서비스 산업의 급격한 발전과 더불어 최상의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기업 간의 서비스 경쟁 심화와 고객의 욕구변화에 의해 여러 직종에서 근로자들에게 감정노동을 요구하고 있다. 감정노동은 실제 자신이 느끼는 감정과는 상관없이 직무를 행해야 하는 감정적 노동으로 은행원, 승무원, 상담원 등이 대표적인 종사자로 알려져 있다. 감정노동은 이러한 서비스업에 국한되지 않고 교사 등 사람과 대면하는 모든 부류에 포함된다고 하여도 과언이 아니다. 감정노동은 지극히 주관적이고 개인적인 경험인 '감정'에 의해 행해지는 직무 활동으로 개개인의 특성에 따라 감정노동의 정도도 다를 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고객센터 상담사들을 대상으로 인구통계적 특성에 따른 집단간에 감정노동의 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다.

Hawkes process is a self-exciting simple point process with clustering effect whose jump rate depends on its entire past history and has been widely applied in insurance, finance, queueing theory, statistics, and many other fields. Seol [27] proposed the inverse Markovian Hawkes processes and studied some asymptotic behaviors. In this paper, we consider an extended inverse Markovian Hawkes process which combines a Markovian Hawkes process and inverse Markovian Hawkes process with features of several existing models of self-exciting processes. We study the limit theorems for an extended inverse Markovian Hawkes process. In particular, we obtain a law of large number and central limit theorems.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the key aspects of the mechanisms of state management of the exchange of information about cyberattacks, cyber incidents, and information security incidents. The methodology includes a set of theoretical methods. Modern government, on the one hand, must take into account the emergence of such a new weapon as cyber, which can break various information systems, can be used in hybrid wars, influence political events, pose a threat to the national security of any state. As a result of the study, key elements of the mechanisms of state management of the exchange of information about cyberattacks, cyber incidents, and information security incidents were identified.

For successful outcome of real estate development projects, it is important to understand the potential tenants as they drive the demand for properties. The aim of this study is to investigate tenant characteristics of the Australian green office building sector. The specific objectives are to; (1) compare and contrast the increment trend of green buildings within the green office building sector; (2) identify the tenancy profile of green buildings; (3) ascertain the possible industry concentrations within the current green building sector; and (4) explore the relationship between green building occupants' characteristics and their tenancy. Descriptive statistics shows that Finance, Insurance and Real Estate (FIRE) industries along with government owned companies are the major tenants of green office buildings in the NSW State of Australia. In particular, real estate companies occupy more than half of the NSW based green office buildings whilst one third of them are the tenants of the 6-star rated buildings - the highest rated building in the current form of Australian Green Star accreditation scheme.

This paper estimates the health life expectancies for Korean people based on a sample cohort database collected through objective measurements by the National Health Insurance Service. Health life expectancy is estimated using the single-state approach of Sullivan (1971). The 9-order correction factor method of Greville (1945) and Brass-logit model of Brass (1971) are also adopted for unobserved or incompletely observed age-specific morbidity and mortality. Based on the mortality and morbidity estimated from sample cohort DB, men and women in Korea are expected to live a 'healthy life' for 61 and 60 years in 2013, respectively, whereas life expectancies of men and women are 80 and 87, respectively. We also estimate certain disease-free life expectancies for each of genders, income levels, and types of insurance from 2003 to 2013 in Korea. We found that there exists an inequality of healthy life expectancy in Korea for different genders, income levels, and types of insurance.

