알려진바 한 해 우리나라에서 200여 건 이상의 차량 급발진으로 추청 되는 사고(Sudden Unintended Acceleration, SUA)가 발생하지만 지금까지 명확하게 급발진으로 추정되는 사고의 원인을 밝혀내지 못해 사고를 당한 운전자는 막대한 정신적, 물질적 피해를 보고 있다. 이에 차량의 급발진으로 추정되는 사고 시 차량의 상태 및 원인 파악을 위하여 차량 내 설치되는 OBD-II(On Board Diagnostics-II)와 운전자의 발쪽을 촬영하는 Foot Camera를 이용하여 통합 블랙박스 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 지금까지의 블랙박스 시스템은 단순히 사고 시 영상을 촬영 저장하여 운전자에게 보여 주는 장치라면 현재 구현하려는 통합시스템은 블랙박스 자체에서 이동 통신을 통한 차량데이터 실시간 서버 전송 및 스마트 폰과 스마트 패드의 앱(App)으로 OBD-II와 메인서버와의 통신을 통해 사용자 차량의 현재 상태, 차량의 이상 유무, 소모품 교환 시기, 차량사고 시 영상 및 급발진 추정 시 차량상태, 위치, 이동거리, 운전자의 발쪽 영상 저장 및 재생 등 사용자가 필요로 하는 다양한 기능과 정보들을 블랙박스 하나로 통합하여 구현 할 것이다. 이 시스템이 개발되면 차량 관리에 서툰 여성 운전자들, 좀 더 체계적이고 손쉽게 내 차 정보를 원하는 운전자들과 전 세계 자동차 소비자들의 관심사인 급발진에 대한 사고 분석이 정확해 질 것으로 여겨진다.

omputer and the Internet (online) services have rapidly been developed and evolved over the last 10 years. They also reduce time and costs in many parts of human life. Yet, a range of adoption and expression has been segmented as a piece of information is diversified. Particularly, while this segmentized information can be integrated according to fields, it is hard for users to aware it at a glance. Therefore, this study aims to improve and analyze programs that have been developed in a variety of ways from the existing unified design of GUI as the UIs of the Internet and programs have become accentuated recently so that it could suggest the importance of user-oriented UI designs.

The wide application of various integrated location-based services (LBS social) and tourism application (app) has generated a large amount of trajectory space data. The trajectory data are used to identify popular tourist attractions with high density of tourists, and they are of great significance to smart service and emergency management of scenic spots. A hot spot analysis method is proposed, based on spatial clustering of trajectory stop points. The DBSCAN algorithm is studied with fast clustering speed, noise processing and clustering of arbitrary shapes in space. The shortage of parameters is manually selected, and an improved method is proposed to adaptively determine parameters based on statistical distribution characteristics of data. DBSCAN clustering analysis and contrast experiments are carried out for three different datasets of artificial synthetic two-dimensional dataset, four-dimensional Iris real dataset and scenic track retention point. The experiment results show that the method can automatically generate reasonable clustering division, and it is superior to traditional algorithms such as DBSCAN and k-means. Finally, based on the spatial clustering results of the trajectory stay points, the Getis-Ord Gi* hotspot analysis and mapping are conducted in ArcGIS software. The hot spots of different tourist attractions are classified according to the analysis results, and the distribution of popular scenic spots is determined with the actual heat of the scenic spots.

고객관리가 대두되면서 고객유지 및 관리를 위한 마케팅 기법 중에서 중요한 것이 마일리지 적립마케팅이며, 대표적인 방식으로 자바 카드(Java card)와 같은 스마트 카드 방식 및 스티커 또는 쿠폰, 도장을 이용한 방식을 들 수 있다. 그러나 현재 많은 업계에서 도입한 마일리지 관리가 오히려 다수의 마일리지 카드 소지로 인해 고객에게 불편함을 주고 있다. 몇몇 기업에서는 같은 계열사의 마일리지를 통합 관리하는 방식을 선보였으나, 불편함을 줄이기엔 역부족이었다. 본 논문에서는 현재 국내 및 전 세계에서 스마트폰 이용이 확산되고 있는 시점에서 스마트 폰의 한 종류인 애플사의 아이폰 어플리케이션, 즉 앱(App)을 활용하여 개인의 마일리지를 보다 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 마일리지 통합 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

Recently, there has been much interest in the converged platform that enables the harmonized collection, integration, exchange, presentation and analysis of various kinds of marine information by using the ICT means. Regarding such the converged platform, S-100 standards including the international hydrographic data model are being announced and various studies have been published based on the S-100 standards. However, the existing studies have presented simple solutions for only given problems on the converged service of the maritime information. They could not propose the design concept of the converged platform which makes it possible to provide the standardized and integrated services among the geospatial data, the real-time maritime data, and the next ENC. Therefore, we propose design and implementation details of the converged service platform for the geospatial and the maritime data based on the S-100, WMS, WMTS, WPS, SOS standards. The proposed platform has advantages of supporting both the S-57 and the S-101, supporting the converged services of heterogeneous geospatial data and ENC data, supporting the real-time services of sensor data such as weather, AIS, and CCTV, and supporting the development of various kinds of maritime systems such as ECDIS, ECS, VTS based on the WebApp service. Finally, we proved the effectiveness of our proposed platform through the actual implementation of the converged service of geospatial data, S-101 data, and KWeather data.

