Mobile Banking Applications (MBAPs) is one of the recent fads in mobile trading applications (Apps). MBAPs permit users to execute exchanges of money and many more whenever it might suit them; however, the primary issue for mobile banking Apps is usability. Hardly any investigation analyzes usability issues dependent on user's age, gender, exchanging accomplices, or experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of usability issues, and experience of mobile banking users. The survey employs a quantitative method and performs user experiment on 240 participants with six different tasks on the application's interface. The post experiment survey is done with concerning participants. On the other hand, banking experts and Information Technology (IT) expert's group is also involved after the experiment. Expert's opinions about existing mobile banking Apps and suggestions for improving usability of MBAPs are collected through physical means (like questionnaire and interview) and online means like Google form. After that comparison of the opinions of users and experts about MBAPs is performed. The experimentation measures the tasks usability of various mobile banking apps with respect to its effectiveness, efficiency, trustfulness, learnability, memorability and satisfaction. The usability testing was led at different Universities and the outcomes acquired show that there are privacy and trust issues with their mobile banking apps. There is also a gap between users and experts which should be minimized by applying customized usability models, modes concept like other application software and also by adding complete features of banking in MBAPs. It will benefit mobile banking apps users, developers and usability engineers by providing user-friendly which are up to the mark of user's requirements.

The meticulous figure painting is one of the wonders of traditional Chinese painting and has blossomed in art history with its unique and interesting style. The period from the Warring States period to the Song and Yuan dynasties was a glorious period in its history, after which it tended to decline due to changes in painting materials and many socio-historical reasons. The extensive cultural exchanges in the world today, the penetration of Western values and the expansion of information technology have brought a huge impact on Chinese meticulous figure painting, which has developed an active way of thinking and expression after absorbing certain elements of Western culture and thought on the basis of inherited tradition. Contemporary Realistic Figure painters continue to explore new developments in meticulous figure painting in the contemporary context, and give contemporary meticulous figure painting a new cultural and ideological connotation, forming a new look that meets the requirements of the times, with richer and more lively content, subject matter and formal language. Traditional meticulous figure painting is characterised by a highly refined use of line and coloring composition. Contemporary meticulous figure painting focuses on the use of purely formal language and the expression of the personality of the creative subject, with a new outlook on the world of painting. In the contemporary multicultural context, new formal language and methods of expression are constantly being explored to create a new look. In the process of development, contemporary meticulous figure painting has merged the best qualities of traditional and contemporary culture, making it an art with a subtle language, rich in meaning and with the charm of the times and oriental characteristics. The author in the form of contemporary fine brushwork figure painting language as the research object, explore new form of fine brushwork figure painting, and in the contemporary society and multicultural context factors. Innovation, enrich and develop new forms of art language of contemporary social form and aesthetic temperament and interest.

최근 유엔을 비롯한 국제사회가 세계 각지에서 나타나는 정치 군사적 갈등을 완화하고 문명 간 충돌을 해소하기 위해서 '문화 간 화해(Rapprochement of Cultures)'를 적극 추진하고 있는데, 이 과정에서 고대 문명 간 교역 루트로 기능했던 '실크로드'가 재조명 되고 있다. 이것은 문명 간 대화와 교류의 장으로써 고대로부터 실크로드 교역의 중심에 위치하였던 중앙아시아에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 것과도 궤를 같이하는 것이다. 광활한 영토에 흩어져 살고 있는 다양한 민족의 생활 방식이 전해지고 있는 중앙아시아지역에서 '살아있는 유산'으로 불리는 무형의 문화유산을 많이 접할 수 있는 것이 놀라운 일은 아니다. 더욱이 초원을 따라 끊임없이 이동하며 생활하는 유목문화가 퍼져있는 이 지역은 조상 대대로 내려오는 전통적인 관습과 생활에 대한 지혜가 주로 구전 전승되어 왔기 때문에 무형유산을 발굴하고 재해석 하는 일이 지역의 민족적 정체성과도 관련된 매우 중요한 일로 여겨지고 있다. 그러나 현실은 지난 70여 년간의 소비에트 체제의 여파로 인해 많은 유산이 전승단절 위기에 처해있다. 다행히도, 독립 이후에 중앙아시아 지역의 국가들 사이에서 민족의 정체성을 회복하려는 노력의 일환으로 무형유산을 부흥시키려는 욕구가 커지고 있다. 그렇지만 문화 분야의 국가적 지원이 부족하여 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이 글에서는 무형유산 개념이 보급되면서 중앙아시아 지역에서 나타나고 있는 여러 현상을 살펴보고, 필자가 몸담고 있는 센터와 중앙아시아 국가들이 최근 6년 동안 진행한 네트워크 사업 활동에 관한 경험과 그 성과에 대해 이야기하고자 한다. 또한, 중장기적 관점에서 이 지역의 무형유산 협력을 어떻게 이해하고 발전시켜야 할지에 관한 문제제기와 함께 이에 대한 필자의 짧은 소견을 덧붙이고자 한다.

