Today the regulation of socio-economic development has been the subject of active scientific debate. The modern paradigm of regulatory policy in foreign countries involves a change in the role and strategy of the state, which determines the relevance of this topic. The aim of the article is to study the current state of regulatory policy research. The article is based on a bibliographic analysis of the study of regulatory policy. The study is based on the data search functions of the Scopus platform. It uses a set of VOSviewer program, online visualization of keywords in the titles of scientific journals and citations of publications. The study led to the conclusion that the number of publications that directly study the nature and features of regulatory policy is insignificant, but constantly growing. In our opinion, further research should determine the essence of regulatory policy as a separate category, a description of its features and factors of formation. It is also necessary to develop a common concept that governments should be actively involved in ensuring the quality of regulation, rather than responding to the shortcomings of regulation, which is evolving into regulatory governance.

본 연구는 문헌정보학 분야 국제 학술지에 논문을 게재한 연구자의 소속기관 유형 및 전공분야를 파악하고 이를 연도 및 학술지 유형에 따라 분석하여 이들의 연구행태 및 국내 문헌정보학 연구의 동향을 부분적으로 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2005년부터 2014년까지 문헌정보학 국제 학술지 31종에 게재한 논문 384편에 나타난 국내 연구자 정보 819건을 식별 및 분석하였다. 소속기관, 전공분야, 학술지 유형을 분석하는데 있어 선행연구에서 제시된 범주를 사용하여 향후 연구에서 과거와 현재 그리고 국내와 세계 연구자의 연구행태를 비교가능케 하였다. 공동연구의 경우 공저자 기여도 산정법을 적용하여 개별 연구자의 기여도를 정확하게 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 총 384편 가운데 국내 연구자의 기여도는 342.6편이었으며, 국내 문헌정보학 분야 연구의 국제화와 더불어 연구의 질적수준이 높아지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 구체적으로 국내 대학기관 소속 연구자들의 주도에 의한 문헌정보학 분야 연구 증가 추세를 제시하였으며 소속기관 유형에 따라 연구의 성격이 다를 수 있음을 제시하였다. 또한 연구자의 전공분야 분석을 토대로 문헌정보학 연구가 타 학문분야 즉, 컴퓨터공학, 경영학, 커뮤니케이션학 등과 연관되어 있음을 알 수 있었다.

전 세계적으로 이용되는 인용색인 서비스인 Web of Science(WoS)는 데이터 수록 범위에 한계가 있음이 인용색인 연구에서 지적되어 왔다. 또한 국내 학술논문이 인용하는 해외 문헌의 비율이 전체의 약 75%를 차지한다는 것이 인용패턴 분석연구에서 밝혀진 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 WoS DB의 데이터 수록 범위를 검증하기 위한 첫 번째 단계로써 WoS DB에 포함되어 있지 않은 국내 연구자의 인용문헌 즉, 한국과학기술인용 DB(Korea Science Citation Database: KSCD)에 수록된 참고문헌 데이터 일부를 JCR 학술지 영향력지수 산출과정에 포함시켜 학술지 영향력 지수(Impact Factor: IF)의 변화 및 그에 따른 학술지 순위변동 여부를 조사하였다. 구체적으로 국내 문헌정보학 분야 학술지에 수록된 참고문헌을 JCR 2009 문헌정보학 분야 학술지 IF 산출과정에 포함하였다. 하지만 학술지 IF의 변화와 그에 따른 순위 차이가 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고, 이에 데이터 범위를 넓혀 컴퓨터 공학 및 전자공학 분야 학술지 45종에 수록된 참고문헌을 추가로 분석하여 JCR 2010 전자공학 분야 학술지 IF 산출과정에 포함하였다. 그 결과, 부분적으로 통계적으로 유의한 학술지 순위 변화가 일어났다. 본 연구는 한정된 데이터를 사용하였음에도 불구하고 미미하지만 통계적으로 유의한 JCR 학술지 순위 변동을 보여줌으로써 WoS DB에 포함되지 않은 인용 데이터의 잠재적 가치를 제시하였다.

OA 논문이 증가하는 상황에서 개별 연구자의 연구 성과 유통이 얼마나 개방적인지를 지수화하는 POI(Practical Openness Index)가 등장하였다. 본 연구는 국내 문헌정보학 연구자들이 국제학술지에 출판한 논문을 대상으로 OA 여부와 방식을 조사하고 연구자 단위의 POI를 도출해 지수의 분포를 살펴보았다. 또한 연구자의 세부 연구 분야나 국제협력 활동이 개방성에 관련성을 보이는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 Unpaywall을 통해 정상적으로 OA 여부와 방식이 식별된 논문은 82명 연구자의 492건으로 나타났으며, 20.7%의 논문만이 공개되어 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 두 번째, 골드 OA 방식의 공개 논문은 의학 분야 저널에 수록된 텍스트마이닝 분야 논문이 많았으며, 그린 OA방식으로 공개된 논문은 외국인 공동저자 소속 기관의 리포지터리나 PMC와 같은 초국가적 주제 리포지터리에서 공개되고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 세 번째, POI 지수는 절반 가량의 연구자가 0으로 나타났으나, 계량정보학, 기계학습 및 지식처리 영역의 연구자들에게서 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 또한 연구자의 해외공동연구 활동이 논문 공개와 관련성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

