본 논문에서는 의학적 진단 및 처치 방법의 결정에 중요한 역할을 하는 뇌경색 환자의 각 시기별 특징을 정량화하기 위해 3 가지 MRI 촬영기법을 이용하여 획득한 영상의 특징과 그들의 상관관계들을 객체중심 계층적계획기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 3 가지 영상의 비교를 위하여 다항워핑 알고리즘과 어파인 변환기법을 수행하여 영상을 정합하였으며, 정합된 영상을 기반으로 뇌경색 시기별 정량화를 수행하였다. 그리고 각 시기별로 색을 설정하여 수 작업으로 얻어진 데이터를 바탕으로 의사 컬러로 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 구한 뇌경색 시기별 정량화 자료를 바탕으로 구분된 결과와 전문의가 판단한 결과를 비교하였다.

본 논문에서는 중국 최대의 온라인 쇼핑몰로 자리매김한 타오바오를 대상으로 구매후기가 구매자의 구매의사결정에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 밝히고자 연구하였다. 본 논문에서는 구매후기 내용특성, 구매후기 제공자특성, 구매자 특성이라는 세 가지 차원을 중심으로 구매자의 구매후기 수용에 영향을 미치는 주요 선행요인들을 도출하였다. 타오바오에서 제품을 구매한 경험을 가진 구매자들을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 구매후기 충분성과 구매후기 선명성은 모두 고객후기 수용에 통계적으로 비유의적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구매후기 제공자 신뢰성과 구매후기 제공자 유사성은 모두 고객후기 수용을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 구매자 특성 차원에 속하는 사전지식과 관여도는 모두 고객후기 수용을 증가시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 고객후기 수용은 구매자의 구매의도를 상당히 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 중국시장에 진출하고자 하는 쇼핑몰 이해당사자에게 구매후기 관리의 중요성을 알리고 관리방안을 제시하고 있다.

최근에 ICT 융합에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 문화지도 DB, 전자문화지도 등과 같이 학제 간 연구의 성격을 띠는 학문 분야에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 전자문화지도는 기본적으로 다양한 문화적 양상을 점, 선, 면 등을 활용해 지도 위에 나타내며 사용자는 주제, 공간, 시간 값의 조작을 통해 세 가지 값이 연계된 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 또한 텍스트 위주의 정보를 지도 위에 점, 선, 면, 기호 등 다양한 방법으로 시각화하고 이를 통해 사용자에게는 시스템의 사용성, 접근성, 직관성을 높임으로써 보다 효율적인 정보 획득을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 구글맵스를 활용한 전자문화지도 기반의 학술지 지도 시스템을 구현한다. 이 시스템은 기본적으로 학술지 정보 서비스를 제공하고, 지도를 활용한 정보의 시각화를 통해 연구자들에게 효율적인 학술자료 제공 및 학문동향분석을 위한 도구로서 활용이 가능하다. 세부적으로 인문 지역연구자의 연구를 위한 토대시스템으로 활용한다.

Introduction: Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated protein 1 (TRAP1) is a mitochondrial heat shock protein (HSP), which belongs to HSP90 family. It plays important roles in regulating mitochondrial integrity, protecting against oxidative stress, and inhibiting cell death. Recent studies suggest that TRAP1 is linked to mitochondria and its metabolism. In this study, we established TRAP1 transgenic mice and performed partial hepatectomy (PH) on wild-type (WT) and TRAP1 transgenic mice to investigate the function of TRAP1 during liver regeneration. Results and Discussion: We found that TRAP1 was highly expressed in liver as well as kidney. In addition, liver regeneration slightly decreased together with increased fatty liver and inflammation at 72 hr after PH in TRAP1 transgenic mice compared with WT control group mice. Concomitantly, we observed decreased levels of p38 protein in TRAP1 transgenic mice compared with WT control group mice. These results suggest that TRAP1 plays a critical role in liver energy balance by regulating lipid accumulation during liver regeneration. Conclusions and Prospects: To our knowledge, we reported, for the first time, that liver regeneration slightly reduced together with increased fat accumulations after PH in TRAP1 transgenic mice compared with WT control group mice. Concomitantly, we observed decreased levels of p38 protein in TRAP1 transgenic mice compared with WT control group mice. Overexpression of TRAP1 might affect liver regeneration via disturbing mitochondrial function leading to fatty liver in vivo.

