The purpose of this study is to provide a meaningful thought to professionals and administrators of Korea working for Consumer General Education development at their Universities. Also, tips for organizing and meaning Consumer General Education Curriculum effectively are provided. Finally, the study suggests essential elements to improve qualities of Consumer General Education in Korea Universities. This study's method are content analysis through web site and survey. The subjects of this survey were 257 students. The data were collected by qusetionaires developed by researcher and analyzed by frequencies, correlation Analysis, One Way Anova, Duncan Test, Factor Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings were as follows: University students's satisfaction level about General Education was low and the needs level about Consumer General Education was high. And the education service quality showed factors to be administrative service element, professor service element, classroom environment element, communication element. And Multiple Regression Analysis on each of the education service quality factors had been significant effects for find out the differences in the degree of satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of convergence which is one of the trendy issues as a new digital paradigm of Integrative thinking in 21st century, to analyze the plastic feature and internal meaning of convergence expressed in fashion design, and to grasp the cultural symbolism through this aesthetic analysis. Because there have been considerable discussions on convergence, centering on industrial product area associated with media, I will proceed my study on the basis of them. For this, the documentary study and practical case study have been executed. This study will be helpful to find a direction of future fashion design trend. Convergence in digital stage can be defined as a phenomenon which different functions of product move towards one direction for greater efficiency, and not only as a technical integration between functions of product, but also an extension of area. Convergence can be classified by their use as (1) convergence for convenient daily life (2) convergence with intelligent scientific technology (3) convergence for entertainment on the basis of sensual experience. The plasticity of convergence designs feature as a open dynamic structure which potentiate transformation and their internal meaning can be inquired such qualities as integrative multiplicity, efficiency, mobility, intelligence. Specially convergence fashion design has protection qualify resulting from wearability on body. Ultimately convergence fashion design as a future digital paradigm can be thought as both eco-friendly design and human-centered design from positive technology-based viewpoint, because it is easy to transform according to our environment, convenient to reserve, and efficient to enhance spatial usibility.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the pattern and the meaning of textiles, and decorative techniques of ikat weaving and dyeing in Indonesia. The textile design also analyzes by examining the method of ikat techniques such as warp ikat, weft ikat and double ikat, and by classifying the style of regions. The most common motifs are geometric designs of spirals, meanders, straight lines, triangles, and circles which are influenced by outside world. Although these motifs or symbols have been evident since prehistoric times, their design and meaning have been continually reinterpreted as changes in the ceremonies and rituals. While motifs such as reptiles, birds, and human figures, depicted in spiral, hooked and rhomb configurations, have been identified among the most resilient features of Indonesian textile design, new meanings have been added to these ancient forms, and designs have been transformed and reinterpreted to suit local conceptions. Since textiles are a visual expression of Indcufsian life, textiles place the individual symbolically within social milieu, identifying rank, family, locality and religious affiliations. Textiles represent a link between the human and the spiritual realm, and a vehicle for the display of sacred and secular potency Ikat textiles play to embody special transforming powers and sacred mediating qualities, providing protection and evoking life-enriching forces for individuals or social group.

There are various sounds in the car as much as cats have many mechanical parts. These sounds make various sound qualities. The international competition in car markets has continuously required the research about the sound quality of a car. The domestic carmakers have also invested a lot of money for the research and development of sound quality. Car axle plays an important role in a vehicle and its NVH development is also important. By this time, NVH development of car axle is mainly based on the reduction of sound pressure level(dBA), which cannot gives, the satisfaction to the customers in view of the sound quality of a vehicle. Therefore, in this project, a sound quality index evaluating the sound quality of axle noise based on human sensibility is developed and applied to the development of the sound quality of axle noise

In this paper we described an approach to automation of visual inspection of solder joint defects of SMC(Surface Mounted Components) on PCBs(Printed Circuit Board) by using neural network and fuzzy rule-based classification method. Inherently the surface of the solder joints is curved tiny and specular reflective it induces difficulty of taking good image of the solder joints. And the shape of the solder joints tends to greatly vary with the soldering condition and the shapes are not identical to each other even though the solder joints belong to a set of the same soldering quality. This problem makes it difficult to classify the solder joints according to their qualities. Neural network and fuzzy rule-based classification method is proposed to effi-ciently make human-like classification criteria of the solder joint shapes. The performance of the proposed approach is tested on numerous samples of commercial computer PCB boards and compared with the results of the human inspector performance and the conventional Kohonen network.

