매설조건에 따른 연성관의 변형특성 (Deformation Characteristics of Flexible Pipe with Variation of Buried Conditions)

  • 국내의 경우 하수관으로 많이 사용되어 온 관종은 콘크리트 흄관으로 대표되는 강성관이 주를 이루고 있으나, 시간 경과에 따른 관 부식 및 수밀성 부족 등의 이유로 사용이 급격히 감소하고 있다. 반면에 연성관은 부식에 강할 뿐만 아니라 자재의 무게가 경량이어서 시공성이 우수한 장점이 있어 사용이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 연성관에 대한 시장의 신뢰성 부족과 미흡한 다짐관리로 인한 국부적인 파손사례가 발생하고 있어 이에 대한 원인분석 및 관리방안이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시공순서, 관의 강성, 관 하부 콘크리트 기초의 강도, 관 하부 모래기초의 다짐도, 관 주변 모래의 다짐도 및 관 상단 되메움재의 다짐도 등을 변화시켜 가며 각각의 조건에 따른 관의 변형특성을 수치해석을 통하여 평가하였다. 평가결과 각 인자에 대한 영향을 확인할 수 있었으며 특히 연성관의 경우 관 주변 모래의 품질관리가 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

지각된 과잉자격이 직장인의 혜택과 위험을 통해충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceived Overqualification on Loyalty through Benefits and Risks of Workers)

  • 코로나19 환경으로 인해 급격히 조성된 고용시장의 불확실성은 불완전고용을 만들면서 취업준비생으로 하여금 직무 요구능력보다 필요 이상의 자격이 요구되었다. 기존의 선행연구에서는 불완전고용으로 생성된 과잉자격의 직장인은 자신의 직무에 만족하지 못하고 다양한 부정적 영향을 나타냈으며, 대표적으로 이직 의도를 들 수 있다. 그러나 고용이 불완전한 코로나19 상황 안에서는 자신의 과잉자격에 대한 인식이 다르게 나타날 것이다. 또한, 급격히 높아진 경쟁 환경에서 과잉자격은 이직이 아닌 직장에 충성도로 나타날 것이라는 가설하에 본 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구 결과 직장인에게 업무경험이 가장 큰 혜택이자 높은 위험으로 국내 고용제도를 특징적으로 나타내었다. 또한, 과잉자격으로 인한 혜택과 위험 모두 충성도에 유의미한 영향으로 나타났다. 이는 선행연구의 부정적인 영향과 다르게 코로나19로 비롯된 불안정적인 고용 환셩에서는 직장에 안정적으로 남아있으려는 의지로 볼 수 있는 결과이다.

불완전(不完全)한 정보하(情報下)의 통화(通貨)의 투자증대효과분석(投資增大效果分析): 중복세대모형(重複世代模型)을 이용한 일반균형적(一般均衡的) 접근(接近) (Money and Capital Accumulation under Imperfect Information: A General Equilibrium Approach Using Overlapping Generations Model)

  • 본고(本稿)에서는 채권자(債權者)와 채무자간(債務者間)에 계약불이행문제(契約不履行問題)(contract enforcement problem)가 존재함에 따라 금융시장이 자금중개기능(資金仲介機能)을 원활하게 수행하지 못하는 경제하에서, 자본축적과정(資本蓄積科程)에 있어서 화폐(貨幣)의 역할을 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 분석을 위해서, 생산을 위해 차입(借入)하는 기업(企業)과 생산자금을 공급하는 채권자(債權者)가 공존하는 중복세대모형(重複世代模型)(overlapping generation model)을 구성하여 양자간에 정보(情報)의 불완전성(不完全性)으로 인해 계약불이행문제(契約不履行問題)가 초래되는 상황을 내생적(內生的)으로 도출하고, 중앙은행(中央銀行)의 대출정책(貸出政策)을 통한 통화공급(通貨供給)이 기업의 투자(投資), GNP, 인플레, 시장금리(市場金利) 등에 미치는 동태적(動態的) 효과(效果)를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본고(本稿)의 "시뮬레이션"분석에 의하면 중앙은행의 대출정책은 민간금융시장에서 충분한 투자재원(投資財源)을 조달하지 못하는 기업(企業)에게 새로이 발행되는 화폐(newly printed money)로 대출금을 공급함으로써 불완전한 민간금융시장을 보완(補完)하여 실물투자(實物投資)와 생산(生産)의 증대효과(增大效果)를 가져올 수 있다. 이와 아울러 중앙은행의 대출정책(貸出政策)과 재정당국(財政當局)의 총액(總額) 조세(租稅)-이전정책(移轉政策)(lump sum tax-cum-transfer policy)을 적절히 조합(組合)하면 각 경제주체의 후생(厚生)이 자유방임경제하(自由放任經濟下)에서의 후생에 비하여 중대되는 "파레토"우월배분(優越配分)(Pareto superior allocation)이 가능하다는 결과가 도출되었다.

