Silage inoculants, crucial in modern silage production, comprise beneficial microorganisms, primarily lactic acid bacteria (LAB), strategically applied to forage material during ensiling. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of various inoculants produced by different companies. Five treatments were evaluated, including a control group: T1 (Lactobacillus plantarum), T2 (Lactobacillus plantarum + Pediococcus pentosaceus), T3 (Lactobacillus plantarum + Pediococcus pentosaceus + Lactobacillus buchneri), T4 (Lactobacillus plantarum + Lactobacillus acidophilus + Lactobacillus bulgaricus), and T5 (Lactobacillus plantarum + Pediococcus pentosaceus + Enterococcus faecium). Italian ryegrass was harvested at the heading stage and treated with these silage inoculants. Samples were collected over a 60-day ensiling period. Co-inoculation with L. plantarum and P. pentosaceus (T2) resulted in significantly higher CP compared to the control group co-inoculation exhibited with resulted in Lactobacillus plantarum and Pediococcus pentosaceus in the T2 treatment exhibited higher CP content of 106.35 g/kg dry matter (DM). The T3 treatment, which included heterofermentative bacterial strains such as Lactobacillus buchneri, exhibited an increase in acetic acid concentration (11.15 g/kg DM). In the T4 treatment group, which utilized a mixed culture of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus, the NH3-N/TN content was observed to be the lowest (20.52 g/kg DM). The T5 containing Enterococcus faecium had the highest RFV (123) after 60 days. Expanding upon these findings, the study underscores not only the beneficial effects of particular inoculant treatments on silage quality but also underscores the potential of customized inoculation strategies in maximizing nutrient retention and overall silage preservation.

It is very important to use appropriate nutrition water for crop growth in hydroponic farming facilities. However, in many cases, the supply of nutrition water is not designed with a precise plan, but is performed in a conventional manner. We proposes a forecasting technique for nutrition water requirements based on a data analysis for optimal strawberry production. To do this, the proposed forecasting technique uses linear regression for correlating strawberry production, soil condition, and environmental parameters with nutrition water demand for the actual two-stage strawberry production soil. Also, it includes predicting the optimal amount of nutrition water requires according to the heterogeneous cultivation environment and variety by comparing the amount of nutrition water needed for the growth and production of different kinds of strawberries. We suggested study uses two types of section beds that are compared to find out the best section bed production of strawberry growth. The dataset includes 233 samples collected from a real strawberry greenhouse, and the four predicted variables consist of the total amounts of nutrition water, average temperature, humidity, and CO2 in the greenhouse.
At the close of the year 1990, tombs in south Korea will cover the area of 940 km2, which is 0.9% of the entire landspace. Annual increase of 200,000 tombs is encroaching on landspace by 10 $km^2$. It4 is estimated that the decrease in the forest area caused by tombs results a decrease both in the production of $0_2$ by 912,000 tons and in the absorption of $CO_2$ by 1,2454,800tons per year. As a result, there will be an increase in the amount of $CO_2$, which is one of the factors that cause the greenhouse effect.
Carbon accounting is a key issue in the discussions on global warming/CO$_2$mitigation. This paper applies both the IPCC Approach and the NEAT (Non-Energy use Emission Accounting Tables) model, a bottom-up approach, to estimate the potential CO$_2$ emissions (carbon storage) originating from the non-energy use as to assess the actual CO$_2$ emissions (carbon release) from the use of fossil fuels in Korea. The current Korean carbon accounting seems to overestimate the potential CO$_2$ emissions and with it to underestimate the actual CO$_2$ emissions. The estimation shows that the potential CO$_2$ emissions calculated according to the IPCC Approach are lower than those calculated using the NEAT model. This is because the IPCC default storage fraction for naphtha seems to be low for the Korean petrochemical production structure, on the one hand and because the IPCC Approach does not consider the trade with short life petrochemical products, on the other hand. This paper shows that a bottom-up approach like the NEAT model can contribute to overcome some of limitations of the IPCC guidelines, especially by considering the international trade with short life petrochemical products and by estimating the storage fractions of fossil fuels used as feedstocks for the country in consideration. This paper emphasizes the importance of accurate energy statistics for carbon accounting.

