연료전지 시스템의 경우 계통에 Sag 및 Swell 같은 이상이 발생하더라도 계통과 분리되기 전 MBOP등 독립부하에는 안정적인 전원을 공급하는 것이 중요하다. 기존의 직접전류제어방식으로는 계통이상 시 전압을 제어할 수 없으므로 독립부하에 계통이상전압이 그대로 걸리게 된다. 본 논문에서는 계통에 Sag 및 Swell 같은 상황이 발생하더라도 무효전류를 제어하여 자체 부하전압을 보상할 수 있는 간접전류제어 전압보상기법을 이용한 계통 연계형 인버터의 동작을 분석하고 이에 맞는 소자 및 새로운 LCL필터 설계방법을 제안한다.

With significant development of power electronics technology, the proliferation of nonlinear loads such as static power converters has deteriorated power quality in power transmission and distribution systems. Notably, voltage harmonics resulting from current harmonics produced by the nonlinear loads have become a serious problem in many countries. There are already a lot of PV power generation systems installed in building systems whose harmonics are the worst object for distribution systems as a utility interactive system and also it tends to spread out continuously. In this paper, the authors propose a multy-function inverter control strategy which puts a shunt active filter function to the power inverter of the PV power generation system established on a building system. The effectiveness of the proposed system is demonstrated through the simulation of hypothetical power system using PSCAD/EMTDC.

Today, Internet is an everyone's tool for information searching and communication. Furthermore, with the wireless Internet, we can get connected while moving. The Internet, especially wireless Internet could be an excellent data Link for DGPS because of its interactive two-way communication capability and well-constructed network infra. The user with his own mobile communication device doesn't necessarily get equipped with the other specific data link for DGPS This paper will show that how the Internet based DGPS system could be constructed on the computer network in real time, Its performance is demonstrated by the field experiments. Comparing to the DGPS system with the conventional data Links, Like beacon and FM DARC, the Internet based DGPS could provide us a convenient and cost effect DGPS system.

The photovoltaic inverter is a system which transforms the solar energy to the electrical energy. Because the output of photovoltaic inverter depends on solar radiation, it is necessary to save generated power or to interface with utility line. This paper describes a 2KVA photovoltaic inverter utilizing IGBT, designed to have a very high efficiency in stand alone mode and to have the function synchronizing the phase between inverter and utility voltage as a fundamental study for utility interactive mode.

The SSARR model adopting Is(integrated snowband) watershed model is applied to Nakdong River basin for lowflow analysis. The IS watershed model is added to new version of the SSARR which has functions of simulating evapotranspiration, infiltration and lower zone routing. It provieds annual water budget informations as an output file and can be operated by interactive mode. Sensitivity analysis for both cases of high and lowflows was carried out, which becomes the knowledge base for model calibration. Model verification was performed using the relative errors of highflows and absolute errors of lowflows at the control points. Monthly water budget analysis was done by IS watershed model, and is reveals that runoff coefficient is 52.6%.

We made a human-sensitive motion interpretation to the interactive emotional robot, "Rai" of which the mechanism design was carried out and completed. Kinematic system of this emotional robot mainly consists of a body and a head. The body contains the total control units , the communicat ion modules and also two wheels and motors for main driving which make kinds of motions 1 ike the inverted pendulum. This robot system is designed under the concept on the human-friendly mot ion and react ion wi th humans around living room and office environments. Therefore, various scenarios are constructed in order to enable the emotional expressions at those places. Especially, we interpreted technically-possible motions while accommodating to the scenarios constructed. And we performed some experiments to make sere of the possibility of the motion interpretation.

As international market pressures increase, product life cycles are becoming shorter at same time requirements for productivity and flexibility are becoming higher. Major improvement in robot programming user interface is central to increasing productivity and flexibility for automatic manufacturing environments. New computer technologies have the potential to accomplish this improvement. In this study we have developed a system which proves that interactive computer graphics and geometric modeling have matured to the point where their artful application into an integrated system can rsult in radically new and powerful user interface for robot programming. With the graphic user interface environment the system efficiently utilizes the existing CAD data and gemetric modeling techniques for off-line programming and simulations. Also the system successfully generates robot control programs performing the desired tasks given through off-line programming.

증강현실 기술은 자동차 네비게이션, 착용형 컴퓨터, 교육, 군사 등 많은 산업분야의 기술진화에 기인할 것으로 예측된다. 본 논문에서 는 이러한 증강현실 기술을 방송 서비스에 적용함으로서 방송의 일방향성 특성의 한계를 극복하여 관련 부가정보를 상호작용 형태 로 제공하는 인포테인먼트 서비스를 제공하며 시청자가 관심이 있는 시청점을 선택하여 시청할 수 있는 MPEG-4 LASeR 표준 기술 기반의 대화형 증감방송 서비스 시스템 개발에 관하여 설명하고자 한다. 또한 방송 서비스에 있어서 민감도가 높고 빠른 인식력을 가진 시각을 중심으로, 시청하는 시점을 선택제어가 가능한 시각추적 기반 실감 인터페이스를 추가적으로 개발함으로서 대화형 증감방 송 서비스 사용에 대한 소비자 편리성을 확보하였다. 그 결과 본 논 문에서 개발한 시스템은, 기존의 일방적인 화면시청에서 다양한 화 각시청이 가능하여 현장에 있는 것과 같은 증감방송 서비스가 가능해지고 단순 정보제공 중심에서 상호작용 형태의 역동적인 부가 정보 제공이 가능하여 대화형 증감방송 서비스의 초기 시스템 모 델이 될 것으로 예측된다.

In this study, we compare performance of priority schemes of FDDI and Expressnet for integrated voice and data traffic through simulation. The voice capacity of FDDI is higher than that of Expressnet for all cases considered. When compared to Expressnet, FDDI achieves a higher data throughput for file transfer traffic but it incurs a longer delay for interactive traffic.

Vibrational analysis of slab tracks for HSR(High Speed Rail) is performed in order to find dynamic characteristics and to control noise and vibration for the tracks. Wheel-rail interactive force is included in the analysis by modelling the vehicle and track as an unsprung mass and elastically-supported-double-beam respectively, and both are assumed to be connected by the Hertzian spring. From this study, it has been found that vibration in the track and the force transmitted to the infrastructure could be reduced by controlling elasticity, mass and stiffness of the track supporting system appropriately.
