제주 부동산업의 성장특성 분석 (Analysis on the Growth Characteristics of Real Estate Industry in Jeju)

  • 2006년 제주특별자치도 출범 이후 여러 개발사업이 진행된 제주는 유입인구 증가 등의 영향으로 2011년 이후 여타 지역에 비해 부동산업이 성장하였다. 이러한 성장 이후에 2017년부터는 미분양주택 증가, 순유입인구 감소 등의 현상이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2006년부터 2016년의 기간을 회복기(2006~2010년)와 확장기(2011~2016년)로 구분하여 변이할당분석과 성장률시차분석을 통해 제주 부동산업의 성장이 국가의 성장에 따른 영향인지, 지역의 산업구조와 경쟁력에 의한 것인지를 분석하였다. 분석결과 제주 부동산업의 매출액과 종사자수는 회복기에는 국가 성장의 영향에 의해 성장하였으나, 확장기에는 산업구조와 지역의 경쟁력에 의해 성장한 것으로 나타났다. 부동산업의 성장에 기여한 세부산업으로는 부동산 개발 및 공급업을 들 수 있으며, 경쟁력이 약화된 세부산업으로는 부동산관리업으로 나타났다.

근로자의 사내 행사참여가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Workers' Participation in Organizations on Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 근로자의 사내 행사참여가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관해 분석하였다. 근로자를 대상으로 설문지 총 52부를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 근로자의 사내 행사 참여에 따라 조직생활 만족감의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 없는 것으로 분석되었으나, MT/WS 행사와 Sports 행사 간의 상관계수 값은 -.478로 p<.01 수준의 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 근로자의 개인적 특성에 따른 조직생활만족감의 집단 간 차이는 연령과 직위에 따라 집단 간 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 조직생활만족감은 연령에서 30~35세 미만이 더 높은 것으로 분석되었고, 직위에서는 차장 이상이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인적 특성에 따른 자기효능감의 집단 간 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 근로자의 사내 행사 참여가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 조직구성원의 조직생활만족감과 자아효능감 향상을 통해 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

산업체 수요지향적 교과과정에 대한 연구 (A Study on a Curriculum Based on the Demands of the Industry)

  • 최근 대학 졸업생들의 취업경쟁이 점점 치열해 지고 있다. 이공계 졸업생도 예외는 아니며 졸업생들이 산업체에 취업했을 때 현장에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 재학시절 교육을 잘 하는 것이 교육자로서 중요한 임무중 하나이다. 그러나 실제로 졸업생들이 취업을 했을 때 회사에서 재교육을 해야만 하는 경우가 많으므로 산업체에서도 애로점이 많다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 기업체의 요구를 교과에 반영하는 산업체 수요지향적인 교과과정 개편에 관한 방법을 제안한다. 여기서는 저자가 속해 있는 대학의 컴퓨터학과에 적용한 경험을 바탕으로 제안하였는데 타 대학 관련학과에서도 제안하는 방법을 적용하여 교과의 교육 지향 방향이 산업체의 기술 변화 추이에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있고 산업체가 재교육을 실시하지 않고 졸업과 동시에 실무에 투입할 수 있는 산학일체형 인력을 양성할 수 있으리라 사료된다.

일-가족 조화를 위한 가족친화적 기업정책의 발달단계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Stages of Development of Corporate Family-Friendly Policies and Programs)

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce the evolution of corporate family-friendly policies and programs, a recent business issue throughout the world. In addition, this study suggests implications for a corporate reference guide to work-family policies and programs by providing a comparative analysis of the typical stages of development of U.S. corporate family-friendly policies and programs, and by presenting model initiatives of Korean and American family-friendly companies. Just as technological changes at the time of the Industrial Revolution altered the relationship between workers and their work, more recent technological advances have again transformed this relationship, offering the promise of a society in which work demands a smaller portion of the worker's time and permitting the worker more freedom and control over work conditions. These new work arrangements have the promise of producing a new paradigm for work and family, based on which many industrialized nations have developed family-friendly policies already. Family-friendly policies and programs can be grouped into four discernable stages in the evolution of a corporate work-family agenda. According to these stages, most companies in Korea are in the predevelopment stage or stage 1. Development of scales to assess company family-friendliness is needed to create a family-friendly workplace environment, policies, and programs. It is critical that companies have champions who have the vision to step out in kent, and the determination to ensure that the family-friendly programs are solidly grounded. Companies should develop their work-family initiatives as an integral part of a program for managing diversity focusing on needs of women and minority employees.

