토양에서 살균제 Iminoctadine Triacetate의 반감기와 잔류농도의 분석 (Analysis of Half-life Time and Residual Concentration of Fungicide Iminoctadine Triacetate in Soils)

  • 기체크로마토그래피로 살균제 iminoctadine triacetate의 잔류분석을 위한 최적 측정 조건을 구하고, 토양에서 반감기와 잔류농도를 조사하였다. 토양시료 중의 iminoctadine triacetate를 2.0 M NaOH/methanol과 chloroform으로 추출하고, hexafluoropentanedione과 반응시켜 pyrimidine 유도체를 얻었다. Pyrimidine 유도체를 trifluoroacetic anhydride로 아세틸화시키고, Sep-Pak 컬럼에서 수분과 불순물을 제거한 후 전자포획형 검출기가 장착된 기체크로마토그래피(GC/ECD)로 분석하였다. 0.1 ppm과 1.0 ppm 표준물을 첨가하였을 때, 83.8~93.2% 의 회수율을 얻었며, 검출한계는 0.005 ppm이었다. Iminoctadine triacetate 의 반감기가 미사질 양토 경우에는 실내에서 30일, 야외에서 19.5일이었으며, 미사질 식토의 경우에는 실내에서 27일, 야외에서 17.5일이었다.

In vitro에서 단감나무 둥근갈색무늬병 방제를 위한 살균제 선발 (In vitro selection of fungicides for control of leaf blight of sweet persimmon tree caused by Pestalotiopsis theae)

  • 국내에 등록된 살균제를 대상으로 Pestalotiopsis theae (SP-3)에 의해 발생되는 단감나무 둥근갈색무늬병 방제약제 선발을 위하여 in vitro에서 병원균의 생장에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 대상 약제 중 prochloraz, tebuconazole, fluazinam, fludioxonil, iminoctadine-triacetate 등은 $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$에서 85% 이상, dichlofluanid과 chlorothalonil은 각각 10%, 33%의 균사생장 억제율을 나타내었으나, benomyl은 전혀 억제시키지 못하였다. 이들의 균사생장 최소억제농도 (MIC)는 iminictadine-triacetate가 P. theae SP-3 균수에 대해서는 $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$인 반면, 대조균인 P. theae $\underline{MAFF}$ 752002와 P. longiseta $\underline{MAFF}$ 752001에 대해서는 $1{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ 미만으로 나타났다. fludioxonil, fluazinam, tebuconazole의 MIC는 $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$이었고, Benomyl, chlorothalonil 및 dichlorofluanid의 MIC는 $1,000{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ 로 나타났다. 분생포자의 발아는 $1{\mu}g/m{\ell}$의 prochloraz, tebuconazole, fluarinam, fludoxonil, iminoctadine-triacetate가 함유된 배지에서 80% 이상 억제되었고, benomyl, chlorothalonil, dichlofluanid이 함유된 배지에서는 각각 40%, 60%, 30% 억제되었다. 단감나무 잎 절편과 공시균의 포자현탁액을 이용한 약효 검정에서 $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ iminoctadine-triacetate는 93% 이상 발병 억제력을 보였으나 동일 농도의 benomyl과 dichlofluanid는 발병을 억제하지 못하였다. 예방 및 치료 효과는 Fludoxonil, tebuconazole, fluazinam 및 iminoctadine-triacetate이 94% 이상을 보인 반면, benomyl과 dichlofluanid은 예방과 치료효과가 나타나지 않았다.

