This study concerns logistics support analysis record(LASR) which provides guaranteed support, and is needed in various weapon systems development and acquisition to develop the optimal factor for integrated logistics support(ILS) by reflecting the results of logistics support analysis(LSA). We observe and analyze the logistics management information(LMI) system used in the United States under the integrated data environment(IDE), and analyze the differences between logistics management information system and the LOADERS(logistic support analysis data entry and retrieval system) which is currently used in Korea. Based on the analyzed results, a improvement model that corresponds to reality and can be applied is presented.

상업출판사에 의한 학술정보의 무기화 및 독점화로 학술정보 유통이 일대 위기를 맞고 있는 가운데 누구나 자유롭게 학술정보를 이용하자는 운동이 활발하다. 이를 기술적 표준적으로 지원하기 위해 결성된 OAI에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐와 표준 프로토콜을 개발하였다. OAI는 프로토콜 표준화를 통해 메타데이터의 상호운용성은 크게 증진하였으나, 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계를 간과함으로써 정보자원 간 연계가 취약한 맹점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐의 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계성을 개선하고 유사 자원으로의 확장성을 제공하기 위해, 국제표준 프레임워크인 OpenURL을 접맥한 개방형 학술정보 유통 아키텍처를 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 통해 분산 환경에서의 정보자원 간 상호운용성 및 유사자원으로의 확장성을 제고하였다.

This study examined the effect of father's marital communication, self-esteem, and social support on 7 paternal involvement factors : leisure-life, proffering information, discipline, academic support, tradition-inheritance, material support, and everyday life. Instruments were the Korean Scale of Paternal Involvement (Kim, 2005), Marital Communication Scale (Olson, et al, 1987), Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1965), and the Social-Support Scale constructed by the researcher. Subjects were 248 8th grade students and their fathers in Busan. Results showed that marital communication positively influenced degree of father's discipline and tradition-inheritance; father's self-esteem positively influenced degree of father's material support; father's social support positively influenced degree of father' leisure-life, proffering information, academic support, and everyday life of their adolescent children.

Purpose - This article's aim is to examine how the utilization of existing and future decision-support systems will lead to a change in the auditing process. Research design, data, and methodology - An information system is a special decision-support system that combines information obtained from various sources and communicates among them to help in assessing appropriate complex financial decisions. This paper analyzes techniques such as data and text mining as components of decision-support systems to be used in the auditing process. Results - We present views about how existing decision-support systems will lead to a change in audits. Auditors, who currently collect significant data manually, will in the future move towards management through complex decision-support systems. Conclusions - Although some internal audit functions are integrated into systems of continuous monitoring, the use of such systems remains limited. Thus, instead of multiple decision-support systems, a unified decision-support system can be deployed for this that includes sensors integrated within a company in different contexts (e.g., production, sales, and accounting) that continually monitors violations of controls, unusual patterns, and unusual transactions.

Most recent programs in and out of the country are related to urban renewal projects. Contemporary project management information systems have been developed was to manage single or multiple projects focusing on their construction phase, and those have limitations to apply to large-scale complicated mega projects. So, this study explain the core concept of decision support modules for iPMIS (Intelligent Program Management Information System) and its major functions to support project owner and participants by introducing ontology in the web environment. This study confined the scope of research to the planning phase of urban environment improvement projects. Ontological logic structure and relation about planning works is essential parts and three functions to implement decision support module are developed.

A model based on genetic algorithm optimization, GA-SVM, is proposed to warn university students of their status. This model improves the predictive effect of support vector machines. The genetic optimization algorithm is used to train the hyperparameters and adjust the kernel parameters, kernel penalty factor C, and gamma to optimize the support vector machine model, which can rapidly achieve convergence to obtain the optimal solution. The experimental model was trained on open-source datasets and validated through comparisons with random forest, backpropagation neural network, and GA-SVM models. The test results show that the genetic algorithm-optimized radial basis kernel support vector machine model GA-SVM can obtain higher accuracy rates when used for early warning in university learning.

