사이버 공간에서 학업을 병행하는 직장인 학생에게 강의만족은 매우 역동적이고 다차원적인 과정으로 개개인의 학업 니즈와 능력을 반영된 결과이기도 하다. 본 연구는 사이버 경영대학원에 재학 중인 직장인 학생을 대상으로 교수 학생 간 상호작용, 학생 상호간 상호작용, 몰입, 콘텐츠의 질과 구조화, 실시간 Q&A와 사이버 강의를 보완하는 수단으로서의 오프라인 보충강의 등이 만족도에 미칠 직 간접적 영향 정도를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 인과관계 검증에 집중하기 보다는 수강생 입장에서 흥미롭다고 인지된 과목과 어렵다고 판단된 과목을 중심으로 인과관계의 강약 정도를 그룹 별로 비교하였다. 분석결과, 어렵다고 인지된 과목을 중심으로 답한 그룹의 경우 교수 학생 간 상호작용에서 만족도, 콘텐츠품질에서 몰입, Q&A에서 교수 학생 간 상호작용 그리고 Q&A에서 학생 간 상호작용으로 이어지는 경로계수값이 흥미롭다고 인지된 과목을 택한 그룹의 경우보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반대로 학생 간 상호작용에서 만족도와 콘텐츠 구조에서 몰입으로 이어지는 경로계수값은 흥미롭다고 인지된 과목을 택한 그룹이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 이러닝 설계상의 시사점도 간략히 제시하였다.

Purpose: Music therapy is a non-pharmacological treatment of the behavioral and psychological symptoms. This study was conducted to contribute to the rehabilitation of patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease in the areas of functionality, emotionality and sociability. Methods: The study included 35 participants, aged between 52 and 77 years, who were diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (IPD) and reported suffering from depression, chronic illness anticipated stigma, and worrying about quality of life. The patients were recruited from the department of outpatient neurology at School of Medicine, D University in B Metropolitan City. Group music therapy was performed for nine weeks. The results were analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA. Results: In terms of stigma, there were significant differences between two groups and time (p<.05). Analysis of the interaction between time and service method revealed significant differences (p<.05). Between time, and the interaction between time and service method revealed significant differences in terms of quality of life (p<.05). Conclusion: The results suggest that group music therapy will be effective on the psychosocial well-being of patients with Parkinson's disease living in assisted and independent living communities.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on e-commerce utilization performance in B2B market. Measurement factors derived from the survey were examined, and whether they had a positive effect on the performance of e-commerce utilizing was examined. The survey period was conducted on the Likert-5 score scale for about four months from November 2021 to February 2022, and 2,200 copies were distributed online and offline, and a total of 268 copies were used for empirical analysis. The moderating effect of the research methodology was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and PROCESS MACRO. Three factors of service quality were secured and the influence relationship on e-commerce utilization performance was derived. Study results were as follows. First, interaction, logistics and economics have a positive effect on the level of e-commerce utilization. It means SMEs can increase the level of use of e-commerce as they produce and deliver goods with high economic contribution from the perspective of foreign companies, accuracy of goods transportation services, and purchasing companies. Second, It was confirmed that the effect of service quality on the utilization performance of e-commerce varies depending on the degree of corporate image. Therefore, it will be important to plan a management strategy first to improve service quality in order to increase e-commerce activities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate interaction effects of genes using a Harvester method. A sample of Korean cattle, Hanwoo (n = 476) was chosen from the National Livestock Research Institute of Korea that were sired by 50 Korean proven bulls. The steers were born between the spring of 1998 and the autumn of 2002 and reared under a progeny-testing program at the Daekwanryeong and Namwon branches of NLRI. The steers were slaughtered at approximately 24 months of age and carcass quality traits were measured. A SNP Harvester method was applied with a support vector machine (SVM) to detect significant SNPs in the CCDC158 gene and interaction effects between the SNPs that were associated with average daily gains, cold carcass weight, longissimus dorsi muscle area, and marbling scores. The statistical significance of the major SNP combinations was evaluated with $x^2$-statistics. The genotype combinations of three SNPs, g.34425+102 A>T(AA), g.4102636T>G(GT), and g.11614-19G>T(GG) had a greater effect than the rest of SNP combinations, e.g. 0.82 vs. 0.75 kg, 343 vs. 314 kg, 80.4 vs $74.7cm^2$, and 7.35 vs. 5.01, for the four respective traits (p<0.001). Also, the estimates were greater compared with single SNPs analyzed (the greatest estimates were 0.76 kg, 320 kg, $75.5cm^2$, and 5.31, respectively). This result suggests that the SNP Harvester method is a good option when multiple SNPs and interaction effects are tested. The significant SNPs could be applied to improve meat quality of Hanwoo via marker-assisted selection.

This paper investigates the quality determinants in the consulting service for small and medium sized company. The results of the analysis show that the quality dimension is composed of two factors, consulting skills and interaction, and consulting skills are composed of understanding, expertise, and reliability. Also, this paper examines how the quality factors affect customer satisfaction and loyalty using a structural equation model. The result shows that all consulting skills affect customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. The consulting results have an effect on customer satisfaction but have no direct influence on customer loyalty.