Post-infectional Activities of Non-systemic Fungicides Against Apple White Rot

  • In order to develop an effective spray program for control of apple white rot with reduced use of fungicides, the control efficacy of several fungicides that has been intensively used for control of the disease was assessed. They were sprayed on the same tree with 15 day interval from late May to early August. Just prior to and after each spray, 100 fruits were bagged with two layered fruit bag to limit the chemical application in only one time, and the disease incidence and latent infection frequency on the bagged apples were examined. Some fungicides such as folpet, iminoctadine-triacetate and azoxystrobin showed a high post-infectional activity even though the former two are non- systemic. Folpet suppressed symptom development, iminoctadine-triacetate reduced infection frequency and azoxystrobin acted in both ways. When those fungicides were !! adopted in a spray program, once in a cropping season, their post-infectional activity became much greater. This activity shown by the non-systemic fungicides was supposed to be derived from the peculiar infection process of the white rot fungus of which the pathogen is usually remain latent in the corked cells of lenticel until the apple reach mature stage.

After-infection Activity of Protective Fungicides against Apple White Rot

  • In a trial to select suitable fungicides for developing a spray program that can control apple white rot effectively, after-infection activities in some protective fungicides were detected. Six fungicides, mancozeb, propineb, benomyl, folpet, azoxystrobin and iminoctadine-triacetate, which had been extensively used in apple orchards, were sprayed on 12-year-old apple trees (cv. Fuji) at 15-day intervals from late May to late July. Disease incidences and infection frequencies of the fruit bagged just before and soon after each spray were examined. When the infection frequency or disease incidence of the fruit bagged after each spraying of fungicide was significantly lower than those of the fruit bagged before spraying, the fungicides appeared to confer after-infection activity. The six fungicides showed diverse activities on white rot: folpet showed after-infection activity on disease development, iminoctadine-triacetate showed after-infection activity on infection, azoxystrobin showed after-infection activity on disease development and infection, and mancozeb, propineb and benomyl showed no distinct activity. The activity of a fungicide became much higher when it was sprayed alternately with other fungicide rather than successive spraying of the same fungicide. Analysis of the properties of these protective fungicides could lead to the development of a highly effective spray program against white rot.

사과나무 흰날개무늬병과 자주날개무늬병의 약제 방제 (Chemical Control of White and Violet Root Rot Caused by Rosellinia necatrix and Helicobasidium mompa on Apple Tree)

  • This study was carried out to select effective fungicides against white and violet root rot caused by Rosellinia necatrix and Helicobasidium mompa with nine fungicides including thiophanate-methyl from 1993 to 1994. Through laboratory, greenhouse and field trials on inhibitory effect of mycelial growth and disease incidence against the two fungal pathogens, 5 fungicides have been selected finally. Thiopanate-methyl, benomyl, iminoctadine-triacetate and isoprothiolane were proven to have high control effect against R. necatrix. In addition to thiopanate-methyl and benomyl, tolclofos-methyl has been selected for effective control of H. mompa, since it showed prominent control effect in field trial than in laboratory or green house test.

사과 경엽 살포용 살균제의 겹무늬썩음병균에 대한 포자형성 억제작용과 그것이 병 방제에 미치는 영향 (Suppressive Activities of Foliar Spray Fungicides for Apple Against Sporulation of Botryosphaeria dothidea, the Causal Fungus of White Rot, and Their Role in Disease Control)