When implementing a new information system, the success has been infrequent even though implementing a new IS can bring about various benefits to organizations. Employee resistance has been identified as a critical reason for such failure of implementing and operating a new IS. The vital role of orgazniational support with employee personality traits (e.g., tolerance for ambiguity and openness to expeirence) to reduce employee resistance has been missing when explaining to the failure of impleneting a new IS. The purpose of this study was to test a research model regarding employee resistnace, investigating the relationship bewteen organizational support and employee personality traits in that how organizational support influences employee resistance and also how employee personality traits (e.g., tolerance for ambiguity and openness to expeirence) interact with organizational support to decrease employee resistance the most. The results of this study supported our hypotheses and theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

The main purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the formation of information support mechanisms for economic growth and security under the influence of COVID-19. The cyclical nature of economic growth is a well-established and proven fact. In this context, one of the main tasks of the state is to develop measures to mitigate the impact of economic crises on the entire economic system of the state, individual economic entities, as well as to introduce anti-crisis mechanisms and tools to support the economy. When the cyclical nature of economic crises coincides with destabilizing processes in society, such as natural disasters, military actions or epidemics, the role of the state and adequate information support for economic growth is sharply actualized. As a result, an analysis was made of the main aspects of information support for economic growth and security in the context of COVID-19.

This article examines the features of improving the public management of the market of medical and social services using information technology to improve the efficiency of public activity in modern conditions. The interpretation of the essence of the categories "information technologies" and "information support" is analyzed. The importance of the organization of information support of public authorities in the insurance of the state apparatus of information management for the adoption and solution of state issues of the market of medical and social services has been studied. Issues and system of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services are considered. The stages of the ICT implementation process in the market of medical and social services are described. The tools of state regulation in the market of medical and social services and the introduction of targeted programs for the development of the social sphere and health care are highlighted. Recommendations for improvement are formulated public management of the market of medical services and social way introduction of ICT tools, which provide for the implementation of a set of measures aimed at intellectualizing the entire system public data management spheres. The necessity of development of innovative tools of public management of the market of medical and social services of Ukraine for the purpose of working out of strategies of increase of quality of medical and social services in the XXI century is substantiated. A number of benefits from the implementation of an effective process of application of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services to ensure the efficiency of public authorities of Ukraine. It is proposed to create a "Department of information support of self-government" and electronic health care system (e-Health) to improve the management decision-making process, which will provide an opportunity to accumulate, process, analyze, and as a result, get the expected effect in the form of balanced management decisions by public authorities of Ukraine.

조직은 최종사용자 업무를 지원하기위한 새로운 정보시스템을 투자하고 있으며 이러한 정보시스템을 통한 이점은 정보센터의 효과적인 지원과 지원에 대한 사용자의 만족도에 의해 크게 좌우되어가고 있다. 정보센터는 정보 집약적이며 최신의 기술을 활용하여 조직의 역량을 전달하기 위해 사용자를 지원하므로 정보센터는 최종사용자 지원활동과 관련하여 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 연구는 정보센터의 사용자 만족도와 관련된 정보제공, 신뢰제공, 그리고 시스템 제공역량과 같은 최종사용자 지원요인들을 살펴봄으로서 사용자만족도 향상을 위해 고려되어야 할 사항에 대해 논의하였다. 정보제공, 서비스 스텝의 신뢰성제공, 그리고 시스템제공 역량 등 18개의 잠재요인으로 252명의 사용자에 대한 설문내용을 기초로 3개의 가설을 검증하였다. 또한, 동일한 잠재요인에 대해 지원요인의 지각된 중요도와 수행정도의 차이를 통해 서비스 품질 격차를 조사하였다. 연구결과 정보제공 활동, 서비스 신뢰성제공 활동, 그리고 시스템 제공역량은 정보센터의 사용자 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었으며, 사용자 만족도는 정보센터의 지원요인에 대한 지각된 중요도와 수 행정도에 대한 서비스 품질 격차의 정도에 의해서도 영향을 받는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
