The Brand Name Effect of Consumer's Evaluation on Intrinsic Attributes :A Case Study of Clothing Market

  • The purpose of this study was primarily to examine various variables influencing consumer purchasing behavior on perceived product quality, value toward product including brand loyalty, price, consumer's willingness to pay for the product, and their expenditure patterns in Korean apparel market. Factor analysis was used to evaluate the credibility of dependent variables, and T-test was used to compare the effect of brand label, country of origin, brand effect between Korean and U.S, and jacket price and quality on consumer characteristics. Discriminated analysis was used to find the effective variables influencing the two reference group differences when they evaluated Korean and U.S. labeled and non-labeled apparel products. Multiple Regression analysis was used to examine the effects of consumer characteristics on perceived quality, perceived value, perceived price, and their willingness to buy. The results of this study also provides useful information of consumer purchasing behavior on U.S. branded apparel which may or already launched the Korean fashion merchandizing market.

  • The effects of the location and dimension of the gate, location, and volume of the feeder, application of a chill, chill volume, and heating method of the feeder with respect to the effect of the mold-designing technologies on the defect status of the products are described. It is possible to increase the solidification time of the feeder by heating feeder. Furthermore, the pressure generated from the feeder is imposed on a product, and this decreases the generation of shrinkage porosities. In this study, two types of gating and feeding systems had been proposed: the bottom L-type junctions and the top L-type junctions. Additionally, solidification behaviors, such as solidification time, shrinkage porosities, weight percentage of chill system to product, hot spot, and solidification time ratio (=Solidification time of feeder/solidification time of product), are extensively analyzed by using commercial casting simulation software. Based on the solidification behaviors, reasonable mold design, feeding system, critical feeder heating temperature, and solidification time ratios are proposed in the sand casting process for the fabrication of carrier housing in order to reduce the casting defects and to increase the recovery rate.

  • 기업의 지속가능경영을 위해서 기업의 사회적 책임의 중요성이 최근 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 일반기업을 대상으로 한 선행연구들에서 확인된 기업의 CSR 활동의 효과가 공기업에서도 동일하게 나타나는지 실증분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 독립변수로 'CSR 활동'과 '브랜드 이미지'를 설정하고, 종속변수로 '기업호감도'와 '구매의도'를 설정하였다. 실증분석 결과 'CSR 활동' ${\rightarrow}$ '기업호감도', 'CSR 활동' ${\rightarrow}$ '구매의도' 및 '브랜드 이미지' ${\rightarrow}$ '기업호감도', '브랜드 이미지' ${\rightarrow}$ '구매의도'의 관계에서 모두 유의한 인과관계를 보였다. 이로써 제품 관련 브랜드 이미지가 제품 구매의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것과 마찬가지로 CSR 활동이 기업의 전반적 이미지를 향상시킬 뿐 아니라 제품 구매의도에도 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

압접 커넥터 CAE 적용 휨 변형 원인 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Bend Deformation Cause Analysis of CAE Applied Wire to Board Connectors)

  • Connectors are very important components that transmit electric signals to different parts. It must maintain intensity of the connector to prevent defects from impact and maintain contact to transmit electric signals. Most of the external parts of the connector, which act as the main framework, are formed by injection molding. However, bend deformation occurs for injection molded products due to the residual stress left inside the product after product molding. When the bend deformation is large, it does not come into complete contact when being assembled with other parts, which leads to connector contact intensity not being properly maintained. In result, the main role of the connector, which is to transmit electric signals, cannot be performed. In order to address this problem, this study conducted bend deformation cause analysis through bend deformation analysis to predict and prevent bend deformation of housings and wafers, which are injection molded products of pressure welded connectors that are normally applied in compact mobile and display products. Bend deformation analysis was carried out by checking the charging time, pressure distribution and temperature distribution through wire to board connector wafer and housing injection molding analysis. Based on the results of the bend deformation analysis results, the cause of the bend deformation was analyzed through deformation resulting from disproportional cooling, deformation resulting from disproportional contraction, and deformation resulting from ingredient orientation. In result, it was judged that the effects for bend deformation were biggest due to disproportional contraction for both the pressure welded connector wafer and housing.

공동주택 부위별 마감수준에 대한 CS전문가 집단의 인식 분석 (Weighing the CS Experts' Priority on the Quality of Each Housing Segment - Focused on Apartment Building Construction Projects -)

  • 주택시장의 패러다임이 수요자 중심의 시장으로 변화하고 있으며 이는 수요의 축소와 공급자인 건설사간의 경쟁이 심화하고 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 효과적인 건설사의 공동주택 공급전략이 요구되며 이는 마케팅, 상품개발, 품질관리 등의 측면에서 매우 중요한 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 건설사의 전략수립에 기초가 되는 요인을 도출하기 위하여 CS 전문가를 대상으로 공동주택을 13개 부위로 구분하여 각 부위별 마감품질의 중요도에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. AHP 기법을 활용한 분석결과 각 부위별 중요도는 주방, 세대현관, 지하주차장 등의 순으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 분석결과는 입주자를 대상으로 실시할 후속연구의 결과와 연계할 경우 건설사의 공동주택 공급전략 수립에 효과적으로 사용될 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 공동주택의 비약적인 공급과 함께 욕조가 우리 생활이 밀접한 생활필수품으로 자리매김하고 있으나 연구가 매우 미진한 분야라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 욕조 분야에 오랫동안 종사자로서 암묵지를 형식지 화를 위한 실증사례연구이다. 욕조는 여러 요인으로 재질의 종류가 다르게 발전하고 있으며 그 내용을 주제로 특성을 도출해 보고자 한다. 욕조는 제조, 주택구조, 유통과정 등에 따라 욕조 재질별로 특성을 보이고 있다. 첫째, 수출입이 어려워 현지생산제품이라는 것이다. 두 번째는 습식, 건식 등 주택건축구조에 따라 다르다. 셋째로 제조업과 유통업 등 업종과 관련하여 다르다. 네번째 국가별로 다름을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구자료가 욕조 연구에 초석이 되길 바라며 관계자에게 유용하길 바란다.

