본 연구는 국내 단체급식의 위생 및 식품안전에 질적 향상을 위해 단체급식 조리 종사원의 위생 지식 정도를 알아보고 이러한 조리 종사원의 위생 지식이 위생 관리 수행도에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 아울러 위생 지식과 위생 관리 수행도의 관계에서 위생 교육의 필요성, 이해도, 만족도, 적용도의 조절 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구는 대구 경북 지역의 36개소 단체급식소(중 고등학교, 대학교, 기업체, 병원) 등의 각 업체마다 100부의 설문지를 각각 배포하였고, 361부가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 그 결과, 조리 종사원의 위생 지식은 개인 위생 지식이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 위생 지식과 위생 관리 수행도 간은 유의한 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 개인 위생 지식이 위생 관리 수행도에 미치는 영향 관계에서 위생 교육의 필요성은 긍정적인 조절 효과를 보였다. 하지만, 위생 교육의 이해도, 만족도, 적용도는 유의한 조절 효과를 보이지 않았다. 그렇지만, 개인 위생 지식을 제외한 식품 보관 지식, 식품 취급 지식, 기기 및 기구 취급 지식이 위생 관리 수행도에 미치는 영향 관계에서는 4개 조절변수가 유의한 조절 효과를 보였다.

Recently, national leisure activities have increased in proportional to having time and money to spare for living on. Especially, camping activities are positioned as a new leisure type for middle class families, so that it is expected that camping facilities are also rapidly increased. However, there is no institutional measures for safe camping activity. It is urgently requested that camping activities including designing and operating campsite are regulated within the legal system. In this study, the status of camping activities and its legal system are investigated. The strategic policy directions for safe camping activity are suggested in the view of legal system, operational guidelines, and institutional supports; (1) the legal basis for camping activities should be prepared. (2) the supervision of campsite management should be improved based on informational services. (3) the self-operation guidelines for campsite owners should be developed and provided. (4) the criteria of safety assessment for design and operating campsite should be prepared. (5) the safety information of campsite should be published and shared among camping communities.

This paper is to propose the Direction for the institutional improvement of Financial Supply Chain Management(FSCM) Solution which are currently coming into operation under Global e-Trading Platform. The Financial Supply Chain compromise the entire trade processes and information that manage a trader's cash, Accounts payable and receivable, Risk, working capital, and so on in international trade transaction. From a buyer's perspective, this involves the full procurement-to-payment process. For the seller, it is the order-to-cash cycle. Bolero provides the party concerned a e-trade platform which conformed to these fundamental pre-requisites to underpin fully electronic trade. But this FSCM solution have failed to provide the efficient platform to effectively manage the process of Global e-Trade because it does not correspond with e-Trade environment. Therefore, present FSCM system need the institutional improvement as follows: AA) Strengthening the role of the correspondent Bank under e-Trade System, BB) Extending the function of e-Trade intermediary institution, CC) The introduction of Trade Insurance System, etc. So, by streamlining and automating these processes on an open and flexible platform, The party concerned can optimize their trade transaction and maintain better relations with their business partners

This study examines the monitoring effects of institutions, outside directors, and outside blockholders by seeing managers' selection of antitakeover measures. In this paper, we hypothesize that managers use antitakeover techniques to entrench themselves when they are not monitored closely. Consequently, we hypothesize that institutional ownership, outside membership on board of directors, outside directors ownership, and outside blockholder ownership are less in firms which adopt harmful antitakeover measures. This paper analyzes whether the degree of monitoring by institutions, outside directors, and outside blockholders influences managers' adoption of different types of takeover defenses. We find interesting empirical results. First, aggregate institutional ownership is positively correlated with the likelihood of antitakeover techniques adoption. This result implies that institutional investors are passive. Second, total and active blockholder owner-ship is higher at firms that do not propose any defensive tactics. passive blockholder owner-ship is highest at fair price firms but low at poison pills firms. Ownership concentration by outside investors increases monitoring and reduces agency problems. Thirid, outside board monitoring is ineffective.

이 논문은 시장에 두 종류의 투자자가 존재하고 이들의 정보 분석 능력과 정보 획득 시점이 서로 다르다면 시장에서 가격이 어떻게 형성되고 변화하는 가를 연구하려고 한다. 시장에는 대규모 자금을 관리하면서 전문적으로 정보를 분석하고 투자하는 기관투자자와 소규모 자금을 투자하는 개인투자자가 있다. 기관투자자들이 개인투자자에 비하여 정보 분석 능력이 뛰어나고 정보 획득시점도 빠르다고 가정한다. 위 가정으로부터 이 논문은 시장에서 주식 가격이 단기에서는 가격지속현상을 보이고 장기에서는 가격역전현상을 보이는 것을 설명할 수 있다. 단기에서 가격지속 현상이 나타나는 것은 개인투자자에 비하여 정보를 먼저 획득한 기관투자자들이 주식을 거래하여 이미 가격이 변화하였는데 뒤늦게 정보를 획득한 개인투자자들이 계속하여 거래함으로써 가격이 단기적으로 같은 방향으로 움직이게 된다. 장기적인 가격역전 현상은 기업의 가치에 대하여 정확한 정보를 가지고 있지 못한 개인투자자들이 새로운 정보에 대하여 지나치게 민감하게 반응하여 주식가격이 기업의 내재가치 이상으로 변화하게 되고 시간이 지남에 따라 주식 가격이 기업의 내재가치로 회귀하기 때문에 나타난다. 단기적인 가격지속과 장기적인 가격역전 현상이 나타나는 주된 원인이 새로운 정보에 대한 개인투자자의 지연반응과 정보부족에 있기 때문에 이 논문은 개인투자자의 비율은 높은 주식일수록 이러한 현상이 더 크게 나타남을 보였다. 기관투자자들이 주식을 매입하면 다음 시점의 가격은 상승하고 이들이 주식을 매도하면 다음 시점의 가격은 하락한다. 반대로 개인투자자들이 주식을 매입하면 다음 시점의 가격은 하락하고 이들이 주식을 매도하면 다음 시점의 가격은 상승하게 된다.