미용실 재방문과 미용 서비스 품질과의 상관관계 (The Correlation Between Revisiting of Beauty Shop and Quality of Beauty Service)

  • This never-ending changes and everlasting challenges under the industrial circumstances induce us to compete against survival or selection. We accordingly need to take steps in order to survive excessive competitions by the various differentiated strategies in Beauty and Cosmetology markets. The purpose of this study aims for making the best use of this actual proof which enables the effective customer management and managerial things of beauty shop through theoretical contemplation in all aspects of managerial beauty shop and the reason why the customers give the second visit(revisit) or choosing the shop again(coming again) by demographic characteristics. The method of this study was surveying 200 re-visited customers at the same beauty shop in GwangJu Metropolitan city for a whole year by questionnaire regarding the correlation between revisiting of the same beauty shop and demographic characteristics. After surveying, we coded these questionnaires finding out its distribution(range) by SPSS statistical package with Frequency Analysis in response to demographic characteristics and also performed ANOVA and Regression. In brief, there is big difference between men and women which explains the second visiting(revisit) originates in technical fact; hair protection. Most women have paid great attention to their hair protection while men mostly have ignored. However, men attached themselves to the hairdressers' appearances and the distance from their house to the beauty shop which did not mean a lot to women. Beside s, there were many differentiation in accordance with marital status, age, education and their business. With this study, we easily generalize the fact that customers revisit a beauty shop not because of beauty shop facilities but because of human interests.?Beautician's service has certain specialties which show the interaction between customer and beautician in the field. Now we can come to this conclusion that we need to endeavor to develop the service spirit and employees' welfare. Their attitudes towards job satisfaction go well with customer ' s satisfaction in this way.

철도수요예측을 위한 직접수요모형 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of A Direct Demand Estimation Model for Forecasting of Railroad Traffic Demand)

  • 현재 철도계획에 이용되고 있는 교통수요예측 지역간기종점(OD)자료는 국가교통데이타베이스(KTDB)를 이용하고 있다. KTDB의 자료는 우리나라 지역간 총통행량을 조사한 후 도로, 철도, 항공등으로 배분하는 방법을 이용하고 하고 있다. 그러나 철도의 경우는 철도역이 기존의 존과 일치하지 않거나 1개존에 다수의 철도역이 존재하여 Connector가 연결되지 않아 적용 방법상에 문제점이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이로 인해 KTDB를 이용한 철도부분의 교통예측은 다른 교통수단에 비해 신뢰성이 크게 떨어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 검토 분석하고, 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 집계모형(Aggregate Model) 기법을 활용한 철도의 교통수요예측 방법(직접수요추정 : Direct Demand Estimation)을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 집계모형에 지역간의 인구, 거리, 산업체종사자수, 자동차대수, 도로연장등 사회경제지표의 연관성을 분석하여 철도분야 수요예측의 오차를 최소화할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다.

부산지역 4개 백화점의 공기오염도에 관한 조사연구 (The Study on the Level of Air Pollution at Four Department Stores in Pusan Area)

  • For the purpose of contributing to the promotion of health of the employees working at the same kind of department store or similar type of business and the people utilizing them and preparing the basic data for the establishment of mangagement measure by assessing the level of air pollusion at indoor and outodoor of four department store among the distribution service business in Pusan area, authors measured the concentration of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, formaldehyde and total suspanded particle according to the measuring height of variable at indoor and outodoor from Aug. 1990. to sep. an. d Jan, 1991 to Feb.: for each two months in summer and winter, and studied by dividing the variable factor into atmospheric factor (temperature, humidity and air velociy) The results are as follows ; 1. The mean concentration of air pollutants at indoor to total subjects was nitrogen dioxide 31.1ppb, sulfur dioxide 51.7ppb, formaldehyde 162.lppb and total suspanded particle $67.7{\mu}g/m^3$, and it was higher in winter than in summer (P>0.05) 2. The mean concentration of formaldehyde to total subjects was higher indoors than outdoors (P<0.001), in case of nitrogen dioxide there was no significant difference and sulfur dioxide and total suspanded particle were higher outdoors than indoors (P<0.05) 3. The concentration of nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide proved to be a adverse correlation, reducing with height. 4. According to the result questioned about the exposure concentration of pollutant and the general symptom caused by the pollutant, nitorgen dioxide and symptom proved to be a positive correlation (P<0.09).

