공공과 민간 주거복지 현장전문가 인터뷰를 통한 청주시 주거복지서비스 실태 및 개선요구 분석 (Analysis of Housing Welfare Service Situation and Demands for Improvement in Cheongju through Interviews of Housing Welfare Field Specialists in Public and Private Sectors)

  • This study aimed to explore housing welfare service situation in City of Cheongju, Chungbuk, and assess demands for the service improvement through interviews of public and private field specialists in order to seek practical implications for enhancement of housing welfare policy and system in Cheongju. In December 2016, a series of personal and focus group interviews using semi-structured questionnaires were conducted to total 10 specialists who were currently providing and housing services. Major findings and implications are as follow. (1) City's own housing survey and database construction are in need for development and implementation of housing welfare service programs serving local needs effectively and efficiently. (2) The field specialists perceived importance of realignment of service system and to establishment of the Cheongju housing welfare center as a control tower of the services. (3) It is required to provide various opportunities to strengthen the specialists' competence through education, training and networking and to arrange persons in charge of housing programs in every community-level self-government. (4) The specialists showed their strong interests in introduction of diverse housing welfare services and programs.

  • In this study, we purpose to indicate the concept of the Greenery Management System with resident participation at Experimental Housing NEXT21 as the mechanism that residents participate to the management of greenery independently, In this paper we clarified the whole process of the examination of the management rule by the analysis of the records of the process of the examination of the management rule from September 1999 to march 2002, and then we examined the possibility of the Greenery Management System with resident participation at Experimental Housing NEXT21

장수명주택 인필 정보시스템 구축에 관한 기초 연구 (A Preliminary Study on the Establishment of Long-Life Housing Infill Information System)

  • Purpose: This study aims to set up the classification system for providing infill information and draw detailed infill information required by suppliers, thereby promoting the revitalization of long-life housing and utilizing such information as preliminary data for establishing web system, on which infill information required by users in the long-life housing design process are available. Method: For the method of study, the infill information classification system and detailed information were drawn through the analysis of existing building material information systems; and the survey targeting working-level personnel was carried out in order to verify the drawn information system. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the hierarchical classification system (scheme) was selected by quoting the classification system by material type as infill type, after analyzing existing DB information systems and drawing the hierarchical classification system for infill. Second, the comparative analysis between infill was available to users for the detailed infill information of long-life housing, and the essential information and general information were selected for differentiating information. Third, only approximately 30% of the survey respondents recognized the infill of long-life housing, but they did not recognize its difference from existing building materials. Fourth, through the analysis of paths to obtain infill information of long-life housing, it was confirmed that infill information was obtained mostly through books and research papers regarding long-life housing, followed by the existing information systems. The significance of the study lies in that it is differentiated from the previous information system as the information system specialized in the infill of long-life housing was established, and can be used as a measure to revitalize long-life housing market.

공동주택 관리업체 선정방식의 문제점과 개선방안 (The Problems and Improvement Methods of Apartment Management Company Selection System)

  • As the construction of multi-family housings, especially apartments, has been increased since 1970s, the multi-family housing becomes one of the main housing types in Korea. With the increase of multi-family housings, managing them becomes an important issue. Since 2010, the government has made a lowest price award system by a competitive bid compulsory to promote the development of housing management systems. Although competitive bids were implemented, the maintenance company was finally selected by the price without any other consideration. Consequently, the quality of management service was not enhanced. The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement scheme of multi-family housing management system. In this study, the bidding data of "K-apt", the bidding method and the successful tendered price are analyzed. The results of analyzing bidding materials, the proportion of applying a lowest price system was 67.7%. Also many diverse ways to select the best management company were used, but most of these ways were violate the law and guidelines of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. It meant that the lowest price award system was not implemented by strict standards and didn't correspond with the needs of residents of apartment. This condition made the housing maintenance quality low and deteriorated the management industry development. To enhance this condition, a new standard to select the management company, which are included contents of quality of managing quality, management expenses and companies' soundness, is necessary.

