한국의 자료조직 교육에 대한 진단과 방향 모색 (A New Direction in Korea's LIS Education: Focused on the Field of Information Organization)

  • 이 연구는 도서관에서 간접적이고 기술적인 업무로 여겨지는 '자료조직' 영역을 중심으로 우리 교육의 현실을 있는 그대로 드려내 보이기 위한 기초 작업이자 이 영역의 교육방향에 대한 심층적인 논의를 이끌어 내기 위한 발제로서의 목적을 동시에 가지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 먼저 전국의 32개 대학 문헌정보학과에 개설된 교과목 중 자료조직 교과목의 비중과 교육의 주요 내용을 파악하였다. 이어, 우리 학문의 원조가 되어 온 미국의 문헌정보학계에서 진행되어온 자료조직 영역의 교육목표와 기본방향, 그리고 내용에 대한 그간의 논의를 살펴보면서 자료조직과 관련한 우리 교육의 방향에 대해 모색해 보았다. 논의에 필요한 기초데이터는 기존의 국내외 연구는 물론이고 전국 32개 대학의 문헌정보학과의 교과과정과 강의개요 그리고 북미의 주요 문헌정보대학원의 교육목표와 내용 등을 활용하였다.

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 공공도서관의 평생교육 조직체제를 재정립하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현재의 평생교육 조직과 직원 현황을 조사하고, 평생교육 관리자가 제시하는 문제점을 분석하였다. 이 분석자료를 토대로 평생교육 조직체제의 개선방안을 제안하였다.

  • 본 연구는 도서관 현장에서의 요구하는 인력 현황을 살펴보고, 정보조직학 교육의 개선 방안을 모색하기 위하여 정보조직 사서직에서 필요로 하는 역량과 직무 유형을 분석하였다. 미국 도서관의 채용공고 298건을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과 기존의 자격요건들의 수요가 지속되고 있으며, 새로운 환경 변화를 반영한 표준 및 전자자원 관련 요구가 추가되었음을 확인하였다. 정보조직 직무 유형은 크게 전통적인 정보조직의 특성이 반영된 것과 전자자원, 정보기술의 특성이 반영된 것으로 나눌 수 있었다. 또한 정보조직 교육의 개선을 위하여 전자자원 교육의 확대, 이론과 실습의 조화, 정보기술 활용의 강화, 새로운 교수 방법의 적용을 제안하였다.

정보품질 향상으로 인한 조직성과와 조직에 대한 사용자의 인식과의 차이에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Difference between the Organization's Performance and User's Awareness by the Improvement of Information Quality)

  • In the field of education in Korea, University Information Disclosure System was conducted forcibly in December 2008 by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. As a result, information quality provided to the user has been improved dramatically. Based on the preceding studies of information success model, the purpose of this study was to prove empirically three facts on the organization's performance, user's attitude, and gaps between two factors by improvement in the quality of information. To accomplish the purpose, literature review and statistical analysis were done using the university evaluation data published by JoongAng Daily from 2007 to 2011. The results of this study showed that the information quality had positive effect on organization's performance, user's attitude like a reputation, and the gaps between two factors. The results of this study had a great expectation for the role of offering useful insight and information in the field of information system and education.

  • The article considers current information technologies in the organization of educational work in secondary schools in Great Britain. The forms and types of organization of educational work in secondary schools of Great Britain with the help of modern information technologies are covered. The purposes of education with the help of modern information technologies are singled out. Mental, physical, labor, moral, aesthetic and other types of education, merged in a holistic educational process, provide an opportunity to achieve the main goal - the formation of a comprehensive and harmoniously developed personality. All forms of educational work have their pedagogical significance, and each of them is valuable in the process of education. Democratization and partnership development are the leading principles of education in British schools at the present stage; multiculturalism and student independence. This is the ability to promote the role of different types of education, such as: labor, moral, legal, religious, family, environmental, aesthetic, civic, physical, mental education, which is now possible with the help of current information technology. 남.북한 중학교 과학과 교육과정 및 교과서 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of the Science Curriculums and Textbooks of Middle School in South and North Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare and analyse the subject organization and teaching units of middle school science curriculums and science textbooks, by studying the organization of subject matter and content scope and level of middle school science subject in South and North Korea. As a result of this study, the composition, scope, and level of content between middle school science textbooks in South and North Korea were similar. However, the study found that science education objectives, separated science curriculum subject organization, economical efficiency weighted format and organization of science subject matter, result-centered experiments, the enlightenment of Kim Ilsung and his son in North Korea science education were very far from the desirable direction of science education. Therefore, the view on level-based curriculum and organization of the science curriculum should be integrated, and preparation of student-centered organization of textbooks and expansion of science-technology-society content is needed before unification. And also, the united Korea science curriculum shouldn't simply compromise or neutralize between middle school science curriculum in South and North Korea. They should make a future-oriented plan for information and globalism society.