The effects of information quality and the importance of information have been reported in the Information Systems (IS) literature. However, little has been learned about the impact of information visualization types and contextual information on decision quality. Therefore, this study investigated the interaction effects of these variables on decision quality by conducting a laboratory experiment. Based on two types of information visualization and the availableness of contextual information, this study had a $2{\times}2$ factorial design. The dependent variables used to measure the outcomes of decision quality were decision accuracy and time. The results demonstrated that the effects of contextual information on decision quality were significant. In addition, there was a significant main effect of information visualization on decision accuracy. The findings suggest that decision makers can expect to improve their decision quality by enhancing information visualization types and contextual information. This research may extend a body of research examining the effects of factors that can be tied to human decision-making performance.

As product quality is maily determined in the product design and process design step, systematic design should be performed through parameter design and tolerance design. Therefore, we introduced analysis of variance and regression analysis as a statistical method which determine optimal levels of affective design factors to product characteristics, then we compared that process and result. In analysis of variance, variation of quality characteristics arises from noise factors, so the optimal levels of design factors are selected to minimize the effect of noise factors. In regression analysis, variation of quality characteristics aries from variation of each own design factors. As a method to reduce variation of these quality characteristics, sensitivity analysis was performed about each design factors. Through this sensitivity analysis, we represented process to calculate the interaction term of the factors.

In terms of company management for market segmentation and creating new market opportunity, Blog service has much important meanings. This study was designed to investigate the casual relationship among service quality, service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in the given blog service site "Cyworld". Through the empirical results, specific factors of blog service quality were discovered to be amusement, interaction, customization, reliability and convenience. Also rte confirmed that service value intervening between blog service quality and customer satisfaction plays an important role. This paper presents much implications both theoretical and practical side.

Purpose: The unique nature of life-and-death healthcare services sets them apart from other service industries. While many studies exist on the relationship between healthcare services and customer satisfaction, most of them focus on mildly ill patients, ignoring the differences between critically ill and non-seriously ill patients. This study discusses the actual quality of healthcare services for patients who are facing life-threatening illnesses and are on life support, as well as their right to protection and dignity. Methods: The survey conducted to 149 patients with the four major illnesses: cancer, heart disease, brain disease and rare and incurable disease, those who have experiences with senior general hospitals. Results: The basic statistics of this study are adequate to represent the four major critical illnesses, and the reliability and validity of this study's hypotheses, which were measured by multiple items, were analyzed, and the internal consistency was judged to be high. In addition, it was found that the convergent validity was good and the discriminant validity was also secured. When examining the goodness of fit of the hypotheses, the SRMR, which is the standardized root mean square of residuals that measures the difference between the covariance matrix of the data variables and the theoretical covariance matrix structure of the model, met the optimal criteria. Conclusion: The academic implications of this study are differentiated from other studies by moving away from evaluating the quality of healthcare services for mildly ill patients and focusing on the rights and dignity of patients with life-threatening illnesses in four senior general hospitals. In terms of academic implications, this study enriches the depth of related studies by demonstrating the right to protection and dignity as a factor of patient-centeredness based on physical environment quality, interaction quality, and outcome quality, which are presented as sub-factors of healthcare quality. We found that the three quality factors classified by Brady and Cronin (2001) are optimized for healthcare quality assessment and management, and that the results of patients' interaction quality assessment can be used to provide a comprehensive quality rating for hospitals. Health and human rights are inextricably linked, so assessing the degree to which rights and dignity are protected can be a superior and more comprehensive measurement tool than traditional health level measures for healthcare organizations. Practical implications: Improving the quality of the physical environment and the quality of outcomes is an important challenge for hospital managers who attract patients with life and death conditions, but given the scale and economics of time, money, and human inputs, improving the quality of interactions and defining them as performance indicators in hospital quality management is an efficient way to create maximum value in the short term.

본 논문은 에너지 바운딩 알고리즘 (EBA: Energy Bounding Algorithm) 기반의 힘 반향 원격 제어 시스템의 투명성을 분석하고 이를 기반한 네트워크 적응형 전송기법을 제안한다. EBA 는 양방향 원격 조작의 안정성을 확보하는 알고리즘으로 시간지연의 크기와 변동 및 손실에 상관없이 양방향 원격 조작의 안정성을 보장한다. 하지만 네트워크 지연 및 손실에 의한 투명성 저하는 EBA 로 극복하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 효과적인 전송기법을 이용하여 투명성을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 제안하는 투명성 분석은 네트워크 지연 및 손실에 따른 힘 피드백의 왜곡 현상을 수식화한다. 이를 기반으로 촉감 데이터 동기화 기법 및 전송률 제어 기법의 투명성을 향상시킨다. 조작자가 요구하는 투명성 요구 조건과 현재 네트워크 상황에 맞추어 투명한 촉감 상호작용을 위한 동기화 지연 시간과 전송되어야 하는 촉감데이터량을 결정한다. Matlab 시뮬레이션을 통해서 제안한 투명성 분석의 타당성을 검증하고 촉감데이터 동기화 기법 및 전송률 제어 기법의 투명성을 확인한다.