핀란드 교육은 2001년 PISA 발표 이래 계속 한국 교육의 경쟁자 또는 지향점이었다. 그러나 최근 우리 교육계에 나타나고 있는 분열과 대립, 그리고 불행의 지표들을 보면, 핀란드의 행복교육과는 거리가 너무도 멀다. 이런 배경에서 본 연구의 목적은 한국 학술지에 나타난 핀란드 교육관련 연구동향을 분석하는 것으로, RISS에서 논문 제목에 핀란드와 교육이 들어간 논문 160편을 대상으로 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 핀란드 교육에 대한 연구는 점진적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 최근 감소세를 보였다. 둘째, 연구주제는 대부분 미시적이었으며 연구방법은 문헌연구 위주였다. 셋째, 소수의 연구자가 전체 연구의 1/3을 출판했다. 넷째, 핀란드와 함께 비교된 나라는 일본, 미국, 영국, 호주, 싱가포르 등 주로 신자유주의적 국가였다. 다섯째, 연구 주제와 대상이 주로 초중등, 수학·과학 등 PISA의 영향권에 있었다. 향후 핀란드 교육관련 연구에서는 지엽적이고 부분적인 영역에 대한 연구를 넘어 종합적인 관점에서 핀란드의 행복교육을 이루어온 과정과 역사에 대한 체제적 연구를 통해 우리가 배워야 할 시사점을 도출하는 후속 연구가 필요하다. 특히, 문헌연구 위주의 방법을 벗어나 핀란드 교육 커뮤니티와 온라인으로 연계하여 실제 교사, 학부모, 학생 그리고 지역협의회와 정부 관계자들이 함께 논의하고 연구하는 국제공동논의의 장을 만드는 것도 고려되어야 할 것이다.

Objective: It aimed at proposing the Korean Journal of Child Studies' strategy to be promoted to international journal based on the style and format of scholarly journals and journal metrics. Methods: The review of the journal in not only print version, but also an online version was done from the perspective of style and format. The total citation and impact factor were manually calculated from Web of Science Core Collection. Results: More professional level manuscript editing is required for maintaining the consistency of the style and format. The verso page and back matters should be improved to international level. Journal homepage should be reconstructed by adopting digital standards for the journal, including journal article tag suite, CrossMark, FundRef, ORCID, and text and data mining. To become an international journal, transformation into English journal and deposition to PubMed Central is mandatory. Conclusion: Since the editor's and society members' performance is top-notch, it will be possible to promote the journal up to international level soon. Society should guarantee the term of editor for enough time and support her with full cost and complete consent.

This study examines the research trends and knowledge structure of international trade studies using topic modeling method, which is one of the main methodologies of text mining. We collected and analyzed English abstracts of 1,868 papers of three Korean major journals in the area of international trade from 2003 to 2019. We used the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA), an unsupervised machine learning algorithm to extract the latent topics from the large quantity of research abstracts. 20 topics are identified without any prior human judgement. The topics reveal topographical maps of research in international trade and are representative and meaningful in the sense that most of them correspond to previously established sub-topics in trade studies. Then we conducted a regression analysis on the document-topic distributions generated by LDA to identify hot and cold topics. We discovered 2 hot topics(internationalization capacity and performance of export companies, economic effect of trade) and 2 cold topics(exchange rate and current account, trade finance). Trade studies are characterized as a interdisciplinary study of three agendas(i.e. international economy, International Business, trade practice), and 20 topics identified can be grouped into these 3 agendas. From the estimated results of the study, we find that the Korean government's active pursuit of FTA and consequent necessity of capacity building in Korean export firms lie behind the popularity of topic selection by the Korean researchers in the area of int'l trade.

It seems that the \"fuzzy boom\" which began with its applications has calmed down and fallen into decay at least in Korea. But many foreign researchers say the research related to fuzzy theory has been only running its right course. In this paper, we discuss the trend and direction of reaserch related to fuzzy theory. The search trend is obtained through the analysis of the papers of the latest 10years papers in the journals of three societies: KFIS, SOFT and IFSA.

한국학술지의 국제 색인ㆍ초록 데이터베이스 등재 여부를 추적하는 것은 한국학술지의 국제적인 위상을 파악하는데 중요하며, 학술지의 구체적인 평가자료로서도 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 세계최대의 데이터뱅크중 하나인 DIALOG 데이터베이스에 등재되는 한국학술지와 그 학술지들이 등재되는 데이터베이스에 대해 계량학적 측정을 통하여 그 특성을 분석·규명하였다.

The Optical Society of Japan was founded in 1952 as a division of the Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP). It has now nearly 2,000 members and is the biggest of 10 divisions of JSAP. The main mission of the society is to excite interactions between optical scientists and engineers and to encourage members to develop new ideas and technologies through meetings and journals.