초등 정보과 교육과정 표준모델을 위한 정보통신 교육과정 탐구 (A Study of Information and Communications Framework for Information Education Curriculum Standard Model)

  • 초등 정보과 교육과정 내용에서의 정보통신 영역에 대한 교육을 위해 이전 연구 자료들을 살펴보고, 새로운 개선 및 내용 선정의 적합성을 조사 및 분석하였다. 전국 초등 컴퓨터교육과 교수들을 대상으로 교육내용체계의 중요도와 교육 시기의 적절성을 검토하였고, 검토 결과를 바탕으로 3차 델파이조사 검증을 통해 평가하여 최종적으로 교육 내용을 선정하고, 핵심개념 요소들, 성취기준 등을 마련하여 제안한다. 제안된 초등 정보과 교육과정에서의 정보통신 영역에 대한 교육내용 편성 및 성취기준은 세부적인 초등 정보과 교육과정의 재구성과 개선에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The article examines the key constants of reengineering the modern educational cluster, associated with the processes of digital transformation of all spheres of modern socio-cultural space. The first constant is the strategic rethinking of the educational process organization and awareness of the new roles of all participants (tutors, applicants, controlling elements, etc.). The other constant involves practical re-design of the system of educational services, which consists in the reorientation from the traditional model of education functioning for society to the implementation of the educational format in the form of new projects (structural, target, business). Consequently, the purpose of the study is to highlight the attitudes relevant to the modern realities of information and technological support of education in the context of socio-economic interactions of society. The criteria for the reengineering of educational concepts and the structural organization of the educational sphere are defined. The modern world is going through a period of complete digital transformation of all spheres of public activity. The scientific intelligence notes that education is no exception in these processes, as the dependence of educational realities on information and computer technologies is now noted. The COVID-19 pandemic, for all its tragedy, was also a kind of trigger, clearly marking the new components that have become defined in the organization of the educational process. The conclusion is made that the use of digital technologies in the organization of the educational institution or in the organization of the educational process has become not an auxiliary element, but a dominant factor. Mobility, dynamism, interdisciplinarity, synergy - all these aspects are relevant for socio-economic interactions of society and should be provided by educational programs. The results of the study can be used in the reorganization processes of educational institutions and institutions. Further research requires aspects of the analysis of the foreign experience of reengineering in education, carried out taking into account digital transformations of modern sociocultural space.

The Role of Business Capabilities in Supporting Organization Agility and Performance During the COVID-19 Pandemic: An Empirical Study in Indonesia

  • This study aims to analyze the important role of business analytics capability, information quality, and innovation capability in influencing organization agility and organization performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data was collected from 76 companies from various sectors in Indonesia. Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between variables and test a series of hypotheses. Importance-Performance Matrix Analysis (IPMA), a useful analysis approach in PLS-SEM, is used, which extends the results of the estimated path coefficient (importance) by adding a dimension that considers the average values of the latent variable scores (performance). The IPMA approach examines not only the performance of an item but also the importance of that item. The results show that business analytics capability has a significant effect on information quality and innovation capability which then affects organization agility. Organizational performance is influenced by organizational agility. IPMA results show that organizational agility has the highest level of impact on organizational performance. This study will assist companies in planning business analytics, improving information quality, increasing innovation capability, and ultimately increasing agility and performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study will add to existing knowledge about previous literature, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

표준화행정기구의 변천과정 및 개선방안 (The Changes of Standardization Administrative Organization and Improvement Plan)

  • This thesis introduce the organization system and office regulation of standardization administrative organization for the change of times, also suggest improvement plan for its effective management. The main improvement plan refer to the standardization administrative organization\`s work, this thesis suggest, 1. Readjustment of national standardization system and effective reorganization for standards information organization. 2. For industrial standards system, the korea industrial standards should be maintained uniform system, So decentralized korea industrial standard at government ,must be unified and maintained to unique policy for its effective improvement. 3. To strengthen with international standards organization, a institutional device, budget funds, and expert should be backed up. 4. For training and education of expert, Refer to the performance of one\`s duty, the proper expert should be chosen and posted. Also, systematic training and education system for expert must be developed, So they can be on duty continuously, Finally, this thesis suggest that the necessity of systematic and unique policy must be established for high position at international area. Since the limitation of data, the future research will be performed for budget funds and personnel setup.
