  • 본 논문은 동양 신화에서 현무, 백호, 주작, 청룡을 바탕으로 하는 사신기 신화를 이용하여 대전 액션 게임을 구현하였다. 게임구현에 있어 필요한 네크워크를 설계 구현하였고 게임을 구동하기 위한 메니저 시스템 및 플레이어 시스템 구현에 대하여 제안한다.

  • ED-2523 (Measuring methods for matr ix reflective LCD modules) was published by JEITA (Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association) in 2001. Since then, round robin tests had been done and the accuracy of measurement values had been discussed. In this paper, considerations for error factors in four measurement systems are showed.

  • The purpose of this paper is understanding the dynamics of knowledge based industries in Korea and suggesting policy recommendations for supporting those industries. Following KIETs (1999) definition of knowledge intensity, this paper classified industries in Kyung Ki Province according to several knowledge indicators including R&D activity and human capital content. Having classified industries, this paper investigates growth dynamics of knowledge based industries in Kyung-Ki Province. Based on surveys on some 280 knowledge based industries in Kyung-Ki province, growth path of those industries were identified using path analysis. Using the growth path and coefficient identified by the analysis, system dynamics model was build to simulate dynamics of knowledge based industries in Kyung-Ki province. With the model, further analysis was made to investigate some policy measures that can promote knowledge based industries.

  • Ink-jet printed (IJP) self-aligned (SA) organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and its application to light emitting seal have investigated. Ink-jet printing of light emitting material is carried out onto transparent anode covered with insulating material. Laminated light emitting seal with SA IJP OLED without photo - lithographic process and any vacuum process, noncontact type electromagnetic power supply without electric power supply line, and light emitting tag with network type RF communication terminal by controlling display information were demonstrated.

Priority Setting of New Promising IT Industries (IT 유망 신산업의 우선순위 평가)

  • In this study, priority setting model of new promising IT industries which will be the growth engines for the Korean IT industry, was established. Based on the AHP model, priority setting of IT new promising IT industries was conducted. Firstly, the selection cases of the new promising IT industries and major priority setting methodologies including the AHP methodology, were analyzed. The AHP model was selected as the most feasible methodology for priority setting of the new IT industries, among the various priority setting methodologies. Secondly, in setting up the AHP model for prioritization of the new promising If industries, a 'goal' was established to be priority setting of the new promising IT industries, and an 'alternatives' to be 18 new promising IT industries. Then a logical and a systematic assessment criteria including 5 main criteria('Technological Innovation', 'Market Ability', 'SPin-off Effect', 'Public Benefit', 'Strategic Importance') and 14 sub-criteria, were developed for priority setting of the 18 new promising industries. Finally, with the AHP model, the substantial analysis was made to set up priority of the 18 new promising IT industries. The substantial analysis showed the following priority setting results and implications for the 18 new promising IT industries.

  • First, the trade competitiveness of the textile industries in South Korea has been weakening, whereas, the counterpart in China has been growing as the main export industries. Second, the trade competitiveness of the mechanics industries in South Korea has been increasing and appearing as the new promising strategic export industries. And, the counterpart in China also shows that it has been rising, while the country’s level of the imports specialization index has been weakening. Third, the trade competitiveness of the transportation industries in South Korea has been rising as the export-oriented and at the same time, privileged industries. And, China has also been rising as South Korea has been in the case, whereas, imports specialization index has been weakening. Fourth, the trade competitiveness of the electrical and electronic industries in South Korea has relatively been at the very high level, giving rise to the core export-privileged industries in the South Korea. And, China has been emerging as the new strategic export industries, as its industry structure has been shifted from the import- specialization and export-specialization industries. Fifth, it is indicated that the trade in the both South Korean and Chinese industries of fable materials, mechanics goods for computer & office, and goods for electric mechanics has been going favorable and brisk.

  • 게임에서 AI(Artificial Intelligence)는 게임의 재미요소와 가장 밀접한 부분이며, 대부분의 게임에 포함되어 있다. 그러나 단순한 AI패턴은 게임플레이에 지속성을 저하시키며 게임의 재미요소 하락시키는 원인이 되기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해, 2D 횡 스크롤 액션 게임으로 "아트록스"를 개발하여 게임의 흥미를 높일 수 있는 AI패턴을 연구하였다.
