유도무기 비행시험 업무 개선을 위한 낭비요인과 우선순위 분석 연구 (A Study on Waste Factors and Improvement Priorities of Missile Flight Test Works)

  • The works of preparing for missile flight test are becoming more complicated. To reduce the amount of waste time along with the complexity of the task, systematic analysis of waste factors should be performed before performing process improvement. The waste factors for missile flight test are first defined using lean-based waste factors. The improvement priorities for the defined waste factors are surveyed. For reliable analysis, AHP is used in questionnaire analysis instead of the existing method with large error. Then weighting and priority for waste factors for level 1 and Level 2 are suggested. Through AHP, we could derive reliable improvement priorities for waste factors. It is analyzed that the biggest cause of waste factors is waiting time and identified as the first item to be considered when establishing improvement plan. In addition, suggestions for improvement measures of waste factors are presented through brainstorming method. Reliable results will be an important factor in process redesign for missile flight test works.

Kano 모델 및 잠재적 고객만족 개선 지수를 이용한 미용성형의료서비스 품질 개선 우선순위 (Quality Improvement Priorities for Cosmetic Medical Service Using Kano Model and Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index)

  • The environmental changes in the Korean cosmetic medical service industry in the $21^{st}$ century are forming intense competition among medical institutions due to the quantitative expansion of its market. For stable growth of the cosmetic medical service industry, continuous quality improvement is necessary based on empirical research on the quality of cosmetic medical services rather than external expansion. The purpose of this study is to classify the quality attributes of cosmetic medical service using Kano model and to derive the degree of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of each quality attributes through Customer Satisfaction Coefficient (CSC). Through this, the study identified strategic priorities and suggested specific step-by-step approaches and quality improvement priorities that can increase customer satisfaction using the Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index (PCSI Index). Based on SERVPERF, this study used measurement tools consisting of five dimensions : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In addition, it was used of measurement items reconstructed into positive, negative, and satisfaction questions for Kano model analysis, CSC analysis, and PCSI Index analysis. A total of 300 medical consumers who experienced cosmetic medical services for the past one year in medical institutions such as plastic surgery and dermatology were collected with convenient sampling. As a result, urgent items for improving the quality of service using the PCSI Index, 'Consideration for customer benefits' in empathy category was followed by 'Immediate help' and 'Sincere response' in responsiveness category, and 'Understanding customer needs' in empathy category, respectively. That is, it is required to improve human service quality attributes such as empathy and responsiveness rather than physical service quality attributes. This study contributes practically in that it provides specific and discriminatory approaches to improve customer satisfaction on cosmetic medical service quality and suggests improvement priorities.

Kano 모델 및 PCSI 지수를 활용한 종합건강검진 의료서비스 품질에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study of Comprehensive Health Screening Medical Service Quality with Kano Model and PCSI Index)

  • Purpose - This study aims to identify the priorities of medical service quality improvement by customer satisfaction characteristics and potential customer satisfaction improvement (PCSI) index based on the dualistic quality classification of Kano Model (1984) for Comprehensive Health Screeening Center in General Hospitals and Centers only for Comprehensive Health Screening and suggest a direction for future improvement. Research design, data, and methodology - Through advanced research on health screening medical service quality, this study set four service quality factors, including tangible, human, process and supportive factors, and 39 measurement items. Based on these items, the study used 117 questions, which consist of dualistic quality factors, customer satisfaction coefficients, positive and negative questions for PCSI index and questions for current satisfaction. 300 effective samples were collected for adults in their 20s who experienced health screening service in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon within the past two years. Collected data were input in the quality evaluation duality table to categorize quality factors and calculate customer satisfaction coefficients by Timko(1993). The study also analyzed PCSI index in comparison with current satisfaction and identified priorities in quality improvement. Results - It was found that the most urgent factors to improve the quality in both groups were adequate waiting hours and emergency response for complications, which are process factors classified as unitary quality. It is urgently needed to improve the quality as the PCSI index was high in supportive factors (complaint response team) as attractive quality in Comprehensive Health Screening Center in General Hospitals and in process factors (prevention of infection) as unitary quality in Centers only for Comprehensive Health Screening. As the PCSI index was low in space use as a tangible factor, it was found that the current level can be maintained instead of improvement. Conclusions - To improve the health screening medical service quality, it is required to focus on process factors (adequate waiting hours, emergency response for complications, prevention of infection) and supportive factors (complaint response team) among service qualities perceived by users. It is proposed to ensure continuous efforts to manage and reinforce priorities as a direction for future improvement in health screening service.

