One might have a retrospect on the relationship between the forest and human being from the viewpoint of ecological perspective. It is no doubt that most of the fossil humans should have lived on the forest and the latter provided foods and shelters for humans from their beginning stages, Since the so-called agricultural revolution, humans have extensively started to exploit the forest which had beer, their cradle. The industrial revolution has created another situation against the forest in terms of the quality of ecosystem. These two revolutions have set up the so-called civilization which seems to have been based on the sacrificial oblation of the forest. The cradle for human being has been kept exterminating for the shake of "economic development and miracle." This might be a synoptic history of relationships between the forest and human beings in a sense. designates the behavioral aspects of human being against the forest and people consider the forest only as exploitable resource in this context, and the latter means that people live on the forest and strive to adapt the order of forest ecosystem. The resourcism has developed a strategy of colonialism to exploit the forest and provided a winner's position for the human beings against the forest, This idea and behavioral perspective seems to have started the backfire against the exploiter who is the owner of the civilization. However, there are different philosophies and ideas to view the relationship between the forest and human beings. People within the forest who are mostly considered as "primitives" still keep their idea of the ontology of the forest. There is a theoretical assumption of the "socionatural system" to look into the ecosystem. The forest could be viewed in the above frame of analysis. There are five variables : environment, resource, technology, organization, and ideology. Ideological aspect of the forest can be explained in the context of belief systems. Forest has a meaning of religion and rituals and people within the forest should admire it in anyway of religious reasons. This aspect of the forest cannot be separated from the environmental aspect of the forest. People within the forest acknowledge and practice the above idea. People outside the forest have lost the idea, however, at the cost of acquiring the civilization. They have expelled themselves from the forest and divided the socionatural system of the forest by way of colonialism. The efforts like agroforestry and social forestry would be strategies for recovering the idea of ontology of the forest as well as the sense of community including the forest and human being. People within the forest will be a prospective model for the future socionatural system of the forest for the people outside the forest. At this point, an ecological anthropologist can work with the forest specialists.
This paper is concerned with the study of 'Knowledge Management', a paradigm of thought based on the idea that the future will be a knowledge-centered society. This paper also provides an overview of both 'what to manage' and 'how to manage' if an organization wants to develop in this environment. The process of 'Knowledge Management' begins with a decision. Presented with a myriad of information, of which we can't afford to obtain it all, what information is of value to the organization? Further, by systematically organizing not only the primary information but also that which was accumulated in the process, Knowledge Management is capable of suggesting a value-added plan of action. This research presents the necessary principles needed in order to successfully use Knowledge Management, specifically a harmony between the human and technological aspects. There cannot be a static solution to the problem, as the environment of the enterprise's problem is dynamic in nature. Throughout the process, the enterprise will constantly change its strategy and structure in order to adapt to variable knowledge, technology, strategy, regulations, consumer interest, etc... The essential constant of these problems is the importance of spending on education. Investments in educations help develope a infrastructure for Information Technology, the development of knowledge distribution strategies, and the creation of efficient Knowledge Management policy.
Less Favored Area(LFA) is a newly shaped regional concept and just appearing as a new community design target, where the topogeographical, industry-locational condition and the daily living environment have been outstandingly inferior to any other regions. Community Design(CD) principles that cover a spatial order of settlements are introduced in this study when the CD concept is applied to the LFA. The study puts a great stress on the horizontal and vertical order of communal spatial units and living activities oriented to residents'socio-economic activities, on which a CD district and an inner spatial organization of community is based. Therefore the various relationships between residents' activities and particular places, such as that between agricultural production and land, access to living services and community-outer settlements, is analysed through the field study. The emphatic point is that the spatial unit and organization of community, namely settlement order is casted not only by the horizontal coverage but also by the vertical hierarchy forming a cubic-like spatial order. Applying the CD idea to LFA has limit because the CD has been oriented on urban architectural style and community participation process. Nevertheless, that has a new possibility to understand the fundamental and archetypical change of a spatial pattern of community uncovering the accumulated layer of settlement order especially in the drastically changed mountain community from past to now.

Identity and access management in cloud computing is one of the leading significant issues that require various security countermeasures to preserve user privacy. An authentication mechanism is a leading solution to authenticate and verify the identities of cloud users while accessing cloud applications. Building a secured and flexible authentication mechanism in a cloud computing platform is challenging. Authentication techniques can be combined with other security techniques such as intrusion detection systems to maintain a verifiable layer of security. In this paper, we provide an interactive, flexible, and reliable multi-factor authentication mechanisms that are primarily based on a proposed Authentication Method Selector (AMS) technique. The basic idea of AMS is to rely on the user's previous authentication information and user behavior which can be embedded with additional authentication methods according to the organization's requirements. In AMS, the administrator has the ability to add the appropriate authentication method based on the requirements of the organization. Based on these requirements, the administrator will activate and initialize the authentication method that has been added to the authentication pool. An intrusion detection component has been added to apply the users' location and users' default web browser feature. The AMS and intrusion detection components provide a security enhancement to increase the accuracy and efficiency of cloud user identity verification.
