In the future society, a means to verify the identity of the information owner is required at the beginning of most services that the information owner encounters, and the emergence and gradual spread of digital identification that proves the identity of the information owner is essential. In addition, as the utilization value of personal information increases, discussions on how to provide personal information are active. The purpose of this study is to develop the optimal user/librarian interface in information searching. In order to achive the purpose, the 150 unskilled students as subjects have participated in the study. According to the change of the subjects' psychological information states by the access points within the library system, the subjects have been classified into the five types of model: the initial information state, the accepted identification information state, the bibliographic information state, the stack information state, and the location information state. Librarian's searching support is done for 10 minutes at the each access points. To develop the optimal user/librarian interface, the expected values of the models are calculated. The resultants are as follows: 1) The expected value of the initial information states model is 18.94: 2) The expected value of the accepted identification information model is 27.06: 3) The expected value of the bibliographic information state model is 27.06: 4) The expected value of the stack information state model is 22.38: 5) The expected value of the location information state model is 22.38. Those expected values are compared with each other. The model with the lowest expected value is chosen as the optimal user/librarian interface model. In the result, the user's initial information state model of the optimal user/librarian interface in information searching is developed. In order to search the information with the most effect, user must be interfaced with the librarian at his/her own initial information state.
This study was performed to investigate the status of using agricultural information and develope desirable strategy to offer agricultural information for leaf vegetables farmers. 187 farmers are surveyed to collect data. Many farmers get agricultural information through various channel. They satisfied with agricultural information contents, rightness of time but dissatisfied with the easiness of gain, fitness of information relatively. And the mean score of farmer's information needs on agricultural information were higher than that of theoretical mean. relatively high items were new seed information, technology of cultivation, pesticide purchase and prevention, laborer finding, consumer information, the trend of leaf vegetables price, marketing place, government's agricultural policy and laws etc. To make farmers get information easily, we recommend to gather information at one place and provide them on internet portal site composed with information related for paddy rice farmers. To make desirable information service system, farmers should bring up their internet searching ability, and agricultural extension officers in count/city have to make effort to provide useful information more often by various communication methods such as visiting farmers, using internet or e-mail service, pamphlet, and so on.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce and propose the vision of information design for the user-friendliness and accessibility for web-based information services. Information design, which focuses more narrowly on the information itself in one or more information units, and may encompass the information aspects of elements of design(labels, knobs, and the physical interface), information content design, page design, Web site design, typography decisions, and so forth. Information design is an alternative to all traditional approaches to information (science, philosophy, and others). Information is designed according to consciously chosen principles and criteria. rather than by following habitual patterns of a traditional profession.