Effect of Different Housing System on the Performance, Bone Mineral Density and Yolk Fatty Acid Composition in Laying Hen

  • Different housing systems have considerable influence on performance in poultry production. Therefore, the present study was undertaken to investigate the impact of different housing systems on the performance, bone mineral density and egg yolk fatty acid composition in laying hen. Hy-line brown pullets (n=450) of 12 weeks age were randomly divided into 3 housing systems with 6 replicates of 25 birds in each room. A diet with 2,750 kcal/kg ME and 16.5% CP was assigned to all birds. The pullets provided free access to feed and water. Significantly (P<0.05) higher values for egg production, egg mass and feed conversion efficiency were found in battery cages, however egg weight, egg shell color and breaking strength was remarkably (P<0.05) higher in floor system. The albumin height and Haugh unit were significantly higher (P<0.05) in battery cages which was statistically similar to aviary housing system. The egg yolk fatty acids concentration of linoleic acid and linolenic acids were significantly higher in aviary and in floor system, respectively, however both values were lower in battery cages. Saturated and unsaturated fatty acid content (%) in egg yolk did not influence by any housing systems. Bone mineral density was significantly higher (P<0.05) in floor and aviary housing system than that of battery cage system. It was concluded that in battery cages the egg production and composition maximized, however higher bone mineral density and yolk fatty acids content can be improved in the laying hen reared on floor and aviary housing systems.

  • In the coming 21st centuries, words of development of information communication technology among the key words being emerged as an important concern have been talked about frequently and ubiquitous environment that helps human living being networked with humans, objects and environments has been rapidly progressed, influencing significantly over the various fields as well as architectural area. And eventually in this architectural area, the space that is desired to be shown to and experienced by the people could be found in the creation of a space in a new form that has not been existed in this world by utilizing the information communication technology. The future housing delicately add using technology and AR system which is an essential element. The purpose of this study is to production and using each element and develop one-step advanced the hybrid system space. We have to select the best way of the construction future housing.

  • Precast Concrete apartments were main stream of domestic industrialized housing around 90's , and Steel Houses applying Steel Stud technique with light weighted steel have been dominant portion since 1995. On the other hand, various building techniques including Steel Stud method and highly prefabricated and industrialized Unit method are prevailing in developed countries like Japan. Steel stud and Unit Box have their own merits an demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the Open System basis. In this study, the design standard for Unit house will be established coping with the established preparing standard for design specifications defined by Architectural Law and Promotion Law of Housing Construction. That is for design standard of industrialized private housing on the Open System basis.

  • 본 연구는 개혁개방 이후 형성된 사회주의 시장경제 하 중국 주택체제의 성격을 중국의 공공주택 정책인 보장성 주택 정책을 중심으로 주택시스템 비교연구의 관점에서 분석하였다. 중국 주택시스템의 전환은 시장기능의 도입과 사회주의 토지공유제의 약화라는 점에서 차별적인 '사회주의 시장경제 주택시스템'의 형성이 아닌, 자본주의 주택시스템의 하위유형으로 전환한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이것은 기존 정부 공급형 계획의 사회주의 방식이 정부의 간접적인 개입과 조정에 따라 시장요소를 통해 주택이 공급되는 정부 주도형 시장화의 방식으로 전환한 것이며, 정부가 가지는 시장주도력은 사회주의적 토지소유의 유산에 기반하고 있다는 점에서 차별화된다.

BIM 기반 재난 대비 임시주거시설 설계 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Design and Development of a Temporary Housing System Based on BIM in Advance of Disasters)

  • Recently, due to the casualties and property damage caused by disasters, it became important to evacuate the victims to a safe place and come up with a space for them to inhabit for a certain period of time. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a temporary housing system that would quickly provide a safe and comfortable living space until the displaced persons can return to a normal life again when a disaster occurs. As a result, a system of a BIM-based modular housing, a modular town through automatic placement, and a method to calculate the capacity and the total cost was developed. As this system provides the temporary housing facilities and the site in 3D, it can be utilized as a training material on a normal basis, as well as the first case material for rapid decision making when there is a disaster.