최근, 한국의 만화가 헐리웃에서 영화로 제작되고, 국제 애니메이션 영화제에서 그랑프리를 수상하는 등 세계로 진출하는 사례가 늘어나며 그 성장가능성과 경쟁력이 확인되고 있다. 이러한 국내 만화 애니메이션이 안정적인 성장과 국제적인 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 작가들을 위한 창작지원 프로그램 및 창작 공간의 조성이 필요로 하며, 이 시점에서 한국 실정에 맞는 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 이에 맞는 지원정책이 절실히 요구된다. 그리고 단순한 창작지원만을 위한 정책지원을 넘어 독립적인 창작 만화 애니메이션이 안정적으로 상영되고, 상품화 될 수 있는 공간까지 확보된다면 단기적인 상업적 이익을 초월하는 공익적인 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 의문을 바탕으로 본 연구는 젊은 작가와 예비 작가들의 창작공간의 의미를 통해 창작스튜디오와 레지던스 프로그램의 개념과 조성 및 활성화의 의미를 조명해 보았다. 그리고 이를 통해 더욱 효율적이고 긍정적인 정책방향의 제시와 작가들에게 많은 기회를 제공, 재교육함으로서 산업적으로만 인식되어왔던 만화 애니메이션의 정체성을 회복하고 세계적 경쟁력을 다져가자는데 큰 의의를 두고 있다. 그리고 이러한 창작공간이 작가들에게 창작의욕의 제공이라는 단순한 논리에서 더 나아가 전 세계 다양한 나라들과의 문화교류와 인적교류를 통한 한국 만화 애니메이션문화의 발전과 타문화에 대한 상호이해, 수도권과 지역사회와의 커뮤니케이션 프로그램, 해당지역의 문화정체성을 확립하고, 국민들에게 만화 애니메이션에 대한 이해와 생활 속에서 만화 애니메이션을 접할 수 있는 기회의 장(場)이 될 것이다.

As the disputes in the investment and civil/commercial sectors of China and Taiwan have increased due to active cross-strait economic exchanges, the Chinese government is addressing cross-strait disputes through various dispute resolution methods. In recent years, the Arbitration Center Across the Straits (ACAS) has been established to resolve disputes between cross-strait parties, while ACAS Arbitration Rules have been enacted and enforced. ACAS Arbitration Rules are prepared by referring to the Arbitration Act of China and Taiwan, the relevant provisions and practices of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Arbitration Rules and the cross-strait practical affairs of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and the cross-strait practical affairs giving consideration to the specificity of the cross-strait relationship and the characteristics of economic and trade disputes. Therefore, this paper has compared the features and main contents of the ACAS Arbitration Rules with those of the CIETAC Arbitration Rules. This refers to arbitration proceedings such as form and effect of arbitration agreement, decision of place of arbitration, and organization of arbitral tribunal; the provision of consolidation of multiple contracts and arbitration, and the provision of joinder of arbitration parties, which are implementing the "principle of party autonomy" with streamlining arbitration proceedings and reducing costs; "common, simple, and small sum arbitration proceedings which require shorter arbitration proceedings depending on the size of the arbitration object; and regulations on the "interconnection of mediation and conciliation" which is characteristic of China's arbitration system. Based on the above-mentioned main contents of the ACAS Arbitration Rules in China, there are some implications to be considered in the establishment of the Arbitration Rules of the South-North Commercial Arbitration Commission which will be applied to solve commercial and investment disputes arising from the Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation process, suggesting implications such as the need for the rapid composition and operation of the South-North Commercial Arbitration Commission, requirements for selecting arbitrators, expansion of the object of arbitration, specification of concreteness in deciding the place of arbitration, need to create a variety of arbitration proceedings, and application plan of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Dispute (ICSID) or Third Power Arbitration Agency.