기업의 "회사소개" 페이지는 기업이 중요시하게 여기는 가치가 무엇인지를 소개하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이에 관한 글이 회사의 현재 및 미래의 재무성과의 연관성을 조사한다. 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 2016년의 S&P500 기업의 기관 정보를 분석하여 회사소개 페이지에서 의도적으로 반복되는 단어를 파악하고, 이를 통해 요인분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 홈페이지의 키워드는 6가지 요인으로 분류될 수 있음을 알 수 있었고, 그후 최소 자승 회귀분석을 수행하여 키워드의 요인과 기업의 현재 재무 성과 사이의 연관성을 결정하였다. 분석 결과 요인 2("구매 경험"과 관련된 키워드)가 현재 재무 성과의 대체 변수인 ROE와 긍정적인 상관관계가 있음을 보여주며, 요인 1("고객에게 알림"과 관련된 키워드)은 ROE와 부정적인 관계를 가짐을 알 수 있었다. 다만, 요인 1은 기업의 미래 재무 성과를 측정하는 대안 변수인 Tobin's Q와 긍정적인 관계가 있었다. 이 결과는 기업의 웹사이트에 소개된 글과 기업의 재무 성과 사이에 관계가 있음을 나타낸다. 따라서 웹 사이트에 대한 기관의 소개글은 현재 회사 성과 및 미래 회사 가치에 대하여 유용한 지표가 될 수 있다.

최근 기록학계에 기록화 전략(documentation strategy)에 관한 연구가 꾸준히 발표되고 있으나, 우리나라에서 헬렌 사무엘스가 제시한 기관기능분석(institutional functional analysis) 방법론을 적용한 실제 사례나 연구는 진행된 바가 거의 없다. 기관기능분석은 거시적인 차원에서 기관의 본질적인 기능을 정의함으로써 기록에 대한 포괄적인 이해를 제공하는 방법론이다. 기관기능분석으로 도출된 기록화 영역은 아키비스트가 기관의 기록을 선별하여 남기기 위한 일종의 선험적인 틀로 기능한다. 즉, 기관기능분석 방법론을 통해 기관의 기능을 분석함으로써, 현행 기록처리일정표에서 담보하지 못하는 기능을 거시적인 차원에서 식별하여 해당 조직의 업무 활동에 대한 설명책임성 확보가 가능한 것이다. 미국의 기록화 프로젝트는 이러한 배경에 부합하는 대표적인 사례이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미국 의회의 사례를 분석함으로써, 미국 의회와 같은 성격의 국가기관인 우리나라 국회에 기관기능분석을 적용할 때 필요한 시사점을 도출하여 제안하였다. 이를 위해 우선 선행연구의 성격으로 기관기능분석에 관한 이론적 논의를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 미국 의회 기록화 프로젝트를 기관기능분석에 따른 기능별로 사례 분석하였다. 셋째, 사례 분석 결과를 토대로 시사점을 도출함으로써 우리나라 국회에 적용 가능한 기록화 영역을 제안하였다.

This study examines the necessity of establishment of Institutional Household Manager(IHM) system and the development of the curricula for IHM. It suggests that the establishment of IHM system meets the needs of the times. And it also shows that two kinds of curricula model for IHM can be developed : the one is specialized curricula model and the other is integrated curricula model. The specialized model emphasizes the specialization of institutional household management and is consisted of the acquisition of 4 required and 3 optional subjects and field practices. The integrated model makes a point of integration of other majors and is composed of the acquisition of 2 required and 5 optional subjects and field practices.

In this study, It is suggested how to utilize hardware capacity sizing system for WEB, WAS, OLTP server's CPU, memory, and disk capacity by its user reasonably. To achieve goal of this study, we presented specific approaches in aspect of institutional viewpoint. The result of this study can be reflected gradually in the guideline of informatization related budgeting by MPB(Ministry of Planning and Budget) and e-government supporting program.

Institutional repositories are essential research infrastructures for research-based universities. A properly dimensioned institutional repository has the potential to increase research impact and enhance the visibility of an institution through its scholarly outputs. The aim of the study reported in this paper was to design and develop a web-based digital repository for scholarly communications using NM-AIST as a case study. The system was developed using open source software. Findings obtained from system validation tests show that the system is a viable solution to the major challenges encountered in the management and sharing of scholarly information at the institution.
