소형 연근해 어선의 조업 시스템 개선에 관한 연구-I -자동 권양 윈치 시스템의 설계- (Improved Design in Fishing Operation System for Small Inshore and Coastal Fishing Vessels-I -Design of a Automatic Winch System-)

  • The electro-hydraulic servo winch system built in a automatic tension control equipment was designed with a latent need for an advanced system in fishing operations of the inshore and coastal fishing vessels. In order to keep the constant tension condition of warp under loading, a tension control circuit was added to the servo winch system.The dynamic performance in the open loop behaviour of the designed winch system was investigated and its applicability was tested for various possibilities of load using a load generator especially developed in order to this study.The mechanical characteristics of this system is different from that of a conventional type, that is, the tension, length, line speed and drum revolution can be automatically controlled by the information from various sensors, such as torque, rpm and pressure transducers. from the experiment results, it was verified that the servo winch system has very good output and tracking behaviour for the control input signals in different operating conditions though overshoot of out 8% in the transient characteristics of torque under the load though a overshoot of about 8% in the transient characteristics of torque under the load condition can be observed when the opening of servo valve, adjustable by the input voltage between - 10 V up to 10 V, changed suddenly.Consequently, the improved fishing winch system can be effectively used as the automatic shooting and hauling equipment of low cost for small inshore and coastal fishing vessels which engage in net fishing.

유전 알고리즘을 이용한 유압 위치계의 PID 제어기 동조 (Tuning of PID Controller for Hydraulic Positioning System Using Genetic Algorithm)

  • This study presents a simple genetic algorithm to systematically design a PID controller for a hydraulic positioning system operated by a proportional solenoid valve. The inverse dead-zone compensator with nonlinear characteristics is used to cancel out the dead-zone phenomenon in the hydraulic system. The object function considering overshoot, settling time, and control input is adopted to search for optimal PID gains. The designed PID controller is compared with the LQG/LTR controller to check the performance of the hydraulic positioning system in the time and frequency domains. The experimental results show that the hydraulic servo system with the proposed PID controller responds effectively to the various types of reference input.

스크롤 컴프레서 팁실의 마찰특성 (Friction Characteristics of the Tip Seal in a Scroll Compressor)

  • The basic elements in a rotary-type scroll compressor are two identical spiral scrolls containing refrigerant gas. The pressure variations in the compression pockets of a scroll compressor change the forces acting on the orbiting scroll, and these forces affect the dynamic behavior of the compression mechanism parts. To achieve high efficiency, using a self-sealing mechanism as a tip seal mechanism is very effective. Tip seals, which are placed on top of the scroll wraps, accomplish thrust sealing. This study calculates the friction force between the tip seal and the side plate of a scroll compressor using the numerical model considered in the Reynolds equation. The calculated friction force is verified by an experiment using a pin-on-disk apparatus. A hydraulic servo valve that controls the pressure of the oil hydraulic cylinder applies the normal load for the test, and a DC servo motor controls the sliding velocity of the disk. The friction force and normal load are measured by the force sensors attached to the supporting parts. The results show that the theoretical and experimental results are similar and that the friction is influenced by the viscosity of the oil and the sliding velocity of the scroll.

  • Hydrostatic transmission (HST) comprises rotary parts, shafts, valve plate, swashplate, and servo pistons. Ensuring structural stability of each part of an HST has a significant impact on product safety. In this study, the structural stability of HST in agricultural machinery and industrial vehicles was analyzed using ANSYS software. For conservative evaluation, high-pressure conditions (35.5 MPa and 2 MPa pilot pressure) were applied as load conditions. The number of grids used in the calculations ranged from 0.4 to 0.8 million depending on modeling requirements. Structural analysis was performed for essential parts and safety factor was analyzed. All major parts of HST had a safety factor of ≥ 1.5. Thus, they were judged to be structurally safe. This study provides important information for designing an HST system.

