대한민국은 '과학기술'을 경제발전을 위한 수단으로 규정한 산업화 시대의 헌법을 바탕으로 포스트-산업화 시대에 접어들었다. 새 시대에 걸맞은 헌법 개정 있어서, 헌법에 고착된 '산업화 시대의 관성'을 밝히는 것이 우선이다. 이를 위하여 과학 기술 관련 헌법 조문을 비교법적 통시적으로 살펴보았다. 헌법에서 함의된 산업화 시대의 관성은 다음의 세 가지이다. 첫째, 헌법적 용어인 '과학기술'의 협착성(狹窄性)이다. 헌법에서 '과학은 기술에 종속되고, 기술은 과학에 한정' 되었다. 둘째, 과학기술의 경제발전 수단화이다. 셋째, 현행 헌법 제127조에 기재된 '혁신'이 '진흥 창달'의 개념으로 통념되는 것이다. 산업화 시대의 공업화의 기초로서 통념된 '과학'은 산업기술 획득의 수단에서 해방되어야 하고, 포스트-산업화 시대의 '기술'은 다양성과 창의성을 통섭(通涉)해야 한다. 또한, 경제발전 이외의 과학 기술의 다양한 영향을 인정하는 헌법 규정이 필요하고, 이는 '과학 기술국가 원리'의 헌법적 선언을 의미한다. 마지막으로 '4차 산업혁명'이라고 불리는 변화의 시대에 한국형 국가혁신체제를 헌법의 틀 안에서 재정립해야 한다. 포스트-산업화 시대의 탈추격형 기술혁신 체계에서는 정치 경제 사회 문화의 모든 영역에 있어서 개인의 자유와 창의가 최고도로 발휘되어야 한다. 국가의 모든 영역에서 자유 평등과 함께 '창의'를 국가의 기본 성격으로 삼았던 제헌헌법 제5조의 규정을 전문 또는 총강에 부활시켜 포스트-산업화 시대의 한국형 국가혁신체제의 헌법적 비전을 마련해야 한다.

본 연구는 대전광역시민을 대상으로 생활문화활동에 참여하면서 나타난 사회적 효과를 분석하였다. 사회적 효과는 개인적 차원의 창의성과 자아존중감, 사회적 차원의 사회참여와 교류로 설정하였으며, 이러한 효과에 대해 생활문화활동의 참여방식에 따른 효과성을 검정하였다. 이를 위해 SPSS 22를 활용하였으며, 분석방법으로 요인분석, 변량분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석 등의 방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 강좌 및 강의 프로그램의 참여는 사회적 차원의 사회참여와 교류의 효과가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 동호회 활동의 참여는 창의성이 감소하는 것으로 나타나서 동호회 활동에 대한 추가 분석이 필요한 것으로 판단되었다. 문화예술행사 관람의 참여는 자아존중감이 증가하고, 문화예술행사의 작품공연 및 전시 참여는 창의성을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해서 첫째, 지역주민의 특성과 마을문화의 공동체성을 향상시킬 수 있는 생활문화 프로그램 개발, 둘째, 다양한 공동체적 동호회 활동의 프로그램 지원을 통한 활성화, 셋째, 지역 문화예술 활동가와 지역주민들의 교류와 협력을 통한 마을문화 공동체 형성 지원, 넷째, 젊은 세대와 노인 세대를 위한 생활밀착형, 세대통합형 생활문화 프로그램의 개발과 확대의 필요성을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 그룹 성과모형, 그룹 프로세스 유형, 그룹의 장단점을 살펴보았고, 현존하는 그룹웨어와 회의 지원시스템에 대해 조사하였다. 특히, 대부분의 기업에서 중요시하는 신상품 개발 팀의 업무 성과를 높이기 위한 방안으로 그룹 지원시스템이 제공해야 할 기능에 대해 논의하였다. 신상품 개발 팀을 위한 그룹 지원시스템은 프로세스에 참여하는 모든 구성원이 언제든지(Anytime), 어디에서든지(Anyplace) 신상품개발을 위해 협력할 수 있도록 지원기능을 제공하는 시스템이라 볼 수 있다. 지원시스템이 그룹의 성과를 높이려면 필요시에는 개별성, 병렬성, 익명성을 보장할 수 있어야 하며, 팀원 개인이 수행하는 업무와 공동으로 수행하는 업무를 둘 다 지원할 수 있어야 하고, 사전준비, 회의진행, 사후정리의 모든 과정에서 그룹 프로세스를 지원하면서 구성원의 창의력을 촉발시키고 그룹의 약점을 보완해주는 기능을 갖추어야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the necessity and problem of the study on beauty aesthetics, and the direction and method of its study theoretically by applying the concept of aesthetics to the beauty art as an attempt to build up aesthetic concepts of beauty art. As results of inquiry, the study on beauty aesthetics is essential for the adaptation to demands for the creativity of beauty art. As for problem of study on beauty aesthetics, it is necessary to conduct an aggregate study at various angles since the aesthetic value of beauty art (hairstyle) is realized by interaction of the social cultural value or practical value and pure artistic value, and the unique cosmetic beauty of any era or nation group individual is created on the basis of hair designers and individual spirit, emotion and taste, etc. and its perceptual aesthetic enjoyment is accomplished variously. As for the direction and method of study on beauty aesthetics, the quest with abstract speculative self-examination into the beauty having its subjective meaning must be accomplished. This thesis would like to contribute to the building up of beauty industry field as beauty arts based on the aesthetics by successive coming forward of personnel for beauty who combine the aesthetic abilities meeting the diversified requirements of modern society and by improving the recognition of persons recognizing the beauty industry field as a technical field only.