장애인활동지원서비스제도의 노동시장 참여에 대한 정책효과 (The effect of policy on Korean personal assistance service for persons with disabilities of labor market participation)

  • 본 연구는 장애인활동지원제도가 정책효과로서 수급자 가구원의 노동시장 참여를 촉진시켰는지에 대해 평가하고자 한국복지패널 6차(2011년)과 12차(2017년)자료를 이용하였다. 연구대상은 성향점수매칭 중 Caliper matching을 이용하여 제도를 이용한 실험집단 64명과 이용하지 않은 통제집단 344명을 선정하였다. 집단간 특성차이는 카이제곱검정을 이용하였고, 제도 전후의 정책효과를 추정하기 위해 단순이중차이분석과 이중차이 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 제도의 노동시장 참여에 대한 영향을 파악하였다. 연구결과 장애인활동지원제도는 이용자 가구원의 노동시장 참여에 대한 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 제도 이용자의 수의 적음으로 인한 낮은 통계적 검정력과 불완전한 매칭 그리고 장애인 활동지원사의 서비스만으로는 장애인 자립에 한계가 있기 때문으로 생각한다. 따라서 제도의 효과를 나타내기 위해 전문화된 서비스와 장애인과 부양가구원의 요구에 맞는 제도가 실시되어야 할 것이다.

The Effects of Personality Factors of the Prep Entrepreneurs in Food Service Industry on Entrepreneurial Intention: Focusing on the Risk Sensitivity

  • The purposes of this study were to estimate the relationship between Big 5 personality factors of prep-entrepreneur and entrepreneurial intention, and to identify the moderating effects of risk sensitivity on the relationship. There is a total of 181 questionnaire surveys distributed and 152 data were used for analysis with erasing incomplete responses. The data analysis was conducted to utilize frequency analysis and regression analysis with SPSS WIN 22.0. The results of this study demonstrated that there are only 2 factors, neuroticism and extraversion, significantly influence on entrepreneurial intention, while conscientiousness, agreeableness and openness to experience do not have significant impacts on entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, risk sensitivity effects on the relationship between Big-5 personality factor and entrepreneurial intention. This study may contribute to help prep-entrepreneur by using baseline data. Prep- entrepreneur could know their personality factor and confirm their consideration about entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, for the market-oriented implication, this study suggested that it is instrumental and significant for knowing prep-entrepreneur's personality factor and their entrepreneurial intention before starting foodservice business.

Robust Parameter Design via Taguchi's Approach and Neural Network

  • The parameter design is the most emphasized measure by researchers for a new products development. It is critical for makers to achieve simultaneously in both the time-to-market production and the quality enhancement. However, there are difficulties in practical application, such as (1) complexity and nonlinear relationships co-existed among the system's inputs, outputs and control parameters, (2) interactions occurred among parameters, (3) where the adjustment factors of Taguchi's two-phase optimization procedure cannot be sure to exist in practice, and (4) for some reasons, the data became lost or were never available. For these incomplete data, the Taguchi methods cannot treat them well. Neural networks have a learning capability of fault tolerance and model free characteristics. These characteristics support the neural networks as a competitive tool in processing multivariable input-output implementation. The successful fields include diagnostics, robotics, scheduling, decision-making, prediction, etc. This research is a case study of spherical annealing model. In the beginning, an original model is used to pre-fix a model of parameter design. Then neural networks are introduced to achieve another model. Study results showed both of them could perform the highest spherical level of quality.