In this paper, we reported that the global trend of cement production and utilization as raw materials and as a fuel. As we know, cement is one of the significant materials required for the construction industry. The recent trend of rising urbanization, both the cement and construction industry played a vital role. The cement industry is a major sustainable infrastructure for the countries. Currently, China producing cement half of the world's cement production. During the year 2018, Korea producing cements nearly 57.5 million metric tons. Waste materials are used as circular resources and also having tremendous benefits for cement production. Another important use of these circular resources is fuel for the cement industry. There is a large potential benefit of the cement industry, but it's creating a severe environmental threat. The cement industry contributes to the major emissions of CO2. This leads the global warming. As per the Paris agreement, the Korean government initiated the recycling policy of waste materials and also the utilization of circular resources for the prevention of limited natural resources and also the global warming effect.

Quality Assurance of Deep Mixing to fulfill the requirements of geotechnical design cannot be achieved only by the process control During production conducted by the deep mixing contractor but it should involve relevant activities that are carried out prior to, during and after the construction by all the parties involved in a deep mixing project. The requirement is different for different application, and hence, QA/QC method/procedure and verification technique may be different for different application. In order to maintain the high quality of deep mixing work in the global market, it is necessary to conduct a research project, such as investigation of illustrations, the variety of existing QA/QC methods/procedures, the correlation between the outcomes of different QA/QC methods. In these reason, it has been held the international meeting to discuss them, in that kind of activities in 2009 it will be held Symposium. Also Collaborative study for QA/QC is on goin, and conduction by all participated members. The subject for collaborative study are, task 1 : investigation of laboratory tests procedures, task 2 : comparing of different laboratory tests procedures, task 3 : QA/QC method/procedures, task 4 : integrated Task1 ~task 3. The discussion of the results in all task will be held in the Symposium separately. In this paper, it was presented four tasks. Also the results in task 1 and 2 conducting domestically until now, such as investigation of laboratory test procedures, effect on the unconfined compressive strength by aging temperature and by delayed time.
This paper draws some implications from Logarithmic Mean Weight Divisia Method (LMWDM) on the sources of $CO_2$ emission changes in the manufacturing sectors of Korea, UK, and USA. The sources of change in industrial $CO_2$ emission of a country, as manifested by production scale factor, structural factor, and technical factor, summarizes the forces behind the change in $CO_2$ emissions in each country's manufacturing sector. There are three observations. First one is that Korea's emission is increasing while USA and UK are experiencing reduction or stabilization of $CO_2$ emission in the manufacturing sector. Second implication is that the technical factor affecting $CO_2$ emission in Korea does not help much, or even hinder, the reduction of $CO_2$ emissions, comparing to USA and UK. Third one, which is the combined result of the first and the second one, is that Korea's increasing trend in aggregate $CO_2$ emission throughout the periods in consideration is mainly due to the failure in technical progress, or the deterioration in the structure of within subcategories, or both. The policy implications is clear. The obvious prescription is to launch a nation-wide policy drive which can revert these adverse trends.
Changes in political and economic environments require a new concept of 'culture' and a paradigm shift in cultural policies. Especially, broadcasting is needed to construct a productive infra-structure in order to play its role as culture industry in multi-channel environments caused by the progress of digital technology. In addition, Korea-USA FTA Agreement and a subsequently expected open policy of broadcasting market raise issues of a flow of foreign capital and a compatibility of cultural diversities and cultural identities. From this perspective, this study attempts to suggest alternatives for cultural diversity of program contents in new global media environments. More specifically, these alternatives examine the meaning and achievements of co-production of broadcasting programs as an active and direct method to preserve cultural identities and universalities of cultural contents at the same time. Details of this study are as follows: thorough review of internation co-production and program format industries and their possibilities to overcome cultural harriers and to provide local alternatives.

The protection of the environment is one of today's key demanding international activities and interests. All of aspects including industry, economy and society should be changed into environmental friendly industries. The building is not exception in this trend. What is not generally realized is that building, in the lifecycle of construction, use and demolition, account for large construction, not considered with environment impact and conservation in the lifecycle. Expecially, the construction materials and components used in the construction stage has much embodied energy. And much $CO_2$ emit on the production of the construction material and component. The energy use and $CO_2$ emission would continuously diminish the limited natural resources and impact the environment such as ozon layer destruction. In this paper, it studied the estimation of the amount of energy use and $CO_2$ emission in the building construction stage, it would provide the estimation process and applied with the multifamily housing.