As information and communications technology-based "smart hospitals" and "digital healthcare" have become a hot topic in the healthcare field, hospital mobile apps are gaining attention; but, the utilization rate is low due to lack of publicity, unstable systems, and late updates. In this situation, systematic research is needed to increase the utilization rate of hospital mobile apps, but related research has been rare. Therefore, this study integrates the information systems success model (ISSM) from the technical perspective and the expectation-confirmation model (ECM) from the cognitive perspective to demonstrate the influence mechanism on the continuous use intention of hospital mobile apps. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted among 181 Korean adults who have used hospital mobile apps. The results of the structual equation modeling showed that most of the quality factors have significant effects on expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, and satisfaction. Additionally, expectation confirmation significantly affects perceived usefulness and satisfaction, and both perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly affect the continuous use intention of hospital mobile apps. This study is of importance in that it integrates the ISSM and ECM and applies them to the context of using hospital mobile apps, which are underutilized in the healthcare field, and provides practical implications for increasing the utilization rate of hospital mobile apps and operating effective and efficient services through the findings.

Since the advent of global warming and energy depletion, there has been great interest in eco-driving (energy-efficient driving). In this paper, a system is proposed to monitor the idle running of an engine and steady driving for a vehicle equipped with an ISG (Idling Stop & Go system). The system consists of a G/W device to acquire the vehicle operation data, a smartphone app for monitoring eco-driving and a server system. The main contribution of this paper is that it defines the integrated functions, the architecture and operation mechanisms of a system for monitoring eco-driving including the prohibition of running idle. The system enables the users to check the idling stop times, driving speeds, fuel savings, and $CO_2$ emissions, resulting in the driving style for eco-driving. The server system, which is a part of this system, provides OpenAPI-style web services for the storage and retrieval of car operation data, which facilitates the development of applications.

Given the potential of mobile applications to create new learning opportunities beyond the prevalent use of digital textbooks and Internet lectures, this study aims to derive types and themes of mobile application content that can be effectively integrated with the school curricula. Twenty primary school teachers participated in this study that examines teachers' perceptions about the advantages and disadvantages of printed and digital textbooks' modality, the advantages and disadvantages of mobile learning, and the themes relevant to develop mobile applications. Findings indicate that it is necessary to develop activity-centered applications for vertical use rather than theme-centered applications for horizontal use. In addition, while most ideas derived from teachers center on multimedia access, there was lack of ideas that leverage the affordances of mobile devices for collaborative interaction and location-awareness. Lastly, to promote the diffusion of mobile learning in school environments, this study suggests the need to overcome teachers' epistemology that perceives mobilization against inquiry activities.

Objective: Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a T cell-derived B cell stimulating factor which plays an important role in inflammatory diseases. In this study, the pharmacokinetic properties of LMT-28 including physicochemical property, in vitro liver microsomal stability and an in vivo pharmacokinetic study using BALB/c mice were characterized. Methods: LMT-28 has been synthesized and is being developed as a novel therapeutic IL-6 inhibitor. The physicochemical properties and in vitro pharmacokinetic profiles such as liver microsomal stability and Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) cell permeability assay were examined. For in vivo pharmacokinetic studies, pharmacokinetic parameters using BALB/c mice were calculated. Results: The logarithm of the partition coefficient value (LogP; 3.65) and the apparent permeability coefficient values (P_app; 9.7×10^-6 cm/s) showed that LMT-28 possesses a moderate-high cell permeability property across MDCK cell monolayers. The plasma protein binding rate of LMT-28 was 92.4% and mostly bound to serum albumin. The metabolic half-life (t_1/2) values of LMT-28 were 15.3 min for rat and 21.9 min for human at the concentration 1 μM. The area under the plasma drug concentration-time curve and C_max after oral administration (5 mg/kg) of LMT-28 were 302±209 h·ng/mL and 137±100 ng/mL, respectively. Conclusion: These data suggest that LMT-28 may have good physicochemical and pharmacokinetic properties and may be a novel oral drug candidate as the first synthetic IL-6 inhibitor to ameliorate mammalian inflammation.

This study tends to apprehend how much public library contributes to a role of upbuilder of digital integrated local society through a survey. For this, I performed the survey on 935 organization of public library in the whole country registered in national library statistical system. As a result, firstly, it's apprehended that equipment infra, Internet infra, etc like computer, laptop, scanner, tablet PC, etc are in relatively high level. Secondly, service or resource like electronic book, digital and virtual reference service, library service mobile App, etc that users can use are in relatively high level but software supporting cooperation and group task, fusibility of participating space, etc are shown very low level. Thirdly, the rate of literacy training relating to technology were only 22.4%, education subject focused on resource searching subject and somewhat future-oriented technical education like directions of video conference technique, cloud computing application education, etc wasn't conducted. Finally, we should consider expansion of providing technology and equipment and provision of future-oriented service and education according to a flow of the time that needs to seek change in various roles of library as enjoying culture space or creative space.