고려인삼학회는 1975년 9월 26일 회원 100여 명으로 창립되었고, 1976년 12월 1일 고려인삼학회지(Korean Journal of Ginseng Science) 창간호를 야심차게 영문으로 발간하였다. 그러나 1977년 Vol. 2 발간 이후 국·영문 혼용으로 변경하였고, 1978년에는 학회 내부사정으로 학술지를 발간하지 못하였다. 1998년부터 학회지명을 Journal of Ginseng Research(JGR)로 변경하여 연 4회 발간하였다. JGR은 2010년 Vol. 34부터 33년 만에 다시 영문 전용으로 출판되었으며, 2010년에 SCIE 및 SCOPUS에 등재되었다. 2012년에는 PubMed Central에 등재되었으며, 2016년부터 Elsevier사에서 JGR을 출판하게 되었다. JGR은 Impact Factor가 계산된 첫해인 2012년에 IF 2.259를 기록하였고, 2015년에 3.898로 3.0을 넘어섰으며 2019년에 5.487에 달해 SCI에 등재된 우리나라 학술지 122개 중 2위를 기록하였다. 한편, Integrative & Complementary Medicine 분야에서 세계 1위를 기록하였다. 고려인삼학회는 1998년부터 4년마다 국제인삼심포지엄을 주관하여 개최하고 있고, 심포지엄 프로시딩을 발간하고 있다. 2007년 인삼정보지인 『고려인삼과 산업』을 연 2회씩 발간하여 현재 제14권 1호를 발간하였다. 2019년 고려인삼학회는 인삼의 인문사회과학적 연구를 조명하기 위한 『인삼문화』를 창간하였다. 고려인삼학회는 『고려삼의 이해』, 『고려인삼연구 20년사』, 『고려인삼학회 30년사』, 『생활속의 고려인삼』 등 많은 도서를 출판하였다.

최근에는 지식재산권의 국제적 이용이 보편화되면서 라이센스 계약 관련 분쟁에 있어 다국적 요소가 개입되는 경우가 많아 실제 분쟁의 해결에 있어서도 준거법의 결정이 가장 첨예한 쟁점이 되고 있다. 특히 2011년 7월 한-EU FTA가 발효됨에 따라 우리나라와 유럽 각국 사이에 경제적 사회적 교류가 활발해지면서 그로 인한 법적 분쟁 또한 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 상황을 고려할 때 국제적 지식재산권 이용 계약과 관련하여 유럽연합(EU)의 준거법 결정 원칙에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 지식재산권 라이센스 계약과 관련하여 발생하는 국제분쟁에 있어서의 준거법 결정을 위해서는 기본적으로 국제사법 원칙에 의한 유형화가 필요하며 이때 지식재산권 라이센스 계약은 그 성질상 계약의 문제로 유형화된다. 유럽연합(EU)의 경우에는 라이센스 계약상의 쟁점 판단을 위한 준거법 결정을 위하여 기본적으로 로마 I 규정(the Rome I Regulation)의 적용을 검토하여야 한다. 그런데 분쟁의 대상이 되는 계약이 체결된 시점에 따라 국제사법 일반원칙, 로마협약(1980), 로마 I 규정 등 각각의 경우에 적용되는 규범이 달라지므로 계약 체결 시점을 파악하는 것이 가장 우선되어야 하고, 이들 중 로마 I 규정은 2009년 12월 17일부터 체결된 계약에 적용된다. 계약상의 분쟁에 관한 준거법 결정에 있어서는 기본적으로 당사자의 합의에 의한 준거법의 지정이 널리 허용되지만, 당사자의 합의에 의하여 준거법을 결정할 수 없는 경우에는 국제사법 이론상 '객관적 연결 방식'에 의하여 준거법이 결정된다. 이러한 원칙을 반영하여 로마 I 규정 제4조 제1항은 계약의 유형에 따른 준거법 결정 원칙을 제시하고 있지만 지식재산권 라이센스 계약이 해당되는 규정은 없다. 결국 로마 I 규정 제4조 제2항이 검토되어야 하고 로마 I 규정 제4조 제3항에 의하여 해당 계약이 더 밀접한 관련을 가지는 국가가 있는 경우에는 이 국가의 법이 준거법으로 적용된다. 이들 규정에 의하여서도 라이센스 계약의 준거법을 결정할 수 없는 경우에는 최종적으로 로마 I 규정 제4조 제4항에 의하여 해당 계약과 가장 밀접한 관련을 가지는 국가의 법이 준거법으로 결정된다. 이러한 로마 I 규정을 중심으로 지식재산권 라이센스 계약의 준거법 결정 원칙에 대한 연구를 수행함으로써 향후 우리나라와 유럽연합 국가들이 준거법 결정의 연결점으로서 작용할 수 있는 관련 국제계약 분쟁의 해결을 위하여 보다 체계적이고 효과적인 대응책을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, 우리나라 국제사법 규정을 적용함에 있어서도 보다 풍부한 이론적 기초를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Due to frequent international exchanges, there has been much emphasis on communication proficiency in foreign language education. However, when we look back upon teaching English in Korea over past years, we find that English teaching has been dominated mainly by Grammar-Translation Method, which makes teachers and students pay little attention to listening skill that is regarded as the basis of communication proficiency. Recently many English teachers have shown their interest in listening skill, so they come to use the textbook record tapes to improve listening skill. But listening training by textbook record tapes seems to make students feel bored. So the purpose of this study is to suggest an effective way of improving listening skill by means of Pop Songs that the students are indulged in. The processes of this study consist of three stages : 1) listening to songs, 2) explanation about structures and vocabularies in songs, 3) filling in blanks while listening. The subjects in this study are freshmen 88 students in girls' High School They are grouped into two : one is experimental group and the other control group. Among the subjects, the former have been taught by the lesson plan using pop songs, while the latter by the lesson plan using textbook record tapes. The experiment lasts about 9 months (from March to November, l994) The data for analyzing the study results have been collected from two kinds of tests : one is listening test and the other comprehensive test. The hypothesises of this study areas follows : 1) Depending on hearing materials (experimental material vs traditional material), there will be a difference in scores of listening skills between EG (experimental group) and CG (control group), 2) Depending on the interest on pop songs, there will be a difference in scores of hearing skills in CG, 3) Depending on hearing material. there will be a difference in scores of overall English skills between EG and CG, 4) Improvement in listening skill will give influence on the overall English scores. The findings of this study indicate that pop songs are effective to improve students' listening skill, that students' interest in the hearing material is important, and that listening skill is closely related to other skills, especially reading skill. It can be concluded that English teachers should make efforts to find the suitable listening materials which will help students to improve their listening proficiency effectively.

