With concerns for consumers' return behaviors affecting internet shopping malls' profits and product management in the internet clothing market, this study is designed to investigate determinants affecting return and path models for return behaviors. For an empirical study, questionnaires are prepared and respondents in their 20s and 30s with internet clothing purchase experience are selected using the convenience sampling. A total of 517 questionnaires are used for the final analysis. Data are analyzed by using SPSS 12.0 software and descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, discriminant analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis is conducted. The results are as follows. First, ones who have returned after purchasing clothing items in internet shopping reached 63.4% of the total consumers. Respondents returned items with price at 50 thousand won or less stood at 67.2%, and the most frequent return shopping malls are open markets with their return rate at 51.1%. Second, variables such as risk perception, information search, impulse buying, buying experience, and age have a positive effect on return experience. Impulse buying and buying experience turn out to have a significant effect on the degree of return, but risk perception, information search, age, and gender to have an insignificant effect. Return intention is significantly affected by risk perception, gender, and age. Third, the analysis of path model for return experience shows that perceived risk has a positively effect, and information search has a direct effect as well as an indirect effect through buying experience or impulse buying. The analysis of path model for the degree of return shows that risk perception does not have effect, but information search has indirect effect through buying experience or impulse buying. This study is thought to find consumers' return behavior characteristics in online shopping, and help businesses operating online shopping malls to efficiently manage returns and set up strategies against returns.

On the other hand, imported apparel through unofficial dealer had a negative influence by impulse buying for convenience and efficiency value. 2) Imported apparel through official dealer had a negative influence by impulse buying for function and service risk. Consumers can share their diverse opinions about products due to the increased popularity of smartphones and the internet that enables increased access to the websites and encourages the use of 'SNS' (Social Network Services). Social commerce has expanded rapidly as a mainstream online shopping channel over the past year, compelling consumers to spend more money vis-$\grave{a}$-vis social commerce websites. This allows individuals to see different lists of prices for specific products; however, it is also likely to lead to serious compulsive buying. Despite these changing trends, earlier studies have been limited to factors that affect impulse purchases vis-$\grave{a}$-vis Internet shopping malls; therefore, in is salient to conduct research on consumer spending habits related to social commerce websites. This study describes the characteristics of consumers and utilizes social commerce websites as parameters for the impact of impulsive shopping based on a survey of 300 women in their 20's who have experienced impulse buying vis-$\grave{a}$-vis social commerce websites. This study shows that: First, discounts, product scarcity and social commerce site's reputation affect impulse buying when consumers buy products from the social commerce websites. Second, variables on the characteristics of the personal experiences, interests, and self-control also stimulate impulsive purchases.
Online to Offline(O2O), a new model of e-commerce, has been gradually recognized and accepted by consumers. Electronic commerce has become diversified and O2O marketing is the new trend of e-commerce. The rapid popularization of mobile Internet and online shopping makes O2O service gets more attention. Although recently O2O service and O2O marketing get much attention, there is no much preceding research about the antecedents of mobile shopping of O2O market. The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of shopping orientation on intention to reuse O2O services and the moderating effect of impulse buying tendency. A total of 209 surveys were collected online in total for the data of the study. The key findings of this study are as follows: First, convenience seeking shopping orientation has a positive effect on the intention to reuse O2O service and brand seeking shopping orientation has, too. Second, impulse buying tendency positively moderated the relationship between hedonic seeking shopping orientation and intention to reuse O2O service, and negatively moderated sales seeking shopping orientation and intention to reuse O2O service. The results of this study presented some implications for operators at O2O service area. Research findings and study limitations are discussed.
This study intends to find out the influence of a consumer's shopping style on impulse buying mediated by sales promotion, based on low-cost cosmetic goods. For the study, pleasure, economical, and convenience shopping styles were set as the independent variables, and impulse buying was set as the dependent variable, and as the mediating variable between the two, sales promotions such as price discount event, free giveaway event, and visit-inducing activity were reviewed. Accordingly, the influence relation of shopping style, sales promotion, and impulse buying were reviewed with hierarchical regression analysis to examine the mutual influence relation. The data for this study employed a structured questionnaire, and 230 copies were collected against men and women in their 20s-30s, who are the main consumers of low-cost cosmetic goods, and 197 faithful responses were analyzed, and the major findings from the analysis results are as follows. First, pleasure-style consumers were found to have influenced impulse buying, while economical-style consumers were found to have a negative influence, and convenience-style was found to have no significant relation. Second, as for the examination of the mediating effect of sales promotion, price discount event, free giveaway event, and visit-inducing activity were found to have a partial mediating effect on the influence of pleasure shopping style on impulse buying, and did not fulfill the economical shopping style mediating effect condition. Also, as convenience shopping style was found to be insignificant towards impulse buying, it was excluded from the mediating effect. Such result is thought to be a useful elementary material for establishing a sales promotion strategy according to shopping styles through the analysis of styles of major consumers in order to increase the sales of businesses. The theoretical and pragmatic implications of such study results were discussed and the future study directions were suggested.