문화복지사 제도 활성화를 위한 상대적 우선순위 분석 (An Analysis of Relative Priorities for the Improvement of the Cultural Welfare Workers System)

  • 국민의 소득 수준 향상에 따라 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 방법으로 문화복지의 중요성이 부각되었다. 이와 같은 시대적 상황에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해 문화복지사 제도를 운영하고 있지만 신뢰성과 전문성 부족 등의 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있는 것이 오늘의 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선행연구, 전문가조사, 관련제도 분석을 통해 문화복지사 제도 활성화를 위한 우선 순위를 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 도출된 우선순위는 상위수준의 경우 인력활용, 교육과정 및 시험과목, 자격취득방법, 교육기관 순으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 우선 순위를 중심으로 문화복지사 제도가 효율적으로 운영되기 위해서는 국가 공인 자격제도로의 전환과 함께 보수교육과 인력활용을 위한 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 한다.

치위생교육인증평가를 위한 평가인증 우선순위 결정 (Determining priorities for evaluation accreditation to assess dental hygiene education programs)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review the systems used to evaluate dental hygiene education and to establish priorities for the evaluation index for accreditation to enhance competitiveness and facilitate quality control of dental hygiene education. Methods: A survey of priorities for accreditation evaluation was developed based on input from professors at 43 universities. Data were analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method with Expert Choice 2000 software. Results: The relative importance of each evaluation area, ranked in descending order, was as follows: vision and operating system; administration and finances; facilities and equipment; educational outcomes; professors; educational process; and students. The importance of the evaluation part was highest in field training at the education process part and scholarship at the student part. The importance after applying complex weights was highest in establishing a development plan for the vision and operating system. Conclusions: Practical accreditation evaluation based on objectivity and validity is needed to control the quality of dental hygiene education. Therefore, priorities in accreditation evaluation standard must be determined to establish a basis for quality improvement in education at dental hygiene departments.

품질경쟁력 향상을 위한 품질요소의 상대적 중요도 연구 (A Study on the Priorities of Quality Dimensions for the Quality Competitive Advantage)

  • The objective of this study is to identify the critical dimensions of comprehensive quality and to prioritize them for improvement of the quality competitive advantage. The critical dimensions, sub-dimensions and measurement items of comprehensive quality were abstracted from literature of quality, and constructed a model of hierarchical structure. 115 experts in four groups(supplier, buyer, consultant, and professor) were participated in pair-wise comparison of quality dimensions, but some of these responses were removed because the overall consistency of evaluator judgements exceed the acceptable ratio of 0.10. The priorities of quality dimensions for industrial and consumption goods were calculated respectively using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) approach. As a result, product quality had the highest weight of 0.65, followed by support quality(0.18) and service quality(0.17) for industrial goods while product quality also had the highest weight of 0.62, but service quality(0.22) was preferred over support quality(0.16) for consumption goods.

상수관로 개량 우선순위 수립을 위한 퍼지 기법 (Fuzzy Techniques to Establish Improvement Priorities of Water Pipes)