도시 녹지경관의 경제적 가치평가 - 독립공원을 중심으로 - (Economic Valuation of an Urban Landscape - With a Focus on Independence Park -)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 도시 내에 존재하는 녹지경관의 경제적인 가치를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 대상지는 서울시 서대문구 현저동에 위치한 독립공원이다. 경제적인 가치평가에 앞서, 녹지경관으로서의 양적인 특성을 파악하기 위하여 시각량 분석을 수행하였다. 시각량 분석의 결과, 공원부지 전체 면적에 대한 녹지 면적의 시각량의 비는 약 64%로 나타났다. 이 연구는 헤도닉 가격기법을 이용하여, 주변의 주택가격에 내재하고 있는 녹지경관의 가치를 평가하였다. 헤도닉 가격기법은 특정한 재화에 내재해 있는 속성의 가치를 평가하는 기법이다. 분석을 위하여 일반화된 Box-Cox 모형을 사용하였으며, $3.3m^2$당 가격을 종속변수로 하고, 주택특성과 경관특성을 독립변수로 설정하였다. 독립공원의 조망가치를 분석한 결과, $3.3m^2$당 가격에서 약 2.2% 정도를 차지하였다. 이는 이 연구에서 사용된 변수들 중에서 두 번째로 영향력이 높은 수치이다. 이러한 결과는 거주자들이 도시의 녹지경관에 대해서 거주환경을 결정하는 매우 중요한 요인 중의 하나로서 인식하고 있으며, 나아가서 도시의 녹지경관이 거주자들의 삶의 질 향상과 자산가치의 상승 등 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 사실을 나타낸다. 그리고 이 연구의 결과는 녹지경관이 중요한 도시 기반시설로서 다루어질 수 있는 가능성을 시사한다. 또한 녹지의 가치에 대한 정량적인 평가결과는 녹지의 보존 또는 조성에 대한 타당성을 합리화할 수 있는 근거자료로서 제시될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Machine Learning Approach to the Effects of the Superstore Mandatory Closing Regulation

  • Purpose - This paper is aimed to analyze the effects of the mandatory closing regulation targeting large retailers, which has been implemented since 2012 to protect small retailers. We examine the changes in consumers' choice of retailers and their purchasing patterns of agri-food following the implementation of such regulation. Research design, data, and methodology - Household spending patterns were identified through the historical data of household food purchase, consumer panel provided by the Rural Development Administration. Clustering was employed to determine the household spending patterns. Moreover, the different household spending patterns before and after the regulation were comparatively studied. The patterns of consumers' choice of retail stores and shopping baskets by the type of retailers, derived from the respective datasets before and after the regulation, were compared to analyze the effects of the regulation. Results -After the regulation, some consumers who used to shop at large retailers before the regulation changed their shopping places to small retailers. However, the product categories that consumers had mainly purchased before the regulation were rarely changed even after the regulation. Conclusions - Although the regulation helped migrate some of the consumers to small retailers, the regulation seemed to have failed to stimulate consumers to purchase the goods, normally bought at large retailers, from traditional markets. In other words, traditional markets are not effective substitutes for regulation-affected retailers.

비사적 주거의 등장과 건축적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Architectural Characteristics and Introduction of Un-private House)

  • Despite its relatively small size, at least compared to other architectural programs, the house figures large in the cultural imagination. Closely identified with the individual and nuclear family, it has been frequently considered as an expression of widely held, even universal, values. Conversely, the private house has also been emblematic of more subjective desires, that change not only from person to person but from generation to generation. Certain conclusions can be drawn about the status of the private house at the end of the century, both as cultural invention and as a product of the autonomous discipline of architecture. The contemporary loftlike living space is similarly associated with work, given its emergence as an alternative home for individuals wanting space in which to live and work. In the case of what might be called the "un-private house", it is ofen a digital presence and the change of family system. This study was conducted to define the un-private house through public/private. The architectural characteristics of un-private house are as follows; 1) Alternatives- large open space with multiple function and collective free plan 2) Dematerialization- steel and glass with visual openness and ambiguity 3) Digital & Interfaces- fold and screen using technology and program. Especially, the un-private house is designed to provide individuals with emotional, superficial, and synergistic space, focusing on the personal life-style.

제거식 쏘일네일의 고정자소켓 강도에 관한 실험적 해석 (Experimental Analysis of the fixed socket strength of a removable soil nail)

  • As a reinforcement technique, the application of removable soil nailing has been extended to solve the public grievance of typical soil nailing such as the geotechnical environmental problem and invasion of adjacent land. In the case of removable soil nailing, pullout capacity of the nail depends on the adhesive strength of a fixed socket. Because the existing fixed socket is made from a plastic product, the strength of a socket is less than a steel bar and then the yield failure by abrasion and deformation is occurred on the steel bar-socket contact surface. In this study, therefore, experimental analysis from laboratory test of a removable soil nail equipped with steel socket, improving the adhesive strength of steel bar-socket connection is performed to estimate the increase effect of pullout capacity of a soil nail.