The introduction of coffee business means adapting new culture more than coffee business itself as you see if from the trend of brand coffee stores in Korea now days. It shows how important marketing is in Space design. Following study is to study about the key space design elements which is getting luxurious and individual in brand coffee stores. The aim of this essay is to broden variety and creativity of the space design in the market from now on.

An increasing number of children are now using the Internet. They are starting at a younger age, using a variety of devices and spending more time online. It becomes an important problem to protect the children in online environment. The Internet can be a major channel for their education, creativity and self-expression. However, it also carries a spectrum of risks to which children are more vulnerable than adults. In order to solve these problems, we suggested a binding model of user attributes for enhanced user authentication. We also studied the requirements and prerequisites of a binding model of user attributes. In this paper we described the architecture of binding model of user attributes and showed the effectiveness of the suggested model using simulation. This model can be utilized to enhanced user authentication and service authorization.

In mechanical design part, though many design methodologies have been developed, most of them are applicable for detailed design. Therefore, when people had to do conceptual design, they relied on their individual creativity. To improve this phenomenon, some methodologies are developed such as TRIZ and axiomatic design. In this paper, both TRIZ and axiomatic design methodologies will be reviewed. In addition, some papers which contain conceptual design case study will be also dealt with. These case studies are results of application both axiomatic design and TRIZ methodology.

There is a tradition of advocating the 'two basics' (basic knowledge and basic skills) in Chinese mathematics education. The direct consequence is that Chinese students are able to produce excellent performance in the international mathematics examinations and outstanding results in the international mathematics competitions. In this article, we will present why and how Chinese teachers teach the 'two basics,' and how combine the pupil's creativity with their 'two basics.' Open ended problem solving is a way to meet the goal. The following topics will be concerned: Culture background; the speed of computation; 'make perfect' ; Efficiency in classroom; Balance between 'two basics' and personal development. In Particular, Chinese mathematics educators pay more attentions to the link between open ended problem solving and the 'two basics' principal.

Office interior design is based on the understanding of diversity information about working program, organization and networking system of the company. To build a good working environment, flexibility of space and communication between employees and employer in the office are very important. Due to the business growth, the "N" company requires more working space and this project is basically initiated to relocate in new working environment. This work pursues the clients can enhance more creativity and productivity in their working area. In order to promote the efficiency and comfort of the working environment, diverse employee's working characteristic, individual and collective requirements have been observed. The basic concept of the design can be summarized in the following : youth, simplicity, modern and nature.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to help understanding nursing application of morale after analysing the concept of morale. Method : With a various investigation of the records on the morale, I identified the characteristics of morale. Result : The characteristics of morale are as follows; 1) The active and voluntary motives of performing in a job. 2) The group phenomena as well as individual ones. 3) The characteristics and changeability according to the situation. 4) The self-esteem and satisfaction in a job. Conclusion : As morale can affect the management and success of organization constantly, the analysis of the concept of morale will be available in nursing administration, so the nursing managers should be interested in morale, And nursing managers should enhance the staff's morale in order that the staffs are willing to participate in their work, to be faithful in an organization, to develop creativity and to do better activities and so they have to contribute to the development of the organization and its members.
