New governance in the area of disaster management(New Governance) of the Safety Building in the form of public-private network as required in this era, SWOT can provide a strategic way to build public-private partnership recognized the necessity for a more efficient way. Between government agencies, private organizations and government and private organizations for the network between the systematic approach based on mutual trust, and participation by the activation of the meaning of seeing places studied. Partnership for Disaster Management as a result of the settlement than if the existing disaster management system for disaster response system more effective and efficient functioning in reducing human and material damage is expected to contribute are getting out.

The lack of human resource, budget and understanding in organization didn't allow the library in museum to accomplish its function fully. I tried to find the development strategies toward special library in abroad cases. As a result, I suggested the librarian's role change from manager to collector, the expansion of the specialized collection, the function as institutional archives, the construction of networking between libraries.

Wireless sensor network-related application system can perform functions such as environmental pollution monitoring, building control, home automation in future. In this paper, we present wireless sensor network based system for subway station in order to reduce the damage of the people and the subway station due to fire. Sensor nodes in this system can sense temperature, illumination, smoke, and human body in real time and detect the accident in the subway station. These real-time sensing and wireless networking minimize casualties and damage to property.

인맥이란 정계, 재계, 학계 따위에서 형성된 사람들의 유대 관계를 뜻한다. 인맥은 거미줄과 같이 서로 뒤엉켜 있고 여러 요인들이 작용하기 때문에 효율적인 인맥 관리를 하기 위해선 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 스마트폰 명함관리 어플리케이션은 모바일 카메라를 이용하여 명함정보를 디지털화 하여 이용하고 있지만 모바일에 정리된 명함의 정보들을 시각화하는 기술은 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 명함의 요인들 중 이름, 직급, 회사명, 회사주소, 전화번호, 이메일 주소의 데이터를 이용하여 데이터 시각화 요소를 설계하고 사회연결망 이론을 적용하여 소시오그램 형태로 나타내어 효율적인 인맥 관리가 이루어 질 수 있는 명함관리 시스템 시각화 모형을 설계하였다.

The Cyber Physical System(CPS) is an important concept in achieving SMSs(Smart Manufacturing Systems). Generally, CPS consists of physical and virtual elements. The former involves manufacturing devices in the field space, whereas the latter includes the technologies such as network, data collection and analysis, security, and monitoring and control technologies in the cyber space. Currently, all these elements are being integrated for achieving SMSs in which we can control and analyze various kinds of producing and diagnostic issues in the cyber space without the need for human intervention. In this study, we focus on implementing a production equipment monitoring system related to building a SMS. First, we describe the development of a fog-based gateway system that links physical manufacturing devices with virtual elements. This system also interacts with the cloud server in a multimedia network environment. Second, we explain the proposed network infrastructure to implement a monitoring system operating on a cloud server. Then, we discuss our monitoring applications, and explain the experience of how to apply the ML(Machine Learning) method for predictive diagnostics.

A.I. has being developed from the technology for Big data analysis to the technology like a human being. The sensing technology of IOT will make A.I. have the more delicate sense than human's five senses. The computer resource is going to be able to support A.I. by clouding networking technology wherever and whenever. Like this A.I. is getting developed as a golden boy of the latest technologies At the same time, many experts have the anxiety and bleak outlook about A.I. Most of dystopian images of the future come out when the contemplative view is lost or it is not possible to view the phenomena objectively. Or it is because of the absence of confidence and ability to convert from the visions of technology development to the subject visions of human will. This study is not about the mass dismissal, unemployment or the end of mankind by machinery according to the development of A.I. technology and service, but more about the occurrent issue like the personal information invasion in daily life. Also the ethical and institutional models are considered to develop A.I. industry protecting the personal information.

IoT means things space networks that form the intelligent relationship such as sensing, networking, information processing about human being, things and service without explicit mutual cooperation of human being. Lately many IoT groups such as AllSeen Alliance, OIC launched a platform for IoT. Self-adaptive is aimed at implementation without the need for decisions of human being during the operation, so that the machine can respond to changes in its own determination. There is a need to apply the concept of self-adaptive to existing IoT and IoT platform. So In this paper, We look for trends of existing IoT, IoT platform and comparisons by applying a self-adaptive concept to IoT, IoT platform. In addition as an example of this paper, we suggest lacking self-adaptive elements to OIC.

Recently, due to the development of the mobile communication system and communication technology, a communication paradigm changes from human-to-human(H2H) communication to machine-to-human(M2H) and machine-to-machine(M2M) communication. The machine means a device with networking capabilities Also, if M2M services will be activated, we can expect that many M2M devices connect to mobile communication networks, which leads to the lack of M2M identifier to identify a M2M device in mobile communication system. Therefore, this paper proposes the group identifier based M2M identification scheme to identify many M2M devices in mobile communication based M2M service network. In the future, the proposed M2M identification scheme can be utilized as a way to solve the shortage problem of M2M identifier.

The Effects of Social Capital on Occupational Aspiration in University Students This study aims to understand the impact of social capital (parent-child relationship, human network, and SNS use) on the occupational aspiration level in university students based on Coleman's Social Capital Concept. To achieve this, statistical significance test was conducted through correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The major study findings are as follows. As a result of correlation analysis, it was found that Other variables, except for parent's occupational of social capital had a positive effect on vocational aspiration. Also. as a result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, it was found that parent-child relationship, human network obtained from social activities, Social Networking Service use and usefulness of information - social capital factors - had a statistically significant impact on occupational aspiration. Such findings suggest that the process of possessing and acquiring social capital among university students served as an important achievement-oriented value in terms of social mobility.

This study attempted to identify the motivational factors for using athletes' SNS among Chinese sports fans. The researchers posted a hyperlink of an online survey on a total of 8 Chinese Olympians' SNS(Weibo) accounts after obtaining the athlete's approval. A total of 274 surveys were gathered from the visitors of SNS. Of the 274 surveys, 33 were discarded because of missing values. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling revealed the following. Diversion, pass-time, athlete support, and technical knowledge were significantly and positively related to social media consumption while information, socialization, and fanship had no significant predictive effect on social media consumption.
