Elevator stops emergently when power failures happen during operation. In that case, the passenger should wait with frightened in the car untill they are rescued by repair man or power resumes. This paper describes an automatic landing device for power-failure(ALP) that consists of UPS and battery charge control system. The excellence of the ALP operation is verified by experiments in elevator test tower.

Approximately 25% of military establishments became superannuated to unable perform their function, and it influences on the environment by construction wastes and the waste of national budget, as there is no rational and objective standard even though old facilities have been replaced through modernization project. Therefore, it has been searched to introduce industrial building system that can cope with the new building-construction and transference for the improvement of existing military establishments. However, as there is no economical estimation standard for practical use, industrial building-construction is still remaining at the initial stage, and the study is insufficient too. So. in this study, I would like to develope LCC cost model for rational LCC comparative analysis between industrial construction system (Modular) and existing reinforced concrete structure and cage, and to evaluate economical efficiency through case analysis.

본 연구는 건축사시험에서 건축법규 체크를 자동화하는 방법을 제안하다. 건축법규 체크 자동화를 가능하게 하기위하여 필요한 빌딩데이터모델을 제안하고, 그와 함께 시험답안을 주어진 건축법규와 자동으로 비교하여 충족여부를 판단할 수 있는 평가모듈을 개발한다. 본 연구의 특징은 체계적인 평가가 가능하게 하였으며, 기존의 연구와 달리 필요한 경우에 적용 건축법규의 수를 시스템의 수정 없이 증가시킬 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다는 점이다.

While industrial development as many buildings were builted, amount of energy consume in building also increase rapidly. At this point be tormented the energy depletions are big problem on the rise. The development of renewable energy in trying to resolve the fundamental problem that the technical level is still incomplete. Because of this, reduce energy use in buildings to lot of study. Most of the energy involved in building mechanical system for so many research is continue. Among them, be interested in building mechanical system. Building mechanical system is configured Air conditioning, sanitation, urban (environmental) equipment. In the design of equipment, installation, maintenance, applies to all devices in the field of industrial equipment and general engineering equipment field are within bounds to say that all of the equipment field. However, domestic technology level is still fly short of international standards in architecture, we spand many energy. Because of this, find the current situation and identify the problems look up ways to improve them.

본 논문에서는 일반적인 건물자동제어 시스템의 아키텍처를 네트워크 구성과 관제점, 상호운영성, 성능 측면에서 분석하고, 점대점 고속 유선 방식으로 연결된 가상화 기반의 새로운 건물자동제어 시스템을 제시하였다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 건물자동제어 시스템은 사용자 기반의 환경제어를 가능하게 하며 건물자동제어 시스템의 성능 향상을 통하여 건물에너지관리를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 가상화 방식은 부하관리사업자의 건물 군관리를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 초고층빌딩 설계에 관련된 건축법규의 적용방식을 발전시키는데 있다. 초고층빌딩등과 같은 특화된 건물 업무에서 설계사무소의 역량을 증진시키기 위해 국내 건축 법규의 합리적인 적용방식을 발전시키는 것은 필수적 요소라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 초고층건물 설계과정에 요구되는 특별한 환경을 살펴보며 국내 건축법규와 미국을 중심으로 한 해외 건축법규를 비교하였다. 특히, 부산롯데타워에 적용된 건축법규를 분석하여 향후 유사한 초고층빌딩 설계과정에서 고려할만한 국내건축법규의 추가 또는 개정할 여지가 있는 항목을 제안한다.

본 연구의 목적은 건물시스템들에 관한 이해를 돕고 이들을 체계적으로 분류하는 방법과 통합하는 방법들을 제시하는데 있다. 건물의 구성요소들을 구조, 설비, 외피, 실내의 네 가지 주요한 건물시스템으로 분류하였고 이에 따라 세부적인 시스템들을 구분하였다. 시스템들 사이에서 가능한 통합의 유형들을 모두 11가지로 분류하였으며 통합의 방법을 물리적, 시각적, 기능적 통합의 세 가지 주요한 방법과 열두 가지의 세부기법들로 제시하였다. 또한, 도출한 건물시스템의 분류와 통합방법을 루이스 칸이 설계한 리차즈 의학 연구소에 적용하여 건축 프로젝트를 건물 시스템 통합의 측면에서 분석하는 방법을 제시하고자 하였다.

The most of national industrial complex were developed and supplied not according to the requirements of enterprise but the needs of the government. And it leads to current serious out of balance in demand and supply of industrial complex. Buckpyoung industrial complex started sale from when the industrial complex developed in 1995 however the unsold percentage of it was 67% until in October,2005. And this result was ranked the top in the unsold percentage among the 42 national industrial complex in korea. In this paper we research how to accelerate the sale of Buckpyoung industrial complex and to reinvigorate local economy and present the constitution of building material cluster and physical distribution system as the results of our research.

Recently real-estate investment business is standing out as a new plan for creation of source of income. In this paper, we suggested appropriate real-estate investment strategy through the reconstruct case study of existing one-storied building. That is, we showed the efficient process of decision and propel to reconstruct and the key points for lease business and post management after building completion. Also, we analyzed the rate of return of commercial building investment in order to find its optimum dealing time. Therefore the results of this paper are expected to be a help to old ages and persons laying plans for a similar business.

The objective of this study is to develope ground heat exchanger using PHC pile used to building foundation, and it's element technology. So we made PHC piles into ground heat exchanger and evaluate it's performance. First, we studied PHC pile type, heat exchanger pipe, grouting materials, and present apartment house's foundation condition for PHC ground heat exchanger. As a result we designed BIGS(Building Integrated Geothermal System) prototype. Second, we applied BIGS to apartment houses' utility building in Osan built by Daelim. Third, we monitored heating performance of winter season. 1be result of heating performance was so good to apply to heat & cooling system in building.