In this study, the author develops and tests a model that incorporates the mediating effects of two frontline employee psychological variables (emotional exhaustion and intrinsic motivation) based on job demand and resource model. As a form of environmental resource, person-organization fit was proposed as a leading factor of frontline employee boundary spanning behavior through emotional exhaustion and intrinsic motivation. All measures were adapted from or developed based on prior research. Data for the study were collected from a cross-sectional sample of retail bank employees in South Korea. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 frontline employees across several banks. Of these, 322 usable questionnaires were returned. To analyze the data, a structural equation model procedure using LISREL 8.5 was employed. Results show that an employee's perceived fit with his/her organization enhances intrinsic motivation and reduces emotional exhaustion. These mechanisms, in turn, increase the employee's boundary spanning behavior. These results support the notion that person-organization fit should be one of the factors affecting motivation, affect and attachment, and extends such an understanding to a purely service-based environment among customer contact employees. Results also confirms that P-O fit can be viewed as environmental resources, and the JD-R model provides a theoretical base in further studying the antecedent role of P-O fit on frontline employees's boundary spanning behavior through intrinsic motivation and emotional exhaustion. These results suggest that organizations have to do their best to manage P-O fit, be it through employee screening or training and workshops to try and align organization and employee values and objectives. If managers of organizations are positively evaluated by the employees, it will be easier for them to, give things of value to employees, such as sense of direction, values, and recognition, and receive other things in return such as esteem and responsiveness. Consequently, organizational leaders are not only able to manage employee experiences, but also their fit with the organization. Even if a manager cannot control employee P-O fit, this research suggests, that a focus on reducing emotional exhaustion rather than increasing intrinsic motivation seems optimal. This research also supports the idea that motivation has a direct association with a frontline employee's boundary spanning behavior. Even in situations where emotional exhaustion cannot be reduced, organizations may still influence frontline behaviors through motivation.

Safety, livability, and efficiency are the three prominent problems of tall buildings, which are also the severe challenges to designers. We proposed the idea of building the sky town to solve these problems, which can be summarized in two sentences, one is tall building multi-storised, and another one is vertical facilities municipal-infrastructurised. The tall building can be horizontally cut into several multi-storey buildings by some large platforms. The platform extends a certain width to block the fire from spreading. Tall buildings are connected together as a group. One of them is a traffic core, which is used for vertical transportation and MEP. It connects to traffic center such as metro, while most of the other tall buildings' cores can be very much released, so as to achieve maximum efficiency of floor usable area and to give good traffic organization. By combining traffic core, platforms, and multi-storey buildings' inner traffic, a transportation network is formed. Finally, we refer to the design of Raffles City Chongqing to make a sketch of sky town.
The aim of this study is to understand and redefine the nature of architectural environment within the paradigm of natural science. The chaos theory non-equilibrium thermodynamics theory self-organization of modern physics offer new insights to explain not only natural phenomena but also to define creative and dynamic architectural environment. Successful Six Sigma methodology involves continual success of projects, each incrementally moving the organization closer to its strategic goals of shareholder return and customer satisfaction. However, Six Sigma methodology has some disadvantages in long-term technical strategy parts, systematic technology management techniques and concrete idea creativity methodology. To complement these Six Sigma problems, Triz technique is considered. Triz focuses on solving such problems efficiently, effectively, and creatively. The purpose of this paper is to improve the temperature inspection method of a refrigerator through the DAGEV(Define-Analyze- Generate-Evaluate-Verify) cycle of Triz.
In the current Internet environment, there may exist a number of independently-operating authentication systems even within a single organization, according to the service types and service providing entities. Current silo-style isolated authentication system model has revealed critical problems in the aspects of usability, cost-effectiveness, extensibility and flexibility, and privacy protection. Recently, several next generation authentication systems have been actively developed by leading industrial and standardization institutions. This paper firstly analyzes the problems of current Internet authentication system environments. And then, the underlying idea, operating procedures, and pros and cons of the newly developed next generation authentication systems are analyzed so as to provide the selection guidelines for the new authentication systems and drive further development directions for future Internet authentication systems.
