Hybrid composite membranes were prepared by coating poly(ethylene oxide) and $SiO_2$ particles onto the porous polypropylene nonwoven matrix. Gel polymer electrolytes prepared by soaking the hybrid composite membranes in an organic electrolyte solution exhibited ionic conductivities higher than $1.1{\times}10^{-3}Scm^{-1}$ at room temperature. Dyesensitized solar cell (DSSC) employing the hybrid composite membrane with PEO and 10 wt % $SiO_2$ exhibited an open circuit voltage of 0.77 V and a short circuit current of 10.78 $mAcm^{-2}$ at an incident light intensity of 100 $mWcm^{-2}$, yielding a conversion efficiency of 5.2%. DSSC employing the hybrid composite membrane showed more stable photovoltaic performance than that of the DSSC assembled with liquid electrolyte.

A hybrid navigation system is implemented to apply for a mobile robot. The hybrid navigation system consists of an inertial navigation system and a global positioning system. The inertial navigation system quickly calculates the position and the attitude of the robot by integrating directional accelerations, angular speed, and heading angle from a strap-down inertial measurement unit, but the results are available for a short time since it tends to diverge quickly. Global positioning system delivers position, heading angle, and traveling speed stably, but it has large deviation with slow update. Therefore, a hybrid navigation system uses the result from an inertial navigation system and corrects the result with the help of the global positioning system where an indirect feedback Kalman filter is used. We implement and confirm the performance of the hybrid navigation system through driving a car attaching it.

Product factory is a real-time financial product design system for the Internet customers. The hybrid product is a product taking combined characteristics of two different products. Hybrid product factory is a product factory that designs hybrid products from two different products based on both business rules and customer requirements. Though the importance of product factory is emphasized in the industry, there has not been much research peformed regarding product factory. In this research, we developed a product factory system that designs hybrid products. To design a hybrid product, it is necessary to have a method to combine attributes and values of two different products, and a method to control the combining operations to properly reflect business requirements. In this research, we developed four different combining operators and business rule representations. In addition, to prove the effectiveness of this methods, we implemented a prototypical system and demonstrated on cases regarding financial loan products.

본 논문에서는 MIMO 시스템에서 부분 증분 리던던시 방식 Hybrid ARQ를 위한 결합 기법을 제안한다. 제안 결합 기법은 부분 증분 리던던시 방식 Hybrid ARQ에서 반복 전송되는 정보 심볼들을 위한 심볼 레벨 결합 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 제안 결합 기법이 반복 전송되는 정보 심볼들뿐 아니라 매 전송마다 새로이 전송되는 패리티 심볼들의 검출 성능 또한 향상시킴을 보인다. 모의실험 결과를 통해 제안된 결합 기법이 특히 Zero Forcing 검출 사용 시에 기존의 비트 레벨 결합 기법보다 부분 증분 리던던시 방식 Hybrid ARQ의 성능을 크게 향상시킴을 확인하였다.

A murine leukemia x LM fibroblast hybrid cell line with immune augmenting properties stimulated resistance to Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) in mouse peritoneal macrophages, and in immune deficient beige mice (C57BL/6/bgj/bgj). The proliferation of MAC in mouse peritoneal macrophages was inhibited by medium conditioned by the growth of the hybrid cells (hybrid cell-CM). Under similar circumstances, media conditioned by the growth of LM cells (LM cell-CM), a mouse fibroblast cell line used as one parent in forming the hybrid cell, was exhibited no inhibitory effect. Treatment of mouse peritoneal macrophages with hybrid cell-CM, but not with LM cell-CM, stimulated the expression of each of four previously described macrophage activation antigens, suggesting that the hybrid cells formed immunomodulators in addition to those formed by LM cells. Furthermore, the morphology of the macrophages following treatment with hybrid cell-CM was clearly distinguishable from that following exposure of the cells to LM cell-CM. The therapeutic effects of hybrid cells on the progression of MAC-infection were indicated by the prolonged survival of MAC-infected immune-deficient beige mice. One hundred percent of treated animals survived more than 60 days, while untreated animals died in approximately 22 days.

The objectives of this paper are to establish an equivalent magnetic circuit of the hybrid PM step motor and to apply the canonical piecewise linear eqation and the Kazenelson algorithm of solving the nonlinear magnetic circuit, so that the static holding torque and the magnetic properties of the motor are determined. The results of that are applied to the design of the hybrid step motor.

Interruption of AC is easier due to natural occuring of zero crossings. In DC, zero crossings is achieved by Forced commutation technique. In this paper an alternative counter voltage(ACV) DC Hybrid Circuit breaker(DC-HCB) is modeled using EMTP/ATP tool, Results show that, ACV DC-HCB can interrupt DC with in 5ms with a source voltage of upto 1 KV.

본 논문에서는 강원도에 위치한 기업과 지자체 및 지역대학간 실시되고 있는 중소기업 이업종 교류회의 활동방향에 대해 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 일본에서 활발하게 실시되고 있는 이업종 교류회가 우리나라에서도 발전하기 위해서는 중소기업뿐만 아니라 지역에 있는 기관들이 중소기업 발전을 위해 유기적인 관계를 갖고 상생을 위해 발전할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 특히 지역 대학이 이업종 교류회의 중심에 서서 중소기업이 요구하는 애로기술, 경영, 디자인 등을 지원할 경우에 교류회의 발전 속도는 매우 빠르게 진행될 것이다. 본 논문은 강원도라는 지역적인 한계를 갖고 있으며, 앞으로 전국적인 이업종교류회 발전에 대해 연구 조사를 실시하여 발전 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

90도 하이브리드 커플러에서 두 개의 출력 단자는 일반적으로 90도 위상차의 동일 전력으로 분배된다. 90도 하이브리드 커플러의 두 개의 출력 단자는 입력 단자로부터 전기적 길이가 다르기 때문에 주파수에 따라 서로 다른 출력 기울기를 갖는다. 즉, 동일 전력으로 분배하는 90도 하이브리드 커플러는 중심 주파수에서만 동일한 전력으로 분배되고, 중심 주파수에서 멀어질수록 두 출력 단자에서의 출력 전력은 차이가 크게 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 입력단자와 가까운 거리에 있는 출력단자에 사이에 존재하는 특성임피던스 $35-{\Omega}$의 ${\lambda}/4$ 길이의 선로를 변형시켜 광대역에서 두 개의 출력 단자의 출력 특성이 동일하도록 개선시켰다. 제안된 회로는 ADS(advanced Design System)을 이용하여 살펴보면 두 개의 출력 전력의 차이가 중심주파수 대비 약 20% 대역 이상에서 0.2dB 이내의 값을 가짐을 확인하였다.
