Intangible Cost Influence on Business Performance of Wholesale and Retail Brokerage in Korea: Focusing on HRM, Marketing and CSR

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) of wholesale and retail brokerage businesses in Korea. And give managerial implications and contribute to academics. Research design, data and methodology: This research empirically analyzes the relationship between expenses and business performance. As for business performance, this research considered two financial performances; sales and profit. As for antecedent variables, this research measured three cost investment expenses; human resource management (HRM), marketing (MKT) and corporate social responsibility (CSR). This research used frequency analysis, correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and curve estimation analysis. Results: The result shows that HRM and CSR positive significant influence on sales yet marketing negatively significant influence on sales. And for profit, HRM and CSR give a positive significant influence. However, marketing's influence was not significant. According to curve estimation analysis, the relation between individual cost and performance, best functional relation was all quadratic functions. Some results show ∩ shape and others show shape. Conclusions: Based on this study result, implications for practical management to Wholesale and Retail Brokerage companies in Korea. And the contribution to academics is expected. Also, based on the limitation of this study, future research is suggested.

인터넷 게임 사용 실태에 따른 게임 중독 경향의 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on Difference of Internet Game Addiction Tendency According to The Game with Use)

  • 본 연구의 주요 목적은 대학생들의 인터넷 게임 이용실태를 알아보고 이용실태에 따른 중독 경향을 분석하고 자기 통제력 요인들과 인터넷 게임 중독과는 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. 그 결과 일일 인터넷 게임 이용시간과 인터넷 게임 지속시간은 인터넷 게임 중독경향과 유의하다고(p<0.05) 나타났고 자기 통제력 관련 요소인 학업에 지장을 주는 문제, 인간관계의 상실문제, 현실세계와 가상세계의 혼란문제, 현실도피에 관한 문제들과는 모두 강한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

금융기관에서 관계편익이 브랜드충성도에 미치는 구조적 영향 (The Structural Effects of Relational Benefits on Brand Loyalty in Financial Institute)

  • Purpose: This study evaluated the effect of customer relationship management (CRM) on customer's brand loyalty in the holistic perspective of relational benefits, relationship quality and relation value. This paper attempted to find out the psychological process that links the relational benefits and brand loyalty. Methods: The data was collected by using the structured questionnaires to VIP customers and general customers of major domestic banks. The proposed research model is empirically tested using 324 valid questionnaires using SPSS 23 and AMOS 23. Results: This research indicated the partially positive relationship between the relational benefits and relation values, and between relational benefits and relationship quality. The relation value and relationship quality positively affects the relation commitment and the relation commitment also positively affects brand loyalty. This study also shows that the relation value affects the brand loyalty through the mediation of relation commitment, but also the relationship quality affects the brand loyalty through the media of relation commitment. Conclusions: This study investigates the role of perceptional factors(relational value and relationship quality) and affective factors(relation commitment) to find the relationship between relational benefits and brand loyalty. It also suggest the relative influence of relational benefits on relation value.

호텔구성원의 감성리더십 인식이 직무불안정성과 조직냉소주의에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Leadership on Job Insecurity and Organizational Cynicism Perceive by Hotel Employees)

  • 본 연구는 호텔구성원을 대상으로 감성리더십과 직무불안정성, 조직냉소주의의 영향관계를 검증하였다. 총 280부의 설문지를 배포하여 271부를 회수하였으며 그 중에서 불성실하게 응답하였거나 응답을 최종까지 하지 않은 설문지를 제외한 254부를 최종적으로 활용하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 감성리더십과 직무불안정성의 관계를 살펴본 결과 감성리더십을 구성하고 있는 자기인식능력과 자기관리능력은 직무불안정성을 구성하고 있는 직무상실가능성과 직무영향력약화에 유의한 음(-)의 영향관계를 나타냈다. 그리고 감성리더십의 타인관계능력은 직무불안정성의 직무영향력약화에서만 유의한 음(-)의 영향관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 감성리더십과 조직냉소주의의 관계를 살펴본 결과 감성리더십은 조직냉소주의에 유의한 영향관계를 나태내지 않았다. 감성리더십을 통해 직무불안정성을 관리하여 호텔의 경영성과에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 조직냉소주의 관리의 중요성을 통해 소외되는 구성원이 없도록 부서별 또는 호텔 전체적 차원의 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

관광산업 관련정도와 관광개발 인식수준, 관광영향 지각, 그리고, 관광정책참여도의도의 영향관계 (Relationship among Level of Performance of Residents to Tourism, Perception of Tourism Effects, and Intension of Citizen Participation)

  • 본 연구에서는 지역주민의 관광산업 관련성과 관광개발 인식이 관광영향에 어떤 영향을 미치고, 그에 따른 관광영향 지각이 지역주민의 관광정책 참여의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 관계를 규명하였다. 지역주민의 관광산업 관련정도는 지역축제 영향지각 중에서 경제적 영향과 사회문화적 영향에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 환경적 영향에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 지역주민의 관광개발수준에 대한 지각정도는 지역축제 영향지각 각각에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 영향력의 크기는 환경적 영향이 가장 크고, 관광정책 참여의도, 사회문화적 영향, 경제적 영향의 순으로 나타났다. 지역주민의 관광영향지각 요인과 관광정책 참여의도 간의 관계는 사회문화적 요인만이 관광정책 참여 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 관광개발의 관광영향과 차이가 있을 것으로 예상된다. 향후 연구에서는 관광개발의 영향 지각을 대상으로 한 연구가 필요하다.