하이브리드 랩 방식 유압 서보 밸브의 스풀 변위에 따른 유동 천이 영역에 대한 연구 (Study on Flow-Shifted Region Depending on Spool Displacement in Hydraulic Servo Valve with Hybrid Lap)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 스풀 랜드(spool land)와 슬리브(sleeve) 사이의 정특성 방정식으로부터 스풀 밸브의 압력 특성과 유동특성을 구하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 스풀 랜드와 슬리브 사이의 유동을 환상간극 유동과 오리피스 유동, 그 중간의 천이 영역으로 나누고, 천이 영역의 유량계수를 길이에 따른 두 영역으로 나눈 선형 일차방정식으로 가정하였다. 스풀 밸브의 압력특성방정식을 구하기 위해 스풀의 중립지점에서부터의 변위에 따른 유동을 $q_a=q_b=0$의 조건으로부터 구하였으며, 스풀 밸브의 유량특성방정식을 구하기 위하여 스풀의 중립지점에서부터의 변위에 따른 유동을 $q_a=q_b$, $p_a=p_b$의 조건으로부터 구하였다. 구해진 수식의 타당성은 수치해석을 통해 실험식 및 기존논문과의 비교를 통해 확인하였다.

  • 압력용기, 유압호스 조립체, 어큐뮤레이터, 유압실린더, 유압밸브, 파이프 등의 제품들의 시험은 일반적으로 ISO와 SAE에서 정의되는 충격압력 조건들로 작동되고 있다. 충격압력 시험 장비는 높은 압력, 정확한 제어 시스템, 장기간 사용할 수 있는 수명을 가지는 것이 요구되며, 언급된 사항들은 유압 시스템에서 보다 높은 압력이 발생되어지는 충격압력 발생기를 제작하는데 필요하다. 충격압력 시험기는 제어는 편리하지만 높은 가격인 서보밸브 제어 시스템이 적용되었다. 제어 시스템의 적용은 시험하는 제품들에 영향을 주는 압력의 파형을 생성한다. 본 연구는 유량과 압력, 압력의 상승속도를 고려한 충격압력 발생시스템 설계 및 제작 과정을 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이것은 또한 결과로써 시스템에서 초고압의 압력을 발생시키는 압력 파형을 얻을 수 있었다.

과하중 방지기의 전기체 구조시험 적용에 관한 연구

  • 항공기 전기체 구조시험에 과하중 방지 밸브로 사용되는 미터-아웃방식의 유량제어 방법을 본 보고서로 소개하고자 한다. 전기체 구조시험에서는 여러 요인에 의해 비상시험 중지상태(덤프상태)가 발생하며, 이 상태가 되면 서보밸브의 전원이 차단되어 하중을 가하던 실린더의 양단에 외부조건에 따른 급격한 압력변화가 발생되고, 이 변화는 시험체에 과하중으로 가해진다. 본 연구에서는 덤프로 기인한 하중으로부터 시험체를 보호하기 위해 사용되는 오리피스 면적조절 기술에 대해 소개하였고 실제 시험에서 유압작동기의 덤프특성이 효과적으로 감소되고 있음을 확인하였다.

  • A dynamic load simulator which can reproduce on-ground the hinge moment of aircraft control surface is and essential rig for the loaded performance test of aircraft test of aircraft acutation system. The hinge moment varies wide in the aricraft flight enveloped depending on specific flight condition and maneuvering status. To replicate the wide spectrum of this hinge moment variation within some accuracy bounds, a force controller is designed based on the Quantiative Feedback Theory (AFT). Through the analysis on hinge moment dynamics, a design specification for the force controller is suggested. The efficacy of QFT force controller is verivied by simulation, in which combined aricraft dynamics/flight control law and hydraulic actuation system dynamics of aircraft control surface are considered.

적응제어 기법을 이용한 전기-유압 액츄에이터의 위치제어 (Position Control of an Electro Hydraulic Actuator Using Adaptive Control Method)

  • This paper deals with the issue of simple adaptive position control for a pump-controlled cylinder system. A fixed displacement pump is utilized instead of servo valve and its speed is controlled by AC motor. The whole control system is composed of a pair of interconnected subsystems, that is, a feedback control system and a feedforward control system. From experiments it is shown that position control using simple adaptive control can accomplish significant reduction in position tracking error comparing to a conventional PID control.

Friction Characteristics Between Vane and Rolling Piston in a Rotary Compressor Used for Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Systems

  • The rolling piston type rotary compressor has been widely used for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems due to its compactness and high-speed operation. The present study is one of studies to maximize the advantages of refrigerant compressors. In addition, because friction characteristics of the critical sliding component is essential in the design of refrigerant compressors, the present study also analyzed the lubrication characteristics of a rotary compressor used for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. In order to measure the friction force between the vane and the rolling piston, an experimental apparatus known as the Pin-on-Disk was used. Load is applied by the hydraulic servo valve controlling the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. The results showed that the rotational speed of the shaft, the operating temperature, and the discharge pressure significantly influenced the friction force between the vane and the rolling piston.
