limitations, thereby contributing to the establishment of employment policies for the disabled. It is hoped that through this research, the vicious cycle of social exclusion and discrimination of the disabled will be improved and an opportunity will be provided to improve the quality of life through the economic activities of the disabled.

This research investigates training methods for large language models to accurately identify sentiments and comprehend information about increasing and decreasing fluctuations in the financial domain. The main goal is to identify suitable datasets that enable these models to effectively understand expressions related to financial increases and decreases. For this purpose, we selected sentences from Wall Street Journal that included relevant financial terms and sentences generated by GPT-3.5-turbo-1106 for post-training. We assessed the impact of these datasets on language model performance using Financial PhraseBank, a benchmark dataset for financial sentiment analysis. Our findings demonstrate that post-training FinBERT, a model specialized in finance, outperformed the similarly post-trained BERT, a general domain model. Moreover, post-training with actual financial news proved to be more effective than using generated sentences, though in scenarios requiring higher generalization, models trained on generated sentences performed better. This suggests that aligning the model's domain with the domain of the area intended for improvement and choosing the right dataset are crucial for enhancing a language model's understanding and sentiment prediction accuracy. These results offer a methodology for optimizing language model performance in financial sentiment analysis tasks and suggest future research directions for more nuanced language understanding and sentiment analysis in finance. This research provides valuable insights not only for the financial sector but also for language model training across various domains.

Faced with the era of the IoT (Internet of Things) and smart homes, this study aims to explore the type of information loaded on smart devices that can lead to consumer's efficient energy use. 105 Americans participated in the survey with eight different versions according to two energy consumption levels (Above or Below condition) by four information frames (Finance, security, environment, or health). It was found that frames can make significant differences in consumers' attitudes; (1) Those in the Below condition worried about environments more than those in the Above condition; (2) Finance-framed information in the Above condition was the least effective to increase consumers' energy saving motivation; (3) In the Below condition, those receiving finance and security framed information revealed more environmental concerns than those receiving other types of informations. This study can contribute to the field by providing with basic research findings that smart device developers can refer to in the future. Also, follow-up studies need to be conducted to examine effective messages for Korean energy consumers.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate influencing factors on physician's intention to use cyber salesperson(cSP) to promote ethical drugs of pharmaceutical company. We considered influencing factors based on technology acceptance model(TAM) such as usefulness, easy of use, and attitude about cSP, and included trust and joyfulness of cSP. Methods : Measure items were developed from the previous studies. Data were collected from 1,012 physicians by using web-based self-administered structured questionnaire. Results : The major findings were as follows; First, attitude and intention to use cSP were not significantly varied by socio-demographic variables, such as sex, age, location, and Internet surfing time per day. Also, physician's characteristics such as training and professional level and type of employment were not significant to the variation of attitude and intention to use cSP. Second, structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis shows that usefulness and joyfulness were influencing factors of intention to use. Attitude was revealed as significant mediating factor to intention to use. Usefulness has indirect effect on intention to use via attitude. However, trust has not significant effect on intention to use, due to suppression effect. Conclusions : This results implies that cSP will be a useful agent to promote the ethical drugs to physician. Usefulness and joyfulness should be considered as important factors in designing and operating cSP in the Internet.

Recently, the expert call center solution has become the center of interest, since finance and tele-marketing system, which is focused on a communication industry, have been increasing, Specially, the call center market is growing up with a supporting Caller-ID for a cellular phone in Korea, In the present, although large size companies are developing expensive solutions and instruments to service only for the big companies, there little solutions for SOHO markets, Therefore, in this paper we have shown a design and an implementation of a CTI system which is capable of in/outbound call processing by using CTI, and providing stable services by linking the customer's DB. And these functionalities have become possible by integrating functions of PBX and the computer control of the PBX. First, we have constructed call flows and analyzed packets for the standard communication through the PBX in call. Then, we have designed and implemented a middleware which linked a call between a client and a customer. Finally, we have constructed a database module for applying the CRM technology to the management of customer's contents.

This study is to investigate how mobile internet service users recognize that Wibro service providers should be equipped with what type of organizational capabilities. Especially. this stud y, in exploratory point of view, examines the recognition is differed by characteristics of Wibro service users. This study also is to suggest a few of research propositions regarding the relations hips between organizational capabilities and characteristics of Wibro service users from various statistical analyses. To accomplish these research purposes, this study defined characteristics of Wibro service users (sender, age, job) and organizational capabilities of Wibro service provide rs ( accounting/finance capabilities, production/service capabilities, marketing/sales capabilities. research and development/technology capabilities) based on the review of past mobile interne t service related studies. And then, this study performed not only questionnaire survey on latent Wibro service users but also various statistical analyses.

Blockchain can control transactions in a decentralized way and is already being considered for manufacturing, finance, banking, logistics, and medical industries due to its advantages such as transparency, security, and flexibility. And it is predicted to have a great economic effect. However, Blockchain has a Trilemma that is difficult to simultaneously improve scalability, decentralization and security characteristics. Among them, the biggest limitation of blockchain is scalability, which is very difficult to cope with the constantly increasing number of transactions and nodes. To make the blockchain scalable, higher performance should be achieved by modifying existing consensus methods or by improving the characteristics and network efficiency that affect many ways of scaling. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a cluster-based scalable PBFT consensus algorithm called CBS-PBFT which reduces the message complexity O(n²) of PBFT to O(n), which is a representative consensus algorithm of blockchain, and the validity is verified through simulation experiments.

Risk factors are the reason behind cost overruns and delays in long-term large-scale IT service projects. Major risks originate from the integration of complex IT system components, including software, hardware, and solutions; the competitive bidding process; the turnkey and firm-fixed price nature of contracts; and the project execution environment. We have identified several risk factors such as delay in acceptance, low quality of deliverables, delay in payment, adding and changing requirements and scope, unclear definition of roles and responsibilities of the buyer and supplier, and unclear procedures of change and quality management during the project execution phase. One needs to manage risks proactively before signing the contract. In order to weed out or lower the risk factors well in advance, we need to identify and remove risk factors contained in contract clauses and attached contract documents. We propose a checklist for assessing IT service project contracts. To validate the checklist's utility, we applied it to an IT service project in the finance industry. The results show that the checklist is effective in identifying and removing risk factors pertaining to IT service projects.

As society has evolved to the knowledge and information society, the importance of internal information of the company has increased gradually. Especially in financial institutions which must maintain the trust of customers, the disclosure of inside information is a big problem beyond the a company's business information disclosure level to break down sales-based businesses because it contains personal or financial transaction information. Recently, since massive outflow of internal information are occurring in several enterprises, many companies including financial companies have been working a lot in order to prevent the leakage of customer information. This paper describes the internal information leakage incidents occurred in the finance companies, the PC security vulnerabilities exists despite the main security system and internal information leakage prevention and suggests countermeasures against increasing cyber infringement threats.