Purpose: This study uses 'Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model' to predict the impact of a sharp drop in the base rate due to COVID-19 at the present time when government policies for stabilizing house prices are in progress. The purpose of this study is to predict implications for the direction of the government's house policy by predicting changes in house transaction prices and house rental prices after a sharp cut in the base rate. Research design, data, and methodology: The ARIMA intervention model can build a model without additional information with just one time series. Therefore, it is a time-series analysis method frequently used for short-term prediction. After the subprime mortgage, which had shocked since the global financial crisis in April 2007, the bank's interest rate in 2020 is set at a time point close to zero at 0.75%. After that, the model was estimated using the interest rate fluctuations for the Bank of Korea base interest rate, the house transaction price index, and the house rental price index as event variables. Results: In predicting the change in house transaction price due to interest rate intervention, the house transaction price index due to the fall in interest rates was predicted to change after 3 months. As a result, it was 102.47 in April 2020, 102.87 in May 2020, and 103.21 in June 2020. It was expected to rise in the short term. In forecasting the change in house rental price due to interest rate intervention, the house rental price index due to the drop in interest rate was predicted to change after 3 months. As a result, it was 97.76 in April 2020, 97.85 in May 2020, and 97.97 in June 2020. It was expected to rise in the short term. Conclusions: If low interest rates continue to stimulate the contracted economy caused by COVID-19, it seems that there is ample room for house transaction and rental prices to rise amid low growth. Therefore, In order to stabilize the house price due to the low interest rate situation, it is considered that additional measures are needed to suppress speculative demand.

The purpose of this study is to objectively quantify the degree of social exclusion of the disabled and verify the impact of the derived degree of social exclusion on the quality of life of the disabled. And the purpose is to verify whether job satisfaction moderates the impact of social exclusion and quality of life of disabled people. The subjects of the study were 1,280 people extracted through a panel survey on employment of the disabled. The independent variables of social exclusion are economic difficulties, employment status, mental health, and social activities. The dependent variable was quality of life, and the control variable was job satisfaction. The research results are as follows. First, the sub-factors of social exclusion that affect quality of life were economic difficulties, mental health, participation in social activities, and employment status. Second, job satisfaction showed a moderating effect in the relationship between social exclusion and quality of life. And the sub-factors of social exclusion that have a moderating effect on quality of life were identified as economic difficulties, employment status, and social activities. In follow-up research, it will be necessary to investigate employment programs for the disabled in developed countries and analyze the implementation background, implementation details, achievements, and limitations, thereby contributing to the establishment of employment policies for the disabled. It is hoped that through this research, the vicious cycle of social exclusion and discrimination of the disabled will be improved and an opportunity will be provided to improve the quality of life through the economic activities of the disabled.

This study provides a systematic review of smart trade contracts, examining the research trends and theoretical background of utilizing smart contracts and blockchain technology for the digitalization and automation of trade contracts. Smart trade contracts are a concept that applies the automated contract system based on blockchain to trade-related transactions. The study analyzes the technical and legal challenges and proposes solutions. The technical aspect covers the development of smart contract platforms, scalability and performance improvements of blockchain networks, and security and privacy concerns. The legal aspect addresses the legal enforceability of smart contracts, automatic execution of contract conditions, and the responsibilities and obligations of contract parties. Smart trade contracts have been found to have applications in various industries such as international trade, supply chain management, finance, insurance, and energy, contributing to the ease of trade finance, efficiency of supply chains, and business model innovation. However, challenges remain in terms of legal regulations, interaction with existing legal frameworks, and technological aspects. Further research is needed, including empirical studies, business model innovation, resolution of legal issues, security and privacy considerations, standardization and collaboration, and user experience studies to address these challenges and explore additional aspects of smart trade contracts.

This study aims to know whether the Accreditation of Hospitals can help to improve productivity of hospital and affect the conversion factor. Based on the Malmquist productivity Index, the productivity of accredited hospital improves. There exists an tendency that as the scores of Accreditation rises, productivity increases. Also the higher the productivity, the lower the conversion factors in the rigid statistical evidence. This evidence is independent of hospital classification, geographical distribution, grouping. This evidence supports the productivity index can be included in the fee negotiations. It also means that rather than static efficiency, the multi-year change of productivity information can be usefully combined to set a conversion factor in Korean National Insurance Contract especially in the discussion of the structural change of payment system.