  • 본 논문에서는 상수관로의 개량(교체또는갱생) 우선순위를 결정하는데 있어서 평가되어야 할 인자 또는 요소를 관로의 파손이 전체관망에 미치는 영향 및 개별관로의 특성으로 구분하였고, 이들을 퍼지기법을 적용하여 정량적으로 산정할 수 있는 모형을 개발하였다. 퍼지기법으로 산정되는 관로의 파손이 전체관망에 미치는 영향을 관로의 퍼지 중요도로 정의하였으며, 개별관로의 특성은 관로의 퍼지 특성도로 정의하였다. 퍼지 특성도는 다시 퍼지 노후도 및 퍼지 난이도 등으로 구분하여 산정할 수 있게 하였다. 한편, 각 평가요소를 퍼지기법으로 산정함에 있어서 적합한 평가대상이 차지하는 비중에 따라 평가대상의 가중치를 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 방법론의 적용예를 제시하기 위하여 EPANET 관망해석 프로그램의 예제관망으로 제공되는 Net3 관망을 이용하였다. 관로의 파손이 전체관망에 미치는 수리학적 영향과 개별 관로의 특성중의 하나인 관로의 노후도를 Net3 관망내 관로 개량 우선순위 결정에 고려하여야 할 요소로 선정하여 Net3 관망 내 관로의 퍼지 중요도(Fuzzy Importance Index, FII) 및 퍼지 노후도(Fuzzy Deterioration Index, FDI)를 산정하였으며, 이를 이용하여 Net3 관망내 관로의 개량 우선순위를 수립하였다.

식품의약품안전처 통계 활용 활성화를 위한 개선과제 도출 (A Study on Improvement Issues to Activate the Statistics Utilization of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety)

  • In the field of food and drug, the role of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety is becoming more important for national and public safety as well as national development and improvement of public welfare. Food and drug statistics are being used to determine the priorities and directions of policy for the promotion of public health and the development of the health industry. This study focuses on statistics from the MFDS. Through the analysis of the MFDS's statistics, the current status of the MFDS's production statistics was identified, and the survey of utilization and satisfaction of the MFDS's statistics was conducted on food and drug experts who actually use the statistics of the MFDS. In order to identify problems of the MFDS statistics, environmental factors affecting the MFDS statistics were derived, and the priorities of improvement tasks for its statistics were identified using AHP and IPA. In addition, the current situation of the statistical system, which serve as the basic coordinate for the establishment and execution of domestic food and drug policies, was identified and implications were provided.

M-IPA를 이용한 해수욕장 Barrier Free 환경조성 요소의 개선 우선순위 분석 (Determining Improvement Priorities of Barrier Free Components for Beaches through M-IPA)

  • 많은 지자체들이 도시시설을 장애물 없는 (barrier free, BF) 환경으로 조성하기 위한 노력들을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 선행연구는 장애인만을 주 분석대상으로 BF 환경 조성요소들을 도출한바 장애인과 비장애인의 공통개선요소와 이용자별 개선요소를 고려한 BF 환경조성방안에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 부산광역시 해수욕장을 이용한 장애인과 비장애인의 BF 환경 조성요소들에 대한 만족도를 변형된 중요도-만족도 분석 (modified importance-performance analysis)기법을 적용하여 개선 우선순위를 도출하였다. 분석결과 장애인과 비장애인의 공통개선요소인 "위생시설"의 개선이 가장 시급할 것으로 판단되며, 장애인을 대상으로는 "매개시설"의 개선이, 비장애인을 대상으로는 "편의시설"의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 장애인과 비장애인이 대상 해수욕장시설 이용 시 장애가 되는 요소들이 이용자의 특성에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 나타낸다. 본 연구는 장애인과 비장애인의 BF 생활환경 조성 요소에 대한 만족도를 분석하여 공통개선요소와 각 이용자별 개선요소를 제시함으로서 BF 관련 정책수립과 예산책정에 유연성을 부여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

AHP와 평점법 및 TOPSIS를 활용한 K계열 전차 성능개량 우선순위에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Ranking Strategy for the Product Improvement of the K Series Tank using AHP, Scoring Method, and TOPSIS)

  • 현대의 무기체계는 복잡한 체계로 구성되어 있기 때문에 성능개량 요소의 우선 순위를 도출하는 것은 상당한 어려움이 있다. 또한, 이해관계자들의 의견을 고려한 정량적 성능개량 요소 우선순위 선정 방법론에 대한 연구도 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 K1계열 전차와 K2전차의 성능개량 요소 우선순위를 정량적으로 도출하기 위해 전차 개발 경험을 보유한 전문가들을 대상으로 설문을 수행하고 AHP, 평점법, TOPSIS 기법을 이용하여 서문 데이터를 분석하고 분석 결과로 우선순위를 정량적으로 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 무기체계 개발 및 성능개량 단계에서 이해관계자들의 의사결정 지표로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
