Purpose - This study analyzes topics discussed in the International Journal of Consumer Studies through a content analysis, to reveal the impact of cross-cultural management in consumer research. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The International Journal of Consumer Studies has the highest impact factor among international consumer journals, and was chosen for research. This study investigated 712 articles, covering a ten-year period. Results - A total of 82 articles were found to be related to cross-cultural management, out of 712 articles. This shows a need for improvement in the area of cross-cultural management, and implies that the discipline of cross-cultural management will continue to have a significant impact on consumer studies. Conclusions - While content analyses have been conducted in the area of consumer research in the past, a comparative content analysis in the International Journal of Consumer Studies is unprecedented. This study offers insights on the comparative analysis of general articles and articles related to cross-cultural management, which will be useful reference points for future global markets and fields in distribution and consumer research.

이 논문은 교육평가학과의 관계를 점검함으로써 비교교육학의 학문적 위상을 정립하는 데 도움을 주려는 목적으로 작성되었다. 비교교육학은 교육학의 분과 학문이면서 교육학의 다른 분과 학문들을 포괄할 수도 있다는 점에서 독특한 성격을 지닌다. 그리고 교육평가학은 평가의 내용을 다루기도 하지만 평가 방법론이 연구 영역에 포함된다는 특징을 지닌다. 교육평가학과 비교교육학 간 접점으로는 먼저 점차 확대되고 있는 국제비교평가를 들 수 있다. 국제비교평가는 1960년대 12개국의 수학교육을 비교하기 위해 실시된 국제수학연구를 필두로 대상 과목과 참여국가가 점점 확대되고 있다. 국제비교평가는 단지 참여국의 순위 경쟁이 목적이 아니라 각국의 교육과정 및 교육실천을 다각도로 비교함으로써 교육 개선을 위한 시사점을 제공하기 위해 실시되고 있다. 국제비교평가에는 다집단 분석을 실시할 수 있으며, 특히 국가 간 사회문화적 차이 등 측정구인 외의 요소가 어떻게 작용하고 있는지 밝히는 차별적 문항기능 분석이 가능하다. 또한 국제비교평가 자료는 다른 교육 자료들과 마찬가지로 위계적 구조를 지니고 있어 다층모형 또는 위계적선형모형이 적절하다. 따라서 문항반응이론을 확장시킨 다층문항반응이론을 적용할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 국가 간 차이에 대한 다차원적 진단이 가능하다. 교육평가학의 방법론적 진보에도 불구하고 비교 교육학과의 간극으로 인해 그 도구들은 적절히 사용되지 못하고 있다. 이를 해결함으로써 비교 교육학은 학문으로서 진일보할 수 있을 것이다. 결론적으로 방법론을 쉽게 풀어 널리 알림으로써 연구자가 도구를 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 교육평가 학계의 노력과 함께 이러한 도구들을 사용함으로써 보다 정밀하고 정확한 분석을 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하는 비교교육 연구자들의 노력이 함께 요구된다.

This study primarily concerns the seller's duty to deliver the goods in conformity with the contract under the United Nations Convention on International Sale of Goods(1980) in comparison with the Draft Principles of European Sales Law. It describes and analyzes the provisions of the CISG as to the seller's duty, focusing on main controversial issues among scholars in their application. It also attempts to compare the rules of the CISG with those of the Draft PESL and to evaluate them in light of the discipline of comparative law. This is for the purpose of facilitating the systematic development and reform of one jurisdiction by any solution from the other jurisdiction found by the comparative study. In addition, this study provides legal and practical advice to the contracting parties when they intends to insert the CISG or the Draft PESL in their contract as a governing law. The comparative study particularly focuses on the following aspects; first, requirements for conformity with the contract which deals with the concept of conformity with the contract, contractual requirements agreed between contractual parties, and implied requirements otherwise not agreed between contractual parties, second, the time when the goods must be in conformity with the contract, third, exclusions of the seller's duty to deliver the goods in conformity with the contract.

This paper is to explore the direction of international software protection laws, either copyright or patent right, by examining the current situations in the United States, European countries, Asia including Korea and the WTO/TRIPs Agreement. According to the comparative legal systems, each court and office gives both copyrightability and patentability of software by a stronger and appropriate intellectual property protection system.