인쇄업 종사자의 혼합유기용제 노출로 인한 자각증상 및 위해성 평가 (The assessment of health risk and subjective symptoms of printing workers exposed to mixed organic solvents)

  • In order to check a necessity of health control for the laborers who are in use of mixed organic solvents in the printing industries, this study evaluated the use status of mixed organic solvents, health subjective symptoms on the exposure of the solvents, health hazard for each kind of printings for the employees who work for the printing industries located in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The study analyzed 228 sites and 311 people responded of the total 250 sites surveyed from March to September 2007, and obtained the following results; 1) Estimating the exposure of the mixed organic solvents, the study found that estimation of mixture(EM) was different for each kind of printings at a level of significance, excessiveness of EM was 7.5%, the highest, for gravure printing, 5.6% for screen printing, 4.7% for master printing, 2.9% for offset printing. 2) As to the mean scores of health subjective symptoms for each kind of printings, workers in screen printing showed high scores in every subjective symptom, of which symptom of central nervous system was 3.75, the highest, and the difference was statistically at a level of significance(p<0.01). 3) Results of the hazard analysis for carcinogens and non-carcinogens contained in the mixed organic solvents exposed to the workers showed that cancer risk of offset printing workers was $7.8{\times}10^{-9}$ for benzene, the mean cancer risk was $2.02.{\times}10^{-8}$ from Monte-Carlo simulation, and both risks did not exceed the US EPA permissible standard of $1{\times}10^{-6}$. The total hazard indices of the non-carcinogens estimated was 3.523, the highest, for gravure printing, 2.381 for master printing, 1.125 for screen printing, respectively, and all exceeded 1.

산업장에서의 보건관리업무 수행실태에 관한 연구 -경인 지역 산업장을 대상으로- (A Study on the Performance of Occupational Health Services in Kyung In Areas)

  • This study was designed to identify the performance of occupational health services of 37 industries located in Kyung in area. The data was collected by a structured questionnaire developed by the Academic society of Community Nursing. This analysis had two factors, one was related to six of the industries, and the other was the actual assignment procedures of the health team members. This study was undertaken from December 4, 1992 to January 21, 1993. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The study group was primarily manufacturing industries which employed 300-1,000 employees. 2. The actual assignment state of occupation health team members with the exception of nurses was not kept to the regulations of the industrial safety health law. 3. The following was the analysis of the performance of occupational health services with two factors: 1). The larger the size of the six industries, the more the performance of health education, health assessment, and health screening. 2) The actual. practice of occupational health team members working environmental measurement, was more frequently performed by a nurse other than health team members together. 4. 1) The subscription rate of the laborers for primary health screening was 94%, and of these 10% had the need of secondary health screening. As a results of the secondary health screening the degrees were 'A' 45%, 'C' 92%, 'R' 21%. Of these degrees 'C', 'R' 4% were follow up cases. 2) 43% of laborers needed special health screening and .of these the subscription rate was 99%. The main item of the special health screening was physical factors. After the special health screening 46% required .follow up, 30% required medical treatment, only reporting 18%, change work 8%, suspension from work place 2%.

A Study on the Expansion of the Employment of the Elderly in Small Business: Focusing on the Opinions of Small Business Owners

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a plan to expand the employment of the elderly in Small business as one of the ways to solve the problem of the supply and demand of the company due to the aging population and the problem of the elderly poverty. Research design, data and methodology: The method of this study is a qualitative research method, and the researcher visited a small and medium-sized company directly and collected data by conducting an in-depth interview with a business owner. The interview period was conducted on a total of 15 business owners from November 5, 2013 to November 18, 2013. Results: First, the reason why companies hire the elderly is because they are suitable people, and the reason why they are not employed is because the elderly are not suitable. Second, it was found that the most recruiting paths continued to work after retirement. Third, the strengths of the elderly in their businesses were diligence, integrity, leadership, wisdom, warmth, and skill. Disadvantages the elderly in their businesses include wanting to be treated as an adult, poor productivity, poor accuracy, and health risks. Fourth, in case of hiring the elderly, they were considering convergence with young employees, and it was suggested that there are no difficulties in being an elderly because the companies hiring the elderly use the elderly according to the characteristics of the elderly. Fifth, It is realistic to actively utilize the employment system after retirement. Sixth, it was found that, unlike young people, it is not easy to recruit people on the Internet, so it is necessary to improve the system. Lastly, some industries clearly distinguished between the jobs of the elderly and the jobs of the young, but in many industries, it was desirable to create jobs for the elderly by harmonizing the main and secondary jobs. Conclusion: Ultimately, the work of the elderly in small and medium-sized enterprises should be reborn as a high-quality job that can solve the poverty of the elderly by working as a regular worker in the enterprise, rather than simply working for the elderly.