디지털 테크놀로지 시대에 새로운 가치를 추구하려는 노력은 사회 문화 전반 분야뿐만이 아닌 일반 교육계와 문화, 예술교육에도 변화를 요구하고 있다. 가장 큰 변화의 하나는 다른 영역간의 통합과 연계라는 추세가 문화와 예술분야에도 영향을 주면서, 문화와 예술이 통합을 이룬 문화예술 교육을 탄생하기에 이르렀다. 또한 새로운 시대는 디지털 테크놀로지의 활용이 교육 전 영역에서 활발히 사용되고 있으며, 문화 예술교육에도 테크놀로지의 활용이라는 새로운 시도를 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 음악 테크놀로지를 활용한 문화예술교육에 대하여 이론적으로 알아보았다. 음악 테크놀로지의 활용은 다른 교과간의 통합적 접근으로의 가능성을 보여주며, 문화예술교육 외에 다양한 학문에도 적용이 가능함을 보여주었다. 음악 테크노로지의 활용은 현재 문화예술 교육 분야의 독특성, 전문성, 고유성을 반영해줄 만한 교수학습방법의 학습도구로서 다양한 대상과 상황에서 적용하여 실천적 사례를 쌓음으로서 문화예술 교육 분야를 위한 새로운 교수학습방법으로서의 역할을 할 수 있으리라 생각한다.

This paper is an attempt to discuss theoretical and empirical issues embedded in a rapidly dispersing well-being lifestyle in Korea. Increase of people's interests in health and well-being reflects the fact that Korea has been developed socially and economically to the level for common people to pursue the quality of life beyond survival or basic standards of life. The term, well-being life style, was first constructed and has been dispersed through mass media. Media contributes to popularize health issues and to deliver the importance of lifestyle for health promotion to the general public. Well-being lifestyle, initiated by media and joined with commercialism, however, reveal certain negative sides as well. Health or healthy lifestyle in Western societies has been rooted theoretically in the change of health paradigm and the political emphasis on the lifestyle for health promotion in policy implications. Well-being lifestyle in Korea, in lack of theoretical and institutional foundations, is being substantially formed into distorted consumerism. Based on the sociological theories of stratification, it might be necessary to discuss the well-being consumerism in respect of tension among people with different consuming power and the destruction of solid market principles. Considering well-being consumerism as a risk factor to societal well-being, it is also necessary to examine conflicting or misleading information about well-being and to explore the scientific knowledge and principles. All these discussions and examination need to be done with interdisciplinary efforts. Especially, tasks for developing application principles for everyday life are on hands of researchers in living sciences.

과학적 합리성, 인문학과 사회과학의 상상력과 통찰력, 예술적 창조성을 중요시하는 현대사회의 교육은 지식정보의 단순한 전달과 암기나 기능중심의 교육보다는 역사적 문맥의 폭넓은 이해, 학습자의 반성적 판단력, 창의적 기획력, 의사소통능력, 인지와 감성의 통합, 매체해석과 활용능력을 함양하는 문화예술을 중시하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 본 연구는 영상예술분야인 애니메이션의 교육담론 분석을 통해 문화예술교육으로서 가치와 중요성, 향후 방향에 대해 살펴봄을 목적으로 한다. 애니메이션을 활용한 문화예술교육은 영향력이 막강한 예술장르간의 융합, 학제간의 융합을 유도하여 탈장르의 형태로 인간의 삶과 문화를 변화시키며 다양한 교육방법과 실천으로 이어지고 있다. 한편, 국가차원의 문화복지 성격의 예술교육정책이 추진되고, 국민들의 문화예술의 향수권과 사회문화교육이 점차 확대되는 시점에서, 통합적 문화예술로서 애니메이션의 교육적 역할 증대와 학문의 지속적 발전을 위해 애니메이션의 교육학적 역할 재정립, 애니메이션교육의 다양화와 대중화, 애니메이션 전문 교육인력양성, 애니메이션 인프라확대와 종합교육지원시스템 구축이 필요하다.