  • Control of white rot which is one of the most serious apple diseases in Korea has mainly relied on periodical spray of protective fungicides. As the main inoculum source of the disease is pycnidiospores produced in the warts formed on affected stems of apple tree, it can be conceivable that inhibition of spore production might be an effective means for controlling the disease. Inhibitory efficacy of eight selected fungicides against sporulation of the fungus was assessed by counting the number of spores produced at detached warts treated with the fungicides of recommended dilution. They showed diverse effect on sporulation. Carbendazim and azoxystrobin suppressed sporulation almost completely, the former irreversively. Thiram and folpet promoted sporulation as producing much more number of spores than untreated control. Others showed almost no effect on sporulation. Effects of suppression and promotion in the sporulation shown by the fungicides on the control of white rot were examined by incidences of disease and infection at the plots adopted the spray programs of which the fungicide at late May was substituted by carbendazim, azoxystrobin, folpet and thiram, respectively. Disease incidence and infection frequency at the plots sprayed former two chemicals which suppressed sporulation were much lower than those of the plots adopted latter two chemicals and untreated plot at which the fungicide spray was skipped at that time. These facts were reconfirmed in the experiments conducted with carbendazim and thiram, in which 100 fruits were bagged just prior to each spray from late May to late July for elucidating the effect of the two fungicides on the action of subsequent ones. Disease incidence and infection frequency on the fruit bagged just prior to each spray were gradually increased as the seasons going on. The increase rate at the carbendazim plot was much lower than that of thiram. Especially, the fruit infected till late July at the carbendazim plot were almost completely cured by the three fungicides, iminoctadine-triacetate, tebuconazole and samzinwang, a combined formular of iminoctadine-triacetate and difenoconazole, sprayed at late July and hence. In thiram plot, infected fruit were also cured by the 3 fungicides but not remarkable. From these results, it can be concluded that control efficiency of white rot can be greatly enhanced by selecting the fungicide capable of suppress the sporulation of white rot fungus at the season when the mass dispersal of spores is not initiated.

Phoma sp.에 의한 대추나무 점무늬병 방제용 살균제 선발 (Selection of fungicides to control leaf spot of jujube (Zizyphus jujuba) trees caused by Phoma sp.)

  • Phoma sp.에 의한 대추나무 점무늬병 방제용 살균제를 선발하기 위하여 모두 26종의 살균제를 대상으로 $250{\mu}g\;a.i./m{\ell}$ 의 농도에서 균사생장을 조사한 결과 benomyl 등 8종의 살균제가 균사생장 억제효과를 보였다. 이들 8종의 살균제에 대하여 균사 최소생장억제농도 (MIC)와 포자발아억제력을 조사하였는데, myclobutanil 등 3종은 포자발아억제력은 우수하였으나 포장에서 사용시의 권장농도보다도 높은 MIC 값을 보여 이들을 제외한 5종 (benomyl, iminoctadine-triacetate (IT), iprodione과 propineb 합제 (IP), thiophanate-methyl과 triflumizole 합제 (TT), carbendazim과 kasugamycin 합제 (CK)에 대하여 온실에서 예방효과와 치료효과를 검정하였다. Benomyl, CK, TT 등의 MIC는 $10-50{\mu}g\;a.i./m{\ell}$ 사이에 있음이 확인되었으며, IP와 IT의 MIC는 $50-250{\mu}g\;a.i./m{\ell}$이었다. 또한 포자발아 억제시험 결과 IT는 $0.4{\mu}ga\;.i./m{\ell}$의 농도에서 99%, 그리고 CK와 TT는 $10{\mu}g\;a.i./m{\ell}$에서 90% 이상의 포자발아를 억제하였으나, benomyl과 IP는 $10{\mu}g\;a.i./m{\ell}$에서 각각 22.8%와 9.2%라는 낮은 억제율을 보였다. 예방효과시험에서 CK와 TT는 모두 권장 농도 (1,000 ppm)에서 70% 내외, 배량 농도 (2,000 ppm)에서 90% 내외의 방제 효과를 보였고, benomyl은 2,000 ppm, IP는 4,000 ppm, IT는 8,000 ppm에서 70% 내외의 병 방제 효과를 보였다. 치료효과시험에서는 각 살균제를 1,000 ppm으로 처리하였을 때 benomyl이 90% 이상의 방제가를, 그리고 CK와 TT가 70-80%의 방제가를 보였다. 반면에 IP는 2,000 ppm에서도 방제가가 6.7%로 매우 낮았으며, IT는 전혀 방제효과가 없었다. 더구나 IT 는 예방 효과 시험과 치료 효과 시험 모두에서 약해를 보였다. 따라서 대추나무 점무의병의 방제약제로는 benomyl이 가장 적합한 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 저항성 균의 출현 등을 저지하기 위해서 병이 발생하기 전에는 CK나 TT를 사용하고, 병이 발생한 이후에는 benomyl을 사용하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각한다.
