화자지향 심리술어와 증거성 표지 '-더'의 1인칭 제약 (The 1st person restriction on Korean evidential marker '-te': focusing on subject-oriented psych-predicates)

  • This paper explores the 1st person restrictions on the evidential -te, focusing on the cases where it appears with the speaker-oriented psych-predicates in Korean. It has been widely discussed that the 1st person restriction can be freely circumvented when -te is used with the speaker-oriented psych-predicates. However, based on the novel observation that such an obviation can be varied with respect to the types of the subordinate clauses which modify the evidential sentences, we propose that the 1st person restriction should be explained in terms of the situation-based felicity condition of -te, as discussed in Lim (2014): it arises if the situation where the speaker acquires evidence cannot be the same as, or be included by, the situation where the prejacent is true. To show this, we discuss how the meaning of the speaker-oriented psych-predicates interacts with the felicity condition of -te, and how this interaction makes the distinctive obviation environments of the 1st person restriction on -te, unlike other types of predicates.

  • 유비쿼터스 시대에는 다양하고 수많은 컴퓨팅 자원들이 곳곳에 존재한다. 이런 유비쿼터스 환경에서 분산되어져 있는 자원들을 공유하는 연구가 최근 많이 진행되어져 왔다. 하지만 이런 연구들은 사용자의 상황과 취향을 고려하지 않은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 상황을 고려한 사용자 맞춤 자원 공유 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 사용자의 스케줄 정보와 시간, 위치 정보와 같은 컨텍스트 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 상황을 인지하며 자원에 대한 사용자 선호도를 가중치 기반으로 적용하여 사용자 맞춤형 자원을 추천해준다. 본 논문에서는 회의 시나리오를 통해 제안한 상황인지 기반 사용자 맞춤 자원 공유 시스템을 검증한다.

  • With international urgence of terror situation, many methods of terror techniques and skills are appearing and more intense and threatening terror is braking out not only in the air(plane), but also in the sea(ship). Korea is surrounded by 3 sides of sea and is a proud maritime nation that should advance to foreign country through the sea because South Korea and North Korea are confronting. Korea depend on the maritime transportation, 99.7% of exporting, importing material resources. Therefore, acquisition of the marine safety has the great affect on national security and economical life. On the high tension of situation about threat and possibility of maritime terroism, the potential ways of the improvement policy for counter-tactics against big maritime terror are the following. First, we should construct clear and well-organized network for accurate information about maritime terrorism Second, we should have the information of all domestic, foreign passenger's ships Third, national important facilities such as atomic energy plant, thermo-electric power plant, shipyard need policies to manage all emergency situation Fourth, government authorities should improve tactic abilitities by competing with support and budget inside of nation as well as outside of nation. To develop big maritime terror of our country, we will have to hold cooperative training & tactics contest of big maritime terror by cooperating educational industry organization with similar institute, improve the ability of members of big terror and acquire tactics information by excavating and exchanging a new technique through tactics seminar and public hearing.

구글 어스를 이용한 비행 상황인식을 위한 3차원 시각화 (3D Visualization for Flight Situational Awareness using Google Earth)

  • 본 논문은 수집된 항공기의 상황 자료를 이용하여 웹 기반의 구글 어스와 OpenGL을 이용한 3차원 시각화을 통하여 항공기의 올바른 상황인식과 상태정보를 지원하는 시스템을 제안한다. 기존에 제안된 시스템은 방대한 지형 자료와 지도 및 위성사진을 연동하여 표현함으로 속도 저하 및 한정된 지도 정보만을 가시화하는 문제점을 가진다. 제안하는 시스템은 개방된 구글 어스의 Open API을 이용하여 최소한의 비행 정보만으로 실시간 상황인식을 위한 경제적이고 전역적인 시각화 도구를 지원한다. 또한 사용자의시각적 편리성을 위하여 다중 위치 정보를 볼 수 있는 확장 뷰를 제공한다. 본 연구결과는 웹 환경에서 항공기의 상황인식을 지원하는 시스템으로 이용될 수 있는 가능성을 보인다.