This study was conducted a comparative study to identify the differences in service quality between Incheon and Kimpo international Airport and critical factors influencing satisfaction of airport customers. According the results of this study, all service quality factors except the service factor of geographical location of Incheon international airport are better than those of Kimpo international airport. However, all of service quality factors of Incheon airport are evaluated as inferior to those of american, western european and japanese international airports by both the airport visitors and the employees of one korean airliner. In addition the service factors such as response, safety, airport facility and geographical location are found as critical factors influencing satisfaction of the airport visitors and the airliner's employees. Among them the service quality factor of geographical location of Incheon airport is much inferior to that of Kimpo airport comparing with other service quality factors. Thus, the results of this study suggest that the managing team implement TQM and six sigma to enhance the service quality level of the Incheon international airport up to that of the american and western european international airport. Especially, it is strongly required that the Korean governmen deliberate in deciding the geographical location in case of planning new international airport because geographical location is related to not only traffic to airport but also safety of landing, taking off and flying.

본 연구는 최근에 이루어진 대표적인 수학 성취도 국제 비교 연구인 PISA와 TIMSS-R의 성취도를 표준화하여 비교함으로써 한국과 일본, 그리고 미국과 호주를 비롯한 영어권 국가들이 각각 유사한 성취 경향을 보인다는 사실을 확인하였다. 이를 보다 체계화하기 위해 PISA의 결과를 문항반응이론에 의해 분석하여 국가별, 문항별 난이도를 조사하였다. 문항반응이론에 근거하여 각 국가의 학생들에게 상대적으로 더 어렵고 쉬운 문항을 판별한 결과, 30개 중 16개의 문항에서 한국과 일본, 그리고 미국과 호주가 각각 동일한 성취 경향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 성취 경향의 유사성을 심층적으로 분석하기 위하여 한국과 일본, 그리고 미국과 호주가 각각 강세를 보인 문항들을 추출하여 그 공통점을 탐색하였다. 미국과 호주의 학생들은 열린 구성반응형 문항을 해결하는데 상대적으로 능숙하고, 한국과 일본의 학생들은 함수와 통계 영역의 문항에서 성취 수준이 높지 않으며, 형식화된 수학적 지식을 요구하는 문항일수록 한국과 일본 학생들에게 유리하게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper analyzes the comparative advantages and development prospects of the China (Anhui) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Based on a SWOT analysis method, this study finds that the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone has a set of comparative advantages, including location advantage, rich resources, industrial transformation and new industries, technological innovation capabilities, new patterns for development, and policy support. In recent years, by leveraging its key resources, Anhui Province has been committed to developing an open economy. Furthermore, its economic vitality has increased significantly under preferential policies such as the Belt and Road Initiative, the China-Europe International Freight Shuttle, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt Development Plan. As a result, the total foreign trade has continued to grow. The findings of this study highlight that the comparative advantages are of great significance to the development of the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone, which helped expand the scope and openness of the regional economy and foreign investment. However, to achieve the development objectives of the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone as planned, these comparative advantages must be developed and converted into a set of sustainable competitive advantages for the regional economy. Therefore, a few development suggestions are put forward.

Northeast Asian economies have achieved high levels of growth due to a stable economic environments and economic policy reforms for free trade. As Northeast Asia has been risen as big bloc in the world and in the future in case free trade agreement could be concluded, trade volume could be increased dramatically. And it is evident that disputes will be increased in Northeast Asian economic bloc. Arbitration must be popular in resolving international commercial disputes in Northeast Asian bloc in order to increase the volume of intra-trade in the bloc. Through arbitration, the parties can have full autonomy and can resolve disputes independently, impartially and without delay. But in order for the parties to make use of arbitration in the bloc, they must be fully aware of the arbitration laws of Northeast Asian nations in view of the similarity and difference of the laws. Therefore, this paper deals with arbitral award in Northeast Asian Nations' arbitration laws in view of comparative law.

Many foreign enterprises have begun to pay attention to China market recently, and enter this big market successively. Thus, it is very essential and valuable to understand China internet market well, especially the internet shopping mall market, and to find out the best strategy to build the internet shopping mall in China. The purpose of this comparative study is; (a) to compare with college students consumer's attitude and intention to use internet shopping, (b) to understand the use status of China internet shopping and the purchase situation of Chinese consumer, (c) basing on existing research, to master consumers' consideration items while making the purchase decision, and also master the advantages and disadvantages of internet shopping which consumers realized.
