초등학생의 정보통신윤리교육 방안 연구 (A Study on information & communication ethics education method for elementary school students)

  • 정보통신 기술의 발달과 컴퓨터 보급의 확대 등으로 가정과 학교에서 학생들이 인터넷을 접할 기회가 많아졌다. 인터넷의 이용은 교육적 활용에 따라 많은 가치를 지니고 있는 반면 불건전 정보의 유통, 게임 통신 중독, 정보의 오 남용 등의 정보화의 역기능 또한 가지고 있다. 최근 사이버 공간에서의 역기능에서 학생을 보호할 수 있는 정보통신윤리교육에 대한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학생의 올바른 정보통신윤리교육을 위해 학생, 교사, 학부모를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하고, 관련연구와 설문결과를 바탕으로 학생을 대상으로 한 정보통신윤리교육의 체계적인 교육 내용과 방법을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 실업계 고교의 창의력 향상을 위하여 새로운 교육방안을 제시한다. 그리고 교육개선 방안 연구의 일환으로 실업계고등학교 전기 전자분야의 교과목 중에서, 학생들이 가장 이해하기 힘든 교과목으로 알려져 있는 전자이론 교과목에 대해서 본 연구를 통하여 개발한 공학 교육 프로그램을 운영 해보았다. 개발된 공학 교육 프로그램은 새로운 교육방안으로 CAI용 보조학습 프로그램인 EWB, PSPICE 등을 이용한 창의적이고, 특성화된 새로운 교육개선방안이다. 공학프로그램에 대한 성과를 설문지를 통하여 알아보았으며, 창의 교육 후 관련 교과의 흥미, 이해도, 학습 태도 등에서 학생과 교사가 매우 좋은 결과를 얻었다. 또한 대학에서의 연계교육내용 및 형태에도 높은 관심을 보였다.

Exploring the Trends and Challenges of Artificial Intelligence Education through the Analysis of Newspapers in Korea, 1991-2020: A topic-modeling approach

  • Artificial intelligence (AI), an essential skill of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is being actively taught in higher education; however, AI education is only in the preparatory stage in elementary, middle, and high schools. Investigating various newspaper articles related to AI education to date can aid in basic data collection, which is an important process in the preparatory stage. Accordingly, 13,378 newspaper articles were collected from a total of 21 newspapers, and five topics were extracted using the latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA)-based topic model along with frequency analysis. Newspaper articles from the early 2000s expanded to technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Accordingly, education in AI fields should be linked with education in AI-based technology. In addition, efforts should be made to secure the continuity and sequence of AI education in cooperation with related higher institutions and companies.

  • 현재 초등학교에서는 각 학년에 재량활동 시간을 활용하여 매주 1시간씩 34시간이상을 정보통신기술교육 시간으로 배정하고 있다. 그러나 시대의 변화에 발맞추어 요구되고 있는 창의성과 문제해결력을 키워줄 수 있는 컴퓨터 교재가 개발되어 있지 않아서 시대에 맞는 정보통신기술교육을 하고 있지 못하다. 그리하여 교육인적자원부가 발표한 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 분석하여 창의성과 문제해결력을 증진시킬 수 있고 현장에서 쓰일 수 있는 5,6학년용 교재를 개발하였다.

A Method of License Plate Location and Character Recognition based on CNN

  • At the present time, the economy continues to flourish, and private cars have become the means of choice for most people. Therefore, the license plate recognition technology has become an indispensable part of intelligent transportation, with research and application value. In recent years, the convolution neural network for image classification is an application of deep learning on image processing. This paper proposes a strategy to improve the YOLO model by studying the deep learning convolutional neural network (CNN) and related target detection methods, and combines the OpenCV and TensorFlow frameworks to achieve efficient recognition of license plate characters. The experimental results show that target detection method based on YOLO is beneficial to shorten the training process and achieve a good level of accuracy.

정보기술역량과 창업태도 및 창업의도의 관계에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Information Technology Competence on Entrepreneurial Attitude and Entrepreneurial Intention)

  • Lately, there is a worldwide boom for start-ups. This trends has led to develop many policies for entrepreneurship in Korea, which focused on college education. Also, as the forth industrial revolution knows no borders, demands of software early education are expanding in line with strong interests in IT (Information Technology). Information technology is now an essential competency for all professionals who need creative thinking. And entrepreneurs are a representative job that requires creative thinking. This study suggests IT competencies-IT planning competencies (ITPC) and IT development competencies (ITDC)-as a core factor of the entrepreneurial intention. This paper is to study the relationship between IT competencies and entrepreneurial Intention. So we investigated IT competence and entrepreneurial intention in university students with a questionnaire. The results of this empirical study can be summarized as follows. First, IT planning competencies have positive influence on entrepreneurial attitude and intention. But IT development competencies do not influence directly on entrepreneurial intention. Second, entrepreneurial attitude have mediating effects in the relationship between IT planning competencies and entrepreneurial intention. So, we need to develop good contents related to the IT planning capabilities when organizing training programs in start-up course. In order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education, it will be necessary to develop educational contents that can have a broad perspective for understanding the trends of technology convergence and creating opportunities.