In this study, after establishing assessment framework and reviewing the conceptual evolution and component of EL(Environmental Literacy) through literature review, through middle school students as population, the level of EL and relationship of its related variables were examined. The investigation was consisted of second and third grades of urban and rural middle schools in Choongbook. The used measurement methods were objective evaluation and Likert-type scale. The questionnaire instrument variables were consisted of 80 items on environmental literacy variables and six items on student gender, area of residence, environmental lesson, degree of environmental concern, environmental information, environmental activity as background variables. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. Although the broad and obscure concept of EL has been evolved until 1992, it has been developed more systematic and precise after 1992. But there is not still an agreed concept. 2. The subordinate components of EL were consisted of cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects. Both ecological knowledge(KEOC) and environmental skill(SKILL) were determined to serve as two powerful predictors of EL. 3. The level of EL of middle school student was showed statistically significant difference to some variables by student gender, residential area, environmental lesson, environmental concern, environmental information, and environmental activity variables. And the most influential variables of EL in middle school student were environmental skill(SKILL), and locus of control (LOC). Based on the findings of this study, the following suggestions are drawn: It should be established a precise concept on EL as the ultimate aim of environmental education both interdisciplinary cooperation and experts of environmental education and also performed further longitudinal study which assessed multidimensional variables which are able to exactly measure the EL of middle school student.

우리나라 영재교육은 2002년 시작된 이후 이제 교육지원체계가 확립되었고, 양적 측면에서 충분한 성장을 이루었다. 반면에 교육의 질적인 측면에서는 미흡한 점이 있다는 보고가 많다. 즉, 대부분의 영재교육이 선행학습에 의한 단순 지식확대 위주로 이루어진다는 것이다. 영재 교육의 질을 높이기 위해서는 간학문적 원리와 현상을 문제해결에 적용할 수 있는 비판적 사고력 및 창의력 배양 교육이 되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 통합교육 개념에 근거하여 AND/OR/XOR 등의 기본 논리 연산이 컴퓨터의 세포 역할을 하게 되는 과정을 탐구하는 융합형 교수 학습 자료를 설계하고 개발하였다. 설문 조사 결과 기존의 다른 학습 주제보다 학생들의 만족도(유익성, 이해도, 흥미도)가 크게 높은 것으로 평가되어 설계 취지에 부합된 것으로 나타났다.

Since a declaration between North and South Korea was adopted, North and South Korea has strengthened the interchange and cooperation between each other in many fields. Especially, the interchange and cooperation in the field of industrial property right, such as patent and trademark, are required to keep up with the age of the knowledge industry. But, until a recent date, there has been little interchange or cooperation in the field of industrial property right, and a few major companies were attempt to apply for the patent in North Korea through the Third country The system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea are very different because of time and political ideology barriers. To unify the system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, firstly, North and South Korea must try to recognize and understand the dissimilarity between them. In this article, I compared the system of industrial property law of South Korea with that of North Korea to search commonalities and dissimilarities. Furthermore, it is needed to establish systematic devices for understanding of between North and South Korea, for instance, conducting a interdisciplinary seminar or dispatching a judge mutually. Finally, it is necessary to phase in a practical plan for unification. In the short run, mutual application and registration have to be authorized, and in the long view, unifying the practice of industrial property law service is needed. At the conclusion, the industrial property laws in North and South Korea can be unified systematically. In other words , to unify system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, it is prerequisite that mutual understanding of industrial property laws and performance of the unify plan. The interchange and cooperation in this field will not only promote technical development but also create common interests of North and South Korea by expanding an opportunity for creating and utilizing industrial property.