대학병원 종사자의 조직구조, 조직문화에 따른 조직갈등의 관계에 대한연구 (The Relation of Organization Structure, Organization Culture and Organization Conflict of University Hospital Staff Members)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of hospital organization structure, organization culture, organization conflict and the interrelation of influential factor in organization conflict. The data for this study were collected through a self-administered survey with a structured delivered to 755 subjects including several nursing staff members, administration staff members and medical technicians at six hospitals. The structural equation model was used to examine the relation of organization structure, organization culture and organization conflict. The results of the analysis in this study were as follows. First, organization structure had a positive influence on organization conflict, especially in terms of complexity and centralization. But, formalization had a negative influence on organization conflict. Second, organization culture had a positive influence on organization conflict, especially in terms of group culture, developmental culture, and hierarchical culture. But, group culture had a negative influence on organization conflict. Third, organization structure had positive influences, especially on organization culture complexity, centralization, and formalization. But, centralization had negative influences too.

근로자가 인식한 교육훈련 프로그램 특성이 조직유효성 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Educational Training Program Traits Perceived by Employee on Organizational Effectiveness and Job Performance)

  • Using data from 286 employees who were working in medium and small company in Busan, the study analyzed the influence of educational training program traits perceived by employee on organizational effectiveness and job performance. The main results were as the followings. First, for organizational effectiveness, job relation and objective setting among educational training program traits had statistically significant influence on job satisfaction and involvement in organization after controlling the employee's characteristics. Second, for job performance, after controling the employee's characteristics, job relation, educational method, educational training environment, and objective setting had statistically significant influence on active participation, the improvement of task performance ability and confidence, or professional knowledge improvement. Additionally, among the employee's characteristics, the number of educational training participation was statistically significant predictor for job performance. Based on the main results, some suggestions and the limitations of the study were discussed.

Studies on the Darkness of the Face Skin by the influence of External Environments

  • The facial color is affected by age increase, health condition, internal and/or external environment factors and so on. Especially, the external environment factors in accordance with the influence of environment pollution that is air pollution, exert a bad influence of skin. The object of this study shall be quantified the facial color change in accordance with age increase, external environment factors. Therefore we have make the measurement about the facial color change of Korean women by regional groups. We've quantified through correlation equation, the rate of the many external environment factors which influence the facial color change (air pollution, climate condition, season etc.) As the result of the study, we have reach to know that CO, $O_3$, $NO_2$ has high relation with hue, value, chrome change. The facial color change is proved to be influenced atmospheric environment condition. Besides in hue and value in relation with meteorology demonstrates its link with the temperature, the evaporation quantity, the duration of sunshine of each region. Therefore we have instill cognition of the environmental pollution in accordance with external environment factor that was quantified. And we have reach to know this study affects cosmetics development of new concept.

관계혜택과 커뮤니케이션이 관계의 질과 장기지향성에 미치는 영향 - 미용서비스 점포를 중심으로 - (The effects of relationship benefits and communication on relationship quality and long-term orientation - Focused on beauty service stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect that relation-building factors between beauty service stores and customers have on relationship quality and long-term orientation. Specifically, the influence of relation formation factors (relationship benefits and communication) on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) and long-term orientation was empirically examined. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and 402 adults were targeted from Jan. 6 to Jan. 16 in 2014. The results were as follows. First, the relationship benefits of beauty service stores were classified into four dimensions of psychological, social, economic, and informational benefits. It was found that only the dimension of psychological benefits had a significant influence on long-term orientation among the relationship benefits dimensions. Second, it was found that the psychological benefits of beauty service stores had positive effect on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust). It was shown that informational benefits had a significant influence on satisfaction only. Third, it appeared that communication had a positive effect on long-term orientation. Fourth, it was found that communication had a significant influence on relationship quality(satisfaction and trust). Finally, it was shown that relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) had positive effect on long-term orientation. The implications of the research and direction for future study were discussed.

인터넷 환경하에서 정보속성이 인터넷이용자의 웹 기반 커뮤니케이션에 미치는 영향 : 내재화와 동조를 중심으로 (The Effect of Web-Based Communication to Internet Users of Information Characteristics : Focus on Internalization and Conformity)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷환경하에서 콘텐츠의 정보속성과 인터넷이용자들의 커뮤니케이션과정과의 관계를 고찰하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 인터넷환경하에서 콘텐츠의 정보속성이 인터넷 이용자들의 커뮤니케이션을 통해서 어떻게 사회적 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 이용자들간의 사회적 영향이 구전활동과 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 살펴보고자 한다. 실증연구 결과 정보속성 가운데, 이해용이성, 관련성, 새로움은 인터넷이용자들간의 상호간의 커뮤니케이션에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 확인할 수 있었고, 인터넷이용자들간의 커뮤니케이션은 이용자들의 내재화와 동조에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주는 인과관계가 나타났다. 마지막으로 사회적 영향인 내재화와 동조는 인터넷이용자들의 구전활동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과를 보여주었다.