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing degree of opening to the outside world, many Chinese people go abroad and many foreign friends come to China. In addition, the exchanges between China and foreign countries are also increasing. Therefore, Chinese culture often conflicts with the culture of other countries and nations. Many foreigners are confused about the psychology and way of thinking of Chinese people. Based on the archetypal theory of Carl Gustav Jung, a famous Swiss psychoanalyst, this paper analyzes the national character of Chinese people, including the common characteristics of Chinese people and the causes of these characteristics. This is a new research angle in the academic field of China. This paper includes the following parts: the first chapter describes the research background and significance of this paper; the second chapter describes Carl Jung's collective unconsciousness theory, including the concept of archetype, shadow, persona, anima and animus, and self; the third chapter explains that the research method adopted in this paper is the literature method; the fourth chapter analyzes the common character of contemporary Chinese from the perspectives of China's political and economic system and modern Chinese history, deeply analyzes how the shadow in collective unconsciousness has a negative impact on Chinese character, analyzes the unique persona of Chinese people on the basis of Chinese culture, and the performance of anima and animus in Chinese character. Finally, it explains how Chinese people seek the balance between inside and outside world from the perspective of self.

In this paper, we proposed "Future Design and Success Engineering in Global Society by Self-Innovation" (an abbreviated name: FDSE). We started to make a small experiment between Korea Maritime University and Yamagata University at the current year. After inspecting the results, especially, successful and unsuccessful points in our lecture, we have to develop the strong points and amend the week points, through making the analysis of success-failure, which is his favorite management method. We have to level up the contents of our work in the future. The students for this lecture would learn from experiences of "the common knowledge (common field of discussion)", held common languages, common thought, common system. They filled up the blanks of "The Matrix Frame" which is mentioned in the previous report, and they expressed their own way of life (work, study). As a matter of course, their personal private affairs must not be made public. It is quite happy that the cultural, economical exchanges between Korea and Japan are now in full flourish and people do a lot of traveling each other. However, if this project will start on the educational global standard, we have a world-wide significance. Moreover, we can promote goodwill between Korea and Japan, and also we can contribute to a better international understanding and the peace of the world by students in both Universities. We hope that candidates for this lecture will have a rounded personality and be a life worthy of human being for realizing Self-Actualization in "Motivation and Personality" by Abraham Maslow.
