A large number of methods for the design optimization have been proposed in recent years. However, it is not easy to apply these methods to practical use because of many iterations. So, in the design optimization, physical and engineering investigation of the given model are very important, which results in an overall increase in the optimization speed. This paper describes a novel optimization procedure utilizing the conformal transformation method. This approach consists of two phases and has the advantage of grasping the physical phenomena of the model easily. Some numerical results that demonstrate the validity of the proposed method are also presented.

The persons who realize e-Business should have capabilities of understanding in both information technology and business processes. It is expected that current education policies and systems could not meet needs of e-Business human resources in Korea. In this paper, we define and categorize human resources for e-Business as to application areas and expertise levels. An intensive field survey has been conducted. Based on the survey results, several strategic and practical alternatives are suggested for development of e-Business human resources in Korea.

In this paper, we want to verify some properties in tensor product. It is interesting to think semi-exact sequence in tensor Product by [3]. Moreover no hardness is there in process and we want to discuss the commutativity in tensor product. For a certain semi-exact sequence, if we product arbitrary Abelian group for each group then the tensor Product will do or not. Here, we have positive answer. At first we define the semi-exact sequence as following.

Three new polymorphic modifications were prepared by recrystallization under various conditions and characterized by DSC and X-ray crystallography. In pH 4.0 buffer at $37{\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$, the polymorphic modifications showed significant differences in the dissolution rate. The dissolution rate of Mod. 4, amorphous form, was faster than that of marketed cefaclor (Mod. 1). When all modifications were stored at 52% RH, 95% RH and in silica gel desiccator, any polymorphic transformation was not observed.

1.On isolated atrial preparation of frog, effects of sympathomimetic amines were investigated. 2. Isoproterenol, epinephrine, norepinephrine, and phenylephrine produced positive chronotropic and inotropic effects. The relative potencies for the effects of these agents were: isoproterenol > epinephrine> norepinephrine> phenylephrine. Methoxamine had no effects or depressed the atria. 3. Pronethalol antagonized the positive effects of these adrenergic agents competitively. 4. Regitine did not affect the effects of these agents. 5. These data indicate that the adrenergic agents activate the atrial tissue of the frog via stimulation of adrenergic beta-receptor.

The 20 thiourea derivatives had been investigated for their cytotoxic activity using MTT assay. Cytotoxic activity was strongly influenced by the substituted alkyl chain length. but not by configuration of Cl and C2. The optimal alkyl chain length for cytotoxicity was C12. The 9 thiourea derivatives showed stronger activity than reference compound. B13. some of them gave 2-3 times stronger activity than B13. (omitted)

There are two transcriptions of "ChiJongBang" in Korea at the moment. The first is the Jangseo-gak ibrary transcription(K3-380). The title is "ChiJongBang(治腫方)" and it starts with the contents of "ChiJongBang(治腫方)", followed by "HoeChunYoGyeol(回春要訣)", "NoInSeopYangBang(老人攝養方)", "SoABang(小兒方)". "ChiJongBang(治腫方)" does not even take up a large portion of the book. The other transcription is "ChiJongBang(治腫方)" in Geojil's "Uihui(宜彙)", which was presented into the worldin 1871(the 8th year of King Go-jong)by GeumRiSanIn(錦里山人). The contents of the two transcriptions are the same, and both are left by ImEonGuk. The latter part is identical to the contents of "ChimGuGyeongHeomBang". It was common fora medical book to have additional useful information attatched in the end, so it was thought that somebody added a part of "ChimGuGyeongHeomBang" at the end of "ChiJongBiBang". But the discovery of a woodcut "ChiJongBang" in Korean annotation confirmed that the making of this book was led by the government, and the fact that abscess was a big part of healthcare around the ImJinWaeRan(Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592) period.

In dieser Albeit wird der Versuch unternommen, die Charakteristik der Rhetorik von Hitler zu analysieren. Im Abschnitt fwei wird die allgemeine Charakteristik der Hillers Reden beschrieben. Die Reden von Hitler sind Elemente eines verzweigten, flexiblen und inhaltlich nor schwer bestimmten Komplexes von Manipulations-und Machttechniken, die trotz seiner Tendenz zur Zentralisierung nur schwer als System zu fassen sind. Dies macht die Schwierigkeit jeder analytischen Erfassung aus. Seine Rede vermag im Bezug auf Logik und Argumentation wenig zu $\"{u}berzeugen$, aber or wirkte. In diesel Analyse wird die Rede von Hitler folgende Systematisierung $m\"{o}glich$: 1) Am Anfang weist Hitler auf die allgemeine Not hin. 2) Danach diffamiert or seine Gesner und provoziert starke Emotionen bei seinen $Zuh\"{o}rern$. 3) Zum $Schlu{\ss}$ $l\"{o}st$ Hitler bei den Deutschen eine starke Kampfbereitschaft aus und entwickelt vor semen $Zuh\"{o}rern$ seine Vision eines $bl\"{u}henden$, starken Deutschlands. 4) $Abschlie{\ss}end$ erkifirt Hitier seine $pers\"{o}nlichen$ ethischen Vorstellungen und seine sich daraus ergebenden Handlungen. Er liegt $gro{\ss}en$Wert darauf, die Ethik seine Handlungen zu $begr\"{u}nden$. Danach wird die Selbstdarstellung von Hitler beschrieben. $F\"{u}nf$ Realisierungsformen sind $daf\"{u}r$ relevant: a) $pers\"{o}nliche$ $Erz\"{a}hlungen$, b) Diffamierungen, c) sittlich wertvolle Ermahnungen, d) Taten und e) Ziele. Im Abschnitt drei wird die Rhetorik von Hitler gemacht. Hier handeit es sich um Ethos und Pathos. Hitler versuchte, die durch die Aktivierung zwischen ihm und Publikum vorhanden, $unbewu{\ss}ten$ psychischen Potentiate, die durch den Akt der Rede aktiviert werden, zu realisieren. Er hat jeder Sammlung nur gesagt, was sie $h\"{o}ren$ wollte, den wahren Sachverhalt nur auf $h\"{o}chst$ vordergryndige Weise.

Background: Oncogenic Bmi-1 (B-lymphoma Moloney murine leukemia virus insertion region-1) belongs to the Polycomb-group (PcG) family of proteins and plays an important role in the regulation of proliferation, senescence, cell cycle and apoptosis, chromosome stability, activation of gene transcription. Methods: To clarify the roles of Bmi-1 in tumourigenesis and progression of gastric carcinomas, it was examined by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and real-time RT-PCR in gastric carcinomas, dysplasia, intestinal metaplasia (IM), and gastritis with a comparison of its expression with clinicopathological parameters of carcinomas. Results: There was gradually increased Bmi-1 protein expression from gastritis, IM, dyplasia to carcinoma (p<0.001). Bmi-1 expression was positively linked to tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and worse prognosis of carcinomas (p<0.001), but not to age or sex of carcinoma patients (p>0.05). There was higher Bmi-1 protein expression in intestinal-type carcinomas than diffuse-type ones (p<0.001). At mRNA level, Bmi-1 protein expression was increased from gastritis, IM, dysplasia and carcinoma (p<0.001). Bmi-1 overexpression was observed in gastric carcinoma with larger diameter, deeper invasion, lymph node metastasis, and intestinal-type carcinoma (p<0.05). Conclusion: These findings indicate that up-regulated Bmi-1 expression is positively linked to pathogenesis, growth, invasion, metastasis and differentiation of gastric carcinomas. It was considered as a promising marker to indicate the aggressive behaviors and prognosis of gastric carcinomas.