Currently, obtaining information about the housing studies through the internet web sites is one of the outstanding mediums. Those are of the housings, architecture, interior design, furniture products, hotels and its journals, etc., and out of all those informations are the highly expected value of use. But. it may causes the public users to experience a negative effect, because many of those informations provided on the internet web sites related to the housing studies/informations are not providing an equal quality of information. And measuring the quality is also not easy. This study focuses on the establishment of evaluation criterion for the housing information-related internet web sites. In such a vein, it proposes a clear model to evaluate the information qualities with the 43 questionnaires / examining items. To test the questionnaires/rating items, the analysis has been implemented which has shown the reciprocal effect between the 2 major factors. One major factor with 4 variables on the information searches are (1) the accuracy/reliability of contents and techniques, (2) the design of a picture and communication, (3) the readability and security, and (4) the security of private information, and the other factor with 3variables on the additional services are (1) the diversities of contents and ease of orderings, (2) the abilities of search and e-mail, and (3) the events and after services. This study/rating model will provide the users with a fundamental material in evaluating the quality of housing information on the internet web sites.

The purpose of this study was to explore the Korean housewives' consumption experiences and perceived quality of life. Perceived quality of life was composed of four dimensions: motivation, affect, efficiency, and activation. The study results are: 1. Housewives spare their time for physiologic activities(22.9%), household activities(20.1), and personal activities(10.1%) in sequence. 2. Although the motivation that housewives do shopping activities is coming from a sense of duty, the perceived quality of life during shopping is showing far more positive affect than the perceived quality of life during other activities. In this context, shopping activities are interesting in that they are thought of a kind of entertainment as well as work. 3. With an analysis of covariance, housewives' perceived quality of life has an effect on everyday life in that 4 perceived qualities of life such as motivation, affect, efficiency and activation has a significant effect on flow and it has a significant effect on satisfaction.

Purpose: This study aims to examine such relationships as the experiential value that customers respond to with regard to maintenance service by empirically revealing how the quality of auto maintenance and repair service affects both customer satisfaction and intention to reuse the same service through the Perceived-experiential Value of customers. Research design, data and methodology: The research model was designed with service qualities such as human quality, material quality, interaction quality, and system quality as independent variables, perceived-experiential value as a parameter, and service satisfaction and return visit intention as dependent variables. Through a questionnaire composed of 24 items, a total of 319 survey data from customers with the experience of using car maintenance service centers in Korea were collected and analyzed using a structural equation. Results: The material quality did not affect the customers' perceived-experiential value, whereas the interaction quality had the greatest influence. It is confirmed that human quality, interaction quality, and system quality can generate customer satisfaction and repurchase intention through the perceived-experiential value. Conclusions: The experiential value of customers can play an important medium role in improving satisfaction, with customers considering interaction quality important. Therefore, the auto maintenance and repair service should consider relationship-focused service strategies.

The gene which is related in the disease of the human has been searched among numerous genes in GWA(Genome-Wide Association) research. However, most current statistical methods used to detect gene-gene interactions in disease association studies cannot be easily applied to handle the whole genome association study(GWAS) due to heavy computing. Therefore SNPHarvester is developed to find the main gene group among numerous genes. This research finds the superior gene groups which are related with the economic traits of the Korean beef cattle, not that of human, among sets of SNPs by using SNPHarvester, and also finds the superior genotypes which can enhance various qualities of Korean beef among SNP groups.

Time and temperature conditions, and microbiological qualities of six categories of menu items were assessed according to the process of food product Row in a 500 bed general hospital. The Harzard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system was applied to determine harzards, to assess their severity and risks, and to identity CCPs and memos for monitoring mem.
