As the demand for natural and beautiful smiles increases, the demand for anterior aesthetic treatment is increasing. Orthodontic treatment is often necessary for esthetic, healthy and natural treatment outcome. Particularly, in the case of middle-aged patients, minor tooth movement limited to anterior teeth is more effective than comprehensive orthodontic treatment which requires a long-term treatment period. Clinician who is in charge of aesthetic dentistry should have the ability to select a case that can be treated with partial orthodontic treatment and to determine the most effective treatment method. This article provides decision flowchart for case selection and choosing the best treatment modality for anterior teeth alignment.

Prosthodontic treatment planning for various edentulous arches is not an easy issue for dentists. Especially, in case of removable partial denture, we must have a knowledge of overall treatment procedures, and a careful approach is needed. Recently, interest of dental implant and case reports are increasing, the decrease of the removable partial denture is true, but dental implantation takes longer treatment period and it is more expensive. Also, there are still some limitations like lack of available alveolar bone, patient's general condition, and chronic periodontitis. Therefore, sometimes implantation is impossible. Finally, implantation cannot be adapted to every single patient. Currently, the clasp type removable partial dentures are used routinely, giving patients many unesthetic and functional difficulties. With better laboratory technique, removable partial denture with attachment and removable partial denture in rigid type increase patient's happiness level much more than predicted. The case presented in this article, clinically demonstrate the efficiency of using a telescopic system to improve esthetic and functional recovery for patients who lose multiple teeth.

This study is focused on the analysis of the characteristics of marine HVAC duct. These results will be applied to develope a robot which is for maintaining a cabin comfort, convenience and healthy through HVAC duct. The followings are the results of this study. (1) The evaluated items which proposed by at the view point of robot's function can be adapted to other vessels for the same purpose, (2) For the case of round type duct. the maximized conditions which robot has to have are straight length of 40.152mm, inclination of $45^{\circ}$. horizontal bending of $90^{\circ}$. increasing diameter of 1.28 times, and 0.625 times decreasing diameter in branch. (3) For the case of rectangular type duct. the maximized conditions are straight length of 15.987mm. aspect ratio of 4.17:1, inclination of $18.92^{\circ}$. horizontal bending of $90^{\circ}$, and 0.65 times decreasing diameter in branch.

The necessity of diagnosis of the rotating machinery which is widely used in the industry is increasing. If rotating machinery has fault, we can detect fault using vibration or noise. But, in diagnosing rotating machinery, the end user who doesn't have expert knowledge needs the help of vibration diagnosis expert. However, vibration diagnosis experts who well satisfy the demand of end user are rare. So, this paper propose a development of the case-based reasoning system for abnormal vibration diagnosis of rotating machinery we construct the past experiences of vibration diagnosis expert into case base and shear the experiences of diagnosis expert with the end user. In this paper, we describe that process of structured system and adapting result of abnormal vibration diagnosis of electric motor.

Background: Breast cancer in Kazakhstan and its Kyzylorda oblast is the most prevalent cancer in women and features increasing trends of incidence. The aim of study was to reveal risk factors for breast cancer among women of Kyzylorda oblast of Kazakhstan. Materials and Methods: A hospital-based case-control study was conducted at Kyzylorda oblast Oncology Center, including 114 cases of breast cancer and 196 controls. Binary logistic regression analysis was performed. Results: Social and behavioral risk factors for breast cancer were evaluated, among which unfavorable living conditions, chronic stress, unilateral breastfeeding, breastfeeding less than 3 months and over 2 years, abortions, and hereditary predisposition were found to be related with increased breast cancer risk. Breastfeeding for 6-24 months was found to be protective. Conclusions: The findings may have significant impact on activity planning aimed towards breast cancer reduction among women in Kazakhstan.

The boiler structure is determined by combustion characteristics and construction costs in the combustion chamber of a large commercial boiler. The heat transfer in boiler is composed of the radiation and the convection. The convective heat transfer has happened to back-pass heating surface. The combustion gas sequentially passes through the reheater tube, 1st economizer tube, and 2nd economizer tube. In case of being lowered in boiler height, we have to install additional tube bundle in back-pass heating surface for increasing the heat transfer of boiler, which causes the noise and vibration from combustion gas. When the combustion gas passes through the back-pass tube bundle in specified load of commercial boiler, this paper analyzes the acoustic characteristics between vortex-shedding frequency and natural frequency in tube bundle cavity. The case study reduce the resonance by changing natural frequency characteristics of tube-bundle cavity using a way to install ant-noise baffle in the direction of combustion gas flow.

Benign lymphoepithelial cysts of parotid gland were first described by Miculicz in 1888, have been presented for a long time, uncommonly. But, recently it has been reported with increasing frequency since the onset of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Benign lymphoepithelial cysts can be diagnosed by the fine needle aspiration in conjunction with the history and physical examination. The therapeutic options of benign lymphoepithelial cysts have been limited to aspiration, surgical resection, medical therapy, radiotherapy and sclerotherapy. Recently, we experienced a case of benign lymphoepithelial cyst of right parotid gland, so we report this case with review of the literatures.

The environment of the world becomes deteriorated rapidly as the result of the development of technology, the increase of the standard of living, and the growth of population. These circumstances called for environmental education in Korea, creating an environment course in the middle and high school in 1995. Despite the increasing importance of environmental education, however, the situation has not developed in its favor because of the current system of the university entrance examination. The school has failed to develop the curriculum of environmental education in the secondary education. This paper solves this problem internally in terms of the improvement of the contents, organization, teaching method (role-playing game), and teaching materials of environmental education, with a case study of the “noise” unit in 10th grade. This case study expects to change the attitude toward noise, increase the interest and knowledge in environment, and lead to responsible environmental behavior.

In this paper several recent case studies of near surface geophysical applications in Greece are presented. The case studies are focused mostly in archeological site investigation, a field which is of high interest in Greece due to its reach historical heritage. The growing construction works in several parts of Greece as well as the increasing public interest in exploring and preserving cultural heritage lead to an increase of the application of nearsurface geophysics techniques as a preliminary investigation tool prior to engineering and archeological excavation works. Research efforts, presented in this work, are focused to extending and adapting standard nearsurface techniques in order to be made more effective for archaeological site investigation. The presented case studies involve not only standard field investigation procedures but also novel approaches such as the use of non-spike electrodes, efficient measuring and instrumentation strategies, unusual configurations and measurement environments. Overall it shown that efficient and state-of-art nearsurface geophysical techniques used for archaeological prospection purposes provide significant archaeological and structural information valuable for archeologists, engineers and conservation scientists.

As companies become more dependent upon information systems(IS), the potential losses of IS resources become critical. IS management must assume the increasing responsibility for protection of IS resources as the IS and business environments become more vulnerable to various threats. The major issues facing management, when attempting to manage risks, include the assessment of the impact of risks on business objectives and the design of security safeguards to reduce the unacceptable risks to an acceptable level. This paper provides a case study of the risk management for IS. A Korean credit card company which has the high sensitivity for customers security was selected as a case. The risk management procedure using a powerful tool, CRAMM(the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agencys Risk Analysis and Management Method) was applied for this company.
