Landscape Architecture is the everlasting theme while the architecture is the concretionary symbol. In other words, greening system is the only living infrastructure in city. Sour of a city regional cultural connotation is decided by the city owners and presented as the exterior style and features by architecture, road, and context and landscape etc. This passage will discuss the outward manifestation and interior relationship, trend of development of Shanghai Style landscape and culture. In addition, trying to discern the progress trend of landscape in big city is also what will be talk about.

This study attempts to analyze the characteristics and changing trends of the interior design of modern Korean houses since 1960s and to understand the impacts of Western architecture and design. the photos of 101 houses were selected from the magazines published since 1960s. The data collected were analyzed via frequency percentage and average. The result reveals that the interior design of the living rooms in modern Korean houses has undergone lots of changes in finishing materials window treatments types of cabinets and use of lighting fixtures. It is concluded that 1960-1960s is a period of introducing Western design as a superior while 1980's is a period of exploring various ways toward harmony between Korean style and Western styles and 1990's is a period of settlement of koreanized modernism style.

Analysis of trend by various information is systematically approached by strategy differentiating in Interior Design. At the present, trend is approached by intuitive viewpoint without systematic strategy and analysis system about interior coordination activity. And, it is not still established specific systematic architecture of the interior coordination by logical and academical approach. This Study set the goal at overall understanding about the Trend that shifting fast and offering objective data. Therefore, I approached the semiology-oriented process as the most suitable academical system on analysis of interior coordination trend. Object target of analysis was investigated to three domestic and overseas exhibitions announced from 2007 to 2008. These analysis was based on the context and text from the life style and the major determinant theme of the age of each exhibition. Also, it was arranged color, material and texture by the related expression system with topics and theme keywords. And it'll be considered as utilizing the code of specific application in interior coordination which is from the investigating about exhibition. Therefore, this study will be expected to help in meaning transmission and methodology establishment by more beneficial objective system, when designer work the interior coordination practically through the establishment of systematic viewpoint about interior coordination.

As the needs of housing for the elderly has increased, many researches have been carried out and some housing projects for the elderly including nursing home began to be provided. Most researches have focused on the development of housing type or space layout and only several ones on interior design. The interior design in house influences physically or psychologically on the elderly who lives in. Also, the subject of them which examined the needs or preference for housing for the elderly were the middle-aged, not the aged. The purpose of the study was to examine the preferred characteristics of interior design in residential space by the elderly. The structured interview with 120 old persons who lived in Busan was carried out using by a questionnaire and 3D images. The elderly answered about the preferred interior style, color, lighting and interior finishes of each room in house, such as living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. On the basis of the findings, the characteristics of interior design of each room in house which the elderly preferred were presented. In general, they preferred the mixed interior style with tradition and modem. Also, the reddish and purple interior color, flower or plant patterned wall finishes, and wood floor were preferred in living room and master bedroom by the elderly. The white interior color and one colored wall finishes without any pattern were preferred in kitchen and bathroom.

Andree Potman is one of the few French female interior designers who has successfully extended her design territory beyond France into a more global context. Unlike other interior designers Potman has a very unique and eclectic background. She has studied music, worked as a journalist, talented in redeveloping designs that were unknown at that time such as design's of Eileen Gray, Mallet-Stevenson, and many more. Starting her career as an interior designer we can see her designs not only in France but also in many other countries such as America, Japan, and Germany. However her name is not that familiar to the designers in Korea. Therefore the current study focuses on the introduction and understanding of Potman's designs in regards to the relationship between interior space and objets that have made her designs so called 'Potman Style'. In order to accomplish the objective the researcher first studied means and use of ejects in interior space and next examined characteristics of Potman's designs including lighting fixtures, products, furnitures, and Interior designs. Finally, by using constant comparative analysis four categories (esthetics of emptiness, repetition of geometric forms, contrast in style, and focus with lighting) of design methods are revealed as the characteristics of interior elements as objects in Andree Potman's interior designs.

The development of industrial society brought about the highly-aged society, facilitated urbanization and nuclear families and changed conventional society and even the values. Also, development of Information Technology is represented digital technology makes general life-style of economy, society, culture and life. This paper offers there is sense to offer aged residing zero that equip amenities, safety, convenience considering enough request of aged by change of life-style. Hereupon, architecture enemy of aged residing, I wish to quote direction of unit planning of smart silver town that is intelligence style residing space that can correspond to various life-style that bring by information society by diagnosing change factor of residing space and internal and external study trend of smart groove that extract Needs of old age by change of special Quality and life-style and appears in digital environment.

The purpose of this study was to explain the uniqueness of tropical space style by identifying it in Southeast Asia. For this purpose, literature review was examined from 26 specialized tropical space style books and categorized. Its results are expected to be used as reference materials in designing spaces related to Southeast Asia and for constructors planning to run their business in Southeast Asia or Korea. The results of categorization are as follows; 'Tropical Traditional', 'Tropical Colonial' and 'Tropical Modern'. First, in case of Tropical Traditional Style, the traditional styles are adopted in roof and some of traditional styles are adopted in walls, windows and doors. Second, in case of Tropical Colonial Style, Renaissance or neo-classical styles are adopted in most of columns, archs, windows and doors. The traditional styles are also blended. Third, in case of Tropical Modern Style, straight line designs are adopted dominantly. However, decorative objects of traditional style are used to catch eyes. In summary, traditional style are imbedded more or less in all of tropical style and particularly, decorative objects of traditional style are key elements representing tropical space.

This study examines for the making a deduction of architectural characteristics of high-rise business hotel's lower public space through analyzing the lobby space composition through Beijjng's 21 cases constructed from 1978 until 2008 in China. In the methods of analyzing process, We study the literatures, research reports and architectural drawings including the site survey. We hope to establish the principle in public space composition of Beijing's business hotels through analyzing the plan of these hotels. Finally, We find out the principles after researching as follows. Firstly, duration of business hotel construction was concentrated with the center of Beijing City especially central 5 Gu which will roll. To 1990's after that the high-rise hotel construction increased in order for the demand of the resort and the convention hotel to come to be many. The modem style was increased in hotel design of building's style. Secondly, the result which analyzes an 21 case study shows concourse style of public space composition is representative in lobby space of general 5 star business hotel in Beijing. And there are many upper composition style in sectional plan, modern style in lobby interior design. The third, the medium and small sized hotel have the plane which apply the public space efficiently.

Modern architecture does a role in terms of connecting traditional and current architecture. In the same time, Which is important part of korean architecture history because of introduction of western architecture. Accordingly, At this meaninglessly going out and leaving of modern architecture, the purpose of this study is systematic researching of 'Cho-sun government-general' interior which is disappeared. I progressed this study to research into the period context at construction of Cho-sun government-general md tendency of architecture and interior at that time. And then understand interior space organization of it. Cho-sun government-general adopted Neo-Baroque style from tendency of that time. Also, showed composite order which is mixed in the Greek temple, the Renaissance and the classic style representing the power. This characteristic is different from current composit order, which is comprehended by our. In order to understand aesthetic value of current straight interior space, It have to be interacted the present and past. But It's averted because it was made in the period of Japanese imperialism. Therefore, We should explore history of interior design that is endowed with sociality and historicity between modern and future interior space as well as current.
