금속제조업 재해 현황과 안전의식에 관한 연구 (A Study of Metal Manufacturing Disaster Situation and Safety Consciousness)

  • 최근 제조업에서 발생하고 있는 사고로 인하여 중대 재해 및 중대 산업사고로 이어지고 지역사회 재난으로까지 확대되는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 안전행정부는 제3차(2015-2019)국가안전관리기본계획에 따라 산업현장 재해 및 재난을 최소화하기 위한 기업재난관리 차원의 개선대책을 발표하고 적극 홍보하고 있다. KOSHA 2015~2017년도의 산업재해 발생 현황을 보면 금속 관련 제조업의 재해율이 1.57%로 전 업종 평균 0.50% 대비 약 3배 이상 높게 나타났다. 재해 원인을 조사해 본 결과 작업자의 불안전한 행동에 기인하여 발생된 비율이 72%로 높게 나타났다. 또한 불완전한 행동은 안전의식과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있어 이 분야에 종사하고 있는 작업자를 대상으로 안전의식에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 안전의식이 사고 예방에 가장 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있고 사고발생을 감소시키는 요인으로 나타났다.

Spatio-temporal Distribution of Suicide Risk in Iran: A Bayesian Hierarchical Analysis of Repeated Cross-sectional Data

  • Objectives: We aimed to estimate the space-time distribution of the risk of suicide mortality in Iran from 2006 to 2016. Methods: In this repeated cross-sectional study, the age-standardized risk of suicide mortality from 2006 to 2016 was determined. To estimate the cumulative and temporal risk, the Besag, York, and Mollié and Bernardinelli models were used. Results: The relative risk of suicide mortality was greater than 1 in 43.0% of Iran's provinces (posterior probability >0.8; range, 0.46 to 3.93). The spatio-temporal model indicated a high risk of suicide in 36.7% of Iran's provinces. In addition, significant upward temporal trends in suicide risk were observed in the provinces of Tehran, Fars, Kermanshah, and Gilan. A significantly decreasing pattern of risk was observed for men (β, -0.013; 95% credible interval [CrI], -0.010 to -0.007), and a stable pattern of risk was observed for women (β, -0.001; 95% CrI, -0.010 to 0.007). A decreasing pattern of suicide risk was observed for those aged 15-29 years (β, -0.006; 95% CrI, -0.010 to -0.0001) and 30-49 years (β, -0.001; 95% CrI, -0.018 to -0.002). The risk was stable for those aged >50 years. Conclusions: The highest risk of suicide mortality was observed in Iran's northwestern provinces and among Kurdish women. Although a low risk of suicide mortality was observed in the provinces of Tehran, Fars, and Gilan, the risk in these provinces is increasing rapidly compared to other regions.

  • Objective : This research investigates the effect of the Jangwon-Dan,(JWD) on Alzheimer's disease. Method : The effects of the JWN extract on (1) $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6, and $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA of PC-12 cells treated with LPS; (2) amyloid precursor proteins(APP), acetylcholinesterase(AChE), and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) mRNA, the AChE activity and the APP production of PC-12 cell treated with CT-105; (3) the behavior; (4) expression of $IL-1{\beta}$, $TNF-{\alpha}$, MDA, $IL-1{\beta}$ mRNA, and $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA, (5) the infarction area of the hippocampus, and brain tissue injury in Alzheimer's diseased mice induced with ${\beta}A$ were investigated. Result : 1. The JWN extract suppressed the expression of $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA in THP-1 cells treated with LPS. 2. The JWN extract suppressed the expression of APP, AChE, and GFAP mRNA in PC-12 cells treated with CT-105. 3. The JWN extract suppressed the AChE activity, and the production of APP significantly in PC-12 cells treated with CT-105. 4. For the JWN extract group a significant inhibitory effect on the memory deficit was shown for the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$ in the Morris water maze experiment, which measured stop-through latency, and distance movement-through latency. 5. The JWN extract suppressed the over-expression of $IL-1{\beta}$ protein, $TNF-{\alpha}$ protein, MDA, $IL-1{\beta}$ mRNA, $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA, and CD68/GFAP, in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. 6. The JWN extract reduced the infarction area of hippocampus, and controlled the injury of brain tissue in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. Conclusion : These results suggest that the JWN extract may be effective for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Investigation into the clinical use of the JWN extract for Alzheimer's disease is suggested for future research.

  • This research investigates the effect of the Hibiscus syriacus(HSS) on Alzheimer's disease. The results were summarized below ; 1. The HSS extract suppressed the expression of $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA in THP-l cells treated with LPS. 2. The HSS extract suppressed the expression of APP, AChE, and GFAP mRNA in PC-12 cells treated with CT-105. 3. The HSS extract suppressed the AChE activity, and the production of APP significantly in PC-12 cells treated with CT-105. 4. For the HSS extract group a significant inhibitory effect on the memory deficit was shown for the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$ in the Morris water maze experiment, which measured stop-through latency, and distance movement-through latency. 5. These results suggest that the HSS extract may be effective for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.   • Objective: Hominis Placenta is used in many cure, mainly treats a weak, chronic disease, especially senile. This research investigates the effect of the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution on Alzheimer's disease. Method: The effects of the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution on (1) $IL-1{\beta}$ protein, $TNF-{\alpha}$ protein, MDA, and CD68/CD11b (2) the behavior (3) the infarction area of the hippocampus, and brain tissue injury in Alzheimer's diseased mice induced with 13A were investigated. Results: 1. For the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group a significant inhibitory effect on the memory deficit was shown for the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$ A in the Morris water maze experiment, which measured stop-through latency, and distance movement-through latency. 2. The Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group suppressed the over-expression of $IL-1{\beta}$ protein, $TNF-{\alpha}$ protein, MDA, and CD68/CD11b, in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. 3. The Hominis Placenta Herbal Acupuncture Solution group reduced the infarction area of hippocampus, and controlled the injury of brain tissue in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. 4. The KBCMT hot water extract & ultra-fine powder decreased AChE significantly in the serum of the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. The KBCMT hot water extract & ultra-fine powder reduced infarction area of hippocampus, and controlled the injury of brain tissue in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. The KBCMT hot water extract & ultra-fine powder reduced the tau protein, GFAP, and presenilin1, 2 of hippocampus in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$.   • This experiment was designed to investigate the effect of the SST hot water extract & ultra-fine Powder on Alzheimer's Disease Model Induced by ${\beta}$A. The SST ultra-fine powder suppressed the expression of TNF-a protein significantly in the microglial cell of mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$A. The SST hot water extract & ultra-fine powder reduced the MDA and suppressed the over-expression of CD68, CD11b in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$A. The SST hot water extract & ultra-fine powder decreased AChE significantly in the serum of the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$A.   • Objective : This experiment was designed to investigate the effect of the GYZB hot water extract & ultra-fine powder on the Alzheimer's disease model induced by amyloid ${\beta}$ protein (${\beta}A$). Method : We measured the effects of the GYZB hot water extract on expression of $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6 mRNA and production of IL-6, $TNF-{\alpha}$ in the BV2 microglial cell line treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The effects of the GYZB hot water extract & ultra-fine powder on (1) the behavior, (2) expression of $IL-1{\beta}$ and $TNF-{\alpha}$, (3) glucose in serum, (4) the infarction area of the hippocampus, and brain tissue injury in mice induced with Alzheimer's diseased by ${\beta}A$ were investigated.