Health Information Behavior of Indonesians During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Sensemaking Perspective

  • Information behavior played a significant role in minimizing the risks of the COVID-19 pandemic. When faced with such a situation, an individual needs information for decision-making and in order to determine the best course of action relating to their health. This study aims to explore information behavior during each phase of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, which is known for its close-knit collective culture. A sensemaking approach is used, which emphasizes the process individuals go through to understand their situation and give meaning to the information they are getting from their environment. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with 10 participants to obtain a description of their information behaviors during the pandemic. Data analysis was carried out using open, axial, and selective coding. We propose a sensemaking-based information behavior strategy framework for mitigating risk and reducing ongoing health crises. Changes in information behavior strategies, including search, prevention, and restriction of information exposure, were random at the beginning of the pandemic, but became more regular in later phases. This was influenced by the "knowledge gap fulfillment" and "use of local knowledge" among the participants throughout the pandemic. In conclusion, the participants developed a sensemaking process including an understanding of the pandemic situation and the risks that they faced. They used a number of information behavior strategies to prevent transmission, and their perception of the risks changed across the course of the pandemic, up til the situation began to be considered back to normal again in Indonesia.

  • 인공지능에 기반한 지능형 지휘통체체계는 복잡하고 방대한 전장정보와 전술 데이터들을 학습모델을 통해 자동으로 융합 및 추출하여 전장상황을 분석한다. 지휘관은 지능형 지휘통제체계의 상황분석 결과를 제공받아 전장인식이 가능하여 의사결정을 지원할 수 있다. 의사결정지원에 특화된 결과를 지휘관에게 제공하기 위해서는 인공지능을 학습하기 위한 실 전장상황과 유사한 전장상황분석 데이터셋 생성이 필요하다. 본 논문은 기존 선행연구인 '인공지능 기반 전장상황분석을 위한 가상 전장상황 데이터 셋 생성 연구'의 다음 단계의 데이터셋 구축 방법 연구로 지휘관의 의사결정지원 및 미래 전장인식을 위해 최종적인 전장상황분석 결과에 필요한 데이터셋을 생성하는 방안에 대해 제안하였다. 전장상황 분석용 학습 데이터셋 생성도구 SW를 설계 및 구현하였고, 구현한 SW를 이용하여 데이터 레이블 작업을 진행하였다. Siamese Network 학습모델을 이용하여 구축한 데이터셋을 입력하고, 후처리 알고리즘을 활용한 출력 결과를 도출하여 생성한 데이터셋을 검증하였다.

수학 학습을 위한 상황문제의 활용 (Application of the situation-problems for learning mathematics)

  • A Situation-problem, one of the problems in school mathematics, plays a role as the starting point of teaming mathematics. It leads to construct knowledge which is a tool for solving the problems. Whether the problem is a situation-problem or not, it depends upon how to use that problem. Since posing situation-problems is accompanied by prior analysis and planning for teaching in the class, it is a difficult task. This paper focuses on the characteristics of situation-problems and on how their characteristics are realized in the process of classroom instruction. For this purpose, it analyzes the context of classroom instruction to which the 'puzzle problem' model suggested by Brousseau is applied. The model is considered as a typical situation-problem, which aims at proportionality and linearity. In addition, this paper suggests various sources of information that are useful in posing the situation-problems related to the ratio concepts.

Development of Vehicle Oriented Black Box System Based on U-Healthcare and Human-Free Guard Functions

  • The vehicle oriented block box system based on the u-healthcare and the human-free guard functions is developed in this paper. We also suggested the design philosophies, ideas, and analyzed the performance of the suggested system. The developed vehicle oriented black box system has some characteristics such as; 1) detects the dangerous situation by ultrasonic sensor in advance, and stores the situation information of the neighborhood of the vehicle to the imbedded SD memory card if the dangerous situation may be occurred in the parked vehicle; 2) detects the present location and speed information of the vehicle by GPS receiver and 3-axes acceleration sensor, and stores the information to the SD memory card periodically if the vehicle is running; 3) measures the dioxide carbon in the vehicle inside using $CO_2$ sensor, and forces the ventilation motor of the vehicle to operate and maintains the driver's health if the measured level is more than standard health requirements; 4) provides the stored vehicle's operating information to the driver by GUI (Graphical User Interface) based touch LCD monitor.

USN 기반 재난 관리 모델 연구 (A study of the disaster management model based on USN)

  • USN Middleware plays roles of broker between sensors and applications. It collects sensor data, decides the situation and sends the result to the applications. It is not good to decide the situation from one sensor data, because it may error data or reflect small part of all. In this paper, we propose the disaster management model based on the concept 'group' and 'semantic information' from the sensing data. Group is the primary unit to decide the situation. It consists of several sensors which were installed in the same place and had the same pre-defined condition to act. For example, all fire sensors in the room simultaneously trigger the ring when the same pre-defined temperature is recorded. Then, the all fire sensors are included to the same one sensor group. All operations of the intelligent USN middleware are based on the 'group' unit. Disaster information is the result of the interpretation of the sensing data. based on the 'group', the disaster meaning is processed.