수입식품의 품질조사연구원(1) -중국산을 중심으로- (A Study on the Quality Evaluation of Imported Processed Foods(1)- With Special Reference to Chinese Products-)

  • The purpose of present paper is to compare and analyze the quality of imported Chinese products with the Korean local products in terms of proximate composition, character of external appearance , ingredient composition of dried bracken , dried radish cubers, meju , dried pollack, dried mussel , and dried brown seaweed(Undaria puinnatidifida) which were imported between Oct., and Dec. 1992 and distributed in the market. Moisture recovery of dried products resulted in changed shape and incomplete moisture recovery due to an excessive drying in consideration of hygroscopic property in the course of distribution. The amounts of water soluble brown pigment were two times greater in Korean dried pollack and bracken than those of Chinese products. The content of volatile basic nitrogen (VBN) were twice in Chinese dried pollack, and this may be due to foregin odor from a long transport time and distribution process. The contents of aflatoxin in Korean products were not detectable and these of Chinese products were 5 $\mu\textrm{g}$(%) in dried pollack, bracken and radish cuber. the remaining agricultural chemicals were not detectable in all products. Because of poor technique and facilities, the external appearance of Chinese products especially dried mussels and dried pollack were not uniformed in size and color. Discoloration and foregin substance such as hair, dust were checked , Korean products were mostly packed in small size in PP or bag, and Chinese products were packed in bulk size and distributed as a bulk.

통신서비스 웹사이트 정보불균형이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Information Asymmetry of Telecommunication Service Websites on Intention for Continuous Usage)

  • The communications market can be characterized for its overflow of users, oligopoly business structure, 24/7 open service, incomplete sales, and operation of core platform function. These characteristics have lead users to continuously make complaints and suffer inconveniences, and thus the concept of user protection has come to receive attention. This study aims to propose solutions through communication channeling between businesses and users, based on website construction from the viewpoint of user protection. In particular, a research model was developed to display how the information symmetry of websites can be influential on the satisfaction, reliability, and continuous intention for using communication services. Total of 14 hypotheses were set to measure a significant degree of variables corelation and eight hypotheses were accepted finally. The analysis results showed that information symmetry of telecommunication service websites had a positive effect on intention for continuous usage. Through the research results, it is expected that communication service businesses will be able to consider important factors when constructing websites. Furthermore, the results are expected to be utilized as for ensuring users' continued usage of their communication services.

한국 섬유 및 의류 산업의 세계화 연구 (Is the Korean Clothing and Textile Industry Processing to Globalization\ulcorner)

  • This research attempts to evaluate the globalization concept and the development of advance progress of the Korean clothing and textile industry toward globalization. Globalization is driven by technology, which create the homogenization of tastes. In the business sector, globalization drives not only the physical presence in the foreign countries, but the way of looking at world markets and organizing as a basis for construction. The process of globalization of a company simply consists of exportation, establishment of foreign branch offices and overseas operations. Entrance to the overseas market can be divided into two categories, where one is based upon exportation method, and the other is based upon direct foreign investment. To observe the development of globalization of the Korean clothing and textile industry, a analysis of exportation and direct foreign investment by the industry was conducted. The result revealed the following: (i) The exportation and direct foreign investment of Korean clothing and textile industry has been focused in Asia, and the industry is influenced by cultural and geographic consciousness: and (ii) although the clothing and textile industry of Korea is still incomplete when compared to all industry, the study shows that globalization of the textile and garment industry is well underway.

The Effect of Digital Marketing on Purchasing Decisions: A Case Study in Jordan

  • The main objective of this research was to analyze the influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions. The research was guided by specific aims; to evaluate numerous digital marketing platforms in Jordan that can affect the purchasing decisions and identify product categories purchased by customers on digital media platforms. Furthermore, questionnaires were given based on a simple sampling technique and acquired in the Jordanian market. 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 220 available samples were gathered, except for incomplete questionnaires, resulting in a 73% response rate to all those who selected to participate. Descriptive analysis, reliability test, correlation test, and multiple regressions were used in this research. Moreover, this study's results demonstrated that digital marketing, such as social media marketing and mobile marketing, has a profound impact on consumer purchasing decisions. However, hypothesis testing demonstrated that there are many patronized digital media platforms in Jordan that affect student behavior. Jordanian students buy various product categories on digital media platforms, and digital marketing affects student decision-making. Finally, the results of this study suggest that firms should adopt strategies to leverage the digital world and technology, increase brand awareness through digital platforms to continue competing in today's commercial environment.
